相较于现有技术,所述烟弹同侧形成出烟通道和进气通道,将进气通道和出烟通道都放入烟弹中,从而简化了原本就很拥挤的雾化器结构,并且同侧设置结构紧凑、将进气通道和出烟通道紧挨着并排设置,缩短了从所述进气口到所述出气口之间的气路长度,从而有效解 决了用户需要大力抽吸才能吸出烟雾的问题,用户抽吸更加方便,省力。在一个实施例中,所述出烟通道的下端通道相对其上端通道收窄,这样出烟通道内更容易形成负压,抽吸效果更好。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
实施例1
请参照图1和图2,本实施例的电子烟包括:外壳8、安装在外壳8顶部的烟弹1、以及安装在外壳8内的雾化组件(图未标)与电控组件7,烟弹1对雾化组件提供烟液,雾化组件对流入的烟液进行雾化,电控组件7安装在雾化组件的下端,与雾化组件电性连接,对雾化组件供电。外壳8的周壁上开设有USB连接孔80,用以供外接电源对电控组件7充电。
烟弹1包括本体10、上盖11以及底盖12,本体10、上盖11以及底盖12构成烟弹外壳(图未示),本体10的顶部开设有安装槽105,上盖11安装在安装槽105内,且上盖11的中间位置开设有出烟口110。本体10的内部形成有储液腔101,储液腔101为顶部封闭,底部开口的结构,底盖12封装储液腔101的底部开口。此外,在本体10的内部沿轴向形成有进气通道102和出烟通道103;所述进气通道102、出烟通道103设置于所述储液腔101的同一侧。进一步地,所述储液腔101、进气通道102和出烟通道103依次并排设置,所述进气通道102的口径上下相同,所述出烟通道103的口径上下相同,可选的,所述进气通道102和出气通道103的横截面为圆形或方形;本体10的侧壁开设有连通进气通道102的进气口104;其中,进气通道102和出烟通道103均位于烟弹1的同一侧,且出烟通道103连通出烟口110。通过这种设置缩短了从进气口104到出烟口110之间的气路长度,从而有效解决了用户需要大力抽吸才能吸出烟雾的问题,用户抽吸更加方便,省力。此外,储液腔101的侧壁设有安装孔107,安装孔107内安装有装饰条108,且装饰条108由透明的材料制成;因此,通过装饰条108可观察储液腔101内的烟液所在位置,方便检查储液腔101内的烟液量。
具体地,进气通道102与出烟通道103之间形成有间隔壁106。进气通道102靠近本体10外周表面,出烟通道103靠近储液腔101。进气通道102从本体10周壁的底部沿轴向延伸预设高度,在周壁上对应地开设一进气口104与进气通道102连通,本实施例中与进气通道的顶端连通,使得从进气口104送气后,可沿进气通道102从周壁的底部流出。出烟通道103从周壁的底部沿轴向延伸至周壁的顶部,与安装槽105相连通,使得气流从出烟通道103的底部流入后从周壁的顶部流出至安装槽105,用户再通过出烟口110吸取;实现在烟弹1的同一侧进气和出烟,上进上出,解决现有电子烟的进气孔开设在外壳的底部造成进气时烟液容易漏液的问题。在一个实施方式中,所述进气通道102和出烟通道103都为管状体的内腔构成,且进气通道102和出烟通道103并排设置,在其他的一个实施方式中,进气通道102为管状体的内腔,出烟通道103围绕进气通道102设置,进一步地,进气通道102收容在本体10内且进气通道102的一部分通道壁与本体10的内壁连接,另一部分通道壁被出烟通道103所围绕,具体的,进气通道102的通道壁与本体10内壁以及储液腔101的腔壁之间空间 构成出烟通道103。
