一种电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
传统吸烟是通过用明火点燃烟草,烟草燃烧产生烟雾以供用户吸食。烟草燃烧产生的烟雾通常会含有上千种有害物质,因而,传统烟草不但给用户造成严重的呼吸系统疾病,还容易带来二手烟危害。
为解决传统烟草燃烧产生较多有害物质的技术问题,技术人员开发了雾化电子烟,所述雾化电子烟通过雾化烟液形成烟雾,以供用户吸食,电子烟包括雾化组件以及电池杆组件,雾化组件用于将烟油进行加热雾化成烟雾供用户吸食,而电池杆组件用于为所述雾化组件供电。
现有的电子烟中,雾化组件与电池杆组件连接方式包括两种,一种是不可拆卸连接,这种电子烟存在不方便更换雾化组件的问题,当雾化组件某个元器件损坏时,用户只能更换整个电子烟;另一种是可拆卸连接,这种可以方便用户更换雾化组件以及方便用户添加烟油,但是在这种连接结构的电子烟中,雾化组件与电池杆组件的连接方式均是通过螺纹连接,需要用户多次旋转雾化组件和电池杆组件才能拆卸与安装,这样,导致用户拆卸雾化组件时比较麻烦,不方便用户拆卸和组装电子烟。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种便于拆卸和组装的电子烟。
本发明提供一种电子烟,包括:
用于雾化烟油的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件,所述雾化组件包括用于容置电热丝的雾化套以及发热雾化烟油形成烟雾的电热丝,所述电热丝位于所述雾化套内,所述雾化套形成有雾化腔,所述雾化组件还设置有储油腔,所述雾化套还设置有进油孔,所述进油孔与所述储油腔连通,使得所述储油腔内的烟油通过所述进油孔流入所述雾化腔内,用于所述电热丝发热时雾化成烟雾;
所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件为可拆卸连接,所述雾化组件靠近所述电 池杆组件的一端设置有第一卡扣件,所述第一卡扣件设置有卡扣凹槽,所述电池杆组件靠近所述雾化组件的一端设置有插槽,所述插槽内壁设置有第二卡扣件,所述第二卡扣件具有位置恢复性,所述第二卡扣件设置有卡扣凸起,当所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件连接时,所述雾化组件的一端插入所述电池杆组件的所述插槽内,并且在外力作用下使得所述卡扣凹槽与所述卡扣凸起紧密配合。
可选的,所述第一卡扣件还设置有防反插凹槽,所述第二卡扣件还设置有防反插凸起,用于防止所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件反插连接。
可选的,所述雾化组件还包括吸嘴套以及通气管,所述通气管位于所述吸嘴套内,所述通气管的一端与所述吸嘴套的一端的出气口连通,所述通气管的另一端与所述雾化腔连通,以使得所述电子烟工作时,所述电热丝雾化烟油所形成的烟雾通过所述通气管以及所述出气口流向所述电子烟外部。
可选的,所述雾化套内还设置有导油棉,所述导油棉包裹所述电热丝,所述导油棉用于吸附通过所述进油孔流入所述雾化腔内的烟油。
可选的,所述第一卡扣件设置有限位部,所述吸嘴套的一端设置有限位凸起,所述第一卡扣件插设于所述吸嘴套的一端,并使得所述限位部与所述限位凸起紧密配合,避免所述第一卡扣件从所述吸嘴套内脱落。
可选的,所述第一卡扣件还设置有进气口,所述进气口与所述雾化腔连通,以使得当所述电子烟工作时,空气从所述进气口进入到所述雾化腔内。
可选的,所述第一卡扣件为中空设置,所述第一卡扣件靠近所述电池杆组件的一端容置有电极盖,所述电极盖设置有限位凹部,所述第一卡扣件的内壁设置有限位凸部,所述限位凹部与所述限位凸部紧密配合,以防止所述电极盖脱落,所述电极盖还设置有两个容置腔,所述两个容置腔并列横向设置,所述两个容置腔内容置有两个连接电极,所述电极盖与所述两个连接电极之间分别设置有电极密封套,用于防止短路,所述电热丝还连接有两根电子导线,所述两个容置腔分别设置有第一导线穿孔,所述电极密封套分别设置有第二导线穿孔,所述两根电子导线穿过所述第一导线穿孔与第二导线穿孔分别与所述两个连接电极电连接;所述电极密封套具有弹性,使得所述两根电子导线分别与所述两个连接电极涨紧配合;所述电池杆组件内设置有两个弹性电极,当所述雾 化组件与所述电池杆组件连接时,所述两个连接电极与所述两个弹性电极电连接,以使得当所述电子烟工作时,所述电池杆组件内的电池为所述电热丝供电,使得所述电热丝发热雾化烟油。
可选的,所述通气管与所述雾化套以及所述储油腔之间还设置有第一弹性密封垫,用于防止所述储油腔内的烟油渗漏至所述通气管内。
可选的,所述吸嘴套内还设置有储油套,所述储油套的外壁贴合所述吸嘴套的内壁,所述雾化套容置在所述第一卡扣件内,所述第一卡扣件与所述储油套形成有所述储油腔,所述第一卡扣件与所述储油腔之间还设置有第二弹性密封垫,用于防止所述储油腔内的烟油渗漏。
