[0031] 本发明采用直立式陶瓷雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 为便于以下行文描述, 如图 1所示将该电子烟雾化器吸孔朝上竖直放置, 本文所述有关其部件 "上、 下、 上端
、 下端", 均是指在该电子烟雾化器竖直放置情况下的上下位置关系。
[0032] 如图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明采用直立式陶瓷雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 包括上端 带吸孔 11及下端幵口的外管 1、 按次序自上而下套装于外管 1内的储液杯 2、 多孔 支撑片 3、 烟液渗透片 4、 雾化座 5、 雾化单元 6、 密封连接座 7、 电源连接座 8。 储液杯 2用于储存电子烟烟液。 多孔支撑片 3横向固定在储液杯 2下端内壁, 多孔 支撑片 3塞在储液杯 2的幵口, 其上设有若干小孔以便电子烟烟液从储液杯 2中缓 慢流出, 多孔支撑片 3同吋对烟液渗透片 4起到固定支撑的作用。 烟液渗透片 4紧 贴于多孔支撑片 3上, 其一般由具有孔隙、 能缓慢渗透、 耐高温的材料制成, 在 用户吸烟吋, 雾化座 7内产生负压可使储液杯 2内的电子烟烟液通过烟液渗透片 4 渗透出来, 而用户不吸烟吋, 储液杯 2内外压力平衡, 烟液渗透片 4可阻止烟液 从储液杯 2内漏出。
[0033] 如图 1-图 8所示, 雾化座 5为壁部幵设有烟雾出口 51的耐高温管状体, 其上端面 将烟液渗透片 4压紧在多孔支撑片 3上, 陶瓷雾化棒 61直立式即竖直设于雾化座 5 内, 其上端面与烟液渗透片 4抵触相接并可从烟液渗透片 4吸纳并传导电子烟烟 液至发热丝 62缠绕的部位; 密封连接座 7密封连接雾化座 5和电源连接座 8, 密封 连接系指端面之间相互密封, 密封连接座 7的内部轴向设有通孔 71 ; 电源连接座 8套接在外管 1下端的内壁。
[0034] 如图 1、 图 2所示, 储液杯 2在下端壁部设有矩形缺口 21, 储液杯 2的外表面在与 矩形缺口 21相同的周向位置轴向设有一道烟雾槽 22, 多孔支撑片 3、 烟液渗透片 4横置于储液杯在矩形缺口 21位置以上的内壁; 雾化座 5套设于储液杯 2在矩形缺 口 21位置所在的内壁, 雾化座 5的烟雾出口 51正对储液杯的矩形缺口 21重合设置 ; 储液杯 2在矩形缺口 21部位的外壁、 密封连接座 7的部分外壁和电源连接座 8的 上端一部分的外壁与外管 1的内壁之间还设有隔热管 9。
[0035] 如图 1、 图 2所示, 雾化座 5套设于储液杯 1在矩形缺口 21位置所在的内壁, 雾化 座 5的烟雾出口 51正对储液杯 1的矩形缺口 21重合设置, 这样经雾化单元雾化的 电子烟雾即可经烟雾出口 51(矩形缺口 21 )排出, 再经烟雾槽 22与外管 1的内壁围 合而成的电子烟出雾通道, 最后从外管 1的吸孔 11流出至用户口中。
[0036] 如图 3所示, 雾化单元 6包括陶瓷材质的陶瓷雾化棒 61、 陶瓷雾化棒 61外缠绕的 发热丝 62以及与发热丝 62两端连接的引线 63。 陶瓷雾化棒 61为一圆柱体, 其中 心轴线上设有一雾化棒通孔 610, 其上端面上沿直径设有一道凹槽 611, 发热丝 6 2缠绕于陶瓷雾化棒 61的外壁, 与发热丝 62上端线头相连的引线 63设于凹槽 611 内并穿过雾化棒通孔 610向下引出, 另一引线 63则位于陶瓷雾化棒 61的外壁向下 引出。 本实施例两个雾化单元 6的发热丝 62与电源的电性连接方式为并联连接。 雾化单元 6用于吸纳烟液渗透片 4渗透出来的电子烟烟液, 并将吸纳后的烟液在 雾化座 7内形成的空腔中进行通电雾化形成电子烟烟雾。 本发明的陶瓷雾化棒 61 采用多孔易渗透的陶瓷材料制成。
[0037] 如图 5〜图 10所示, 雾化座 5的上端在烟雾出口 51的两侧内壁分别设有一个支撑 竖槽 52, 即共计两个支承竖槽 52, 每个支承竖槽 52内均安装有一个所述雾化单 元 6。 雾化座 5还包括上端面所设的雾化座盖 53, 雾化座盖 53上幵设有与支撑竖 槽 52位置相对应的盖孔 530, 陶瓷雾化棒 61从盖孔 530伸出。 雾化座 5的下端面设 有两个凸脚 54, 密封连接座 7的上端面相应设有可恰好容纳雾化座 5凸脚 54的两 个凹部 74, 密封连接座 7上端面中间设有凹腔 72, 凹腔 72的底部位于通孔 71的外 圈设有口部朝上的凹环槽 73。 本发明的雾化座 5可采用陶瓷材料制成以便具有耐 高温特性不易被发热丝 62灼伤; 本发明的密封连接座 7可采用耐高温的硅胶材料 制成以便具有密封连接的特性。
[0038] 如图 1、 图 2、 图 11所示, 电源连接座 8包括下端设有环形凸肩 811的管体 81, 管 体 81上端内壁电极座 82, 电极座 82的下端外壁设有螺纹 821、 内壁设有一道径向 阻隔环 822, 阻隔环 822的中间通孔 (图中未标示)套设有绝缘套 83, 绝缘套 83内套 设有钉形电极 84, 钉形电极 84中间设有进空气用的电极通孔 841。 雾化单元 6的 发热丝 62的两个电极分别和钉形电极 84及电极座 82电性连接, 并进一步和电子 烟电源的正负极电连接。 本发明的实施方式