请参照图1、图5和图6,雾化组件安装在烟弹1的底部,其中雾化组件的底部连接进气通道102的出口,顶部连接出烟通道103的进口,雾化组件雾化从烟弹1储液腔101内流入的烟液形成烟雾,使得烟雾可经气流带出。雾化组件包括主体3及安装在主体3内的雾化头2,主体3呈管筒状,安装在外壳8内,主体3的顶部可拆卸地组装于烟弹1的底部。具体地,本体10的底部两侧面均开设有卡孔109,主体3的顶部两侧均凸设有卡扣30,每一个卡扣30对应扣入每一个卡孔109内。在主体3上设置卡扣30,能够将卡扣30的尺寸做的更大,从而有效防止烟弹1与雾化组件脱离。雾化头2设有雾化加热通道(图未示),雾化加热通道一端连通进气通道102,另一端连通出烟通道103。具体地,出烟通道103与雾化加热通道之间,进气通道102与雾化头2之间分别设有一段过气间隙(图未示),从而使得进气通道102与出烟通道103连通。
本实施例中的雾化头2结构与实施例3中的雾化头结构相同,其详细结构在实施例3中描述,此处不再赘述。可以理解的,在其他实施方式中,雾化头2还可以采用其他结构,并不做限制。
进一步,主体3的底部设有胶塞5,胶塞5对应正极接触23处开设有穿孔(图未标),穿孔内设有电连接件4,电连接件4的上端与正极接触23连接,下端凸伸出胶塞5的底部。此外,胶塞5对应进气通道102处设有凹槽50,且凹槽50连通进气通道102。在凹槽50内安装有传感器6,传感器6可选为气压传感器或者气流传感器。传感器6向下凸伸形成连接部60,连接部60伸出胶塞5的底部。
请参照图2至图4,本实施例通过将出烟通道103的下端通道相对其上端通道收窄,改变出烟通道103的内部结构,从而优化吸气效果,提高传感器6的灵敏度。
在其中一个实施例中,在出烟通道103内插入外来件,例如插入件13来使得出烟通道103的下端通道相对其上端通道收窄。
在另一个实施例中,在出烟通道103的通道壁设置斜坡或凸块,通过直接改变通道壁的形状的方式来使得出烟通道103的下端通道相对其上端通道收窄。
下面做具体说明,首先请参阅图2、图4,本实施例中,在出烟通道103内设有两个相对设置的插入件13,使出烟通道103的下端通道相对其上端通道收窄,从而使得出烟通道103内更易形成负压,加入插入件13后提高了传感器6的灵敏度。两条插入件13可选为硅胶塞,相对的沿出烟通道103的轴向设置在出烟通道103的内壁上,所述插入件13与出烟通道103过盈配合,从而将插入件13固定在出烟通道103内;或者两个插入件13相邻地设置在出烟 通道103的内壁。可以理解的,当出烟通道103的横截面是方形时可以设置在不同的方向上,例如:图4中的两个插入件13设置在出烟通道103的前后方向,在另一实施方式中,插入件13设置在出烟通道103的左右方向(以图2中A-A方向为前后方向,以图2中B-B方向为左右方向);或者是两个插入件13相邻地设置在出烟通道103的两个内壁上。需要说明的是,两个插入件13的长度可以与出烟通道103的长度相同,也可以短于出烟通道103,加入两个插入件13后所述出烟通道103大致呈上大下小的喇叭状。可以理解的,两个插入件13也可以是橡胶塞,TPU等具有一定形变特性的材料。
本实施例中,两个插入件13下端为柱形,上端为楔形,这样在将两个插入件13插入出烟通道103时,楔形的插入件13部分贴合出烟通道103上端通道的内壁,而柱形的插入件13部分贴合出烟通道103下端通道的内壁,这样可以形成上大下小的喇叭状气道结构,抽吸时有利于形成负压,吸烟效果更好。
在其中一个实施例中,所述插入件13为一个,所述插入件13的外壁沿轴向贴合在出烟通道103内壁,所述插入件13可选为为柱体,其内部开有上下贯通的锥形孔,锥形孔的孔径从上到下逐渐减小。
在其中一个实施例中,所述插入件13为三个,每个插入件13沿着出烟通道103的轴向设置,三个插入件13沿着出烟通道103的内壁周向排列,所述插入件13为上小下大的楔形状,插入件13设置在出烟通道103内,使得出烟通道103呈上大下小的喇叭状,在其他实施例中,所述插入件13为四个或者四个以上,设置方式与插入件13为三个时相同。
请参照图5,在另一个实施例中,出烟通道103可以直接做成上大下小的结构,这样出烟通道103下端通道相对其上端通道收窄,其起到的作用与在出烟通道103内设置插入件13的作用相同。示例性的,通过在出烟通道103的内壁沿轴向相对的设有两斜坡14,可选的,所述斜坡14呈楔形,使得出烟通道103呈上大下小的喇叭状气道结构,抽吸时有利于形成负压,吸烟效果更好。此外,斜坡14亦可为楔形的凸块,并不以此为限。