可选的,所述储油套靠近所述出气口的一端还设置有注油孔,用于为所述储油腔内添加烟油;所述雾化组件还包括油孔硅胶塞,当不需要为所述储油腔添加烟油时,通过外力作用下以使得所述油孔硅胶塞与所述注油孔紧张配合,以堵住所述注油孔,防止烟油渗漏;所述油孔硅胶塞还用于密封所述储油套与所述吸嘴套之间的间隙,防止用户吸食时气体从所述间隙中流入用户口腔。
可选的,所述通气管位于所述储油套内,所述油孔硅胶塞设置有与所述出气口连通的通孔,所述通气管的一端与所述通孔连通。
可选的,所述第一卡扣件还设置有注油孔,所述注油孔与所述储油腔连通,所述注油孔用于往所述储油腔内添加烟油;所述雾化组件还包括油孔塞,所述油孔塞具有弹性,当不需要为所述储油腔添加烟油时,在外力作用下使得所述油孔塞与所述注油孔紧张配合,以堵住所述注油孔,以防止所述储油腔内的烟油渗漏。
可选的,所述雾化套靠近所述电池杆组件的一端设置有硅胶隔油圈,用于防止烟油从所述雾化腔内渗漏,所述所述第一卡扣件与所述硅胶隔油圈之间还设置有弹性密封圈,用于紧固所述硅胶隔油圈。
可选的,所述储油套为透明材质,所述吸嘴套上还设置有观看窗口,用于方便用户观看所述储油套内的剩余烟油。
可选的,所述第一卡扣件为具有弹性功能的塑料材质制成,所述第二卡扣件为具有弹性功能的塑料材质制成。
可选的,所述第一卡扣件为具金属材质制成,所述第二卡扣件为具有弹性 功能的弹片金属材质制成。

具体实施方式
本实施例提供了一种电子烟,通过本实施例所示的电子烟能够方便用户组装和拆卸电子烟,提高用户的使用体验。
以下首先结合图1以及图2所示对本实施例所提供的电子烟的具体结构进行示例性说明。
本发明实施例中的电子烟包括:用于雾化烟油的雾化组件101以及用于给所述雾化组件101供电的电池杆组件102,所述雾化组件101包括用于容置电热丝103的雾化套104以及发热雾化烟油形成烟雾的电热丝103,所述电热丝103位于所述雾化套104内,所述雾化套104形成有雾化腔105,所述雾化组件还设置有储油腔106,所述雾化套104还设置有进油孔107,所述进油孔107与所述储油腔106连通,使得所述储油腔106内的烟油通过所述进油孔107流入所述雾化腔105内,用于所述电热丝103发热时雾化成烟雾;
所述雾化组件101与所述电池杆组件102为可拆卸连接,所述雾化组件101靠近所述电池杆组件102的一端设置有第一卡扣件108,所述第一卡扣件108设置有卡扣凹槽109,所述电池杆组件102靠近所述雾化组件101的一端设置有插槽110,所述插槽110内壁设置有第二卡扣件111,所述第二卡扣件111具有位置恢复性,所述第二卡扣件111设置有卡扣凸起112,当所述雾化组件101与所述电池杆组件102连接时,所述雾化组件101的一端插入所述电池杆组件102的所述插槽110内,并且在外力作用下使得所述卡扣凹槽109与所述卡扣凸起112紧密配合。
第二卡扣件111具有位置恢复性,则表示该第二卡扣件111在收到外力作用下时会产生变形,当无外力作用下时,能够恢复到原来的位置,比如该第二卡扣件111为塑料材质的卡扣件,则具有该功能,或者该第二卡扣件为具有弹性的金属弹片等,此处不做具体限定。这样,当用户组装雾化组件与电池杆组件时,只需按压雾化组件与电池杆组件,使得第一卡扣件109的卡扣凹槽109与第二卡扣件111的卡扣凸起112紧密配合,这样,雾化组件则不会从电池杆组件内脱落。当用户需要拆卸雾化组件与电池杆组件时,只需稍微用力将雾化组件从电池杆组件内拔出即可。

可选的,结合图3所示,所述第一卡扣件108还设置有防反插凹槽201,所述第二卡扣件111还设置有防反插凸起202,用于防止所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件反插连接。
雾化组件与电池杆组件内均设置有防止反插的部件,使得当用户组装电子烟时,若反插雾化组件时,无法将雾化组件插入电池杆组件内,避免短路的情况。
可选的,结合图4所示,所述雾化组件还包括吸嘴套301以及通气管302,所述通气管302位于所述吸嘴套301内,所述通气管302的一端与所述吸嘴套301的一端的出气口303连通,所述通气管302的另一端与所述雾化腔105连通,以使得所述电子烟工作时,所述电热丝103雾化烟油所形成的烟雾通过所述通气管以及所述出气口303流向所述电子烟外部。
当用户吸食时,则是通过吸食出气口的位置,使得电子烟内所雾化形成的烟雾流入到用户的口腔。本发明实施例中,雾化腔位于吸嘴套内,这样,使得通气管的通气通道较短,当用户吸食时,能够快速吸食到雾化腔内所形成的烟 雾,提高了用户的吸食体验。
可选的,结合图4所示,所述雾化套104内还设置有导油棉401,所述导油棉401包裹所述电热丝103,所述导油棉401用于吸附通过所述进油孔107流入所述雾化腔105内的烟油。
