电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及香烟替代品技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
如图 1 所示,现有技术的电子烟包括相互连接的电池组件 100 和雾化组件 200 ,所述雾化组件 200 远离电池组件 100 的一端设有烟弹 300 。 烟弹 300 内部储存有烟油,雾化组件 200 工作时雾化该烟油以产生供使用者吸食的烟雾。电池组件 100 为雾化组件 200 供电,以控制雾化组件 200 工作。上述结构的电子烟存在以下缺陷:
( 1 )由于烟弹 300 离用户的口腔较近,使用电子烟时,用户容易吸食到储存在烟弹 300 内的烟油,从而给用户带来不好的体验。
( 2 )用户使用电子烟时,口腔夹持在烟弹 300 上,因而烟弹 300 受到口腔的夹持力大小的不同而使向雾化组件 200 输出流量不同的烟油,因而电子烟工作时产生的烟雾量不稳定。
( 3 )由于雾化组件 200 位于电子烟的中上部区域,使用电子烟时,雾化组件 200 距离用户的口腔较近,因而烟雾温度较高,甚至会烫嘴,不利于模仿真实的香烟的温度,用户体验差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟在使用时用户容易吸食到烟油,且易烫伤用户的缺陷,提供一种能避免用户吸食到烟油且不会烫伤用户的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括:
电子烟本体;
用于存储烟油的储油器;
所述电子烟本体上设置有吸烟端、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件、位于吸烟端和雾化组件之间并用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池组件以及设置在所述雾化组件远离所述电池组件一侧的连接件;
所述储油器可拆卸地插设在所述连接件内,且所述储油器与所述连接件之间呈一预定夹角设置。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述连接件、雾化组件和电池组件同轴设置。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述储油器的中心轴线与所述连接件的中心轴线之间的预定夹角在 60 ° ~110 °之间。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述连接件的径向上开设有第一插接孔,所述连接件的轴向上开设有与所述第一插接孔相通的第二插接孔,所述雾化组件部分地插设在所述第二插接孔内,所述储油器可拆卸地插设在所述第一插接孔内并与所述雾化组件抵持,以使所述储油器内的烟油流至所述雾化组件上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述储油器包括内部中空的本体部及沿所述本体部靠近连接件的端面轴向缩径形成的凸出部,所述凸出部沿轴向设有贯穿的第一通孔,所述凸出部的外表面还设有用于与所述第一插接孔可拆卸连接的第一螺纹套。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件包括用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件及用于将储油器内的烟油输送给所述电热丝组件进行雾化的导油机构,所述导油机构的一端插置于所述第二插接孔内。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件还包括:
设置在所述连接件和电池组件之间并用于连接所述连接件和电池组件的第一电极连接件;
套设在所述导油机构外的雾化套;
所述电热丝组件、导油机构和雾化套均设置在所述第一电极连接件内。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第一插接孔内设有用于与第一螺纹套可拆卸连接的第二螺纹套,所述凸出部插入所述第一插接孔内并与套设在所述导油机构外的所述雾化套的侧壁抵持。

实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:连接件和储油器均设置在雾化组件远离电池组件的一侧,且通过将储油器可拆卸地插设在连接件内并与雾化组件抵持,从而使储油器内的烟油流至雾化组件内供雾化组件雾化,并使储油器与连接件之间呈一预定夹角设置;则当用户吸食电子烟时,可将电子烟本体水平放置,使储油器内的烟油流至雾化组件上,充分利用了储油器内的烟油;由于储油器设置在远离吸烟端的一端,即用于储存烟油的储油器距离吸烟端较远,能够有效地避免用户吸食到烟油而带来不好的体验;而且储油器通常不受到外力的夹持,使得储油器向雾化组件输出均衡的烟油量,从而有效的保障了产生的烟雾的稳定性;雾化组件的位置距离用户口腔的位置较远,即可使得雾化组件雾化烟油时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效地提升了所述电子烟的使用安全。再者,雾化组件是插设在连接件内的,即雾化组件并不需要插设在储油器内,使储油器更干净卫生。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图 2 所示,本发明第一较佳实施例提供的电子烟,包括电子烟本体 1 和用于存储烟油的储油器 2 ,电子烟本体 1 和储油器 2 之间可拆卸地连接,且储油器 2 与电子烟本体 1 之间形成有预定夹角。即储油器 2 与电子烟本体 1 之间并非同轴设置,而是在储油器 2 与电子烟本体 1 的连接处成一定夹角。
