传统的电子烟包括雾化器及为雾化器供电的电池。雾化器一般包括壳体、安装于壳体上端的烟嘴、安装于壳体内的雾化头、用于存储烟液的烟弹管等。然而,现有技术中的电子烟需要通过吸嘴盖与雾化组件之间的重复拆卸才能加入烟液,在烟油用尽时,需要定期更换新的雾化组件,因此需要消耗较高的成本,并且在用组装新的雾化组件时,操作比较繁琐。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种能够方便补充烟液的电子烟。
一种电子烟,包括:
壳体;
烟嘴盖,设置在所述壳体的一端,所述烟嘴盖开设有出气孔;
烟弹管,收容在所述壳体内,所述烟弹管内形成用于存储烟液的储液腔和与所述出气孔相通的烟道;
胶塞,设置在所述烟弹管靠近所述烟嘴盖的一端以封闭所述储液腔;
雾化组件,收容在所述壳体内并与所述烟弹管相连,所述雾化组件包括用于收集所述烟液并将所述烟液转化为烟雾的发热元件;及
电源组件,收容在所述壳体内并与所述雾化组件相连,用于给所述发热元件提供电源。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟弹管包括第一管体和与所述第一管体相连的第二管体,所述储液腔包括位于所述第一管体内的第一腔体和位于所述第二管体内的第二腔体,所述第一管体的外壁与所述壳体的内壁之间形成出气道,所述第一管体的底部设有第一隔板,所述第一隔板与所述第一管体的内壁之间形成第一进液通道,所述第二管体的顶部设有第二隔板和与所述第二隔板相连的排气管,所述第二隔板与所述第一隔板间隔相对设置,所述第二隔板与所述第二管体的内壁之间形成第二进液通道,所述烟液从所述第一腔体经所述第一进液通道和所述第二进液通道进入所述第二腔体,所述烟道包括位于所述排气管内的第一排气道及位于所述第一隔板和所述第二隔板之间的第二排气道,所述第一排气道、所述第二排气道及所述出气道相通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述壳体为圆筒形,所述第二管体为与所述壳体相配合的圆筒形,所述第一管体的截面为长孔圆形,所述出气道的数量为二,两个出气道分别位于所述第一管体的两侧。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一隔板的形状为长方形,所述第一进液通道的数量为二,两个第一进液通道分别位于所述第一隔板的两侧。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二隔板的形状为长孔圆形,所述第二进液通道的数量为二,两个第二进液通道分别位于所述第二隔板的两侧。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二隔板的两个直线边与所述第一隔板的两条长边分别通过两个第三隔板相连,所述第二排气道由第一隔板、第二隔板及两个第三隔板共同环绕形成。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化组件包括:
固定座,所述固定座的中间开设有贯通孔,所述固定座一侧面开设有分别位于所述贯通孔两侧并与所述贯通孔相通的两个卡槽;
发热元件,包括吸液体和缠绕在所述吸液体上的发热丝,所述吸液体的两端分别收容在所述两个卡槽中,且所述发热丝位于所述贯通孔内;及
引导件,收容在所述第二管体内,所述引导件包括主体和设于所述主体一侧的并与所述排气管相连的引导管,所述引导件内开设有贯穿所述引导管和所述主体的导烟孔,所述主体与所述固定座相抵并将所述发热元件夹持在所述固定座和所述引导件之间,所述发热丝与所述导烟孔相对,所述主体上开设有缺口,所述烟液从所述第二腔体内经所述缺口流入到吸液体中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述引导管由具有弹性变形性质的材料制成,所述引导管的直径朝远离所述主体的方向逐渐缩小,所述引导管插入到所述排气管的内部并与所述排气管的内壁紧密接触。
