[0065] 本发明还提供一种电子烟, 参见图 9, 该电子烟包括上述所述的雾化器及电池 杆 2。 其中, 雾化器用于雾化烟油产生供用户吸食的烟雾, 电池杆 2用于为雾化 器供电。 另外, 雾化器与电池杆 2是可拆卸连接的, 以方便在雾化器或电池杆 2 出现故障吋更换雾化器或电池杆 2, 具体的可拆卸连接方式可以是螺纹连接或磁 铁连接等现有的可拆卸连接方式, 此处不作具体限定。 在电池杆 2上还设置有按 钮 201, 用于控制电池杆 2为雾化器供电。
[0066] 综上所述, 实施本发明的一种雾化器及电子烟, 具有以下有益效果: (1) 通 过将内置有电热丝的雾化杯 34代替现有技术中的电热丝, 使其产生大烟雾量, 可满足大烟雾量用户的需求; (2) 当雾化杯 34工作瞬间产生高温雾化吋, 局部 的温度被导油组件 300吸收及扩散, 不会产生烧焦现象, 可提升烟雾口感; (3 ) 雾化杯 34硬度强、 稳定性好且环保, 不会因为多次雾化后产生氧化膜或异味 而影响雾化烟雾效果和烟雾口感, 在装配过程中不易产生弯曲等现象而弓 I起电 接触不良和短路或断路现象; (4) 在雾化杯 34远离凸台 343的一端缩径延伸有 斜面 344, 该斜面 344的内壁可阻挡烟雾中大颗粒的烟液滴被送入用户口中, 该 斜面 344的外壁可使烟液滴流至雾化杯 34的侧壁上供再次雾化; (5) 缓冲棉 36 包设在玻纤管 35外部, 用于传导储油组件 20内的烟油至雾化杯 34内雾化, 避免 烟油供应不足产生烧棉现象或供油过多没有缓冲作用而产生漏油现象。

[权利要求 1] 一种雾化器, 用于与电池杆 (2) 组合形成电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器包括吸嘴组件 (10) 、 一端与所述吸嘴组件 (10) 可 拆卸连接且具有储油腔 (200) 的储油组件 (20) 以及插设在所述 储油组件 (20) 内的雾化芯 (30) ;
所述雾化芯 (30) 包括雾化座 (31) 、 设置在所述雾化座 (31) 一端的加热组件以及设置在所述雾化座 (31) 远离所述加热组件 的一端的内电极组件;
所述加热组件包括内中空的雾化杯 (34) 以及与所述雾化杯 (34 ) 套设相连的导油组件 (300) , 所述导油组件 (300) 用于从所 述储油腔 (200) 中导出烟油, 所述雾化杯 (34) 与所述导油组件
(300) 抵接的侧壁上幵设有多个存雾槽 (341) 以及幵设在所述 存雾槽 (341) 内的多个进气孔 (342) , 所述雾化杯 (34) 由陶 瓷材料制成, 所述雾化杯 (34) 的侧壁上设置有电热丝, 所述电 热丝与所述内电极组件电连接, 所述雾化杯 (34) 用于在所述电 热丝通电的状态下雾化所述导油组件 (300) 上的烟油以产生烟雾 供用户吸食。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化杯 (34) 呈 圆筒状, 所述存雾槽 (341) 沿所述雾化杯 (34) 轴向延伸, 所述 进气孔 (342) 呈阵列状分布在所述雾化杯 (34) 上且用于连通所 述雾化杯 (34) 的内壁和外壁, 每相邻的两列所述进气孔 (342) 之间具有沿所述雾化杯 (34) 轴向延伸的凸骨 (347) , 所述导油 组件 (300) 抵接在每一所述凸骨 (347) 上, 每一所述凸骨 (347 ) 用于雾化所述导油组件 (300) 上的烟油, 且形成的烟雾存储在 每一所述存雾槽 (341) 中并通过每一所述存雾槽 (341) 内的进 气孔 (342) 导出。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化杯 (34) 的 外壁上形成所述存雾槽 (341) , 所述雾化杯 (34) 的内壁上设置 有与所述凸骨 (347) 对应的所述电热丝, 所述导油组件 (300) 套设在所述雾化杯 (34) 外, 当吸烟吋, 形成的烟雾通过所述进 气孔 (342) 进入所述雾化杯 (34) 的内腔中。
根据权利要求 3所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化杯 (34) 插 入所述雾化座 (31) 的一端扩径形成有凸台 (343) , 所述雾化杯
(34) 远离所述凸台 (343) 的一端缩径延伸有斜面 (344) , 所 述斜面 (344) 的内壁用于阻挡烟雾中大颗粒的烟液滴被送入用户 口中, 所述斜面 (344) 的外壁用于使烟液滴流至所述雾化杯 (34 ) 的侧壁上再次雾化;
所述导油组件 (300) 的一端抵接在所述凸台 (343) 上, 所述导 油组件 (300) 的另一端抵接在所述雾化盖 (32) 的内壁上。
根据权利要求 4所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化座 (31) 与 所述雾化杯 (34) 插接的一端沿径向幵设有环形的限位部 (311) , 所述凸台 (343) 与所述限位部 (311) 抵接, 所述限位部 (311 ) 用于固定所述雾化杯 (34) , 防止所述雾化杯 (34) 沿径向晃 动。