电控组件7包括主板70、以及电池71。主板70设于胶塞5的下端;电池71位于主板70的下端,且与主板70电性连接。电连接件4的下端抵接在主板70的上表面,与主板70实现电性接触;从而实现雾化头2与主板70的电性连接。连接部60插入主板70的孔内,使得传感器6与主板70连接,以控制电池71工作。当用户抽烟时,传感器6感应到负压就会开始工作,促使电池71向主板70输出电压,使得雾化头2正常工作。主板70的下表面安装有USB接口9对应USB连接孔80,供外接电源插入,对电池71进行充电。其中,胶塞5既可为传感器6在主体3内部创造一个负压感应空间,也可阻挡冷凝的烟液滴落到主板70上, 损坏主板70。本实施例中胶塞5为硅胶塞,其他实施例中,胶塞5亦可为橡胶塞,并不以此为限。
除此外,烟弹1、主体3以及雾化头2各部件之间均通过O型硅胶圈(图未标)形成紧密配合,有效防止电子烟出现漏气漏液现;而且有利于将雾化组件与烟弹1拆卸分离,从而便于更换雾化头2。
抽烟时,气流从进气口104进入,流入主体3内部,使主体3内部形成负压,传感器6感应到负压,促使主板70和雾化头2工作;同时,气流通过雾化头2底部进入雾化头2内部,将烟雾从雾化头2顶部带出至出烟通道103,最终流向出烟口110,完成一次抽烟。
综上,本实施例的烟弹、雾化组件及其电子烟具有以下有益效果:
1、抽烟时,气流从烟弹1外周进入并穿过雾化头2,气流先进入雾化头2底部,再从雾化头2顶部出气,最终通过烟弹1的顶端出气,完成一次抽烟;其进气通道102与出烟通道103设置在同侧,上进上出,且不漏液,便于更换烟弹1和雾化头2。此外,出烟通道103下端通道相对其上端通道收窄,呈上大下小的喇叭状,抽吸时有利于形成负压,吸烟效果更好。
2、出烟通道103内设有两条相对设置的插入件13,使减小出烟通道103的体积,雾化后的烟液从两条插入件13之间的间隙流向出烟口110,从而减少废气流通,提高传感器6的灵敏度。
3、胶塞5对应进气通道102处设有凹槽50,且凹槽50连通进气通道102;在凹槽50内安装有传感器6,传感器6向下凸伸形成连接部60,连接部60伸出胶塞5的底部;其中,胶塞5既可为传感器6在主体3内部创造一个负压感应空间,也可阻挡冷凝的烟液滴落到主板70上,损坏主板70。
4、本体10的底部横向两侧面开设有卡孔109,主体3的顶部两侧对应两卡孔均凸设有卡扣30,每一个卡扣30对应扣入每一个卡孔109内;在主体3上设置卡扣30,能够将卡扣30的尺寸做的更大,从而有效防止烟弹1与电控组件7脱离。
实施例2
请参阅图6、图7,本实施例提供一种电子烟,包括外壳10a、安装在外壳10a顶端的烟弹20a、以及安装在外壳10a内的雾化组件30a与电控组件40a,烟弹20a对雾化组件30a提供烟液,雾化组件30a对流入的烟液进行雾化,电控组件40a安装在雾化组件30a的底侧,对雾化组件30a供电并控制电子烟的工作。
外壳10a周壁上开设有按键孔11a与USB孔12a,按键孔11a内安装有点烟按键13a,USB接 口12以供外接电源对电池充电。
烟弹20a呈瓶颈状,其底端向顶端逐渐收缩。烟弹20a包括顶壁21a以及周壁22a,对应地围成储液腔23a。进一步地,烟弹外壳(图未示)包括所述顶壁21a以及周壁22a,顶壁21a的顶端开设有容置槽211a,容置槽211a未与储液腔23a连通。储液腔23a顶端封闭,底端开口,开口可以是一个整体通孔。周壁22a一侧的壁厚较另一侧厚,可视为周壁22a包括壁厚侧与壁薄侧,周壁可仅为壁厚侧与壁薄侧构成,或者周壁上仅形成一处壁厚处(又可视壁厚侧),其他为壁薄处(可视为壁薄侧),壁厚侧可为烟弹20a的半个周侧,该壁厚侧上沿轴向形成有进气通道221a与出烟通道222a,即进气通道221a与出烟通道222a开设在烟弹20a的同侧,进一步地,烟弹20a于同侧形成有出烟通道222a以及进气通道221a,所述进气通道221a、出烟通道222a设置于所述储液腔23a的同一侧。