优选地,所述电池支架的上部设有气流传感器和气流传感器安装槽,所述气流传感器安装槽上下连接气流通道,所述气流传感器可感应到流经所述气流传感器安装槽的气流。
优选地,所述雾化器壳和电池杆由透光材料制成,所述电池支架上设有LED装饰灯,所述LED装饰灯通电时可发光并通过所述雾化器壳和电池杆透射出来。
有益效果
本发明简化了雾化器的结构,利用雾化座开设注液孔进行注液,注液方便,并利用电池支架设有柱塞堵塞注液孔,这样使得电子雾化设备的结构及工艺都较为简单,对电池的充放电要求比较低,甚至可以使用无需充电的一次性电池,使造价成本较低;同时,在生产装配时没有将待雾化的液体注入电子雾化设备的储液腔中,而是在到了销售目的地后才进行注液,注液后将电池杆套接于雾化器壳上组装成电子雾化设备即可销售使用,因此在长途运输过程中,不因周转时间较长、气压的变化、运输工具的颠簸等造成漏液现象,给用户予以良好的使用体验。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面将通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例:
如图1、图3、图8所示,本发明销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,由雾化器壳1、电池杆2、电池3、电池支架4、雾化座5、雾化单元6、雾化罩7和气流传感器8组成。雾化座5、雾化单元6和雾化罩7设于雾化器壳1内,雾化座5、雾化单元6、雾化罩7和雾化器壳1组成雾化器10,电池3安装在电池支架4上,电池3、电池支架4和气流传感器8设于电池杆2内。
如图2所示雾化器壳1包括吸嘴段11和插接段12,吸嘴段11的上端设有吸口110,吸口110向内一体成型地连接设有出雾管111,插接段12的下部设有第一开口端120,插接段12上设有凸扣121。
如图3、图11所示,雾化器壳1的插接段12位于第一开口端120处的内壁套接设有雾化座5,雾化座5的上部连接设有雾化罩7,雾化罩7的上部与出雾管111连接,雾化座5的下部中间设有进气孔52,雾化座5位于进气孔52的两侧设有注液孔53。雾化器壳1的内壁与出雾管111的外壁、雾化罩7的外壁、雾化座5之间围合成的空间构成储液腔112,储液腔112内存储待雾化的液体,注液孔53与储液腔112连通,需要注液时,待雾化的液体自注液孔53注入储液腔112。雾化座5与雾化罩7连接处的内部设有中空的雾化腔70,雾化腔70内设有雾化单元6,雾化腔70与进气孔51和出雾管111连通。出雾管111连接吸口110处的一段设为内径向外扩张的喇叭口结构1110,该喇叭口结构1110具有减压和减缓气流速度的作用,避免用户吸雾时吸入口中的汽雾流速过快并容易携带冷凝液进入口腔,给用户造成不好的使用体验。
如图3所示,在生产装配中,可首先将雾化单元6安装在雾化座5上,雾化罩7套装于雾化座5上,然后将已组装的雾化座5和雾化罩6套接于出雾管111的底端,这样即可组装好雾化器10。
如图4、图5所示,电池支架4的上端端部设有柱塞41,电池支架4的上部设有与电池3的正负极连接的电极42,电池支架4的上部还设有气流传感器安装槽43,气流传感器8设于安装槽43内,气流传感器安装槽43上下连接气流通道,使气流传感器8可感应到流经气流传感器安装槽43的气流。气流传感器8用于检测吸气气流,在感应到有吸气气流时,气流传感器8可启动雾化单元6开始工作。在其它实施例中,气流传感器8也可以用气压传感器或咪头替代。气流传感器8和气流传感器安装槽43之间还设有气流传感器密封硅胶81,气流传感器密封硅胶81具有密封作用,防止漏气,保证足够气流流经气流传感器8。
如图1-图6所示,雾化器壳1和电池杆2由透光材料制成,电池支架4上设有LED装饰灯44,LED装饰灯44通电时可发光并通过雾化器壳1和电池杆2透射出来,给人感觉为雾化设备工作时整体在发光。
如图6-图8所示,电池杆2设有封闭端21和第二开口端20,电池杆2靠近第二开口端20的一段设为中空的接口段23,电池3安装在电池支架4上,电池支架4的上端端部设有柱塞41,电池杆2的第二开口端20的内壁上设有扣槽22。
如图8所示,在生产装配中,将电池3安装在电池支架4上,再将电池支架4自第二开口端20装入电池杆2的内底部即封闭端21,并固定于电池杆2的内壁,这样即可组装好带电池支架4和电池3的电池杆2。
如图1、图3、图8、图9所示,电子雾化设备生产后,雾化器10和带电池支架4和电池3的电池杆2是分开包装进行销售的。销售前,销售方可自行将待雾化的液体自注液孔53注入储液腔112。注液后,将电池杆2的接口段23套接于雾化器壳1的插接段12上,同时电池支架4的上部抵近雾化座5的底部,电池支架4的柱塞41对准注液孔53插入并封堵于注液孔53内。电子雾化设备组装到位时,雾化器壳1的凸扣121扣接于扣槽22内,因此电池杆2不可拆卸地套接于雾化器壳1的插接段12上,不可拆卸的连接方式即成为一次性使用的电子雾化设备。本实施例中,电池支架4抵近雾化座5的底部时,雾化单元6的连接电线(图中未示)通过安装与雾化座5底部的电极接触片56连接到电池支架4上的电极42上。
本实施例销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,在生产装配时没有将需要雾化的液体注入电子雾化设备的储液腔中,而是在到了销售目的地后,或在用户需要使用时才进行注液,注液后可方便地将电池杆套接于雾化器壳上,这样组装成电子雾化设备即可使用。因此本发明的电子雾化设备,生产后在长途运输过程中,不因周转时间较长、气压的变化、运输工具的颠簸等造成漏液现象,给用户予以良好的使用体验。