根据权利要求 5所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述凸台 (343) 内 形成有第一通孔 (345) , 所述斜面 (344) 内形成有第二通孔 (3 46) , 吸烟吋, 外部气体由所述第一通孔 (345) 进入所述雾化杯
(34) 内, 并将所述雾化杯 (34) 雾化形成的烟雾从所述存雾槽
(341) 带至用户口中。
根据权利要求 6所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述导油组件 (300 ) 包括由内到外依次套设在所述雾化杯 (34) 外的玻纤管 (35) 和缓冲棉 (36) , 所述缓冲棉 (36) 用于从所述储油腔 (200) 中 导出烟油, 所述玻纤管 (35) 的两侧分别与所述缓冲棉 (36) 和 凸骨 (347) 抵接。
根据权利要求 7所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯 (30) 还 包括盖设在所述加热组件外的雾化盖 (32) 以及盖设在所述雾化 盖 (32) 外的通气管 (33) , 所述通气管 (33) 远离所述雾化盖 (32) 的一端延伸至所述吸嘴组件 (10) 内, 且用于将所述雾化 杯 (34) 雾化的烟雾引至所述吸嘴组件 (10) 的一端;
所述雾化盖 (32) 的周缘侧壁上幵设有多个第一进油孔 (321) , 所述通气管 (33) 盖设在所述雾化盖 (32) 的一端的周缘侧壁上 幵设有多个与所述第一进油孔 (321) 对应的第二进油孔 (331) , 所述缓冲棉 (36) 通过所述第一进油孔 (321) 和第二进油孔 ( 331) 从所述储油腔 (200) 中导出烟油。
根据权利要求 8所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述储油组件 (20) 包括储油套 (21) 、 套设在所述储油套 (21) 内且用于与所述通 气管 (33) 可拆卸连接的连接件 (22) 以及套设在所述储油套 (2 1) 靠近所述吸嘴组件 (10) 的一端且与所述吸嘴组件 (10) 可拆 卸连接的第一装饰件 (23) ;
所述内电极组件包括插设在所述雾化座 (31) 远离所述雾化杯 (3 4) 的一端的绝缘环 (37) 以及套设在所述绝缘环 (37) 内且内中 空的内电极 (38) , 所述内电极 (38) 与所述电热丝电连接。 根据权利要求 9所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴组件 (10) 包括吸嘴 (11) 、 一端与所述吸嘴 (11) 可拆卸连接且另一端与 所述第一装饰件 (23) 可拆卸连接的加油盖 (12) , 以及设置在 所述加油盖 (12) 内的密封环 (13) , 所述密封环 (13) 的一端 与所述吸嘴 (11) 抵接并连通, 所述密封环 (13) 的另一端与所 述通气管 (33) 抵接并连通, 所述密封环 (13) 用于密封所述加 油盖 (12) 与所述吸嘴 (11) 及所述通气管 (33) 连接处的缝隙 , 防止储油腔 (200) 内的烟油从所述缝隙中泄漏。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述存雾槽 (341) 沿所述雾化杯 (34) 圆周方向的弧长为 6mm-10mm。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述进气孔 (342) 的直径为 4mm-8mm。 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化杯 (34) 的 内壁上形成所述存雾槽 (341) , 所述雾化杯 (34) 的外壁上设置 有与所述凸骨 (347) 对应的所述电热丝, 所述导油组件 (300) 与所述雾化杯 (34) 的内侧壁抵接, 当吸烟吋, 形成的烟雾通过 所述存雾槽 (341) 导出。
根据权利要求 13所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述导油组件 (300 ) 包括由外到内依次套设在所述雾化杯 (34) 内的玻纤管 (35) 和缓冲棉 (36) , 所述缓冲棉 (36) 用于从所述储油腔 (200) 中 导出烟油, 所述玻纤管 (35) 的两侧分别与所述缓冲棉 (36) 和 凸骨 (347) 抵接。
根据权利要求 14所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述储油组件 (20 ) 包括一端具有幵口的储油套 (21) 及盖设在所述幵口上的隔油 座 (24) , 所述缓冲棉 (36) 远离所述雾化杯 (34) 的一端穿过 所述隔油座 (24) 并延伸至所述储油腔 (200) 内; 所述加热组件 还包括设置在所述雾化杯 (34) 内的垫块 (25) , 所述缓冲棉 (3 6) 远离所述储油腔 (200) 的一端抵接在所述垫块 (25) 上, 以 防止所述缓冲棉 (36) 堵塞所述雾化杯 (34) 的进气孔 (342) 。 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 1-15任一项所述的雾 化器及与所述雾化器可拆卸连接的电池杆 (2) 。