在其中一个实施例中,所述固定座包括底座和设于所述底座一侧的凸台,所述两个卡槽开设在所述凸台上,所述凸台通过螺纹与所述第二管体固定相连,所述底座通过螺纹与所述壳体固定相连。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电源组件包括电池和设于所述电池一端的咪头,所述电池的正负两极分别与所述发热丝的两端相连,所述咪头用于控制所述电池的导通或关闭。
当需要注入烟液时,可以用注射器的针端穿过胶塞而深入到烟弹管的内部,然后将烟液通过注射器注入到储液腔内。上述注液过程无需拆卸烟弹管,较为方便快捷。

【具体实施方式】
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参阅图1,一实施方式的电子烟100包括壳体10、烟嘴盖20、烟弹管30、胶塞40、雾化组件50、电源组件60及灯盖70。
壳体10大致为长条形的空心圆筒。烟弹管30、胶塞40、雾化组件50及电源组件60分别收容在所述壳体10内,烟嘴盖20和灯盖70分别安装在壳体10的两端。
烟嘴盖20的外侧设有螺纹,并通过该螺纹螺合固定于壳体10的一端。烟嘴盖20的中部还开设有一个出气孔22。
请同时参阅图2、图3及图4,烟弹管30大致为透明的长条形管体,其内形成用于存储烟液的储液腔31和用于排气的烟道33。烟弹管30包括位于上方的第一管体32和位于下方的第二管体34。第一管体32和第二管体34是一体成型的。第一管体32的截面为长孔圆形,即由两条平行的直线和分别连接该两条直线的两端的两条圆弧线构成。当第一管体32收容于壳体10时,第一管体32的两个平行的外侧壁与壳体10的圆弧形内壁之间可以形成两个用于排烟的出气道322(见图7)。可以理解,在其他实施例中,第一管体32的截面也可以为其他形状,例如三角形等,出气道322的数量也可以为一个、三个或更多。第一管体32的内部形成用于存储烟液的第一腔体324。第一管体32位于第一腔体324的底部设有一个第一隔板326。第一隔板326垂直于第一管体32的截面设置。第一隔板326的形状为长方形,且长方形的第一隔板326的两条短边分别与第一管体32的两个平行的内侧壁相连。由此,长方形的第一隔板326的两条长边与第一管体32的两个弧形侧壁之间形成了两个截面类似于弓形的第一进液通道328。可以理解,在其他实施例中,第一进液通道328的数量也可为一个、三个或更多。
第二管体34的形状为与壳体10相配合的圆筒形,因此当第二管体34收容于壳体10的内部时,第二管体34的外壁能够与壳体10的内壁紧密贴合。第二管体34的内部形成用于存储烟液的第二腔体344。第二腔体344与第一腔体324一起组成储液腔31。第二管体34位于第二腔体344的顶部的位置设有第二隔板346。第二隔板346与第一隔板326间隔且平行。第二隔板346的形状为长孔圆形,长孔圆形的第二隔板346的两条圆弧边分别与第二管体34的圆弧形内侧壁相连,且长孔圆形的第二隔板346的两个直线边分别与第二管体34的圆弧形内侧壁之间形成两个第二进液通道348。可以理解,在其他实施例中,第二进液通道348的数量也可为一个、三个或更多。烟液可以从第一腔体324中经第一进液通道324和第二进液通道348进入到第二腔体344中。第二隔板346的两个直线边与第一隔板326的两条长边分别通过两个第三隔板336相连。第一隔板326、第二隔板346及两个第三隔板336共同环绕形成第二排气道334。第二排气道334的两端开口,并通过该开口分别与两个出气道322相通(见图7)。
第二管体34还包括设于第二隔板346下方的排气管349。排气管349大致为空心的圆管,其内部开设有贯穿第二隔板346的第一排气道332。第一排气道332与第二排气道334相通并一起构成烟道33。
胶塞40设于烟弹管30的第一管体32的顶端,并封闭第一腔体324。胶塞40是由具有一定弹性和一定致密度的材料制成,例如硅胶、橡胶或其他有机高分子材料。用针等尖状物可以很容易地将胶塞40穿刺,而将针从胶塞40中抽出后,由于胶塞40本身的弹性,液体不会从针孔中流出。
