Description

一种电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种能够防止烟油流至电池杆的电子烟。
背景技术
随着电子烟被广大群众的认知,电子烟的发展日渐壮大,电子烟的生产工艺技术也越来越精湛。电子烟是一种电子装置,电子烟主要包括雾化器和电池杆。其中,雾化器内的雾化组件与电池杆直接连接,当电子烟作业时,雾化器内的烟油流入至雾化组件,电池杆用于给雾化组件供电,使得雾化组件内的电热丝组件发热将烟油汽化成液体小颗粒。
为了让电子烟更趋近于普通香烟,电子烟的一端还设置有烟灰灯,用于代替普通香烟点燃时的发光状态,目前,大部分电子烟都有设置控制电子烟是否开始作业的气流感应开关,主要是通过用户吸烟时,导致雾化器内部产生负压,使得气流感应开关的薄膜电容的膜片位置发生变化,从而电容值发生变化,当变化到一定程度时触发电池杆给雾化器供电。然而,当用户往烟嘴内吹气时,电子烟内部会产生正压,从而可能也会使得电子烟开始作业,导致了烟灰灯会长亮,而在气流的作用下,也可能使得烟油流至电池杆,从而导致电池短路。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种能够防止烟油流至电池杆、结构紧凑、便于组装及便于维修及更换的电子烟。

所述进气孔207内设置有用于限制气流方向的限制部件212,以使当气流从所述吸嘴201流向所述进气孔207时,所述气流推动所述限制部件212封堵所述进气孔207,以阻挡气流向电池杆方向流动;当气流从所述进气孔207流向所述出气孔208时,所述气流推动所述限制部件212导通所述进气孔207及出气孔208;
所述进气孔207、所述出气孔208及所述通气管206的内腔位于同一直线上;所述限制部件212包括阀体213以及固定在所述阀体213上的单向阀214,所述阀体213与单向阀214设置在所述进气孔207处,并用于阻挡通气管206向所述进气孔208滴落的烟液;
优选的,如局部图3所示,所述阀体213与所述单向阀214均为筒状;
所述阀体213的一端设置有限位凸部215,用于抵持所述单向阀214;
所述单向阀214的一端设置有薄膜阀门216;所述薄膜阀门216密封所述单向阀214的端孔,且所述薄膜阀门216的一侧与所述单向阀214的内壁连接;
所述单向阀214嵌套入所述阀体213内,且所述薄膜阀门216与所述限位凸部215位置相对;
当气流从所述出气孔208流向所述进气孔207时,所述气流推动所述薄膜阀门213抵持在所述限位凸部上215;
当气流从进气孔207流向所述出气孔208时,所述气流推动所述薄膜阀门216而进入所述雾化腔内210。
本实施例中,限制部件212包括阀体213以及固定在所述阀体213上的单向阀214,所述阀体213与单向阀214设置在所述进气孔207处,所述单向阀214的一端设置有薄膜阀门216;所述薄膜阀门216密封所述单向阀214的端孔,且所述薄膜阀门216的一侧与所述单向阀214的内壁连接。这样,当气流从所述出气孔208流向所述进气孔207时,所述气流推动所述薄膜阀门216抵持在所述限位凸部上215,阻挡了通气管206向所述进气孔208滴落的烟液,避免了烟液流入电池杆内,造成对电池杆的损害。由于阀体213与单向阀214设置在所述进气孔207处,当用户朝吸嘴吹气时,便可阻挡气流中带动烟液通过通气管206向所述进气孔208滴落。
上述实施例中,描述了限制部件包括阀体以及固定在所述阀体上的单向阀,并且所述阀体与单向阀设置在所述进气孔处。优选的,雾化组件内还设置有压杆与雾化座,所述限制部件可以设置在所述压杆内,下面结合图4、图4a以及图4b所示,本发明的另一实施例包括:
电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸嘴301、用于存储烟油的储油组件302、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件303、以及用于给所述雾化组件303供电的电池杆(图中未示),所述储油组件302设置有储油套304,所述储油套304内形成有用于存储烟油的储油腔305,所述储油腔305内插设有用于将所述雾化组件303雾化的烟雾排出至所述吸嘴301的通气管306,所述通气管306为空心的旋转体,以使所述通气管306的内腔与所述储油腔305相互隔离;所述储油套304的一端为开口端,所述雾化组件303与所述储油组件302进行可拆 卸连接且至少一端穿过所述开口端插设于所述储油腔305内;
所述雾化组件303设置有进气孔307、出气孔308、进油孔309以及位于所述出气孔308与所述进气孔307之间的雾化腔310,所述进气孔307及出气孔308分别位于所述雾化组件303的两端并均与所述雾化腔310相连通,所述雾化组件303的设置有出气孔的一端插设在所述储油套304内并与所述通气管306弹性密封相连,所述出气孔308与所述通气管306的内腔位置相对应并相互连通,所述进油孔309位于所述雾化腔310的腔壁上并与所述储油腔305相连通,所述雾化腔310内设置有电热丝组件,所述电热丝组件包括用于将进油孔309侧的烟油输送至所述雾化腔310内的导油绳及用于将所述导油绳的烟油雾化的电热丝,所述电热丝与所述电池杆电连接;