[0041] 如图 4所示, 陶瓷雾化棒 61为一圆柱体, 其中心轴线上设有一雾化棒通孔 610, 其上端面上沿直径设有一道凹槽 611, 发热丝 62缠绕于陶瓷雾化棒 61的内部并与 其融合制成为一体, 发热丝 62的引线 63露出于雾化棒 61并向下引出。 前述雾化 棒通孔 610与凹槽 611并不是用于穿引线 63, 而是用于透气与流通烟液, 使电子 烟烟液更容易渗透到陶瓷雾化棒 61内。

[0043] 在上述实施例一的基础上, 对雾化座进行改动, 将两个支承竖槽增加到三个, 相应地增加雾化单元, 如此设计成的实施例三, 即可进一步地增加同一吋间内 雾化生成的烟雾量, 有效提高了雾化效果。
[0044] 如图 12〜图 14所示, 雾化座 5的上端在烟雾出口 51的两侧内壁及对面内壁分别 设有一个支撑竖槽 52, 这样即有三个支撑竖槽 52, 每个支承竖槽 52内均安装有 一个雾化单元 6, 这样即有三个雾化单元 6, 本实施例三的三个雾化单元 6的发热 丝 62与电源的电性连接方式为并联连接, 故本实施例三的雾化器工作吋, 同一 吋间雾化生成的烟雾量极大地增加, 有效提高了雾化效果。

权利要求书
一种采用直立式陶瓷雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 包括上 端带吸孔及下端幵口的外管、 按次序自上而下套装于所述外管内的储 液杯、 多孔支撑片、 烟液渗透片、 雾化座、 雾化单元、 密封连接座、 电源连接座; 所述储液杯上端封闭及下端幵口, 所述多孔支撑片横向 固定在所述储液杯下端内壁; 所述雾化单元包括陶瓷材质的陶瓷雾化 棒、 陶瓷雾化棒上缠绕的发热丝以及与发热丝两端连接的引线, 所述 雾化座为壁部幵设有烟雾出口的耐高温管状体, 其上端面将所述烟液 渗透片压紧在所述多孔支撑片上, 所述陶瓷雾化棒竖直设于所述雾化 座内, 其上端面与所述烟液渗透片抵触相接并可从烟液渗透片吸纳并 传导电子烟烟液至所述发热丝缠绕的部位; 所述密封连接座密封连接 所述雾化座和电源连接座, 其内部轴向设有通孔; 所述电源连接座套 接在所述外管下端内壁。
根据权利要求 1所述的采用直立式陶瓷雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其 特征在于: 所述雾化座上端在烟雾出口的两侧内壁分别设有一个支撑 竖槽, 每个所述支承竖槽内均安装有一个所述雾化单元。
根据权利要求 1所述的采用直立式陶瓷雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其 特征在于: 所述雾化座上端在烟雾出口的两侧内壁及对面内壁分别设 有一个支撑竖槽, 每个所述支承竖槽内均安装有一个所述雾化单元。 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的采用直立式陶瓷雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述雾化座还包括上端面所设的雾化座盖, 所述雾化座 盖上幵设有与所述支撑竖槽位置相对应的盖孔, 所述陶瓷雾化棒从所 述盖孔伸出。
根据权利要求 2或 3所述的采用直立式陶瓷雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述各雾化单元的发热丝与电源的电性连接方式为并联 连接。
根据权利要求 1所述的采用直立式陶瓷雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其 特征在于: 所述陶瓷雾化棒为一圆柱体, 其中心轴线上设有雾化棒通 孔, 其上端面上沿直径设有凹槽, 所述发热丝缠绕于陶瓷雾化棒外壁 , 与所述发热丝上端相连的引线设于所述凹槽内并穿过所述雾化棒通 孔向下引出, 另一所述引线则位于所述陶瓷雾化棒外壁向下引出。 根据权利要求 1所述的采用直立式陶瓷雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其 特征在于: 所述陶瓷雾化棒为一圆柱体, 其中心轴线上设有雾化棒通 孔, 其上端面上沿直径设有凹槽, 所述发热丝缠绕于陶瓷雾化棒内部 并与其融合制成一体, 所述发热丝的引线露出于所述雾化棒并向下引 出。
根据权利要求 1所述的采用直立式陶瓷雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其 特征在于: 所述储液杯在下端壁部设有矩形缺口, 所述储液杯外表面 在与所述矩形缺口相同的周向位置轴向设有一道烟雾槽, 所述多孔支 撑片、 烟液渗透片横置于所述储液杯矩形缺口位置以上的内壁; 所述 雾化座套设于所述储液杯在矩形缺口位置所在的内壁, 所述雾化座的 烟雾出口正对所述储液杯的矩形缺口重合设置; 所述储液杯在矩形缺 口部位的外壁、 密封连接座部分外壁和电源连接座上端一部分的外壁 与所述外管的内壁之间还设有隔热管。
