本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:该具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,用于与电子烟的电池组件连接组成电子烟,包括上端闭合以及下端开口且中空的外壳,所述外壳内部自上而下依次设有储液仓、雾化仓盖、雾化仓、雾化单元、雾化座和底座,所述底座封堵于所述外壳的下端开口,所述外壳上端设有吸口,吸口向下设有与外壳一体连接的外壳烟管,所述储液仓由所述外壳的内壁、雾化仓盖的外壁与外壳烟管的外壁围成的空间构成,所述雾化仓盖将所述储液仓与雾化仓隔开;
所述雾化仓盖包括在其下端水平设置的环状下盖、沿下盖的内沿向上竖直设有的仓盖竖壁、在仓盖竖壁的上端设有的具有中心孔的上盖、以及在上盖的中心孔处向上设有的仓盖烟管,所述仓盖烟管的上端插接于所述外壳烟管内;
所述雾化座内部在上下方向设有通气道,所述雾化座的上部设有中空的上凸台,所述雾化单元架设于所述上凸台,所述上凸台外壁设有竖槽与雾化单元连通,所述雾化仓盖上设有供液节流孔将所述储液仓与所述竖槽连通;
所述雾化仓盖与所述雾化座上部连接,所述仓盖竖壁的内壁下部套接于所述上凸台的外壁,所述下盖与所述雾化座上端除上凸台之外的部位连接,所述雾化座的中部外壁与所述外壳的内壁紧密套接,所述雾化仓由所述雾化仓盖与雾化座的上凸台之间以及上凸台内部的空间构成。
优选地,所述上盖包括自外而内向上倾斜的斜盖板。
优选地,所述仓盖竖壁外表面设有凸起并与外壳内表面触接的加强筋。
优选地,所述外壳内壁设有竖直的凸条,所述仓盖竖壁相对于所述凸条的位置设有卡位,所述凸条被所述卡位卡住。
优选地,所述雾化仓盖在下盖的外沿向下设有裙边,所述裙边套接于所述雾化座上端外壁。
优选地,所述雾化仓盖在下盖的底部设有向下凸起的凸脚,所述凸脚插接于所述雾化座上部设有的固定槽内。
优选地,所述雾化座位于上凸台根部外侧的平面向下设有储液槽,所述储液槽与所述竖槽连通。
优选地,所述雾化单元包括导液条和设于导液条中段的发热丝,所述上凸台端面设有相对的两个U形槽,所述竖槽设于所述U形槽的外侧,所述导液条中段横向架设于所述两个U形槽上,且导液条超出U形槽的两侧部分折弯向下置于所述竖槽内,所述仓盖竖壁与所述上凸台的竖槽围合成导液通道,所述导液条两侧部分填充于所述导液通道内,所述供液节流孔设于所述仓盖竖壁的底部。
优选地,所述外壳烟管为中间管径最小且自中间往上下两端渐扩的锥形管。
优选地,所述仓盖烟管为自下而上外径渐缩的锥形管,所述仓盖烟管的外壁插接于所述外壳烟管的下端内壁且两者为过盈配合。
优选地,所述雾化座的下部设有下凸台,所述底座的上部设有底座凹槽,所述下凸台插接于所述底座凹槽内。
优选地,所述外壳的下部侧壁设有进气孔,所述雾化座内的通气道呈L形穿出雾化座的壁部构成通气道的进气口,所述通气道的进气口与所述进气孔呈一定夹角并通过雾化座部分外壁内缩与外壳内壁形成的间隙连通,所述通气道的进气口位置向下在下凸台处设有进气缺口,所述进气缺口与所述底座凹槽围合构成冷凝液收集腔。
优选地,所述雾化座内的通气道上下直通并且与所述下凸台处设有的进气缺口连通,所述底座凹槽中间设有一体连接的进气管,所述进气管的底部开口,顶部封口并设有倾斜的挡液板,上部侧壁部分切削构成侧切口,所述进气管插入到所述雾化座的通气道内,所述侧切口与所述下凸台的进气缺口相对应,所述雾化座与所述底座凹槽、进气管的侧切口以下部位围合构成冷凝液收集腔。
优选地,所述底座上设有正负电极,所述下凸台内设有两个电极盲孔,所述正负电极分别插接于两个电极盲孔内。
优选地,所述雾化座内设有上下贯通的注液孔,所述注液孔用于添加烟液至储液仓,所述底座上设有柱塞,所述柱塞封堵在所述注液孔内,所述柱塞在需要添加烟液时可随底座拆卸而打开所述注液孔。
优选地,所述雾化座与所述底座的外沿之间设有密封圈。
优选地,所述雾化座由硅胶材料制成。
优选地,所述外壳的下部外壁向内缩径构成插接部,所述插接部插入所述电子烟的电池组件进行连接。
有益效果
该具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器设有独特的雾化仓盖,使雾化仓容积增大以提高烟液的雾化量,供液节流孔设于雾化仓盖底部,使得导液行程与面积增加,抗负压能力强,防止了漏液的产生;导液条两端向下折弯并被雾化仓盖罩住形成导液通道,有效调节了供液平衡,形成了一个优良高效的供液系统,防止供液不足产生的焦味;另本雾化仓盖与雾化座的设计,可减少冷凝液的产生,提高用户的吸烟体验。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
