[0034] 烟嘴组件 12上设有第一密封件 121, 第一密封件 121上设有用于在注液口 B和烟 嘴组件 12之间进行密封的密封部 1211以及由密封部 1211向注液口 B内伸出设置的 挡液部 1212。 [0035] 通常, 密封部 1211为软质材质。 密封部 1211可以在烟嘴组件 12安装到烟弹管 11 上后, 对注液口 B封堵, 并在注液口 B和烟嘴组件 12的配合位置进行密封。
[0036] 挡液部 1212的外圈外形与注液口 B的内壁面外形对应, 在烟嘴组件 12安装到烟 弹管 11吋, 挡液部 1212会与注液口 B的内壁面配合, 将注液口 B内壁面上的烟液 挡入储液腔 A内。
[0037] 挡液部 1212将注液口 B内壁面上的烟液挡入储液腔 A后, 可以减少或防止烟液 接触密封部 1211, 从而避免密封部 1211上附着较多烟液。 因为, 当密封部 1211 上附着较多烟液吋, 当烟嘴组件 12与烟弹管 11之间密封吋, 密封部 1211上烟液 会被挤出到雾化装置 1的外表面, 污染了雾化装置 1的外表面。
[0038] 通过采用上述挡液部 1212, 可以避免雾化装置 1在使用过程中, 较多烟液附着 到密封部 1211上。 在将烟嘴组件 12组装到烟弹管 11上吋, 该挡液部 1212会先伸 入烟弹管 11, 将烟弹管 11内壁上附着的烟液推入烟弹管 11内, 避免较多烟液附 着到密封部 1211上。
[0039] 第一密封件 121包括筒状本体 1213, 密封部 1211为在筒状本体 1213外圈沿周圈 向外凸起设置的密封圈。 挡液部 1212设置在筒状本体 1213与储液腔 A相对的一端 , 优选地, 挡液部 1212包括在外圈沿周圈向外凸起设置的挡圈 1214。
[0040] 挡圈 1214在筒状本体 1213的外圈, 可以对注液口 B的内壁面上的烟液挡入储液 腔 A内。 另外, 由于设置了挡圈 1214, 可以让挡圈 1214和密封部 1211之间间隔设 置, 在挡圈 1214和密封部 1211之间形成一个环形槽 1215, 有了环形槽 1215, 可 以避免烟液通过毛细作用力的方式爬到密封部 1211上。
[0041] 在其他实施例中, 挡液部 1212也可就是筒状结构或柱状结构, 由密封部 1211向 储液腔 A—侧伸出设置, 在插入储液腔 A内吋, 将注液口 B内壁面上的烟液挡入 到储液腔八。
[0042] 优选地, 挡圈 1214为软质材质, 挡圈 1214的外圈尺寸大于注液口 B的内圈尺寸 , 挡圈 1214与密封部 1211相背的一侧沿周圈设有引导插入到注液口 B内的导引部 1216。 导引部 1216可以为斜角过渡, 也可为圆角过渡或弧面过渡。

[0044] 烟嘴组件 12还包括烟嘴 122和连接件 123, 烟嘴 122上设有出气口 124。 第一密封 件 121和连接件 123设置在烟嘴 122的同一端, 且位于烟嘴 122与烟弹管 11相对的 一端。 在烟嘴组件 12安装到烟弹管 11上后, 密封部 1211夹设在烟弹管 11和烟嘴 1 22两相对的端部之间。
[0045] 由于挡液部 1212先将注液口 B内壁上的烟液挡入到储液腔 A内, 密封部 1211上 不会有烟液溢出, 保证了雾化装置 1外侧面的清洁。
[0046] 雾化装置 1还包括穿设在烟弹管 11内的通气管 13, 烟嘴组件 12的出气口 124与通 气管 13连通。

[0056] 优选地, 挡环 131与凸缘 111之间设有第二密封件 112, 挡环 131与连接组件 14之 间设有第三密封件 113。 第二密封件 112可以先由通气管 13与连接组件 14对应的 端部套设在通气管 13上, 在通气管 13穿设凸缘 111内孔吋, 让第二密封件 112被 凸缘 111和挡环 131夹设, 实现该位置的密封。
[0057] 在通气管 13穿设凸缘 111内孔后, 再让第三密封件 113套设到通气管 13伸出凸缘 111内孔的端部上, 再安装连接组件 14将第三密封件 113抵压到凸缘 111的外侧, 第三密封件 113被凸缘 111和连接组件 14夹设, 实现该位置的密封。
[0058] 在一些实施例中, 通气管 13包括第一管段 132、 第二管段 133, 第二管段 133的 内径、 外径分别大于第一管段 132的内径、 外径。 进一步地, 挡环 131设置在第 二管段 133的外圈, 在插入烟弹管 11吋能与凸缘 111相抵。

[0060] 由于第二管段 133的内径较大, 雾化装置 1还包括设置在第二管段 133内的加热 组件 15, 第二管段 133的侧壁上设有与储液腔 A连通的进液口 134。 烟液进入第二 管段 133后被加热组件 15吸附并加热雾化, 形成烟气经第一管段 132流入到烟嘴 1 22。 通气管 13做成外形不同的两端, 既提供了加热组件 15的设置空间, 还能增 加储液腔 A的空间, 利于增加烟液的储液量。

