Description

一种电子烟
本申请要求于 2014 年 2 月 12 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201420063742.4、 发明名称为 "一种电子烟" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全 部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种防止用户吸食未经雾化的 烟液的电子烟。 背景技术
现有技术的电子烟的结构请参见图 1所示, 由图 1可知,现有技术中的电子 烟中包括相互连接的雾化组件 110和电池杆组件 120, 所述雾化组件 110的远离 所述电池杆组件 120的一端作为供用户吸食烟雾的吸烟端 100。 进一步参见图 1 可知, 雾化组件 110设置有用于存储烟液的储油器 111 , 在该储油器 111内设置 有储油棉 112, 以及用于雾化烟液的电热丝组件 113。且在该电子烟内部形成有 烟雾通道, 使得用户通过该烟雾通道吸食到已被电热丝组件 113雾化的烟雾。
因图 1所示的电子烟中,储油器 111的位置靠近吸烟端 100,且该储油器 111 位于烟雾通道内, 使得储油器 111内的烟液容易泄露到烟雾通道内, 使得未经 雾化的烟液也会被用户吸食。 实用新型内容
有鉴于此, 本实用新型提供了一种防止用户吸食未经雾化的烟液的电子 烟。
一种电子烟, 其中, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液的储油器、用于雾化所述烟 液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件;
所述储油器设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端。
所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化组件位于所述电池杆组件和所述储油器之 间,且所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端位于所述电 池杆组件的中部、或所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件上远离所述雾化组件的位 置。

本实用新型所提供的电子烟包括: 电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸 烟端、用于容纳烟液的储油器、用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件以及用于给所述 雾化组件供电的电池杆组件;所述储油器设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸 烟端的一端。本实用新型所提供的电子烟的储油器设置于所述电子烟本体上远 离所述吸烟端的一端, 即储油器设置的位置远离吸烟端,使得本实用新型所提 供的电子烟能够有效的防止用户吸食未经雾化烟液。 附图说明

本实用新型公开了一种电子烟, 该电子烟的结构请参见图 2所示。
由图 2所示可知, 该电子烟包括:
电子烟本体,且所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端 201 ,用户通过该吸烟端 201 即可进行吸烟。
用于容纳烟液的储油器 202, 即在该储油器 202内存储有可雾化的烟液。 用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件 203 ,即通过雾化组件 203可使得储油器 202 内的烟液雾化。
在该电子烟本体内还形成有用于流通已雾化的烟液的烟雾通道(图中未示 出 ), 使得用户通过吸烟端 201吸食流经该烟雾通道内的烟液。
该电子烟本体还包括用于给所述雾化组件 203供电的电池杆组件 204。 由图 2所示可知,所述储油器 202设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟 端 201的一端, 采用此种设置方式的优势在于, 因储油器 202设置的位置远离 吸烟端 201 , 使得位于该电子烟本体内的烟雾通道不会经过该储油器 202, 从 而使得储油器 202内未经雾化的烟液不会泄露到烟雾通道内,进而使得用户不 会吸食到未经雾化的烟液,从而有效的避免了烟液的泄露。 而且不流经储油器 202的烟雾通道还可避免烟雾在烟雾通道内冷凝, 从而有效的避免冷凝后的烟 液堵塞烟雾通道。
进一步结合图 2 对本实施例所提供的电子烟的具体结构进行进一步的详 细说明, 所述雾化组件 203位于所述电池杆组件 204和所述储油器 202之间, 且所述吸烟端 201位于所述电池杆组件 204的一端外侧、 或所述吸烟端 201 位于所述电池 ^干组件 204的中部、 或所述吸烟端 201位于所述电池 组件 204 上远离所述雾化组件 203的位置。