可选的,结合图4所示,所述第一卡扣件108设置有限位部501,所述吸嘴套301的一端设置有限位凸起502,所述第一卡扣件108插设于所述吸嘴套301的一端,并使得所述限位部501与所述限位凸起502紧密配合,避免所述第一卡扣件108从所述吸嘴套301内脱落。
可选的,结合图4以及图11所示,所述第一卡扣件108还设置有进气口601,所述进气口601与所述雾化腔105连通,以使得当所述电子烟工作时,空气从所述进气口601进入到所述雾化腔105内。

本发明实施例中,两个连接电极并列横向设置,这样,既方便装配,也方便生产,降低了生产和组装成本。
结合图2所示,所述第二卡扣件111套设有所述电池杆组件102的主控板, 所述主控板嵌套在所述第二卡扣件111内。
可选的,结合图7所示,所述通气管302与所述雾化套104以及所述储油腔106之间还设置有第一弹性密封垫708,用于防止所述储油腔106内的烟油渗漏至所述通气管302内。
可选的,结合图7所示,所述吸嘴套301内还设置有储油套801,所述储油套801的外壁贴合所述吸嘴套301的内壁,所述雾化套104容置在所述第一卡扣件108内,所述第一卡扣件108与所述储油套801形成有所述储油腔106,所述第一卡扣件108与所述储油腔106之间还设置有第二弹性密封垫802,用于防止所述储油腔106内的烟油渗漏。
可选的,结合图7以及图8所示,所述储油套801靠近所述出气口303的一端还设置有注油孔803,用于为所述储油腔106内添加烟油;所述雾化组件还包括油孔硅胶塞804,当不需要为所述储油腔106添加烟油时,通过外力作用下以使得所述油孔硅胶塞804与所述注油孔803紧张配合,以堵住所述注油孔803,防止烟油渗漏;所述油孔硅胶塞804还用于密封所述储油套801与所述吸嘴套301之间的间隙,防止用户吸食时气体从所述间隙中流入用户口腔。
可选的,结合图7以及图8所示,所述通气管302位于所述储油套801内,所述油孔硅胶塞804设置有与所述出气口303连通的通孔805,所述通气管303的一端与所述通孔805连通。
上述实施例中,注油孔设置在储油套靠近出气口的位置,在另一种实现方式中,注油孔还可以设置在第一卡扣件上。
可选的,结合图9所示,所述第一卡扣件108还设置有注油孔901,所述注油孔901与所述储油腔106连通,所述注油孔901用于往所述储油腔106内添加烟油;所述雾化组件还包括油孔塞902,所述油孔塞902具有弹性,当不需要为所述储油腔106添加烟油时,在外力作用下使得所述油孔塞902与所述注油孔901紧张配合,以堵住所述注油孔901,以防止所述储油腔内的烟油渗漏。
注油孔设置在第一卡扣件上,以方便在生产时为储油腔进行自动化注入烟油。
可选的,结合图10所示,所述雾化套104靠近所述电池杆组件的一端设置有硅胶隔油圈1001,用于防止烟油从所述雾化腔106内渗漏,所述所述第一卡扣件108与所述硅胶隔油圈1001之间还设置有弹性密封圈1002,用于紧固所述硅胶隔油圈1001。
可选的,结合图11所示,所述储油套801为透明材质,所述吸嘴套301上还设置有观看窗口1101,用于方便用户观看所述储油套内的剩余烟油。
可选的,所述第一卡扣件为具有弹性功能的塑料材质制成,所述第二卡扣件为具有弹性功能的塑料材质制成。
可选的,所述第一卡扣件为具金属材质制成,所述第二卡扣件为具有弹性功能的弹片金属材质制成。

    所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件为可拆卸连接,所述雾化组件靠近所述电池杆组件的一端设置有第一卡扣件,所述第一卡扣件设置有卡扣凹槽,所述电池杆组件靠近所述雾化组件的一端设置有插槽,所述插槽内壁设置有第二卡扣件,所述第二卡扣件具有位置恢复性,所述第二卡扣件设置有卡扣凸起,当所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件连接时,所述雾化组件的一端插入所述电池杆组件的所述插槽内,并且在外力作用下使得所述卡扣凹槽与所述卡扣凸起紧密配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣件还设置有防反插凹槽,所述第二卡扣件还设置有防反插凸起,用于防止所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件反插连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括吸嘴套以及通气管,所述通气管位于所述吸嘴套内,所述通气管的一端与所述吸嘴套的一端的出气口连通,所述通气管的另一端与所述雾化腔连通,以使得所述电子烟工作时,所述电热丝雾化烟油所形成的烟雾通过所述通气管以及所述出气口流向所述电子烟外部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套内还设置有导油棉,所述导油棉包裹所述电热丝,所述导油棉用于吸附通过所述进油孔流入所述雾化腔内的烟油。