[0003] 现有的电子烟及电子烟雾化器, 一般设有储液腔储存电子烟烟液, 雾化装置设 有雾化单元直接从储液腔中吸引电子烟烟液进行加热雾化, 而雾化单元与储液 腔连接处不可能完全密封, 这样在常态吋, 烟液在储液腔中可自由流动, 以及 在重力作用下, 烟液容易顺着雾化单元泄漏至雾化腔中, 使用户吸烟吋容易吸 进烟液液滴, 造成口感不良甚至导致发生故障; 又现有一些电子烟或电子烟雾 化器, 为避免漏液而在储液腔与雾化单元之间增加了一层有阻隔烟液效果的渗 透膜片, 但这样又容易使得烟液供应不足而造成吸烟吋的烟雾量不足。

[0055] 如图 8〜图 9、 图 20〜图 21所示, 雾化座 30底部设有底盖 36, 底盖 36中间设有与 雾化座进气通孔 305相通的底盖通孔 360, 底盖 36下部横向设有底部进气槽 363与 底盖通孔 360连通, 该底部进气槽 363同吋与储液筒 2的两侧设有的进气凹槽 27连 通。 底盖 36上还设有正负电极 37。 本实施例中, 正负电极 37套设在底盖 36上设 有的电极通孔 361内, 正负电极 37与电极通孔 361之间还设有绝缘套 371。 底盖 36 的侧面设有底盖凸扣 362与储液筒 2的底端壁部对应设有的储液筒卡位 23扣接。 另外, 雾化座 30的底部还设有引线孔 309、 电极槽 3091, 电极槽 3091用以容纳突 出于底盖 36上面的正负电极 37, 引线孔 309用以穿设雾化单元 31的引线 313, 使 引线 313可穿过雾化座底壁 304分别与正负电极 37连接。 其他实施例中, 正负电 极 37也可嵌套于底盖 36上。 本发明的实施例中, 加液管的柱塞 3081可固定设于 底盖 36上, 当打幵底盖 36吋, 即可同吋打幵柱塞 3081通过加液管 308为储液腔 21 加注电子烟烟液。
[0056] 如图 8〜图 10所示, 雾化座外壁部 303的下端外壁设有密封环 3032。 本实施例的 雾化座 30可由软性的硅胶材料或橡胶材料制成, 此吋密封环 3032与雾化座外壁 部 303—体制成, 即雾化座外壁部 303下端外壁凸起成多道密封环 3032, 密封环 3 032用于雾化座外壁部与储液筒内壁之间的密封, 防止储液腔 21漏液。
[0057] 如图 2、 图 3、 图 22〜图 25所示, 吸嘴 1与储液筒 2之间还设有密封连接件 221, 密封连接件 221用于密封吸嘴 1的内壁与储液筒 2的外壁, 并连通储液筒 2顶端的 出烟管 20管口与吸嘴 1的吸嘴口 10。 本实施例中, 为便于密封连接件 221的安装 , 储液筒 2的上端端部设有两个凸架 22, 密封连接件 221内设有密封腔 2210, 密 封腔 2210套设在两个凸架 22上, 凸架 22可支撑密封连接件 221 ; 密封连接件 221 上部设有连接件缺口 2211, 该连接件缺口 2211可与吸嘴口 10向下延伸形成的吸 烟管 11套接, 故密封连接件 221的密封腔 2210下部与出烟管 20的管口连通, 上部 与吸嘴口 10内的吸嘴管 11连通并密封, 这样就保证了用户吸烟吋可完全吸出雾 化腔 301至出烟管 20内的烟雾, 避免吸嘴 1的内壁与储液筒 2的外壁之间气体漏进
[0058] 如图 3中的箭头所示, 本发明的电子烟雾化器, 当用户吸烟吋, 其空气及烟雾 流向是这样的: 外界空气经进气口 12、 进气凹槽 27、 底部进气槽 363、 底盖通孔 360、 雾化座进气通孔 305进入到雾化腔 301, 电子烟烟液经雾化单元 31加热雾化 后形成电子烟烟雾, 电子烟烟雾自雾化腔 301流出, 经出烟通孔 332、 出烟管 20 、 密封连接件的密封腔 2210、 吸嘴管 11、 吸嘴口 10出来后被吸入用户口中。
[0059] 如图 4、 图 22、 图 26所示, 吸嘴 1、 储液筒 2的横截面为渐变的椭圆形, 吸嘴 1的 上端两侧内凹趋于扁平以及接近人体嘴唇可舒适接触的形状。 当然, 其他实施 例中, 吸嘴 1、 储液筒 2也可采用其他形状。 储液筒 2的下端外壁设有连接凸扣 25 用于与电池杆 4的外壳上设有的卡位 (图中未示) 进行卡扣式连接固定, 使本发 明的电子烟雾化器与电池杆组装成完整的电子烟。

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种具有储液过渡腔的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 包括吸嘴、 储液 筒和雾化装置; 所述吸嘴为顶端设有吸嘴口的壳体, 壳体内壁紧贴套 设于储液筒上部外壁; 所述储液筒的顶端设有上壁, 上壁中心向下设 有出烟管; 所述雾化装置包括雾化座套设于储液筒下部内壁, 雾化装 置上面、 位于储液筒的内壁与出烟管外壁之间的空腔构成储液腔; 所 述雾化座内设有相互密封的内腔与外腔, 其中内腔架设有雾化单元作 为雾化腔, 外腔填充有储液介质作为储液过渡腔; 所述雾化腔与所述 出烟管连通, 所述储液过渡腔与储液腔连通并为所述雾化单元供液。
