雾化组件及电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种雾化组件及电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术中的电子烟包括雾化器和电池杆,其中,雾化器包括用于雾化烟油的雾化芯组件,在更换雾化芯组件时,需要拆下电池杆后再拆下雾化芯组件,经常性的拆卸电池杆会导致电池杆松动,以致雾化器与电池杆之间的电连接不稳定,从而使雾化器雾化的烟雾量不稳定,且现有技术中需要拆下电池杆再拆下雾化芯组件后才能添加烟油,使用十分不方便,不符合用户的使用习惯;其次,雾化芯组件中的电热丝横放于雾化腔内,电热丝呈螺旋状的裹附在玻纤线上面,玻纤线的两端穿过所述雾化腔的侧壁插入雾化器的储油空间内,由于雾化器的宽度较小,电热丝因受到雾化器宽度的限制而使其长度较小,因而电热丝与烟油的接触面积比较小,从而使得产生的烟雾量比较小,此外,在生产装配及使用过程中,所述横放的电热丝容易受到挤压而使电热丝的圈与圈之间因相互碰触而使其电阻不稳定,导致烟雾量不稳定,且烟油容易从所述雾化腔的侧壁与所述玻纤线之间的缝隙渗入雾化芯组件内,而使用户容易吸食到烟油;此外,吸嘴组件内的烟雾冷凝会影响烟雾的口感。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种可从吸嘴组件端拆卸雾化芯组件、能产生较大烟雾量、烟雾量稳定且拆下吸嘴组件后即能添加烟油的雾化组件及电子烟。

所述雾化芯组件包括雾化座、套设在雾化座内的由吸油材料制成的吸油件、套设在所述吸油件内的电热丝、设置于所述雾化座一端的内电极组件及通气管,所述雾化座的侧壁上设置有用于将储油腔内的烟油导入所述吸油件内的导油孔,所述吸油件为沿所述雾化组件的纵向设置的中空柱状体,所述吸油件的侧壁与所述雾化座的侧壁弹性抵接,所述电热丝缠绕成中空的柱状结构,所述电热丝的中空区域形成沿所述雾化组件的纵向延伸设置的雾化腔,所述吸油件的内壁与所述电热丝相贴合,所述内电极组件与所述电热丝电连接并用于与电池组件相连,所述通气管一端与所述雾化座相连,所述通气管延伸出所述加油口的一端并插入所述吸嘴组件内并与所述吸嘴组件弹性密封相连,以使在将所述吸嘴组件拆卸后能够将所述雾化芯组件从所述加油口上取出。

实施本发明的一种雾化组件及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:首先,电热丝缠绕成中空的柱状结构,电热丝的中空区域形成沿雾化组件的纵向延伸设置的雾化腔,且电热丝与吸油件的内侧壁相贴合,使得电热丝的长度能够大幅度增加,电热丝与吸油件的接触面积增大,从而可以形成更多的烟雾,且电热丝不容易受到挤压,烟雾量较稳定,由于所述吸油件的侧壁与所述雾化座的侧壁弹性抵接,因而尽可能地阻止储油腔内的烟油泄露入所述雾化芯组件内,烟油密封性好,本发明整体结构简单紧凑;其次,通气管远离雾化座的一端延伸出加油口并插入吸嘴组件内,以使在将吸嘴组件拆卸后能够通过夹持通气管高出加油口的部分而将雾化芯组件从加油口上取出,因而便于使用,且避免现有技术中因经常拆卸电池组件造成电连接不稳定的问题;再次,吸嘴组件与储油组件可拆卸连接,拆下吸嘴组件即可从加油口加入烟油;再次,环形凸起的面向吸嘴的表面为与连接套的纵向形成小于90°的斜面,以使环形凸起与吸嘴之间的冷凝的烟油能够通过斜面导入雾化芯组件内,较好地减少了用户吸食到烟油的概率,且不会造成烟油的浪费;最后,通气管的面向环形凸起的端面设置有密封垫,雾化芯组件通过密封垫与环形凸起弹性抵接,该密封垫可以防止吸嘴组件在外力的作用下过度挤压雾化芯组件而损坏雾化芯组件,从而影响雾化组件的正常工作,该密封垫还可以防止储油组件内的烟油渗漏到通气管和吸嘴组件内。