所述出气孔308内设置有用于限制气流方向的限制部件311,以使当气流从所述吸嘴301流向所述进气孔307时,所述气流推动所述限制部件311封堵所述出气孔308,以阻挡气流向电池杆方向流动;当气流从所述进气孔307流向所述出气孔308时,所述气流推动所述限制部件311导通所述进气孔307及出气孔308;
所述雾化组件303还设置有空心的压杆312与空心雾化座313;所述压杆312与所述雾化座313连接,所述压杆312的空心部与所述雾化座313的空心部形成所述雾化腔310;
所述压杆312上设置有所述出气孔308;所述雾化座313上设置有所述进气孔307;
所述限制部件311位于所述压杆312内;
所述限制部件311包括:阀体314以及固定在所述阀体314上的单向阀315;
请参照局部图3所示的阀体以及固定在所述阀体上的单向阀;
所述阀体314与所述单向阀315均为筒状;
所述阀体314的一端设置有限位凸部,用于抵持所述单向阀315;
所述单向阀315的一端设置有薄膜阀门316;所述薄膜阀门密封所述单向阀315的端孔,且所述薄膜阀门316的一侧与所述单向阀315的内壁连接;
所述单向阀315嵌套入所述阀体314内,使得所述薄膜阀门316与所述限 位凸部位置相对;
请参照图4a所示,当气流从所述出气孔308流向所述进气孔时,所述气流推动所述薄膜阀门316抵持在所述限位凸部上;
请参照图4b所示,当气流从进气孔流向所述出气孔308时,所述气流推动所述薄膜阀门316而进入所述雾化腔内。
本实施例中,限制部件包括阀体以及固定在所述阀体上的单向阀,并且所述阀体与单向阀位于在雾化组件设置的压杆内。由于压杆与通气管连通,并且压杆位于雾化组件的一端,便于拆卸,阀体与单向阀位于压杆内,也便于更换和维护,提高了产品的使用性能。
上述实施例中,描述了限制部件为阀体与单向阀,且限制部件位于雾化组件设置的压杆内,优选的,限制部件还可以为球体以及用于阻挡所述球体的镂空挡盖,且限制部件可以设置在雾化组件的雾化座内,下面结合图5、图5a以及图5b所示,本发明的另一实施例包括:
电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸嘴401、用于存储烟油的储油组件402、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件403、以及用于给所述雾化组件403供电的电池杆(图中未示),所述储油组件402设置有储油套404,所述储油套404内形成有用于存储烟油的储油腔405,所述储油腔405内插设有用于将所述雾化组件403雾化的烟雾排出至所述吸嘴401的通气管406,所述通气管306为空心的旋转体,以使所述通气管406的内腔与所述储油腔405相互隔离;所述储油套404的一端为开口端,所述雾化组件403与所述储油组件402进行可拆卸连接且至少一端穿过所述开口端插设于所述储油腔405内;
所述雾化组件403设置有进气孔407、出气孔408、进油孔409以及位于所述出气孔408与所述进气孔407之间的雾化腔410,所述进气孔407及出气孔408分别位于所述雾化组件403的两端并均与所述雾化腔410相连通,所述雾化组件403的设置有出气孔的一端插设在所述储油套404内并与所述通气管406弹性密封相连,所述出气孔408与所述通气管406的内腔位置相对应并相互连通,所述进油孔409位于所述雾化腔410的腔壁上并与所述储油腔305相连通,所述雾化腔410内设置有电热丝组件,所述电热丝组件包括用于将进油孔409侧的烟油输送至所述雾化腔410内的导油绳及用于将所述导油绳的烟 油雾化的电热丝所述电热丝与所述电池杆电连接;
所述进气孔407或出气孔408内设置有用于限制气流方向的限制部件411,以使当气流从所述吸嘴401流向所述进气孔407时,所述气流推动所述限制部件411封堵所述进气孔407或出气孔408,以阻挡气流向电池杆方向流动;当气流从所述进气孔407流向所述出气孔408时,所述气流推动所述限制部件411导通所述进气孔407及出气孔408;
所述雾化组件403内还设置有空心的压杆412与空心雾化座413;所述压杆412与所述雾化座413连接,所述压杆412的空心部与所述雾化座413的空心部形成所述雾化腔410;
所述压杆412上设置有所述出气孔408;所述雾化座413上设置有所述进气孔407;
所述限制部件411位于所述雾化座413内;
所述雾化座413内还设置有正电极414;所述正电极设置有所述进气孔407,所述进气孔407与所述雾化腔410连通;
所述限制部件411包括:球体415以及用于阻挡所述球体的镂空挡盖416;
所述正电极414的一端设置有容置槽,用于容置所述球体415,所述容置槽与所述镂空挡盖416连接;
所述容置槽远离所述镂空挡盖416端还设置有限位通道,用于抵持所述球体415且用于气体的流通;