电子烟本体 1 包括依次连接的吸烟端 11 、电池组件 13 、雾化组件 12 和连接件 14 ,其中雾化组件 12 用于雾化储油器 2 内的烟油,电池组件 13 用于给雾化组件 12 供电,用户通过吸烟端 11 吸食经雾化组件 12 雾化烟油形成的烟雾,连接件 14 用于实现与储油器 2 之间的可拆卸连接。电池组件 13 位于吸烟端 11 和雾化组件 12 之间,连接件 14 设置在雾化组件 12 远离电池组件 13 的一侧,储油器 2 可拆卸地插设在在连接件 14 内,即连接件 14 和储油器 2 均设置于远离吸烟端 11 的一侧,具体地 储油器 2 连接在连接件 14 的外周壁上,且 储油器 2 插设在连接件 14 内后与雾化组件 12 抵接,以使储油器 2 内的烟油流至雾化组件 12 内,供雾化组件 12 雾化。
储油器 2 与连接件 14 非同轴设置,且储油器 2 与连接件 14 之间呈一预定夹角设置,预定夹角在 60 ° ~110 °之间,具体地储油器 2 的中心轴线与连接件 14 的中心轴线之间的预定夹角在 60 ° ~110 °之间;优选地储油器 2 与连接件 14 互相垂直连接,即储油器 2 与连接件 14 的夹角为 90 °。本实施例中,连接件 14 、雾化组件 12 、电池组件 13 和吸烟端 11 同轴设置,由连接件 14 、雾化组件 12 、电池组件 13 和吸烟端 11 组成的电子烟本体 1 与储油器 2 非同轴设置,则储油器 2 与电子烟本体 1 之间的夹角也在 60 ° ~110 °之间。
由图 2 所示可知,储油器 2 设置于远离所述吸烟端 11 的一端,采用此种设置方式的优势在于,因储油器 2 设置的位置远离吸烟端 11 ,从而使得储油器 2 内未经雾化的烟油不会泄露到烟雾通道内,进而使得用户不会吸食到未经雾化的烟油,从而有效的避免了烟油的泄露及用户吸食到烟油的现象,提高了用户体验。由于雾化组件 12 设置在远离吸烟端 11 的一侧,即雾化组件 12 的位置离用户口腔的位置较远,可使得雾化组件 12 雾化烟油时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效的提升了电子烟的使用安全,而且用户吸烟过程中会夹持在电池组件 13 处进行吸烟,而无需夹持发热的雾化组件 12 ,使得用户在使用本实施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效的模拟了真实香烟的温度,提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。进一步地,由于储油器 2 与连接件 14 之间可拆卸地连接,可方便地拔出储油器 2 ,从而更换储油器 2 或向储油器 2 内添加烟油。
储油器 2 为玻璃瓶,由于玻璃材质性质较稳定,避免因发生化学反应等情况而影响烟油味。
电池组件 13 位于吸烟端 11 与雾化组件 12 之间,用户使用本实施例提供的电子烟进行吸烟时,会自然地夹持在所述电子烟本体 1 的中上部靠近吸烟端 11 的位置,也即夹持在电池组件 13 所在的位置,由于储油器 2 设置在远离吸烟端 11 的一侧,因此储油器 2 通常不受到外力的夹持,使得储油器 2 向雾化组件 12 输出均衡的烟油量,从而有效的保障了产生的烟雾的稳定性。
本实施例中,所述吸烟端 11 可位于所述电池组件 13 的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端 11 位于所述电池组件 13 的中部、或所述吸烟端 11 位于所述电池组件 13 上远离所述雾化组件 12 的位置, 且使整体的气流通道较直,可有效减少积油的现象。 在本发明中,吸烟端 11 的位置不作限定,其只要满足位于远离雾化组件 12 的一端即可。
如图 3 和图 4 所示,储油器 2 为瓶状,包括本体部 21 和凸出部 22 。本体部 21 大体为 U 型,烟油收容在本体部 21 中空的内部;凸出部 22 是沿本体部 21 靠近雾化组件 12 的端面轴向缩径形成的,且凸出部 22 沿轴向设有贯穿的第一通孔 221 ,以使本体部 21 内的烟油经该第一通孔 221 后流向雾化组件 12 。