[权利要求 2] 在此处键入权利要求项 2根据权利要求 1所述的具有储液过渡腔的电 子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述雾化装置还包括雾化套、 连接套、 节 流片; 所述雾化套设于雾化座中间上方与雾化座共同围成所述雾化腔 , 雾化套上端内壁紧密套接于所述出烟管下端外壁上; 所述连接套紧 贴套设于雾化套外壁; 所述节流片设于所述雾化座外腔上方与雾化座 共同围成所述储液过渡腔, 节流片上设有若干节流小孔用于将储液腔 中的电子烟烟液节流至储液过渡腔内。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有储液过渡腔的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于
: 所述吸嘴的内壁与所述储液筒的外壁之间设有卡扣相互连接与固定 ; 所述储液筒露出吸嘴的下部外壁可套接电池杆以组成电子烟, 储液 筒的下部外壁上设有连接凸扣以和电池杆内壁设有的卡孔进行连接与 固定; 所述储液筒下部内壁上设有止位凸肩, 所述雾化装置上端向上 止位于所述止位凸肩, 所述储液筒底端内壁与所述雾化装置底端外壁 之间设有卡扣相互连接与固定; 所述储液筒下部两侧外壁向内凹进设 有竖直的进气凹槽。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有储液过渡腔的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于
: 所述雾化座设有紧贴套设于储液筒下部内壁的雾化座外壁部, 雾化 座的底部设有雾化座底壁; 所述雾化座外壁部的下端外壁设有密封环 ; 所述雾化座底壁中间设有进气通孔, 所述进气通孔周边的雾化座底 壁上设有一道环形凹槽, 所述环形凹槽外周设有凸起的雾化壁; 所述 雾化壁内侧形成所述内腔, 所述雾化壁与雾化座外壁之间形成所述外 腔; 所述雾化单元包括导液条、 缠绕于导液条中部的发热丝以及发热 丝两端连接的引线; 所述雾化壁上端对称设有两个向下的 u形缺口, 所述导液条横向架设于两个 u形缺口上, 导液条两端伸出到储液过渡 腔内。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有储液过渡腔的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于
: 所述雾化座外腔内设有竖向贯穿雾化座并伸入到所述储液腔内的加 液管, 所述加液管的底部设有柱塞塞紧管口。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有储液过渡腔的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于
: 所述吸嘴与储液筒之间还设有密封连接件,用于密封吸嘴内壁与储 液筒外壁并连通储液筒顶端出烟管管口与吸嘴口。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有储液过渡腔的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于
: 所述吸嘴、 储液筒横截面为渐变的椭圆形, 所述吸嘴上端两侧内凹 趋于扁平。
根据权利要求 2所述的具有储液过渡腔的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于 : 所述雾化套呈筒状且在底部设有雾化套底壁, 雾化套底壁中间设有 出烟通孔, 雾化套外径等于所述雾化壁外径, 雾化套底部设有两个向 下凸起并可填充所述 u形缺口而只留所述雾化单元穿过的楔部; 所述 连接套紧密套接在所述雾化套与雾化壁的外壁, 连接套的下部外壁设 有两个对称的反向 u形缺口以便所述雾化单元穿过。
根据权利要求 2所述的具有储液过渡腔的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于 : 所述雾化座外壁部设有对称的两个矩形缺口, 所述节流片盖设于雾 化座外壁部上, 节流片下部相对于矩形缺口的位置设有两个向下凸起 并可填充矩形缺口的挡片。
根据权利要求 4所述的具有储液过渡腔的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于 : 所述雾化座底部设有底盖, 所述底盖中间设有与雾化座进气通孔相 通的底盖通孔, 底盖下部横向设有底部进气槽与底盖通孔连通, 所述 底盖上还设有正负电极, 底盖侧面设有止位凸扣与所述储液筒底端 部对应设有的止位卡孔扣接。