所述球体415位于所述容置槽内;
请参照图5a所示,当气流从所述出气孔408流向所述进气孔时,所述气流从所述镂空挡盖416的镂空部穿过并推动所述球体415向所述限位通道运动,使得所述球体415封堵所述限位通道;
请参照图5b所示,当气流从所述进气孔流向所述出气孔408时,所述气流推动所述球体415而进入所述雾化腔内410;
优选的,所述雾化座413还设置有套设在所述正电极上的绝缘套417,所述绝缘套417与所述镂空挡盖416配合连接。
本实施例中,限制部件为球体以及用于阻挡所述球体的镂空挡盖,且限制部件位于雾化组件设置的雾化座内,球体位于雾化座与镂空挡盖结合形成的容 置槽内,使得当气流从出气孔流向进气孔时,所述气流从所述镂空挡盖的镂空部穿过并推动所述球体封堵雾化座内的限位通道,当气流从进气孔流向出气孔时,所述气流推动所述球体而进入所述雾化腔内。需要说明的是,优选的球体为空心塑料球体,具体不做限定。这样,通过球体来限制气流的方向,使得产品可以方便地安装于拆卸球体,提高了产品的使用性能。
上述实施例中,描述了限制部件的作用,以及与限制部件相关联的各部件,优选的,本发明电子烟还包括具体作业的各功能部件,下面对本发明电子烟的其他各功能部件进行描述,结合图6所示,本发明实施例中另一实施例包括:
结合上述任一实施例,所述储油套501与所述通气管502均为透光体,且所述储油套501与所述通气管502一体成型;
所述储油组件端部设置有螺纹套504,所述雾化组件设置有螺纹503,所述雾化组件的螺纹503嵌套入所述储油组件的螺纹套504;
所述雾化组件包括外电极套508、套设在所述外电极套508一端的所述正电极505及套设在所述正电极上的所述绝缘套506;
所述外电极套508的远离所述正电极505的一端套设有雾化套513,所述雾化套513延伸至所述外电极套508外的一端套设在所述通气管502上;
所述雾化套513内套设固定有支撑管507,所述外电极套508上套设有密封圈512;
所述密封圈512用于防止烟油流出所述储油组件;
所述支撑管507上架设有用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件509,所述电热丝组件509中电热丝的两端分别于所述外电极套508及所述正电极电连接;
所述外电极套508的外周面设置有用于限制所述外电极插入所述储油组件内的环形凸起510;
优选地,所述外电极套的外周面套设有与所述储油组件及所述环形凸起510相抵持的密封垫514;
所述储油组件包括由非金属材料制成的透明储油套管及套设在所述储油套管内的通气管502,所述储油套管与所述通气管502之间形成有所述储油腔,所述储油套管的一端设置有吸嘴端,即在本实施例中,所述吸嘴与所述储油套管及通气管为一体成型,所述通气管502的内腔与所述吸嘴511端及所述雾化 腔相连通。
本实施例中,描述了本发明电子烟的各功能部件,可实现了对烟液的雾化作业以及对电子烟本体的保护等。需要说明的是,上述各功能部件只是本发明实施例中的一种实现方式所用部件,具体此处不做限定。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    电子烟本体;
    所述电子烟本体设置有吸嘴、用于存储烟油的储油组件、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件、以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆,所述储油组件设置有储油套,所述储油套内形成有用于存储烟油的储油腔,所述储油腔内插设有用于将所述雾化组件雾化的烟雾排出至所述吸嘴的通气管,所述通气管为空心的旋转体,以使所述通气管的内腔与所述储油腔相互隔离;所述储油套的一端为开口端,所述雾化组件与所述储油组件进行可拆卸连接且至少一端穿过所述开口端插设于所述储油腔内;
    所述雾化组件设置有进气孔、出气孔、进油孔以及位于所述出气孔与所述进气孔之间的雾化腔,所述进气孔及出气孔分别位于所述雾化组件的两端并均与所述雾化腔相连通,所述雾化组件的设置有出气孔的一端插设在所述储油套内并与所述通气管弹性密封相连,所述出气孔与所述通气管的内腔位置相对应并相互连通,所述进油孔位于所述雾化腔的腔壁上并与所述储油腔相连通,所述雾化腔内设置有电热丝组件,所述电热丝组件包括用于将进油孔侧的烟油输送至所述雾化腔内的导油绳及用于将所述导油绳的烟油雾化的电热丝,所述电热丝与所述电池杆电连接;
    所述进气孔或出气孔内设置有用于限制气流方向的限制部件,以使当气流从所述吸嘴流向所述进气孔时,所述气流推动所述限制部件封堵所述进气孔或出气孔,以阻挡气流向电池杆方向流动;当气流从所述进气孔流向所述出气孔时,所述气流推动所述限制部件导通所述进气孔及出气孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述进气孔、所述出气孔及所述通气管的内腔位于同一直线上;所述限制部件包括阀体以及固定在所述阀体上的单向阀,所述阀体与单向阀设置在所述进气孔处,并用于阻挡通气管向所述进气孔滴落的烟液;