进一步地,储液腔23a、出烟通道222a、进气通道221a依次并排设置。在一个实施方式中,进气通道221a与出烟通道222a之间形成有间隔壁。进气通道221a靠近烟弹外周表面,出烟通道222a靠近储液腔23a。进气通道221a从周壁22a的底端沿轴向延伸预设高度,在周壁22a上对应地开设一进气口24a与进气通道221a的顶端连通,使得从进气口24a送气后,可沿进气通道221a从周壁的底端流出。出烟通道222a从周壁22a的底端沿轴向延伸至周壁22a的顶端,其顶部与容置槽211a相连通,使得气流从出烟通道222a的底端流入后从周壁22a的顶端流出至容置槽211a,所述出烟通道222a的顶部相对容置槽211a收窄。进一步地,容置槽211a内设置有导烟盖25a,用以连接外部烟嘴(图未示),导烟盖25a的中心开设导烟孔251a,流入容置槽211a内的气流从导烟孔251a流出,对应烟弹20a顶端的中心位置。储液腔23a的底部开口端可进一步设置一挡板26a封抵,挡板26a上开设下液孔261a以供储液腔23a内的烟液可流入至雾化组件30a。容置槽211a可以起到缓冲降温的作用,防止烫到口腔。
可以理解,烟弹20a的周壁可整体地设置为厚壁(不考虑材料用量或烟弹重量等),即具有足够厚度开设进气通道221a与出烟通道222a,仅需确保进气通道221a与出烟通道222a开设在周壁的同侧即可,通过将气通道221与出烟通道222a开设在周壁的同侧,可缩短从进气口到出烟口之间的气路长度,从而有效解决了用户需要大力抽吸才能吸出烟雾的问题,用户抽吸更加方便,省力。
雾化组件30a安装在烟弹20a的底侧,两端连接进气通道221a的出口与出烟通道222a的进口,并且雾化从烟弹20a储液腔内流入的烟液,形成烟雾,使得烟雾可经气流带出。雾化组件30a包括主体301a及安装在主体301a内的雾化头31a,主体301a呈管筒状,安装在外壳10a内,主体301a的上端与烟弹20a紧密连接。可选的,所述下液孔261a紧靠出烟通道222a设置,而雾化头31a设置在下液孔261a的下方并与下液孔261a连通,从而缩短雾化头31a到出烟通道222a 的距离,提高雾化效果,增大烟雾量。
请参阅图8、图9、雾化头31a包括储液管311a、内套件312a、绝缘件313a,导电体314a以及发热元件315a。储液管311a用于存储从烟弹流入的烟液,同时作为导电件,例如,与导电体314a相连接的电极相反的一极导通。储液管311a的一端外周形成为螺纹端,以供储液管311a稳定安装在主体301a内。内套件312a安装在储液管311a内,内套件312a包括雾化管3121a与径向地设置在雾化管3121a一端的导液管3122a。雾化管3121a的管道为雾化加热通道。导液管3122a设置在雾化管3121a的顶端,导液管3122a的两端相对雾化管3121a的周壁侧伸出,导液管3122a的宽度较雾化管3121a的直径窄,从而对应地在雾化管3121a的端口处在导液管3122a的两侧形成出烟口3123a。导液管3122a的长度与储液管311a的内径相当,内套件312a安装在储液管311a内,导液管3122a的两端与储液管311a的内周面连接(如螺接),在雾化管3121a的外周面与储液管311a内周面之间形成储液间隙316a(结合参阅图10)。请参阅图11,所述雾化管3121a在位于与导液管底部齐平处的位置向外翻折,翻折后雾化管3121a与储液管抵接,从而密封储液间隙316a的顶部。请参阅图12,导液管3122a相对雾化管3121a伸出的两端的底面分别开设有落液孔(图未示),以将导液管3122a管道与储液间隙316a相连通。导液管3122a的顶面开设有注液口3124a,以供流入储液腔23a内的烟液,本实施例中,通过在导液管3122a的顶面设置有一下液管3126a,下液管3126a的管口即为注液口3124a。可选的,所述下液管3126a的截面为圆形,下液管3126a与导液管3122a的管道连通,下液管3126a配合储液腔23a底部的下液孔261a,以供储液腔23a内的烟液流进导液管3122a,并流入至储液间隙316a内。此外,雾化管3121a的管壁上开设有进液孔3125a,以供储液间隙316a内的烟液可流入至雾化管3121a内雾化。