请再次参阅图1,雾化组件50包括固定座52、发热元件54及引导件56。发热元件54安装在固定座52上。引导件56一方面用于将烟液引导至发热元件54上,另一方面用于将发热元件54加热产生的烟雾引导出去。
请参阅图5,固定座52包括大致呈圆盘形的底座522和设于底座522上的圆环形凸台524。固定座52的中部开设有贯穿底座522和凸台524的贯通孔526,以供气体流通。底座522的外侧开设有外螺纹,并可通过该外螺纹螺合收容于壳体10。凸台524的顶部开设有分别位于贯通孔526相对两侧的两个卡槽528。每一卡槽528与贯通孔526相通。凸台524的外侧还开设有外螺纹,并可通过该外螺纹螺合收容于烟弹管30的第二管体34。固定座52为绝缘材质,例如耐温的硅胶、树脂或陶瓷等。
请再次参阅图1,发热元件54包括呈线状的吸液体542和缠绕在吸液体542中段部位上的发热丝544。吸液体542可以由具有较好的吸收烟液能力的玻璃纤维或天然纤维等材料制成。吸液体542的两端分别收容在两个卡槽528中,且发热丝544位于贯通孔526中。发热丝544缠绕的圈数可以为3~8圈。发热丝544的材质可以采用镍铬合金丝。
请参阅图6,引导件56包括主体562和设于主体562一侧的引导管564。引导件56上还开设有贯穿该主体562和引导管564的导烟孔566。主体562大致为圆盘形,其底部与固定座52的凸台524相抵,从而将发热元件54牢固地夹持在固定座52和引导件56之间。主体562通过螺纹螺合的方式固定在第二管体34的内部。主体562的边缘上开设有两个相对的缺口568。每一缺口568与吸液体542的一端相对。因此,烟液可以从第二腔体344内经缺口568流入到吸液体542中。引导管564大致为锥形,其直径朝远离主体562的方向逐渐缩小,且最大直径要大于等于排气管349的内径。引导管564由可弹性变形的材料制成,例如硅胶等。引导管564可以插入到排气管349的内部,从而将引导管564内的烟雾传导到排气管349中。由于引导管564是可弹性变形的,因此当引导管564插入到排气管349的内部时,引导管564可以与排气管349的内壁紧密接触,从而防止烟雾泄露。
电源组件60包括电池62和咪头64。电池62可以为锂电池。电池62收容在壳体10中,且电池62的正负两极通过导线分别与发热丝544的两端电连接。作为开关元件的咪头64设置于电池62的一端,用于控制电池62的导通或关闭。
灯盖70设于壳体10的最末端。灯盖70的内部还设有用于模拟火光的LED光源(图未示)。灯盖70上还开设有用于进气的进气孔72。可以理解,灯盖70也可省略。
请同时参阅图7和图8,电子烟100的装配过程大致如下:首先将胶塞40盖设在烟弹管30的顶端,然后将引导件56通过螺纹旋入烟弹管30的内部,并使得引导管564插入到排气管349的内部。接着,将发热丝544缠绕在吸液体542的表面,将吸液体542装入固定座52的卡槽528中,并将固定座52通过螺纹旋入烟弹管30的底部,直至烟弹管30的底部与底座522的一侧相抵。然后,将上述元件及电源组件60装入壳体10中,最后将烟嘴盖20和灯盖70安装于壳体10的两端。至此,电子烟100装配完毕。
当需要注入烟液时,可以用注射器的针端从烟嘴盖20的出气孔22穿过胶塞40而深入到烟弹管30的第一腔体324内,然后将烟液通过注射器注入到第一腔体324内。烟液将从第一腔体324经过第一进液通道324和第二进液通道348进入到第二腔体344中,然后通过缺口568流入到吸液体542中,直至吸液体542饱和。注液完毕后,将注射器的针端从胶塞40拔出,在胶塞40的弹性作用下,烟液不会从针孔中泄露出来。上述注液过程无需拆卸烟弹管,较为方便快捷。
在使用过程中,当使用者对电子烟100的具有出气孔22的一端吸气时,气流从进气口72进气。烟液在发热丝544的作用下转化成烟雾。烟雾通过贯通孔526、烟道33、出气道322并从出气孔22流出将烟雾输送至使用者的嘴里。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    烟嘴盖,设置在所述壳体的一端,所述烟嘴盖开设有出气孔;