本发明具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,为便于以下行文描述,如图所示将该具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器的吸口朝上竖直放置,本文所述有关各部件的“上、下、上部、下部、上端、下端、上面、下面”等描述,均是指在该具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器吸口朝上竖直放置时的上下位置关系。
实施例一
如图1所示,本发明的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,用于与电子烟的电池组件(图中未示)连接组成电子烟。
如图2-图6所示,本发明的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,包括上端闭合以及下端开口且中空的外壳1,外壳1的内部自上而下依次设有储液仓2、雾化仓盖3、雾化仓4、雾化单元5、雾化座6和底座7,底座7封堵于外壳1的下端开口,外壳1的上端设有吸口10,吸口10向下设有与外壳一体连接的外壳烟管11,外壳烟管11为中间管径最小且向上、下两端渐扩的锥形管,其中,向上渐扩的锥形管可以降低吸出烟雾时烟雾的流速,避免流速过快使得烟雾中析出小液滴,较慢的流速也可以使已析出的小液滴被锥形管内壁吸附,避免直接被吸入用户口中造成不良的吸烟体验;向下渐扩的锥形管,也即烟雾流出时随着内径的缩小,流速增加以便用户每口吸出更多的烟雾量。雾化单元5包括导液条51和导液条中段设有的发热丝52,雾化座6内上下方向设有通气道60。
如图7-图10所示,雾化仓盖3包括在其下端水平设置的环状的下盖31、沿下盖的内沿向上竖直设有的仓盖竖壁32、在仓盖竖壁32的上端设有的具有中心孔的上盖33、以及以及在上盖的中心孔处向上设有的仓盖烟管34,仓盖烟管34的上端插接于外壳烟管11内,上盖33包括自外而内向上倾斜的斜盖板36。雾化仓盖3的结构设计,下盖31上无需设置节流孔,故其面积可以减小,使得上凸台61的面积增加,再加上仓盖竖壁32的高度增加,极大地扩大了雾化仓4的容积,使得烟液在雾化仓4内更有效地被雾化,用户每口吸出的烟雾量大大提高。另仓盖竖壁32的上端设有的包括斜盖板36的上盖33,使得雾化仓4的容积提高的同时,向上倾斜的上盖33更容易收集用户吸烟时产生的烟雾,使烟雾向中间顶部流向仓盖烟管34内。
如图5-图8所示,上盖33包括自外而内向上倾斜的斜盖板36。
仓盖竖壁32外表面设有凸起并与外壳1的内表面触接的加强筋37。加强筋37通过与外壳内表面接触,对仓盖竖壁具有加强支撑的作用,避免雾化仓盖3的壁部在无支撑的情况下因挤压、松动、变形而导致的烟液泄露。
外壳1的内壁设有竖直的凸条14,仓盖竖壁32相对于凸条14的位置设有卡位38,凸条14被卡位38卡住。本实施例中的卡位38是仓盖竖壁凹进成直角的形状,凸条14恰好可以嵌入直角的卡位38,这样,雾化仓盖3相对于外壳1就能被定位、固定,不仅便于在生产中进行安装,也能防止产生移位发生变形导致烟液泄露。
雾化仓盖3在下盖31的外沿向下设有裙边39,裙边39套接于雾化座6的上端外壁。裙边39与雾化座6套接在一起,具有向上支撑雾化仓盖、连接稳固、密封良好的作用。
如图27、图28所示,在其他实施例中,雾化仓盖3在下盖31的底部设有向下凸起的凸脚391,凸脚391插接于雾化座上部设有的固定槽(图中未示)内,也起到向上支撑雾化仓盖、连接稳固的作用。
如图11-图15所示,雾化座6的上部设有中空的上凸台61,上凸台61的中间为空腔64,空腔64可以进一步增加雾化仓4的容积,上凸台61的端面设有相对的两个U形槽611,U形槽611的外侧壁部向内凹进构成竖槽612,导液条51的中段横向架设于两个U形槽611上且导液条51超出U形槽的两侧部分折弯向下置于竖槽612内,雾化座6位于上凸台61根部的外侧平面向下设有储液槽613,储液槽613用于储存未吸烟时流进的烟液以便在吸烟时迅速供给烟液给导液条51避免下述供液节流孔35来不及流入足够的烟液,具有缓冲进液的作用。