绝缘件313a套设在导电体314a上,安装在储液管311a内的一端,使得导电件314与储液管311a绝缘。导电体314a、绝缘件313a均开设有轴心孔(图未标),以供气流从底部导入至雾化管3121a内。发热元件315a安装在雾化管3121a内,发热元件315a的一端与储液管311a连接,另一端与导电体314a连接。储液管311a与导电体314a中,其中一个连正极时,另一个则连负极。进一步地,发热元件315a的外周可包覆导液元件(图未示),导液元件包覆在发热元件的外周,并一体地安装在雾化管3121a的内腔中,发热元件315a选择为发热丝螺旋而成的螺旋体,导液元件选择为吸液棉或纤维绳。此外,还可为发热元件包覆在导液元件的外周。
雾化头31a安装在主体301a内后,雾化头31a安装在烟弹20a的底端,雾化头31a的储液管311a的顶端与烟弹20a底部的进气通道221a与出烟通道222a之间的间隔壁的底面封抵,挡板26a封抵在储液腔23a的底部开口端,如此,将进气通道221a与出烟通道222a隔离。储液管311a外周面与主体301a的内周面之间形成过气间隙连通进气通道221a,进气通道221a进入的气体 经过过气间隙引入至雾化头31a的底部,并从导电件314的轴心孔导入至雾化管3121a的管道内,气体经过雾化管3121a的管道后,将烟雾从出烟口3123a带出,进入到出烟通道222a后流出。
请结合参阅图11、图12,储液腔23a内流出的烟液流经导液管3122a进入至储液间隙316a内,并经雾化管3121a上的进液孔3125a进入到雾化管3121a内发热元件315a上雾化,进气通道221a的气流进入雾化加热通道内,将雾化加热通道内的烟雾带经出烟通道222a送出。
电控组件40a用于响应吸气并给雾化头31a供电。电控组件40a包括安装在外壳10a内的安装架41a、电路板42a与电源45a。电路板42a安装在安装架41a上,电路板42a上设置USB插槽与外壳10a的USB孔12a匹配,以供连接充电器。电路板42a上还设置有配合点烟按键13a的开关,以将发热元件315a导通或断开。电源45a可拆卸地安装在外壳10a内位于电路板42a的下方,用于给电路板42a及雾化头31a供电,电源45a可采用电池或电芯。
电子烟雾化头安装时,先把雾化头31a扭入主体301a内,再把雾化头31a插入烟弹20a底部的通孔上,同时烟弹20a跟雾化组件的主体301a会紧密扣住(卡扣配合),抽烟时按下点烟按键13a就能正常抽烟,没电时可通过USB孔12a充电。本实施例的电子烟烟弹作为一次性使用小烟,烟弹20a未开设注液孔,烟弹20a不可重复装烟液。可以理解,需要多次使用时,则需要烟弹20a上开设注液孔(图未示),如:在周壁22a上径向地开设有注液孔,用以往储液腔23a内注入烟液,注液孔与进气通道221a或出烟通道222a均未连通,以保证注液时能直接注入到储液腔23a内,如开设在周壁22a上不会连通进气通道221a或出烟通道222a之处。
综上,本实施例提供的电子烟抽烟时气流从烟弹20a外周进入并穿过雾化头31a,气流先进入雾化头31a底部,再从雾化头31a上方出气,最终通过烟弹20a顶端出气,完成一次抽烟。其进气通道221a与出烟通道222a设置在同侧,上进上出,不漏液,同时可便于更换烟弹20a和雾化头31a。
实施例3