具体的,位于所述电池杆组件 204的一端外侧的该吸烟端 201可与电池杆 组件 204同轴设置,采用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实 的香烟, 且使整体的烟雾通道较直, 可有效减少积油的现象。
或将吸烟端 201设置在电池杆组件 204的中部、或所述吸烟端 201位于所 述电池杆组件 204上远离所述雾化组件 203的位置。
在本实用新型中, 该吸烟端 201的具体位置不作限定。
在本实施例中, 为使得该电子烟的整体结构模仿真实的香烟、符合用户的 使用习惯以及减少积油, 该雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204同轴设置。
当然, 具体的设置方式在本实施例中并不做限定, 例如依次连接的所述电 池杆组件 204、 雾化组件 203和所述储油器 202可交错设置, 使得该电子烟整 体的外形为异形, 该异形的具体形状可为任意形状。
该雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204还可非同轴设置, 即将储油器 202 和雾化组件 203采用并列设置的方式,使得储油器 202和雾化组件 203分别与 电池 4干组件 204连接, 使得该电子烟的整体结构呈 T型。
即在本实施例中, 该电子烟的整体的外形结构并不做限定, 只要储油器 202设置在远离吸烟端 201的位置即可。
且在本实施例中 ,所述雾化组件 203位于所述电池杆组件 204和所述储油 器 202之间, 即雾化组件 203离吸烟端 201的位置较远, 而用户采用本实施例 所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时, 雾化组件 203的位置离用户口腔的位置较远, 即 可使得雾化组件 203雾化烟液时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效的提升了电 而避免了现有技术中夹持发热的雾化组件 203进行吸烟,使得用户在使用本实 施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效的模拟了真实 香烟的温度, 提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
较佳的是, 所述储油器 202与所述雾化组件 203为可拆卸连接和 /或所述 雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204为可拆卸连接。
具体的, 所述储油器 202与所述雾化组件 203和 /或所述雾化组件 203与 所述电池杆组件 204的可拆卸的连接方式可为螺纹连接或卡合连接等,具体的 连接方式在本实施例中不作限定, 只要使得所述储油器 202 与所述雾化组件 203和 /或所述雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204的可拆卸连接即可。
采用上述可拆卸的连接方式的优势在于, 方便用户随时更换雾化组件 203 或以及随时拆卸储油器 202, 从而方便用户往储油器 202内加烟液或更换该储 油器 202。 当然,所述储油器 202与所述雾化组件 203之间和 /或所述雾化组件 203与所述电池^ ^干组件 204的连接方式可为不可拆卸的连接方式, 在此不作限 定。
以下结合图 3 所示的实施例对该电子烟的雾化组件的具体结构进行详细 说明;
由图 3所示可知, 所述雾化组件 203包括:
雾化器支架 303。
所述雾化器支架 303顶端设置有用于与所述电池杆组件 204可拆卸连接的 第一螺纹套 304。
在本实施例中以雾化组件 203和所述电池杆组件 204通过螺纹连接为例进 行说明, 即若雾化组件 203和所述电池杆组件 204通过螺纹连接, 则在该雾化 器支架 303顶端设置第一螺纹套 304, 若采取其他可拆卸连接结构, 则雾化器 支架 303 顶端还可设置其他连接结构, 例如卡合连接中具有弹性的卡合弹片 等, 在本实施例中仅以螺纹套为例进行说明, 并不限定于使用螺纹套。
固定设置在所述第一螺纹套 304内部的雾化器电极 305。
所述第一螺纹套 304与所述雾化器电极 305之间设置有绝缘环 306。
与所述雾化器电极 305电连接设置电热丝组件 301 ,通过该电热丝组件 301 可雾化烟液。
用于将储油器 202内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件 301进行雾化的导油机 构 302, 具体的该导油机构 302可采用储油棉、 导油纤维等, 在此不作限定。
设置在所述雾化器支架 303上的雾化套 307, 且所述导油机构 302设置在 所述雾化套 307内部。
具体的, 该雾化套 307插入储油器 202内部, 并在雾化套 307的周壁上设 置至少一个输油孔,通过输油孔使得位于储油器 202内部的烟液能够顺利的输 送给导油机构 302。
以下结合图 4 所示的实施例对本实用新型所提供的储油器的具体结构进 行详细说明;
由图 4可知, 该储油器 202内部设置有密封容腔 401 , 该密封容腔 401内 部密封存储有烟液。