如图2-图3所示,仓盖竖壁32套接于上凸台61的外壁,仓盖竖壁32与上凸台61的竖槽612围合成导液通道65,导液条52两侧部分填充于导液通道65内,仓盖竖壁32位于导液通道65的底部设有供液节流孔35将导液通道65与储液仓2连通,下盖31密封盖住储液槽613,储液槽613与导液通道65连通。雾化仓盖3与上凸台61之间以及上凸台61的空腔64构成雾化仓4。本发明实施例的供液节流孔35横向设于仓盖竖壁,从而避免垂直设于雾化仓盖的下盖上,可以避免用户吸烟时负压过大与烟液重力叠加造成的烟液流通速度过快而最终容易发生烟液泄露的故障。
如图2-图6所示,仓盖烟管34为自下而上外径渐缩的锥形管,以便收集更多烟雾快速向外排出,仓盖烟管34的外壁插接于外壳烟管11的下端内壁且两者为过盈配合,这样使得装配时只需将雾化仓盖往上推入即可,装配简单且密封性能良好。
如图2、图3所示,储液仓2由外壳1的内壁、雾化仓盖3的外壁与外壳烟管11的外壁围成的空间构成,储液仓2内用以储存电子烟烟液。
如图1所示,外壳1的下部外壁向内缩径构成插接部12,插接部12插入电子烟的电池组件(图中未示)进行连接,本实施例中,插接部12上设有凸扣以便进行卡扣连接,在其它实施例中也可以其它方式如磁吸方式等进行连接。
如图11-图15所示,雾化座6的下部设有下凸台62,底座7的上部设有底座凹槽70,下凸台62插接于底座凹槽70内,下凸台62与底座凹槽70的外沿之间还设有密封圈8用以密封防止漏气或漏液。
如图2、图3、图6、图13、图14所示,外壳1的下部侧壁设有进气孔13,雾化座6内的通气道60不是上下直通,而是在雾化座的壁部呈L形穿出构成通气道60的进口601,通气道的进气口601与进气孔13呈一定夹角例如90度夹角,并通过雾化座6的部分外壁内缩后与外壳1的内壁形成的间隙(图中未示)连通,通气道60的进口601向下在下凸台62处设有进气缺口602,进气缺口602与底座凹槽70围合构成冷凝液收集腔701。本实施例上述结构,使进气孔13置于外壳侧壁上,避免了在底座上开口进气,避免在用户吸烟结束时,烟液或烟雾反向流东至电子烟的电池组件内而造成电池组件内电路结构的损坏。另通气道60不是上下直通,而是呈L形穿出雾化座6的壁部,使得雾化座6底部留有一定空间构成冷凝液收集腔701,用以容留自通气道60上部掉落的未雾化的液滴,也避免再次将液滴吸入到通气道内。通气道的进气口601与进气孔13呈一定夹角,并通过雾化座6的部分外壁内缩后与外壳1的内壁形成的间隙连通,这样加长了气道,可避免冷凝液收集腔701泄露出来。
如图2、图3、图12、图13、图16、图17所示,雾化座6内设有上下贯通的注液孔66,注液孔66用于添加烟液至储液仓2,底座7上设有柱塞71,柱塞71封堵在注液孔66内,柱塞71在需要添加烟液时可随底座7拆卸而打开注液孔66。
如图2、图3所示,雾化座6的中部外壁63与外壳1的内壁紧密套接,雾化座6由硅胶材料制成。
如图4、图16、图17所示,底座7上设有安装正负电极9的电极安装孔72,下凸台62内设有电极盲孔620,正负电极9分别插接于电极盲孔620内。
实施例二
参见图18-图26,本实施例二在实施例一的基础上,对雾化座、底座的结构作了一些局部改变。
如图18-图21所示,雾化座6内的通气道60上下直通并且与下凸台62处设有的进气缺口602连通。
如图22-图26所示,底座凹槽70的中间设有一体连接的进气管73,进气管73的底部开口,顶部封口并设有倾斜的挡液板731,上部侧壁部分切削构成侧切口732,挡液板731向侧切口732的反向倾斜,进气管73插入到雾化座内的通气道60内,侧切口732与下凸台62的进气缺口602相对应。
如图18-图19所示,雾化座6与底座凹槽70、进气管73的侧切口732以下部位围合构成冷凝液收集腔701。
上述挡液板731的结构用以阻挡通气道60上部掉落的未雾化的液滴,并将其导引至冷凝液收集腔701内,防止液滴自底座7流入到与雾化器连接的电子烟电池组件内而污损、腐蚀电池或电路部分。
在其它方面,本实施例与实施例一相同。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,用于与电子烟的电池组件连接组成电子烟,其特征在于:包括上端闭合以及下端开口且中空的外壳,所述外壳内部自上而下依次设有储液仓、雾化仓盖、雾化仓、雾化单元、雾化座和底座,所述底座封堵于所述外壳的下端开口,所述外壳上端设有吸口,吸口向下设有与外壳一体连接的外壳烟管,所述储液仓由所述外壳的内壁、雾化仓盖的外壁与外壳烟管的外壁围成的空间构成,所述雾化仓盖将所述储液仓与雾化仓隔开;