如图13-18所示,本实施例公开一种电子烟,包括外壳40b、电池组件30b和雾化组件,电池组件30b设置在外壳40b内用于给所述雾化组件供电,其中,雾化组件包括烟弹21b和雾化器,烟弹21b安装于外壳40b的上端,雾化器可拆卸地固定于烟弹21b的底端并设置在外壳40b之内。
如图16、图18所示,烟弹21b包括烟弹外壳211b,烟弹外壳211b内置有储液腔24b和出烟通道43b,储液腔24b的底端设有与储液腔孔25b,烟弹外壳211b的顶端开设有出烟孔41b,出烟通道43b的一端与出烟孔41b相连通。
如图18,雾化器包括雾化头主体31b和雾化头10b,雾化头主体31b部分容置于烟弹外壳211b的底端并与烟弹外壳211b固定连接,其剩余的部分容置于外壳40b内,雾化头主体31b上设有雾化头安装孔311b,雾化头10b设于雾化头安装孔311b内。在一个实施方式中:储液腔24b底部设有密封件23b,储液腔孔25b设置在密封件23b上。具体的,密封件23b为硅胶垫圈或橡胶垫圈。
如图1、2所示,雾化头10b包括雾化头外壳11b、发热元件13b及导液元件12b,其中,雾化头外壳11b包括外壳本体20b和与外壳本体20b上端固定连接的雾化头上盖19b,外壳本体20b内部形成有空腔,发热元件13b和导液元件12b均位于空腔中,且导液元件12b套设在发热元件13b的外周,雾化头上盖19b上设有连通所述空腔的进液孔16b,导液元件12b位于进液孔16b的下端,以保证流经进液孔16b的烟液能够导入至导液元件12b中,发热元件13b与进液孔16b之间设有阻挡部17b,阻挡部17b的上端面抵靠至雾化头上盖19b的下端面,而阻挡部17b的下端面抵靠至导液元件12b的上端面,可选的,阻挡部17b为与雾化头外壳11b一体成型。进液孔16b与上述储液腔24b底端的储液腔孔25b相连通。需要说明的是,阻挡部17b的作用是为了阻挡从进液孔16b流下的烟液直接流至发热元件13b上,使烟液仅能流至导液元件12b上,再由导液元件12b传导至发热元件13b表面的,因此,阻挡部17b的设置可以如图14所示,即包括2个条状的阻挡部17b;可以理解的是,当进液孔16b包含两个以上(不包含两个)时,可参照上述设置方式对应设置相应数量的阻挡部17b,或者,两个以上(不包含两个)上述进液孔16b分别设置在上述2个阻挡部17b的两侧;在其中一个实施方式中:所述阻挡部17b为环状体,且围绕发热元件13b的顶端设置,此时进液孔16b为任意个均可,且均设置在阻挡部17b的外侧,或者,阻挡部17b为四边形、五边形等密闭的形状均可;此外,在其中一个实施方式中:阻挡部17b为进液孔16b沿轴向向下延伸,且下端抵靠至导液元件12b形成,此时进液孔16b为任意个均可,阻挡部17b的形状根据进液孔16b的形状而定,阻挡部17b围绕进液孔16b设置,只要使流经进液孔16b的烟液先流经导液元件12b再接触发热元件13b即可,在一个实施方式中,阻挡部17b为起密封作用的多边形。
如图13-15、17-18所示,所述雾化头上盖19b上还开设有出气口18b,发热元件13b内部形成雾化头气道131b,雾化头气道131b与外界空气相连通。具体的,雾化头气道131b的一端连通出气口18b,通过出气口18b与烟弹外壳21上的出烟通道43b及出烟孔41b连通。
如图18所示,烟弹21b还与雾化头主体31b连接共同形成气流通道44b,烟弹外壳211b的外周壁上设有与气流通道44b连通的进气口42b,烟弹21b于同侧形成有出烟通道43b以 及进气通道(未图示),所述进气通道、出烟通道43b设置于所述储液腔24b的同一侧。
进一步地,储液腔24b、出烟通道43b、进气通道依次并排设置,其中进气口42b与进气通道连通,雾化头气道131b的另一端与气流通道44b相连通。
