[0036] 如图 1所示, 本发明一个优选实施例中的电子烟包括雾化装置 1和电池装置 (图 未示) , 两者组装后, 电池装置为雾化装置 1提供电能将烟液雾化供用户吸用。

20和储液组件 10转动配合, 实现可拆卸组装, 储液组件 10内存储的烟液在组装 后流向雾化组件 20, 在雾化组件 20通电后对烟液雾化。

[0040] 烟弹管 11包括内管 111和位于内管 111外围的外管 112, 内管 111在烟弹管 11的中 部形成有烟气通道 B, 供雾化后的烟液由烟气通道 B流向烟弹管 11与出液口 131相 对的烟嘴一端被用户吸用。 储液腔 A形成于内管 111和外管 112之间, 位于烟气通 道 B外围, 储液腔 A的一端为封闭的, 与烟嘴位置对应, 储液腔 A的另一端为幵 口端, 供烟液向储液腔 A内灌注。 [0041] 在一些实施例中, 储液组件 10还包括密封头 13和定位件 14, 密封头 13呈环形, 为软胶材质形成, 套设在内管 111上, 与外管 112的内壁面配合对幵口端进行密 封。 进一步地, 出液口 131设置在密封头 13上。 出液口 131通常为沿周向设置的 两个, 优选地, 中心对称设置, 让烟液能更均衡的流出到吸液件 21, 让烟液更 均匀的雾化。 在其他实施例中, 出液口 131也可为沿周向设置的多个。
[0042] 密封件 12也呈环形, 位于密封头 13的外侧, 且可转动地设置。 在其他实施例中 , 密封件 12也可呈扇形或矩形等, 以能在转动过程中打幵或关闭出液口 131即可 。 优选地, 密封头 13的内圈设有轴向向外伸出的转动套 132, 密封件 12套设在转 动套 132上。 在其他实施例中, 密封件 12也可套设在内管 111上可转动设置。
[0043] 再结合图 5、 图 6所示, 密封件 12上设有向雾化组件 20—侧伸出设置的凸台 121 , 雾化组件 20上设有与凸台 121对应的卡孔 232。 在烟弹管 11与雾化组件 20组装 吋, 凸台 121插入到卡孔 232, 并在雾化组件 20向卡合位置转动安装吋带动密封 件 12转动, 以打幵出液口 131, 并在雾化组件 20向分离位置转动拆除吋关闭出液 口 131。 出液口 131在雾化组件 20和储液组件 10的安装、 拆除过程中分别打幵、 关闭, 能避免储液腔 A内的烟液随意的泄漏流出, 防止对外部使用环境造成污染 。 在其他实施例中, 也可依靠密封件 12和雾化组件 20之间的摩擦, 在雾化组件 2 0相对烟弹管 11转动过程中带动密封件 12转动。
[0044] 进一步地, 凸台 121偏心设置, 包括一个或沿周向间隔设置的两个, 卡孔 232的 位置和数量与凸台 121对应。 当凸台 121为一个吋, 卡孔 232可为一个或多个, 能 被凸台 121卡入后带动密封件 12转动即可。 当凸台 121为两个或多个吋, 卡孔 232 的数量可与凸台 121的数量相同, 也可多于凸台 121的数量, 能保证凸台 121能同 吋卡入卡孔 232带动密封件 12转动即可。 凸台 121偏心设置, 能让向密封件 12施 加较小的力即可带动转动。 在其他实施例中, 凸台 121也可位于密封件 12的中部 , 凸台 121的外形做成非圆形或非环形, 让密封件 12和雾化组件 20能在周向定位 后带动密封件 12转动。

[0051] 优选地, 结合图 2、 图 6所示, 卡槽 143形成于定位件 14伸出烟弹管 11的外圈, 可减小卡槽 143所在面对应的外径尺寸, 进一步减小被雾化组件 20套设位置的外 径尺寸和雾化组件 20的外径尺寸。 当然, 在其他实施例中, 卡槽 143也可形成于 烟弹管 11的端部外圈。 在卡槽 143的一端设有与储液组件 10的端面连通的导引槽 144, 让雾化组件 20上的卡台 251能从储液组件 10的端部卡入到卡槽 143内。 在其 他实施例中, 卡槽 143也可由储液组件 10的端部螺旋设置。
[0052] 结合图 4、 图 6所示, 雾化组件 20还包括雾化座 22、 端盖 23、 发热件 24、 卡接件 25, 端盖 23盖设在雾化座 22上, 在两者之间形成供吸液件 21、 发热件 24安装的 雾化腔 C。 端盖 23包括与密封件 12相对设置的端壁 231, 卡孔 232设置在端壁 231 上, 在端壁 231的中部设有与烟气通道 B连通的通气口 233。 进一步地, 端壁 231 上还设有进液口 234, 让位于进液口 234远离密封件 12的一侧吸液件 21吸附到烟 液后, 使烟液被发热件 24发热雾化, 并由通气口 233向烟气通道 B流到烟嘴一端 。 出液口 131与进液口 234的数量和位置对应, 当出液口 131为一个吋, 进液口 23 4可为一个或多个, 当出液口 131为两个吋, 进液口 234可为两个或多个, 能保证 在卡合位置吋, 都有进液口 234与出液口 131相连通即可。 在其他实施例中, 也 可只在与出液口 131相对的一侧设置与凸台 121定位配合的定位机构, 带动密封 件 12转动, 让烟液流向吸液件 21。
[0053] 在一些实施例中, 卡接件 25呈筒状, 套设在端盖 23的外圈, 卡接件 25的内圈设 有与卡槽 143对应的卡台 251, 卡台 251与卡槽 143配合使储液组件 10和雾化组件 2 0可拆卸连接。 在其他实施例中, 也可为卡槽 143位于烟弹管 11或定位件 14的内 圈, 卡台 251朝向外侧设置, 或者卡槽 143位于雾化组件 20上, 卡台 251位于储液 组件 10上。

所述雾化组件 (20) 上设有与所述出液口 (131) 对应、 以吸附由所 述出液口 (131) 流出的烟液的吸液件 (21) ;
所述雾化组件 (20) 与所述烟弹管 (11) 的出液口 (131) 所在端对 应连接, 所述雾化组件 (20) 可在一个可与所述烟弹管 (11) 拆除分 离的分离位置和一个与所述烟弹管 (11) 卡合固定的卡合位置间与所 述烟弹管 (11) 转动配合;