    烟弹管,收容在所述壳体内,所述烟弹管内形成用于存储烟液的储液腔和与所述出气孔相通的烟道;
    胶塞,设置在所述烟弹管靠近所述烟嘴盖的一端以封闭所述储液腔;
    雾化组件,收容在所述壳体内并与所述烟弹管相连,所述雾化组件包括用于收集所述烟液并将所述烟液转化为烟雾的发热元件;及
    电源组件,收容在所述壳体内并与所述雾化组件相连,用于给所述发热元件提供电源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹管包括第一管体和与所述第一管体相连的第二管体,所述储液腔包括位于所述第一管体内的第一腔体和位于所述第二管体内的第二腔体,所述第一管体的外壁与所述壳体的内壁之间形成出气道,所述第一管体的底部设有第一隔板,所述第一隔板与所述第一管体的内壁之间形成第一进液通道,所述第二管体的顶部设有第二隔板和与所述第二隔板相连的排气管,所述第二隔板与所述第一隔板间隔相对设置,所述第二隔板与所述第二管体的内壁之间形成第二进液通道,所述烟液从所述第一腔体经所述第一进液通道和所述第二进液通道进入所述第二腔体,所述烟道包括位于所述排气管内的第一排气道及位于所述第一隔板和所述第二隔板之间的第二排气道,所述第一排气道、所述第二排气道及所述出气道相通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体为圆筒形,所述第二管体为与所述壳体相配合的圆筒形,所述第一管体的截面为长孔圆形,所述出气道的数量为二,两个出气道分别位于所述第一管体的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一隔板的形状为长方形,所述第一进液通道的数量为二,两个第一进液通道分别位于所述第一隔板的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二隔板的形状为长孔圆形,所述第二进液通道的数量为二,两个第二进液通道分别位于所述第二隔板的两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二隔板的两个直线边与所述第一隔板的两条长边分别通过两个第三隔板相连,所述第二排气道由所述第一隔板、所述第二隔板及所述两个第三隔板共同环绕形成。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括:
    固定座,所述固定座的中间开设有贯通孔,所述固定座一侧面开设有分别位于所述贯通孔两侧并与所述贯通孔相通的两个卡槽;
    发热元件,包括吸液体和缠绕在所述吸液体上的发热丝,所述吸液体的两端分别收容在所述两个卡槽中,且所述发热丝位于所述贯通孔内;及
    引导件,收容在所述第二管体内,所述引导件包括主体和设于所述主体一侧的并与所述排气管相连的引导管,所述引导件内开设有贯穿所述引导管和所述主体的导烟孔,所述主体与所述固定座相抵并将所述发热元件夹持在所述固定座和所述引导件之间,所述发热丝与所述导烟孔相对,所述主体上开设有缺口,所述烟液从所述第二腔体内经所述缺口流入到所述吸液体中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述引导管由具有弹性变形性质的材料制成,所述引导管的直径朝远离所述主体的方向逐渐缩小,所述引导管插入到所述排气管的内部并与所述排气管的内壁紧密接触。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定座包括底座和设于所述底座一侧的凸台,所述两个卡槽开设在所述凸台上,所述凸台通过螺纹与所述第二管体固定相连,所述底座通过螺纹与所述壳体固定相连。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电源组件包括电池和设于所述电池一端的咪头,所述电池的正负两极分别与所述发热丝的两端相连,所述咪头用于控制所述电池的导通或关闭。
