[0029] 如图 1所示, 本发明具有双气道的电子烟, 包括雾化器 100和电池杆 200, 雾化 器 100设有插接段 101, 电池杆设有接入段 201, 雾化器 100与电池杆 200通过插接 段 101插入接入段 201来进行连接。
[0030] 如图 2所示, 电池杆 100内设有部件包括电池 7、 电路控制板 (图中未示) 、 吸 力传感器 6, 电池杆 200上端向下设有第一吸力感应气道 60与吸力传感器 6连通。 吸力传感器 6用以感应用户吸烟时的吸力大小, 即用户吸烟时, 会在下文所述的 雾化腔 30、 第二进气腔 360内产生负压, 经第二吸力感应气道 362传导给第一吸 力感应气道 60也产生负压, 吸力传感器 6检测到的负压大小控制吸烟工作状态。
[0031] 如图 3、 图 4、 图 5所示, 雾化器 100包括吸嘴 1、 烟液杯 2和雾化装置 3, 吸嘴 1套 接在烟液杯 2的上部外壁, 雾化装置 3自下而上套装于烟液杯 2的下部内壁, 烟液 杯 2的内部中心设有出烟管 20, 出烟管 20连通吸嘴 1上端设有的吸口 10, 雾化装 置 3包括自上而下依次连接的隔液座 31、 雾化管 32、 加热组件 33、 节流片 34、 雾 化座 35和底盖 36。
[0032] 如图 4 -图 7所示, 雾化管 32连接在出烟管 20的下端, 隔液座 31设于雾化管 32与 出烟管 20连接处之间用以密封, 烟液杯 2位于节流片 34以上的内部空间设为储存 烟液的储液腔 21, 雾化座 35中间设有上下贯通的第二进气道 350, 雾化座 35与底 盖 36之间设有与第二进气道 350连通的第二进气腔 360, 烟液杯 2的下部为插接段 101, 插接段 101与接入段 201的套接处设有进气间隙 120, 底盖 36与接入段 201顶 部之间设有第一进气腔 121, 底盖 36底部设有第一进气道 361将第一进气腔 121与 第二进气腔 360连通, 底盖 36底部还设有第二吸力感应气道 362将第二进气腔 360 与第一吸力感应气道 60连通, 第二吸力感应气道 362与第一吸力感应气道 60密封 连接, 即两者连接处与第一进气腔 121不连通。 本发明的电子烟, 设有双气道即 第一、 二进气道和第一、 二吸力感应气道, 其中在雾化装置的底盖上向下设有 第二吸力感应气道与第一吸力感应气道和吸力传感器连通, 通过吸力传感器感 应吸力大小来实现电子烟吸烟时的自动控制, 该吸力感应气道不占用雾化器内 储液腔的容积, 可以最大化储液腔的容积以增加烟液储液量, 提高雾化器的使 用寿命。
[0033] 如图 1、 图 2、 图 7所示, 接入段 201的壁部设有进气孔 202与进气间隙 120连通, 外界空气可以通过进气孔 202进入到进气间隙 120。
[0034] 如图 2、 图 5、 图 6所示, 第二吸力感应气道 362设于底盖 36的一侧, 第一吸力感 应气道 60对称设于电池杆 200上端两侧并分别与吸力传感器 6连通。 对称的设置 使得雾化器 100无需单侧对准连接电池杆 200, 即雾化器任意一侧与电池杆连接 时, 第二吸力感应气道 362都将与两侧任一第一吸力感应气道 60密封连接, 便于 电子烟的连接使用。
[0035] 如图 3 -图 5所示, 烟液杯 2的顶端与吸嘴 1下方之间设有吸液层 4用以吸收烟雾中 的液滴, 避免液滴吸入到用户口中。 吸液层 4可由海绵、 过滤棉或活性炭等吸液 材料制成。 吸嘴 1与烟液杯 2的下部连接处设有吸嘴密封圈 5用以密封吸嘴 1与烟 液杯 2两者间的间隙, 防止吸烟时漏气而吸不出烟雾。
[0036] 图 4所示的连续箭头表示用户吸烟时的气体和烟雾流动线路, 本发明的电子烟 工作即用户吸烟时, 外界气体经进气孔 202进入进气间隙 120, 再进入第一进气 腔 121, 再经第一进气道 361进入第二进气腔 360, 再经第二进气道 350到雾化腔 3 0, 烟液在雾化腔 30中被雾化, 烟雾经出烟管 20、 吸口 10后被吸入用户口中。
[0037] 图 5所示的连续箭头表示电子烟烟液的流动路线, 本发明的电子烟工作时, 电 子烟烟液自储液腔 21向下流动, 经节流片 34上设有的节流孔, 流入到雾化座 35 上, 然后被导液条 331吸收传导到发热丝 332, 发热丝 332将烟液加热并在雾化腔 30中雾化。
[0038] 如图 4、 图 5所示, 出烟管 20的内径自下而上逐渐扩大, 出烟管的内径自下而上 逐渐扩大, 以便吸出的烟雾流速降低, 防止烟雾中的水汽在管壁上析出形成液 滴。 出烟管 20在雾化腔 30出口一端的内径较小, 这样烟雾中未被雾化的部分液 滴被限制在雾化腔 30内不易流出, 出烟管 20在吸口 10—端的内径较大, 这样吸 出的烟雾在出烟管 20内的流速由快变缓, 烟雾中的水汽就不易在出烟管 20的内 壁上冷凝析出为液滴而被吸入用户口中, 提高了用户吸烟产生烟雾的质量。
[0039] 如图 8、 图 9所示, 加热组件 33包括导液条 331和设于导液条上的发热丝 332, 雾 化座 35的中间设有凸台 351形成凸字形, 加热组件 33架设于雾化座的凸台 351的 第二进气道 350上方, 雾化管 32下部套接于雾化座 35的凸台外壁, 雾化管 32内位 于凸台 351与隔液座 31之间构成雾化烟液的雾化腔 30。