在本实施例中以储油器 2 和连接件 14 通过螺纹连接为例进行说明,即若储油器 2 和连接件 14 通过螺纹连接,则在 凸出部 22 的外表面上设有用于与连接件 14 可拆卸连接的第一螺纹套 222 ; 若采取其它可拆卸连接结构,则凸出部 22 的外表面上还可设置其它连接结构,例如卡合连接中具有弹性的卡合弹片等,在本实施例中仅以螺纹套为例进行说明,但并不限定于使用螺纹套。具体在本实施例中,第一螺纹套 222 为外螺纹。
电池组件 13 用于为雾化组件 12 供电,并设置在吸烟端 11 和雾化组件 12 之间,包括电池套管 131 和电池 132 。电池 132 用于为雾化组件 12 供电,并套设在电池套管 131 内,电池 132 与雾化组件 12 电连接的方式属于现有技术,这里不再详述。
雾化组件 12 部分插设在连接件 14 内,并与储油器 2 抵接,以实现将储油器 2 内的烟油流至雾化组件 12 内。雾化组件 12 包括第一电极连接件 121 、电热丝组件 123 、导油机构 124 、雾化套 125 、密封塞 126 、雾化支架 127 、第二电极连接件 128 、支撑件 129 和绝缘环 122 。
第一电极连接件 121 大体为中空的圆筒状,设置在电池组件 13 和连接件 14 之间,并用于连接电池组件 13 和连接件 14 。雾化支架 127 也为中空的圆筒状,其卡固在第一电极连接件 121 内部的凸起中,并用于固定第二电极连接件 128 、绝缘环 122 和支撑件 129 。具体地,第二电极连接件 128 通过绝缘环 122 和雾化支架 127 与第一电极连接件 121 电性绝缘,且第二电极连接件 128 和第一电极连接件 121 分别与电池 132 的正负极电连接,以实现电池组件 13 为雾化组件 12 供电。
电热丝组件 123 、导油机构 124 、雾化套 125 和支撑件 129 均设置在第一电极连接件 121 内,具体地是电热丝组件 123 、导油机构 124 、雾化套 125 和支撑件 129 均套设在雾化支架 127 内。雾化套 125 大体为中空的圆筒状,其两端开口,且雾化套 125 的一端固定在雾化支架 127 上,另一端插设在连接件 14 内,且雾化套 125 的部分侧壁与第一通孔 221 相对设置。导油机构 124 固定安装在雾化套 125 内,并用于将储油器 2 内的烟油输送给电热丝组件 123 进行雾化, 具体的该导油机构 124 可采用导油棉、导油纤维等具有吸附作用的材料,在此不作限定。本实施例中,雾化套 125 上与第一通孔 221 相对的侧壁上开设有至少一个第二通孔 1251 ,以使储油器 2 内的烟油分别经过第一通孔 221 和第二通孔 1251 后流入位于雾化套 125 内的导油机构 124 上。第二通孔 1251 的形状及个数在此不作限定。
电热丝组件 123 用于雾化烟油并产生烟雾,且电热丝组件 123 穿过支撑件 129 上的通孔后与导油机构 124 抵持连接,以从导油机构 124 上吸附烟油。具体地电热丝组件 123 包括导油绳 1232 和发热丝 1231 ,其中导油绳 1232 大体为 U 型,且导油绳 1232 的两端均与导油机构 124 抵持固定, U 型导油绳 1232 的弧形段固定穿设在支撑件 129 的通孔内,发热丝 1231 缠绕在导油绳 1232 的弧形段上。密封塞 126 为圆环状,与雾化套 125 靠近电热丝组件 123 的一端抵持固定,且密封塞 126 的轴向上设有至少一个安装孔 1261 ,导油绳 1232 穿过该安装孔 1261 后与导油机构 124 的端面抵持固定,具体地安装孔 1261 为两个,并与导油绳 1232 的两端一一对应,以使导油绳 1232 穿过安装孔 1261 后再与导油机构 124 抵持。
连接件 14 设置在雾化组件 12 远离电池组件 13 的一侧,并与储油器 2 可拆卸地连接,连接件 14 大体为瓶状,其瓶口部分固定在雾化支架 127 和雾化套 125 之间,以实现对连接件 14 的固定。连接件 14 上设有供储油器 2 插设的第一插接孔 141 和供雾化组件 12 部分插入的第二插接孔 143 ,且当储油器 2 插入第一插接孔 141 后,储油器 2 与雾化组件 12 抵接,以使储油器 2 内的烟油流入雾化组件 12 内供电热丝组件 123 雾化。
第一插接孔 141 沿连接件 14 的径向延伸,并开设在连接件 14 靠近凸出部 22 的侧壁上,且第一插接孔 141 内设有用于与第一螺纹套 222 可拆卸连接的第二螺纹套 142 ,通过第一螺纹套 222 和第二螺纹套 142 的螺纹连接实现储油器 2 与连接件 14 之间的可拆卸连接。第二插接孔 143 沿连接件 14 的轴向延伸,并与第一插接孔 141 相连通,且内部套设有导油机构 124 的雾化套 125 插设在该第二插接孔 143 内。