如图9所示,本发明的销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备的工作原理是,用户吸雾时,气流自外界进入电池杆2内,经气流传感器8、进气孔51进入到雾化腔70,雾化单元6的两端直接从储液腔112中吸收并传导待雾化的液体到雾化单元中部,液体被加热后在雾化腔70中蒸发成汽雾,汽雾经出雾管111、吸口110后被用户吸入口中。其中,进气和出雾的气流流动方向如图9中向上的连续箭头所示。
如图10-图12所示,雾化座5的上部中间设有向上凸起的环形的围壁50,围壁50的内部设有雾化单元6。围壁50在相对的两侧设有第一缺口51,雾化单元6架设于第一缺口51上,雾化单元6的下方,位于围壁50与进气孔52之间设有用于收集冷凝液的环形的集液槽54,雾化座5的下部外壁设有一体成型的密封凸环55。雾化座5通常由耐高温的硅胶制成,密封凸环55与雾化器壳1的内壁紧密套接,具有密封防漏液的作用。集液槽54用于收集雾化腔70中未被雾化的小液滴或凝结滴落的冷凝液,避免小液滴或冷凝液经进气孔52掉落到电池支架4上腐蚀控制电路。
如图1、图13、图14所示,雾化罩7的下部相对的两侧设有第二缺口71,第二缺口71与雾化座的第一缺口51的位置相对应,雾化单元6的两端自第二缺口71与第一缺口51重叠的部位伸出至储液腔112。雾化单元6包括导液条61和发热丝62,导液条61两端伸出至储液腔112,发热丝62将导液条61上的待雾化液体进行加热后雾化成汽雾。其它实施例中,雾化单元6也可以由陶瓷体的导液元件和发热丝构成,或其它形式的雾化结构,并不限于本实施例的结构。
如图9-图14所示,雾化罩7的下部套接于雾化座的围壁50上,雾化罩7的上部设有圆管形的连接部72,连接部72的内壁套接于出雾管111的下端。本实施例中,连接部72与出雾管111之间还设有用硅胶制成的密封套9,密封套9具有密封作用,防止储液腔112的待雾化液体向雾化腔70或出雾管112漏液。连接部72的内部下方还设有内径缩小的内管73,内管73与雾化罩7的外壁之间构成环形倒槽74,环形倒槽74可以阻挡并收集雾化腔70中未被雾化的小液滴或凝结于雾化罩7的内壁的冷凝液,避免小液滴或冷凝液被吸入用户口中,给用户造成不良的使用体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,包括雾化器壳、电池杆、电池及电池支架,所述雾化器壳包括吸嘴段和插接段,所述吸嘴段的上端设有吸口,所述吸口向内一体成型地连接设有出雾管,所述插接段的下部设有第一开口端,其特征在于,所述插接段位于所述第一开口端处的内壁套接设有雾化座,所述雾化座的上部连接设有雾化罩,所述雾化罩的上部与所述出雾管连接,所述雾化座与所述雾化罩的连接处内部设有中空的雾化腔,所述雾化腔内设有雾化单元,所述雾化座的下部中间设有进气孔,所述雾化腔与所述进气孔及出雾管连通,所述雾化器壳的内壁与所述出雾管的外壁、雾化罩的外壁、雾化座之间围合成的空间构成储液腔,所述雾化座在所述进气孔的两侧设有与所述储液腔连通的注液孔;
    所述电池杆设有封闭端和第二开口端,所述电池安装在所述电池支架上,所述电池支架的上端端部设有柱塞,所述电池支架自所述第二开口端装入所述电池杆内的底部并固定,所述电池杆靠近所述第二开口端的一段设为中空的接口段;
    销售前将待雾化的液体自所述注液孔注入所述储液腔,注液后,所述接口段不可拆卸地套接于所述雾化器壳的插接段上,同时所述电池支架的柱塞封堵于所述注液孔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述插接段上设有凸扣,所述电池杆的接口段的内壁设有扣槽,所述凸扣不可拆卸地扣接于所述扣槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述雾化座在与所述插接段的内壁连接处的外壁上设有密封凸环。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述雾化座的上部中间设有向上凸起的环形的围壁,所述雾化单元设于所述围壁的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述围壁在相对的两侧设有第一缺口,所述雾化单元架设于所述第一缺口上,所述雾化罩的下部套接于所述围壁上,所述雾化罩的下部相对的两侧设有第二缺口,所述第二缺口与所述第一缺口位置相对应,所述雾化单元的两端自所述第二缺口与所述第一缺口重叠的部位伸出。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述雾化单元的下方,位于所述围壁与所述进气孔之间设有用于收集冷凝液的环形的集液槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述出雾管连接吸口处的一段设为内径向外扩张的喇叭口结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述雾化罩的上部设有圆管形的连接部,所述连接部的内壁套接于所述出雾管的下端,所述连接部的内部下方还设有内径缩小的内管,所述内管与雾化罩的外壁之间构成环形倒槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述电池支架的上部设有气流传感器和气流传感器安装槽,所述气流传感器安装槽上下连接气流通道,所述气流传感器可感应到流经所述气流传感器安装槽的气流。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的销售前注液的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述雾化器壳和电池杆由透光材料制成,所述电池支架上设有LED装饰灯,所述LED装饰灯通电时可发光并通过所述雾化器壳和电池杆透射出来。