权利要求书
一种雾化装置 (1) , 其特征在于, 包括烟弹管 (11) 、 以及可拆卸 地安装在所述烟弹管 (11) 的一端的烟嘴组件 (12) ;
所述烟弹管 (11) 内形成有储液腔 (A) , 所述烟弹管 (11) 与所述 烟嘴组件 (12) 相对的端部设有向所述储液腔 (A) 内注液的注液口 (B) ;
所述烟嘴组件 (12) 上设有第一密封件 (121) , 所述第一密封件 (1 21) 上设有用于在所述注液口 (B) 和所述烟嘴组件 (12) 之间进行 密封的密封部 (1211) 以及由所述密封部 (1211) 向所述注液口 (B ) 内伸出设置的挡液部 (1212) ;
所述挡液部 (1212) 的外圈外形与所述注液口 (B) 的内壁面外形对 应, 在所述烟嘴组件 (12) 安装到所述烟弹管 (11) 吋, 所述挡液部 (1212) 将所述注液口 (B) 内壁面上的烟液挡入所述储液腔 (A) 内。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化装置 (1) , 其特征在于, 所述挡液部 (12 12) 包括在外圈沿周圈向外凸起设置的挡圈 (1214) 。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化装置 (1) , 其特征在于, 所述挡圈 (1214 ) 为软质材质, 所述挡圈 (1214) 的外圈尺寸大于所述注液口 (B) 的内圈尺寸, 所述挡圈 (1214) 与所述密封部 (1211) 相背的一侧沿 周圈设有引导插入到所述注液口 (B) 内的导引部 (1216) 。
根据权利要求 2或 3所述的雾化装置 (1) , 其特征在于, 所述第一密 封件 (121) 包括筒状本体 (1213) , 所述密封部 (1211) 为在所述 筒状本体 (1213) 外圈沿周圈向外凸起设置的密封圈, 所述挡液部 ( 1212) 设置在所述筒状本体 (1213) 与所述储液腔 (A) 相对的一端 , 所述挡圈 (1214) 和所述密封部 (1211) 之间间隔设置。
根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的雾化装置 (1) , 其特征在于, 所述 烟嘴组件 (12) 还包括烟嘴 (122) , 所述第一密封件 (121) 设置在 所述烟嘴 (122) 与所述烟弹管 (11) 相对的一端, 所述密封部 (121 1) 夹设在所述烟弹管 (11) 和所述烟嘴 (122) 两相对的端部之间。 根据权利要求 5所述的雾化装置 (1) , 其特征在于, 所述雾化装置 ( 1) 还包括穿设在所述烟弹管 (11) 内的通气管 (13) , 所述注液口
(B) 为所述储液腔 (A) 与所述烟嘴组件 (12) 正对的环形幵口; 所述烟嘴组件 (12) 包括与所述通气管 (13) 连接的连接件 (123) , 且所述通气管 (13) 与所述连接件 (123) 之间密封配合, 所述烟 嘴组件 (12) 的出气口 (124) 与所述通气管 (13) 连通。
根据权利要求 6所述的雾化装置 (1) , 其特征在于, 所述第一密封件
(121) 套设在所述连接件 (123) 外, 所述连接件 (123) 螺接在所 述通气管 (13) 外, 并与所述通气管 (13) 之间密封配合。
根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的雾化装置 (1) , 其特征在于, 所述 雾化装置 (1) 还包括设置在所述烟弹管 (11) 另一端的连接组件 (1 4) , 所述烟弹管 (11) 与所述连接组件 (14) 对应的端部内圈周圈 向中心位置设有凸缘 (111) ;
所述通气管 (13) 穿过所述凸缘 (111) 内孔伸出所述烟弹管 (11) , 与所述连接组件 (14) 固定连接;
所述通气管 (13) 的外圈设有挡环 (131) , 且所述挡环 (131) 位于 所述储液腔 (A) 内, 所述挡环 (131) 、 连接组件 (14) 分别与所 述凸缘 (111) 的内外两相对侧相抵并密封配合。
根据权利要求 8所述的雾化装置 (1) , 其特征在于, 所述通气管 (13 ) 包括第一管段 (132) 、 第二管段 (133) , 所述第一管段 (132) 远离所述第二管段 (133) 的端部与所述烟嘴组件 (12) 对应连接, 所述第二管段 (133) 远离所述第一管段 (132) 的端部与所述连接组 件 (14) 对应连接;
所述第二管段 (133) 的内径、 外径分别大于所述第一管段 (132) 的 内径、 外径, 所述挡环 (131) 设置在所述第二管段 (133) 的外圈; 所述雾化装置 (1) 还包括设置在所述第二管段 (133) 内的加热组件 (15) , 所述第二管段 (133) 的侧壁上设有与所述储液腔 (A) 连 通的进液口 (134) 。