本发明的实施方式
为了解决现有技术中更换雾化芯需要拆下电池杆后再拆下雾化芯而造成电池杆松脱、横放电热丝使得产生的烟雾量小以及添加烟油不方便的问题,本发明提供一种雾化组件及电子烟,通气管远离雾化座的一端延伸出加油口并插入吸嘴组件内,以使在将吸嘴组件拆卸后能够通过夹持通气管高出加油口的部分而将雾化芯组件从加油口上取出;通过将电热丝缠绕成中空的柱状结构,电热丝的中空区域形成沿雾化组件的纵向延伸设置的雾化腔,且电热丝与吸油件的内侧壁相贴合,使得电热丝与吸油件的接触面积增大,从而可以形成更多的烟雾;吸嘴组件与储油组件可拆卸连接,拆下吸嘴组件即可从加油口加入烟油。

进一步地,雾化芯组件包括雾化座31、吸油件32、电热丝33、通气管34和内电极组件。其中,雾化座31呈内中空结构,吸油件32套设在雾化座31内,可以理解的是,为了固定吸油件32以防止吸油件32从雾化座31内掉出,在雾化座31的内侧壁上沿周缘形成有上限位台阶和下限位台阶(图中未示出),上限位台阶与下限位台阶之间形成用于容纳吸油件32的空间,吸油件32为沿所述雾化组件的纵向设置的中空柱状体,吸油件32的两端的端面分别抵接在上限位台阶和下限位台阶上,且吸油件32的外侧壁弹性抵接在雾化座32的内壁上。吸油件32由吸油材料制成,所述吸油材料可以是海绵或纤维等,其材料不作具体限定;且所述吸油件32可以是由片状体卷成所述柱状结构,也可以是一体成型所述柱状结构。在本实施例中,所述吸油件32由棉片卷成所述柱状结构。
另外,电热丝33套设在吸油件32内,且电热丝33与吸油件32的内侧壁相贴合,使得电热丝33接触到吸油件32上的烟油并雾化烟油。结合图3,电热丝33缠绕成中空的柱状结构,并且电热丝33的中空区域形成沿雾化组件的纵向延伸设置的雾化腔331,电热丝33的中空柱状结构使得其与吸油件32的接触面积增大,且电热丝的长度能够大幅度的增加,从而可以形成更多的烟雾,此种结构避免了现有技术中,电热丝沿雾化组件的横向放置时容易受到挤压而使缠绕的电热丝的圈与圈之间容易碰触而导致烟雾量不稳定,以及电热丝的长度因雾化组件的宽度限制而不能有效增加以致烟雾量较小的问题。内电极组件与电热丝33电连接,内电极组件还与电池组件电连接,使得电池组件为电热丝33供电以雾化烟油。

进一步地,通气管34的面向环形凸起121的端面上设置有密封垫123,雾化芯组件通过密封垫123与环形凸起121弹性抵接,以实现雾化芯组件与所述吸嘴组件弹性密封相连。该密封垫123可以防止吸嘴组件在外力的作用下过度挤压雾化芯组件而损坏雾化芯组件,从而影响雾化组件的正常工作。此外,该密封垫123还可以防止储油组件内的烟油渗漏到通气管34和吸嘴组件内。