雾化头安装孔311b内设有配合部113,雾化头10b上对应设有限位部111,雾化头10b通过配合部113固定在雾化头安装孔311b中。具体的,限位部111为形成在所述外壳本体20b外周壁的L型凹槽,对应L型凹槽的位置,雾化头安装孔311b内周壁设有与L型凹槽配合的凸起,凸起即为配合部113;或者,限位部111为形成在所述外壳本体20b外周壁的凸起,对应凸起的位置,雾化头安装孔311b内周壁设有与凸起配合的L型凹槽,L型凹槽即为配合部113。本实施例中的雾化头10b安装及拆卸如下:将雾化头10b的一端正对雾化头安装孔311b,并使上述凸起正对L型凹槽的入口,此时,可将雾化头10b推入雾化头安装孔311b内,凸起则沿着L型凹槽行进直到凹槽的底端,继而可旋转雾化头10b至一定的安装角度。因此,上述凸起与L型凹槽的配合结构即有引导功能,又有定位功能。
如图18所示,电子烟还包括传感器46b,电池组件30b和雾化组件之间设有密封垫圈47b,密封垫圈47b固定在雾化头主体31b的底端,传感器46b固定在密封垫圈47b中,而且,传感器46b与气流通道44b相连通,并与电池组件30b电连接。
进一步地,电子烟还包括电路板45b,该电路板45b设于雾化器和电池组件30b之间。在一个实施方式中,传感器46b及雾化器与电池组件30b均与电路板45b电连接,且传感器46b及雾化器与电池组件30b通过电路板45b实现两两之间的电路导通及信号传递。
可选的,所述传感器46b为压力感应传感器,该压力感应传感器的气道连通着气流通道44b,因此在气流通道44b向雾化器11内供气时,压力感应传感器的气道内的气体会被带走,造成负压,压力感应传感器产生电信号并将电信号传递给电路板45b,电池组件30b包括电池(未示出),电路板45b控制电池进行供电,电子烟工作。
本实施例的电子烟,储液腔24b用于储存烟油,烟油再从储液腔孔25b和进液孔16b流入雾化头10b内,在雾化头10b内,进液孔16b直接对准导液元件12b并且还设有阻挡部17b,因此,烟油必须从导液元件12b慢慢浸润到发热元件13b上,避开了发热元件13b被烟油浸泡的技术问题。另外,设置中电池组件30b和雾化组件之间的密封垫圈47b,该密封垫圈47b同时也是在电路板45b与雾化器之间,可用于阻挡冷凝液及烟油低落到电路板45b上,而致使电路板45b损坏。
只要不违背本发明创造的思想,对本发明的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本发明公开的内容;在本发明的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实 施例进行的不违背本发明创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种烟弹,其特征在于,包括烟弹外壳,以及设置于所述烟弹外壳内的储液腔、进气通道、出烟通道,所述进气通道、出烟通道设置于所述储液腔的同一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述储液腔、出烟通道、进气通道依次并排设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述烟弹外壳包括顶壁以及周壁,所述周壁和顶壁围成所述储液腔,所述烟弹的周壁于同侧形成有进气通道与出烟通道。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的烟弹,其特征在于:在所述烟弹的周壁开设有进气口,所述进气口与所述进气通道连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烟弹,其特征在于:所述进气通道与所述出烟通道之间形成有间隔壁。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烟弹,其特征在于:所述出烟通道的下端通道相对其上端通道收窄。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述出烟通道内设有插入件,所述出烟通道设置所述插入件后,使得所述出烟通道呈上大下小的喇叭状。