为使得用户能够掌握储油器 202 内部的烟液的剩余量, 则该储油器 202 为透明容器,即使得用户通过透明的储油器 202即可随时掌握电子烟的剩余烟 液量, 便于用户及时的更换储油器 202。
较佳的是, 所述储油器 202为玻璃瓶。 由于玻璃材质性质较稳定, 避免因 发生化学反应等情况而影响烟油味。
更佳的是,该玻璃制成的储油器 202的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用 户可估计出剩余烟液量可供吸食的时长, 方便用户使用。
较佳的是, 在所述储油器 202套设有保护套(图中未示出), 以避免所述 玻璃材质的储油器 202因跌落而破碎的情况。
更佳的是, 所述保护套设置有烟油观察窗, 以供用户观察烟油。
且为了模仿香烟, 则电子烟的长度一般与香烟的长度相当,且为了减少充 电频率以及增加电池杆组件 204的使用寿命,电池杆组件 204的长度至少可占 电子烟整体长度的一半以上, 在用户使用本实施例所示的电子烟进行吸烟时, 会自然的夹持电子烟的中上部靠近吸烟端 201的位置,因本实施例中的储油器 202设置在远离吸烟端 201的一端, 所以储油器 202避免受到用户夹持力, 从 而使储油器 202向雾化组件 203输出烟液量较为均衡的,有效的保障了烟雾的 稳定, 提高了用户体验。 避免了现有技术中, 因用户对储油器端部的作用力不 同, 而使烟油供给量不同, 导致烟雾量时大时小的情况。
为有效的保障储油器 202 具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的避免烟液的泄 露, 本实施例所采用的设置方式可为两种:
第一种设置方式请参见图 3所示,即为使得连接到雾化组件 203上的储油 器 202具有良好的密封性,从而使得储油器 202内的烟液不会出现泄漏, 则所 述雾化器支架 303和所述储油器 202连接处设置有用于密封所述储油器 202 的密封环 308。
通过设置在雾化器支架 303上的密封环 308可有效的保障储油器 202的密 封性。
第二种设置方式请参见图 4所示,即在与所述储油器 202的瓶口密封配合 设置带有通孔的环形密封塞 402。
在所述环形密封塞 402的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述储油器 202的可捅 破薄膜 403。
即雾化套 307插入储油器 202的密封容腔 401内部时,该雾化套 307穿过 该可捅破薄膜 403 ,通过该可捅破薄膜 403使得已插入雾化套 307的储油器 202 仍具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的防止烟液的泄露。
因本实施例所提供的储油器 202设置带有可捅破薄膜 403 的环形密封塞 402, 使得该储油器 202具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的避免烟液的泄露, 延 以下结合图 5 所示的实施例对本实用新型所提供的电子烟的电池杆组件 的具体结构进行详细说明;
由图 5所示可知, 该电池杆组件包括:
电池套 502。
其中, 图 2所示的吸烟端 201可由该电池套 502的端部延伸一体化形成, 或,将作为吸烟端 201的吸嘴与所述电池套 502可拆卸连接, 具体设置方式在 本实施例中不作限定。
本实施例中的可拆卸连接的吸嘴作为吸烟端 201 可使得用户随时更换吸 嘴或清洗吸嘴, 以实现尽量避免吸食到吸嘴内的烟油, 同时也更好地清理电池 ^干组件内的烟油。
容置在所述电池套 502内部的电池 503。
设置在所述电池套 502内部用于固定所述电池 503的电池架 504。
设置在所述电池架 504—端, 且分别与所述电池 503和所述雾化器电极 305 (如图 3所示)连接的电池电极 505。
与所述第一螺纹套 304 (如图 3所示) 匹配设置有用于使得所述电池杆组 件 204和所述雾化组件 203可拆卸连接的第二螺纹套 506。
当然,本实施例中以电池杆组件 204和所述雾化组件 203通过第二螺纹套 506进行螺纹连接为例进行说明, 需明确的是电池杆组件 204和所述雾化组件 203还可通过其他方式可拆卸连接, 在此不作限定。
进一步参见图 5可知,所述电池杆组件 204内部设置用于导通所述吸烟端 201和进气口的烟雾通道 501。
较佳的是, 该烟雾通道 501在电池杆组件 204内部密封设置, 即与电池杆 组件 204内部的其他电子元器件隔离。
具体的,与烟雾通道 501导通的进气口的设置方式可为两种,需明确的是, 以下进气口的设置方式仅为举例进行说明, 并不作限定, 只要设置在电子烟本 体的进气口通过烟雾通道 501与吸烟端 201导通即可。
第一种设置方式为:所述进气口可设置在所述雾化组件 203和所述储油器 202抵合面上; 其具体的设置方式为可在雾化组件 203与储油器 202抵合面上 设置有凸块或凸棱部,使得螺纹连接后的雾化组件 203和储油器 202之间形成 可供空气流入的进气口, 以使得空气通过该进气口流入烟雾通道 501中。
需明确的是, 该进气口的设置方式不作限定, 只要雾化组件 203和储油器
202之间形成可供空气流入的进气口即可。