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣件设置有限位部,所述吸嘴套的一端设置有限位凸起,所述第一卡扣件插设于所述吸嘴套的一端,并使得所述限位部与所述限位凸起紧密配合,避免所述第一卡扣件 从所述吸嘴套内脱落。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣件还设置有进气口,所述进气口与所述雾化腔连通,以使得当所述电子烟工作时,空气从所述进气口进入到所述雾化腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣件为中空设置,所述第一卡扣件靠近所述电池杆组件的一端容置有电极盖,所述电极盖设置有限位凹部,所述第一卡扣件的内壁设置有限位凸部,所述限位凹部与所述限位凸部紧密配合,以防止所述电极盖脱落,所述电极盖还设置有两个容置腔,所述两个容置腔并列横向设置,所述两个容置腔内容置有两个连接电极,所述电极盖与所述两个连接电极之间分别设置有电极密封套,用于防止短路,所述电热丝还连接有两根电子导线,所述两个容置腔分别设置有第一导线穿孔,所述电极密封套分别设置有第二导线穿孔,所述两根电子导线穿过所述第一导线穿孔与第二导线穿孔分别与所述两个连接电极电连接;所述电极密封套具有弹性,使得所述两根电子导线分别与所述两个连接电极涨紧配合;所述电池杆组件内设置有两个弹性电极,当所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件连接时,所述两个连接电极与所述两个弹性电极电连接,以使得当所述电子烟工作时,所述电池杆组件内的电池为所述电热丝供电,使得所述电热丝发热雾化烟油。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述通气管与所述雾化套以及所述储油腔之间还设置有第一弹性密封垫,用于防止所述储油腔内的烟油渗漏至所述通气管内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴套内还设置有储油套,所述储油套的外壁贴合所述吸嘴套的内壁,所述雾化套容置在所述第一卡扣件内,所述第一卡扣件与所述储油套形成有所述储油腔,所述第一卡扣件与所述储油腔之间还设置有第二弹性密封垫,用于防止所述储油腔内的烟油渗漏。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油套靠近所述出气口的一端还设置有注油孔,用于为所述储油腔内添加烟油;所述雾化组件还包括油孔硅胶塞,当不需要为所述储油腔添加烟油时,通过外力作用下以使得所述油孔硅胶塞与所述注油孔紧张配合,以堵住所述注油孔,防止烟油渗漏; 所述油孔硅胶塞还用于密封所述储油套与所述吸嘴套之间的间隙,防止用户吸食时气体从所述间隙中流入用户口腔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述通气管位于所述储油套内,所述油孔硅胶塞设置有与所述出气口连通的通孔,所述通气管的一端与所述通孔连通。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣件还设置有注油孔,所述注油孔与所述储油腔连通,所述注油孔用于往所述储油腔内添加烟油;所述雾化组件还包括油孔塞,所述油孔塞具有弹性,当不需要为所述储油腔添加烟油时,在外力作用下使得所述油孔塞与所述注油孔紧张配合,以堵住所述注油孔,以防止所述储油腔内的烟油渗漏。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套靠近所述电池杆组件的一端设置有硅胶隔油圈,用于防止烟油从所述雾化腔内渗漏,所述所述第一卡扣件与所述硅胶隔油圈之间还设置有弹性密封圈,用于紧固所述硅胶隔油圈。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油套为透明材质,所述吸嘴套上还设置有观看窗口,用于方便用户观看所述储油套内的剩余烟油。
  15. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣件为具有弹性功能的塑料材质制成,所述第二卡扣件为具有弹性功能的塑料材质制成。
  16. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣件为具金属材质制成,所述第二卡扣件为具有弹性功能的弹片金属材质制成。