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:包括本体、上盖以及底盖,所述上盖开设有出烟口,所述出烟通道连通所述出烟口。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述出烟通道的内壁设有斜坡或凸块,所述出烟通道设置斜坡或凸块后,使得所述出烟通道大致呈上大下小的喇叭状。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述插入件的上端为楔形,下端为柱形;或所述插入件为柱体,其外壁沿轴向贴合在所述出烟通道内壁,且所述插入件内部开有上下贯通的锥形孔,所述锥形孔的孔径从上到下逐渐减小。
  11. 一种雾化组件,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-10任一项所述烟弹,还包括雾化器,所述雾化器可拆卸地固定于所述烟弹的底端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括雾化头,所述雾化头包括雾化头外壳、发热元件和导液元件,所述雾化头外壳包括外壳本体和雾化头上盖,所述外壳本体内部设有空腔,所述发热元件与所述导液元件均位于所述空腔中,且所述导液元件套设在所述发热元件的外周,所述雾化头上盖上设有连通所述空腔的进液孔,所述导液元件位于所述进液孔的下端,以使流经所述进液孔的烟液能够导入至所述导液元件中,所述发热元件与所述进液孔之间设有阻挡部,所述阻挡部的上端面抵靠至所述雾化头上盖的下端面,所述阻挡部的下端面抵靠至所述导液元件的上端面以防止流经所述进液孔的烟液未经所述导 液元件直接接触所述发热元件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化组件,所述雾化器包括雾化头主体,所述雾化头主体上设有雾化头安装孔,所述雾化头设于所述雾化头安装孔内。
  14. 根据权利要求13或所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述外壳本体的外周壁上开设有限位部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化头安装孔内设有与所述限位部配合固定的配合部,所述雾化头通过所述配合部固定在所述雾化头安装孔中。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述限位部为形成在所述外壳本体外周壁的L型凹槽,对应所述L型凹槽的位置,所述雾化头安装孔内周壁设有与所述L型凹槽配合的凸起,所述凸起为所述配合部;
    或,所述限位部为形成在所述外壳本体外周壁的凸起,对应所述凸起的位置,所述雾化头安装孔内周壁设有与所述凸起配合的L型凹槽,所述L型凹槽为所述配合部。
  17. 一种雾化组件,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-10任一项所述的烟弹,所述雾化组件还包括雾化头,所述雾化头设有雾化加热通道,所述雾化加热通道一端连通所述进气通道,另一端连通所述出烟通道。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化头包括储液管及套设在所述储液管内的内套件,所述内套件包括雾化管,所述雾化管的管道为所述雾化加热通道。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化头包括发热元件和导液元件,所述发热元件的外周包覆有所述导液元件或者所述发热元件包覆所述导液元件。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括权利要求11-19中任一项所述的雾化组件。