通过烟雾通道 501可导通吸烟端 201和进气口, 具体请参见 6所示, 其中 图 6为进气口设置在所述雾化组件 203和所述储油器 202抵合面上的电子烟的 剖面示意图; 如图 6所示可知,设置在所述雾化组件 203和所述储油器 202抵合面上进 气口通过雾化通道 501与吸烟端 201导通。
具体的本实施例中电子烟内部的气流方向为箭头所示的方向,由图 6所示 可知, 该气流方向不经过储油器 202, 使得经过雾化组件 203雾化的烟雾无需 经过储油器 202即可流向吸烟端 201 , 从而使得烟雾不会因储油器 202的吸烟 而冷凝, 进而不会阻塞雾化通道 501。
该进气口的第二种方式可为, 将该进气口还可设置在所述雾化组件 203 外壁上, 具体位置以及数量不作限定。
通过烟雾通道 501可导通吸烟端 201和进气口, 具体请参见 7所示, 其中 图 7为进气口设置在雾化组件 203外壁上的电子烟的剖面示意图;
如图 7所示可知, 设置在雾化组件 203外壁上的进气口通过雾化通道 501 与吸烟端 201导通。
具体的本实施例中电子烟内部的气流方向为箭头所示的方向,由图 7所示 可知, 该气流方向不经过储油器 202, 使得经过雾化组件 203雾化的烟雾无需 经过储油器 202即可流向吸烟端 201 , 从而使得烟雾不会因储油器 202的吸烟 而冷凝, 进而不会阻塞雾化通道 501 , 避免了现有技术中烟雾经过储油区域而 使烟雾冷凝及阻塞雾化通道的情况。
更进一步的, 本实用新型所提供的电池^ ^干组件 204可控制电热丝组件 301 雾化烟液, 其具体的控制方式可为两种;
一种请参见图 5所示,在电池套 502内部, 靠近吸烟端 201的位置设置用 于生成脉沖信号的气流感应器 507;
该气流感应器 507在检测到烟雾通道 501中的压强变小,即用户吸烟时会 生成脉沖信号。
且在本实施例中, 因气流感应器 507离吸烟端 201位置较近,使得气流感 应器 507 的感应用户吸烟动作的灵敏度提高, 以使用户更为有效的使用电子 烟。
分别与所述气流感应器 507和所述电池 503连接设置有用于根据所述脉沖 信号生成控制信号的微控制器。 且所述微控制器与所述电热丝组件 301连接, 以使所述电热丝组件 301根据所述控制信号雾化所述烟液。
采用该种设置方式可模拟香烟的抽吸效果,用户通过吸烟端 201即可吸食 经过雾化的烟液。
第二种方式请见图 8所示,
设置在所述电池套 502上且用于接收用户操作指令的按键 601。
与所述按键 601 连接设置有用于根据所述操作指令生成控制信号的微触 开关 602。
且所述 触开关 602与所述电热丝组件 301连接, 以使所述电热丝组件 301根据所述控制信号雾化所述烟液。
采用该种设置方式可使得用户不必吸烟端 201抽吸电子烟,只要按下该案 件 601即可使得该电子烟的电热丝组件 301雾化烟液。 体结构请参见图 9所示, 图 9所示的电子烟包括:
吸烟端 201以及电池杆组件 204、 其中吸烟端 201和电池杆组件 204的具 体结构请详见前述实施例, 在本实施例中不做赘述。
在本实施例中储油器 202和雾化组件 203—体化设置, 且所述储油器 202 设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端 201的一端。
较佳的是, 在储油器 202内部开设有烟雾通道 501 , 在储油器 202底端与 所述烟雾通道 501连通设置有进气口。该烟雾通道 501—直延伸导通至吸烟端 201。
其气流方向可参见图 9所示的箭头方向, 由图 9所示可知,相对于前述实 施例, 本实施例中的烟雾通道 501较长, 而较长的烟雾通道 501可使得电热丝 组件 301雾化后的烟雾的温度降低, 保障用户吸烟过程的体验。
更佳的是, 还可在该电子烟本体底端设置有灯具模块 701 , 在用户通过吸 烟端 201吸烟时, 该灯具模块 701可放出光线, 该光线能够模拟烟草燃烧的效 果, 当然也可根据用户的需要设置不同的发光效果。

为使得储油器内的烟液更容易传送至导油机构, 以下结合图 10所示的实 施例对电子烟的另一种结构进行详细说明:
如图 10所示, 该电子烟包括吸烟端 201和电池杆组件 204 , 且该吸烟端 201和电池杆组件 204的具体结构请见上述实施例所述, 在本实施例中不做赘 述。
在本实施例中,用于容纳烟液的储油器 202设置在雾化组件 203的外周壁 上,以使得位于储油器 202内的烟液通过雾化套 307上设置的输油孔传送给雾 化套 307内的导油机构 302, 以使电热丝组件 301雾化烟液, 其中, 雾化组件 203内部的具体结构请见前述实施例, 在本实施例中不作限定。
在本实施例中位于储油器 202内的烟液的流向与位于雾化套 307输送给电 热丝组件 301进行雾化的烟油的流向垂直或呈一定角度,以避免因震荡等原因 使烟油过度地输送给所述雾化器,以使得储油器 202内的烟液能够稳定的传送 给雾化套 307内的导油机构 302, 保证了烟雾量的稳定。 此外, 此种结构还可 以在电子烟跌落且端部着地时, 避免玻璃材质的储油器 202 因受到撞击而破 碎。
本实施例中, 该储油器 202与雾化组件 203通过螺纹连接,也可采用卡合 连接等其他方式, 具体连接方式在本实施例中不作限定。