    所述雾化仓盖包括在其下端水平设置的环状下盖、沿下盖的内沿向上竖直设有的仓盖竖壁、在仓盖竖壁的上端设有的具有中心孔的上盖、以及在上盖的中心孔处向上设有的仓盖烟管,所述仓盖烟管的上端插接于所述外壳烟管内;
    所述雾化座内部在上下方向设有通气道,所述雾化座的上部设有中空的上凸台,所述雾化单元架设于所述上凸台,所述上凸台外壁设有竖槽与雾化单元连通,所述雾化仓盖上设有供液节流孔将所述储液仓与所述竖槽连通;

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述仓盖竖壁外表面设有凸起并与外壳内表面触接的加强筋。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述外壳内壁设有竖直的凸条,所述仓盖竖壁相对于所述凸条的位置设有卡位,所述凸条被所述卡位卡住。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化仓盖在下盖的外沿向下设有裙边,所述裙边套接于所述雾化座上端外壁。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化仓盖在下盖的底部设有向下凸起的凸脚,所述凸脚插接于所述雾化座上部设有的固定槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座位于上凸台根部外侧的平面向下设有储液槽,所述储液槽与所述竖槽连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化单元包括导液条和设于导液条中段的发热丝,所述上凸台端面设有相对的两个U形槽,所述竖槽设于所述U形槽的外侧,所述导液条中段横向架设于所述两个U形槽上,且导液条超出U形槽的两侧部分折弯向下置于所述竖槽内,所述仓盖竖壁与所述上凸台的竖槽围合成导液通道,所述导液条两侧部分填充于所述导液通道内,所述供液节流孔设于所述仓盖竖壁的底部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述外壳烟管为中间管径最小且自中间往上下两端渐扩的锥形管。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述仓盖烟管为自下而上外径渐缩的锥形管,所述仓盖烟管的外壁插接于所述外壳烟管的下端内壁且两者为过盈配合。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座的下部设有下凸台,所述底座的上部设有底座凹槽,所述下凸台插接于所述底座凹槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述外壳的下部侧壁设有进气孔,所述雾化座内的通气道呈L形穿出雾化座的壁部构成通气道的进气口,所述通气道的进气口与所述进气孔呈一定夹角并通过雾化座部分外壁内缩与外壳内壁形成的间隙连通,所述通气道的进气口位置向下在下凸台处设有进气缺口,所述进气缺口与所述底座凹槽围合构成冷凝液收集腔。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座内的通气道上下直通并且与所述下凸台处设有的进气缺口连通,所述底座凹槽中间设有一体连接的进气管,所述进气管的底部开口,顶部封口并设有倾斜的挡液板,上部侧壁部分切削构成侧切口,所述进气管插入到所述雾化座的通气道内,所述侧切口与所述下凸台的进气缺口相对应,所述雾化座与所述底座凹槽、进气管的侧切口以下部位围合构成冷凝液收集腔。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座上设有正负电极,所述下凸台内设有两个电极盲孔,所述正负电极分别插接于两个电极盲孔内。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的具有雾化仓盖的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座内设有上下贯通的注液孔,所述注液孔用于添加烟液至储液仓,所述底座上设有柱塞,所述柱塞封堵在所述注液孔内,所述柱塞在需要添加烟液时可随底座拆卸而打开所述注液孔。