如图 3 所示,本实施例的电子烟,同轴设置的吸烟端 11 、电池组件 13 、雾化组件 12 和连接件 14 依次相连形成电子烟本体 1 ,在电子烟本体 1 中,内部套设有导油机构 124 的雾化套 125 插设在第二插接孔 143 内,当将储油器 2 的凸出部 22 通过螺纹连接插入第一插接孔 141 内时,凸出部 22 的端部与雾化套 125 的侧壁抵持;又由于雾化套 125 上与第一通孔 221 相对的侧壁上设有第二通孔 1251 。则当用户吸食电子烟时,可将电子烟本体 1 水平放置,此时使储油器 2 倒立,则储油器 2 内的烟油依次通过第一通孔 221 和第二通孔 1251 后流至导油机构 124 上,充分利用了储油器 2 内的烟油;而当用户将电子烟倾斜一定角度吸食时,储油器 2 内的烟油可缓慢地流入导油机构 124 上,且随着电子烟倾斜角度的不同,储油器 2 内的烟油流入导油机构 124 上的速度是不同的,进而实现控制烟油流速的目的,避免导油机构 124 上积油及电热丝组件 123 不能及时雾化烟油的问题;其次导油机构 124 是插设在连接件 14 内的,且导油机构 124 并不需要插设在储油器 2 内,使储油器 2 更干净卫生。本实施例中,第一插接孔 141 和第二插接孔 143 互相垂直,且储油器 2 与连接件 14 之间的夹角为 90 °。
综上所述,使用如上实施例提供的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
( 1 )设置了与雾化组件 12 远离电池组件 13 的一侧连接的连接件 14 ,并将储油器 2 可拆卸地插设在连接件 14 内,且储油器 2 与连接件 14 形成有预定夹角,则储油器 2 内的烟油流至导油机构 124 上,充分利用了储油器 2 内的全部烟油;其次导油机构 124 是插设在连接件 14 内的,即导油机构 124 并不需要插设在储油器 2 内,使储油器 2 更干净卫生;在电子烟跌落且端部着地时,避免玻璃材质制成的储油器 2 因受到撞击而破碎,以及因电子烟的振荡而使烟油溢出至雾化组件 12 内的缺陷。
( 2 )由于储油器 2 设置在远离吸烟端 11 的一端 ,即用于储存烟油的储油器 2 距离吸烟端 11 较远,用户使用电子烟时,能够有效地避免用户吸食到烟油而带来不好的体验。
( 3 )由于储油器 2 设置在远离吸烟端 11 的一端,因此储油器 2 通常不受到外力的夹持,使得储油器 2 向雾化组件 12 输出均衡的烟油量,从而有效的保障了产生的烟雾的稳定性。
( 4 )采用将电池组件 13 设置在雾化组件 12 和吸烟端 11 之间,雾化组件 12 又插设在连接件 14 内部,则使雾化组件 12 离吸烟端 11 的位置较远,吸食电子烟时,雾化组件 12 的位置距离用户口腔的位置较远,即可使得雾化组件 12 雾化烟油时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效地提升了所述电子烟的使用安全。而且,使用电子烟时,用户无需夹持发热的雾化组件 12 ,使得用户在使用所述电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效地模拟了真实的香烟的温度,提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
( 5 )所述电子烟中的气流通道不经过储油器 2 ,从而能够防止烟油渗透至气流通道中,有效地避免所述电子烟产生漏液现象。
( 6 )所述电子烟中的储油器 2 可拆卸地插设在连接件 14 内,当储油器 2 内的烟油耗尽时,方便用户向储油器 2 内添加烟油或更换储油器 2 。
( 7 )所述电子烟中的吸烟端 11 可拆卸地连接在电池组件 13 上,从而方便用户拆卸该吸烟端 11 进行清洗。
如图 5 所示,本发明第二实施例提供的电子烟与第一实施例的区别之处在于:本实施例的雾化套 125 大致为 L 型,且其两端开口,雾化套 125 包括第一直线部 1252 和第二直线部 1253 ,其中第一直线部 1252 插设在第二插接孔 143 内,第二直线部 1253 弯折后延伸至第一插接孔 141 内,且第二直线部 1253 部分或全部延伸至第一通孔 221 内。导油机构 124 的结构与雾化套 125 相同,即导油机构 124 大致也为 L 型,且导油结构 124 套设在雾化套 125 内。则当储油器 2 通过螺纹连接插入第一插接孔 141 内时,雾化套 125 的第二直线部 1253 延伸至第一通孔 221 内,由于雾化套 125 的两端开口,则储油器 2 内的烟油经过第一通孔 221 后流至位于雾化套 125 内的导油机构 124 上,以实现向雾化组件 12 输送烟油。
则当用户吸食本实施例的电子烟时,可将电子烟本体 1 水平放置,此时使储油器 2 倒立,则储油器 2 内的烟油依次通过第一通孔 221 后直接流至导油机构 124 上,且储油器 2 内的烟油可流至导油机构 124 上,充分利用了储油器 2 内的全部烟油;其次导油机构 124 是插设在连接件 14 内的,且导油机构 124 并不需要插设在储油器 2 内,使储油器 2 更干净卫生。本实施例中,第一插接孔 141 和第二插接孔 143 互相垂直,且储油器 2 与连接件 14 之间的夹角为 90 °。另外,使用本实施例二提供的电子烟,同样能实现如实施例一中电子烟所述的有益效果。

    电子烟本体( 1 );
    用于存储烟油的储油器( 2 );