    所述阀体与所述单向阀均呈筒状;
    所述阀体的一端内壁上设置有限位凸部,用于抵持所述单向阀;
    所述单向阀的一端设置有薄膜阀门;所述薄膜阀门密封所述单向阀的端 孔,且所述薄膜阀门的一侧与所述单向阀的内壁连接;
    所述单向阀嵌套入所述阀体内,所述薄膜阀门与所述限位凸部位置相对,
    当气流从所述出气孔流向所述进气孔时,所述气流推动所述薄膜阀门抵持在所述限位凸部上;
    当气流从进气孔流向所述出气孔时,所述气流推动所述薄膜阀门而进入所述雾化腔内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述雾化组件还设置有空心的压杆与空心雾化座;所述压杆与所述雾化座连接,所述压杆的空心部与所述雾化座的空心部形成所述雾化腔;
    所述压杆上设置有所述出气孔;所述雾化座上设置有所述进气孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述限制部件位于所述压杆内;
    所述限制部件包括:阀体以及固定在所述阀体上的单向阀;
    所述阀体与所述单向阀均呈筒状;
    所述阀体的一端内壁上设置有限位凸部,用于抵持所述单向阀;
    所述单向阀的一端设置有薄膜阀门;所述薄膜阀门密封所述单向阀的端孔,且所述薄膜阀门的一侧与所述单向阀的内壁连接;
    所述单向阀嵌套入所述阀体内,使得所述薄膜阀门与所述限位凸部位置相对;
    当气流从所述出气孔流向所述进气孔时,所述气流推动所述薄膜阀门抵持在所述限位凸部上;
    当气流从进气孔流向所述出气孔时,所述气流推动所述薄膜阀门而进入所述雾化腔内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述限制部件位于所述雾化座内;
    所述雾化座内还设置有正电极;所述正电极设置有所述进气孔,所述进气孔与所述雾化腔连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述限制部件包括:球体以及用于阻挡所述球体的镂空挡盖;
    所述正电极的一端设置有容置槽,用于容置所述球体,所述容置槽与所述镂空挡盖连接;
    所述容置槽远离所述镂空挡盖端还设置有限位通道,用于抵持所述球体且用于气体的流通;
    所述球体位于所述容置槽内;
    当气流从所述出气孔流向所述进气孔时,所述气流从所述镂空挡盖的镂空部穿过并推动所述球体向所述限位通道运动,使得所述球体封堵所述限位通道;
    当气流从所述进气孔流向所述出气孔时,所述气流推动所述球体而进入所述雾化腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述雾化座还设置有套设在所述正电极上的绝缘套,所述绝缘套与所述镂空挡盖配合连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7其中任意一项所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述储油套与所述通气管均为透光体,且所述储油套与所述通气管一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述储油组件端部设置有螺纹套,所述雾化组件设置有螺纹,所述雾化组件的螺纹嵌套入所述储油组件的螺纹套。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述雾化组件包括外电极套、套设在所述外电极套一端的所述正电极及套设在所述正电极上的所述绝缘套;
    所述外电极套的远离所述正电极的一端套设有雾化套,所述雾化套延伸至所述外电极套外的一端套设在所述通气管上;
    所述雾化套内套设固定有支撑管,所述外电极套上套设有密封圈;
    所述密封圈用于防止烟油流出所述储油组件;
    所述支撑管上架设有用于雾化烟油的所述电热丝组件,所述电热丝组件中电热丝的两端分别于所述外电极套及所述正电极电连接。
  11. 根据权要求利10所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述外电极套的外周面设置有用于限制所述外电极插入所述储油组件内的环形凸起。
  12. 根据权要求利11所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述外电极套的外周面套设有与所述储油组件及所述环形凸起相抵持的密封垫。
  13. 根据权利要求1至7所述电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述储油组件包括由非金属材料制成的透明储油套管及套设在所述储油套管内的通气管,所述储油套管与所述通气管之间形成有所述储油腔,所述储油套管的一端设置有吸嘴端,所述通气管的内腔与所述吸嘴端及所述雾化腔相连通。