需明确的是,本实施例中设置在雾化组件 203侧壁上的储油器 202的数量 和具体位置在本实施例中不做限定。
例如图 10所示, 设置在雾化组件 203侧壁上的储油器 202的为一个时, 该电子烟本体呈 L型;
或如图 11所示, 设置在雾化组件 203侧壁上的储油器 202的为二个且相 对设置时, 该电子烟本体呈 T型。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液的储油器、用于雾化所述烟 液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件;
所述储油器设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件位于所述 电池杆组件和所述储油器之间, 且所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件的一端外 侧、或所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件的中部、或所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆 组件上远离所述雾化组件的位置。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述储油器与所述 雾化组件为可拆卸连接;
和 /或,
所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件为可拆卸连接。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件与所 述电池杆组件同轴设置。
5、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件包括: 用于雾化所述烟液的电热丝组件;
用于将储油器内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件进行雾化的导油机构。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件还包括: 雾化器支架;
所述雾化器支架顶端设置有用于与所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接的第一螺 紋套;
固定设置在所述第一螺纹套内部并与所述电热丝组件电连接的雾化器电 极;
所述第一螺纹套与所述雾化器电极之间设置有绝缘环;
设置在所述雾化器支架上的雾化套,且所述导油机构设置在所述雾化套内 部。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆组件内部设 置用于导通所述吸烟端和进气口的烟雾通道; 所述进气口设置在所述雾化组件和所述储油器抵合面上;
或,
所述进气口设置在所述雾化组件外壁上。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆组件包括: 电池套;
容置在所述电池套内部的电池;
设置在所述电池套内部用于固定所述电池的电池架;
设置在所述电池架一端,且分别与所述电池和所述雾化器电极连接的电池 电极;
与所述第一螺纹套匹配设置有用于使得所述电池杆组件和所述雾化组件 可拆卸连接的第二螺纹套。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化器支架和所述储油器连接处设置有用于密封所述储油器的密封 环。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
与所述储油器的瓶口密封配合设置带有通孔的环形密封塞;
在所述环形密封塞的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述储油器的可捅破薄膜。
11、根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆组件还包括: 用于生成脉沖信号的气流感应器;
分别与所述气流感应器和所述电池连接设置有用于根据所述脉沖信号生 成控制信号的微控制器;
且所述微控制器与所述电热丝组件连接,以使所述电热丝组件根据所述控 制信号雾化所述烟液。
12、根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆组件还包括: 设置在所述电池套上且用于接收用户操作指令的按键;
与所述按键连接设置有用于根据所述操作指令生成控制信号的微触开关; 且所述微触开关与所述电热丝组件连接,以使所述电热丝组件根据所述控 制信号雾化所述烟液。
13、根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 与所述电池套可拆卸连 接设置有作为所述吸烟端的吸嘴。
14、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述储油器为透明 谷 。
15、根据权利要求 14所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述储油器为玻璃瓶。