    所述电子烟本体( 1 )上设置有吸烟端( 11 )、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件( 12 )、位于吸烟端( 11 )和雾化组件( 12 )之间并用于给所述雾化组件( 12 )供电的电池组件( 13 )以及设置在所述雾化组件( 12 )远离所述电池组件( 13 )一侧的连接件( 14 );
    所述储油器( 2 )可拆卸地插设在所述连接件( 14 )内,且所述储油器( 2 )与所述连接件( 14 )之间呈一预定夹角设置。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接件( 14 )、雾化组件( 12 )和电池组件( 13 )同轴设置。

  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油器( 2 )包括内部中空的本体部( 21 )及沿所述本体部( 21 )靠近连接件( 14 )的端面轴向缩径形成的凸出部( 22 ),所述凸出部( 22 )沿轴向设有贯穿的第一通孔( 221 ),所述凸出部( 22 )的外表面还设有用于与所述第一插接孔( 141 )可拆卸连接的第一螺纹套( 222 )。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 12 )包括用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件( 123 )及用于将储油器( 2 )内的烟油输送给所述电热丝组件( 123 )进行雾化的导油机构( 124 ),所述导油机构( 124 )的一端插置于所述第二插接孔( 143 )内。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 12 )还包括:
    设置在所述连接件( 14 )和电池组件( 13 )之间并用于连接所述连接件( 14 )和电池组件( 13 )的第一电极连接件( 121 );
    套设在所述导油机构( 124 )外的雾化套( 125 );
    所述电热丝组件( 123 )、导油机构( 124 )和雾化套( 125 )均设置在所述第一电极连接件( 121 )内。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一插接孔( 141 )内设有用于与第一螺纹套( 222 )可拆卸连接的第二螺纹套( 142 ),所述凸出部( 22 )插入所述第一插接孔( 141 )内并与套设在所述导油机构( 124 )外的所述雾化套( 125 )的侧壁抵持。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套( 125 )为中空的圆筒状,所述雾化套( 125 )上与所述第一通孔( 221 )相对的侧壁上设有供所述烟油流至所述导油机构( 124 )上的至少一个第二通孔( 1251 )。
  10. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套( 125 )包括插设在所述第二插接孔( 143 )内的第一直线部( 1252 )及弯折后延伸至所述第一插接孔( 141 )内的第二直线部( 1253 ),且所述第二直线部( 1253 )部分或全部延伸至所述第一通孔( 221 )内。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导油机构( 124 )的结构与所述雾化套( 125 )相同,所述储油器( 2 )内的烟油经所述第一通孔( 221 )流至所述导油机构( 124 )上。
  12. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电热丝组件( 123 )包括与所述导油机构( 124 )抵持固定的导油绳( 1232 )及缠绕在所述导油绳( 1232 )上的发热丝( 1231 )。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 12 )还包括用于固定所述导油绳( 1232 )的密封塞( 126 ),所述密封塞( 126 )的轴向上设有安装孔( 1261 ),所述导油绳( 1232 )穿过所述安装孔( 1261 )后与所述导油机构( 124 )抵持固定。
  14. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端( 11 )位于所述电池组件( 13 )的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端( 11 )位于所述电池组件( 13 )的中部、或所述吸烟端( 11 )位于所述电池组件( 13 )上远离所述储油器( 2 )的位置。
  15. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油器( 2 )为玻璃瓶。