[0040] 如图 4、 图 5、 图 8所示, 雾化管 32的外壁与储液腔内的烟液直接接触, 雾化管 3 2由导热性能好的材料如金属材料、 不锈钢制成, 以便雾化腔 30内工作时产生的 高温热量容易传导给烟液, 烟液在使用中得以预热而降低烟液的粘度, 有利于 烟液的流动和容易被导液条 331吸收和传导, 这样的电子烟就可以装载和使用粘 度较稠或呈蜡状的电子烟烟液。
[0041] 如图 8所示, 雾化座 35的底部设有盲孔 352, 盲孔 352用以容纳底盖 36上设有的 第一正负电极 366, 盲孔 352内设有加热组件的发热丝 332的引线, 引线与第一正 负电极 366连接。 第一正负电极 366插入盲孔 352内也有助于支撑固定雾化座 35, 因雾化座 35—般由耐高温的硅胶材料制成, 在长时间高温工作下, 硅胶材料制 成的雾化座 35可能变软造成变形、 松脱。
[0042] 如图 8、 图 9所示, 隔液座 31、 雾化座 35均由软质耐高温材料制成且其外壁设有 多道凸环以便增加密封性能。
[0043] 如图 10所示, 底盖 36包括底板 363和底板外圈上垂直设有的围壁 364, 第一进气 道 361和第二吸力感应气道 362为高于底板 363且低于围壁 364顶部的管状体。 这 样在底盖底部形成具有一定高度的凹槽, 该凹槽可用于收集储存自上部渗漏或 滴落的未被雾化的烟液液滴, 避免液滴吸入到用户口中而导致吸烟口感不良, 也避免烟液液滴流入到电池杆 200内, 造成对电池杆 200内电路与控制板的腐蚀 与损坏, 底盖 36上设有注液管 365 , 注液管 365穿过雾化座 35后与储液腔 21连通 , 注液管 365位于底盖底部处设有可拆装的堵头 (图中未示) 。 本发明的电子烟 当烟液杯内的烟液使用完后, 可拆开堵头, 将烟液通过注液管 365注入到储液腔 21, 添加完烟液后再将堵头装上避免漏液。 底盖 36上设有第一正负电极 366与电 池杆接入段 201上设有的第二正负电极 203连接, 电池杆内的电池 7通过第二正负 电极、 第一正负电极 366给发热丝供电。

[权利要求 1] 一种具有双气道的电子烟, 包括雾化器和电池杆, 所述雾化器设有插 接段, 所述电池杆设有接入段, 所述雾化器与电池杆通过插接段插入 接入段进行连接, 所述电池杆内设有吸力传感器, 其特征在于: 所述 电池杆上端向下设有第一吸力感应气道与所述吸力传感器连通, 所述 雾化器包括吸嘴、 烟液杯和雾化装置, 所述吸嘴套接在烟液杯上部外 壁, 所述雾化装置自下而上套装于烟液杯的下部内壁, 所述烟液杯内 部中心设有出烟管, 所述出烟管连通吸嘴上端设有的吸口, 所述雾化 装置包括自上而下依次连接的隔液座、 雾化管、 加热组件、 节流片、 雾化座和底盖, 所述雾化管连接在所述出烟管的下端, 所述隔液座设 于雾化管与出烟管连接处之间用以密封, 所述烟液杯位于节流片以上 的内部空间设为储存烟液的储液腔, 所述雾化座中间设有上下贯通的 第二进气道, 所述雾化座与底盖之间设有与所述第二进气道连通的第 二进气腔, 所述烟液杯下部为所述插接段, 所述插接段与所述接入段 套接处设有进气间隙, 所述底盖底部与接入段顶部之间设有第一进气 腔, 所述底盖底部设有第一进气道将第一进气腔与第二进气腔连通, 所述底盖底部还设有第二吸力感应气道将第二进气腔与第一吸力感应 气道连通。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有双气道的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述接入 段壁部设有进气孔, 所述进气孔与所述进气间隙连通。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有双气道的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述第二 吸力感应气道设于所述底盖的一侧, 所述第一吸力感应气道对称设于 所述电池杆上端两侧并分别与所述吸力传感器连通。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有双气道的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述烟液 杯的顶端与吸嘴下方之间设有吸液层用以吸收烟雾中的液滴。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有双气道的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述出烟 管的内径自下而上逐渐扩大, 以便吸出的烟雾流速降低, 防止烟雾中 的水汽在管壁上析出形成液滴。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有双气道的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述加热 组件包括导液条和设于导液条上的发热丝, 所述雾化座上部中间设有 凸台, 所述加热组件架设于所述凸台的第二进气道上方, 所述雾化管 下部套接于所述雾化座的凸台外壁, 所述雾化管内位于所述凸台与隔 液座之间构成雾化烟液的雾化腔。