进一步地,雾化芯组件还包括雾化盖35,该雾化盖35盖设在雾化座31靠近通气管34的一端,该雾化盖35内具有通孔且用于将雾化腔331与通气管34连通,使得雾化腔331中形成的烟雾分别通过雾化盖35、通气管34、密封垫123和环形凸起121进入到吸嘴11中供使用者吸食。该通气管34套设在雾化盖35外且一端的端面抵接在雾化座31上,在通气管34与雾化盖35之间设置有第三密封环403。在本发明的第一实施例中,通气管34与雾化盖35过盈配合。

参见图1,雾化组件还包括雾化芯支架36,该雾化芯支架36套设在储油组件内且用于支撑雾化座31,即雾化座31架设在雾化芯支架36上。通气管34盖设在雾化盖35的一端与雾化芯支架36可拆卸连接,在本发明实施例中,通气管34与雾化芯支架36螺纹连接。
参见图1并结合图5,在雾化座31的侧壁上设置有用于将储油腔201内的烟油导入吸油件32内的导油孔311,可以在雾化座31的侧壁上开设多个导油孔311,以使吸烟件32上的烟油分布均匀,从而可防止烧棉的现象并产生较大量的烟雾。
进一步地,参见图1并结合图6,在雾化芯支架36的侧壁上开设有与雾化座31上的导油孔311对应的渗油孔361,在通气管34与雾化芯支架36之间还具有间隙362,储油腔201中的烟油分别通过间隙362、渗油孔362和导油孔311渗入到吸油件32上。
进一步地,所述储油组件包括储油套21和第一装饰件22。其中,第一装饰件22用于与连接套12可拆卸连接,在本发明实施例中,第一装饰件22与连接套螺纹连接。储油套21的一端与第一装饰件22抵接,储油套21远离第一装饰件22的一端还抵接有第二装饰件23。第一装饰件22和第二装饰件23用于与储油套21连接在一起以使雾化组件模拟成真烟的形状。在本发明实施例中,储油套21可以由透明的材料制成,以方便观察储油套21内的烟油含量。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,所述储油组件可以无需设置所述第一装饰件22及第二装饰件23,因此,只要能够存储烟油即可,其结构在此不作具体限定。
进一步地,雾化芯支架36的一端插入储油套21内,雾化芯支架36的另一端抵接在第二装饰件23内。具体地,在第二装饰件23的内壁沿周缘延伸有凸台231,雾化芯支架36一端的端面抵接在凸台231上以限制雾化芯支架36插入第二装饰件23内的深度。
进一步地,在雾化芯支架36与储油套21之间设置有密封储油腔201中的烟油的第四密封环404。在雾化芯支架36与雾化座31之间设置有第五密封环405,该第五密封环405用于防止烟油流过导油孔311使渗漏到电池组件内以影响电池组件 的正常工作。
进一步地,第二装饰件23远离储油套21的一端内置有用于与电池杆组件连接的螺纹连接件24。可以理解的是,在本发明的其它实施例中,第二装饰件23远离储油套21的一端还可以内置有磁铁连接件,该磁铁连接件用于与电池组件可拆卸连接。
进一步地,内电极组件包括套设在雾化座31远离雾化盖35的一端的绝缘环37以及套设在绝缘环37内的内电极38,该内电极38与电热丝33电连接并用于与电池组件相连。此时,雾化座31作为外电极由导电材料制成,并且雾化座31与电热丝33和电池组件电连接,从而形成一个电路回路,使得电池组件为电热丝33提供电源以使电热丝33雾化。可以理解的是,所述内电极组件可以为两个相互隔离且并列设置的内电极38,所述两个并列设置的内电极38分别与所述电热丝33的两端电连接,因此,其结构不作具体限定,只要能够传输电能即可。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括上述的雾化组件和与雾化组件可拆卸连接的电池组件2。此处的可拆卸连接方式为现有技术,在此不作详细说明。
综上所述,实施本发明的一种雾化组件及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:首先,电热丝33缠绕成中空的柱状结构,电热丝33的中空区域形成沿雾化组件的纵向延伸设置的雾化腔331,且电热丝33与吸油件32的内侧壁相贴合,使得电热丝33与吸油件32的接触面积增大,从而可以形成更多的烟雾,且电热丝33不容易受到挤压,烟雾量较稳定,由于所述吸油件32的侧壁与所述雾化座的侧壁弹性抵接,因而尽可能地阻止储油腔内的烟油泄露入所述雾化芯组件内,烟油密封性好,本发明整体结构简单紧凑;其次,通气管34远离雾化座31的一端延伸出加油口200并插入吸嘴组件内,以使在将吸嘴组件拆卸后能够通过夹持通气管34高出加油口200的部分而将雾化芯组件从加油口200上取出;再次,吸嘴组件与储油组件可拆卸连接,拆下吸嘴组件即可从加油口200加入烟油,十分方便;再次,环形凸起121的面向吸嘴11的表面为与连接套12的纵向形成小于90°的斜面122,以使环形凸起121与吸嘴11之间的冷凝的烟油能够通过斜面122导入雾化芯组件内,不会造成烟油的浪费;最后,通气管34的面向环形凸起121的端面设置有密封垫123,雾化芯组件通过密封垫123与环形凸起121弹性抵接,该密封垫123 可以防止吸嘴组件在外力的作用下过度挤压雾化芯组件而损坏雾化芯组件,从而影响雾化组件的正常工作,该密封垫123还可以防止储油组件内的烟油渗漏到通气管34和吸嘴组件内。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件(2)组合形成电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括吸嘴组件、储油组件及用于雾化烟油的雾化芯组件,所述储油组件的一端端面上形成有加油口(200),所述吸嘴组件可拆卸连接于所述储油组件的一端并盖设在所述加油口(200)上,所述雾化芯组件可拆卸地插设在所述储油组件内并与所述储油组件围成用于存储烟油的储油腔(201);
    所述雾化芯组件包括雾化座(31)、套设在雾化座(31)内的由吸油材料制成的吸油件(32)、套设在所述吸油件(32)内的电热丝(33)、设置于所述雾化座(31)一端的内电极组件及通气管(34),所述雾化座(31)的侧壁上设置有用于将储油腔(201)内的烟油导入所述吸油件(32)内的导油孔(311),所述吸油件(32)为沿所述雾化组件的纵向设置的中空柱状体,所述吸油件(32)的侧壁与所述雾化座(31)的侧壁弹性抵接,所述电热丝(33)缠绕成中空的柱状结构,所述电热丝(33)的中空区域形成沿所述雾化组件的纵向延伸设置的雾化腔(331),所述吸油件(32)的内壁与所述电热丝(33)相贴合,所述内电极组件与所述电热丝(33)电连接并用于与电池组件(2)相连,所述通气管(34)一端与所述雾化座(31)相连,所述通气管(34)延伸出所述加油口(200)的一端插入所述吸嘴组件内并与所述吸嘴组件弹性密封相连,以使在将所述吸嘴组件拆卸后能够将所述雾化芯组件从所述加油口(200)上取出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述吸嘴组件包括连接套(12)及吸嘴(11),所述连接套(12)的一端与所述储油组件可拆卸连接,所述连接套(12)的另一端与所述吸嘴(11)可拆卸连接,所述连接套(12)的一端内设置有与所述雾化芯组件抵接的环形凸起(121),所述环形凸起(121)的面向所述吸嘴(11)的表面为与所述连接套(12)的纵向形成小于90°的 斜面(122),以使所述环形凸起(121)与所述吸嘴(11)之间的冷凝的烟油能够通过所述斜面(122)导入所述雾化芯组件内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述通气管(34)的面向所述环形凸起(121)的端面设置有密封垫(123),所述雾化芯组件通过所述密封垫(123)与所述环形凸起(121)弹性抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述连接套(12)的外侧壁与所述吸嘴(11)的内侧壁之间抵接有第一密封环(401),所述环形凸起(121)与所述吸嘴(11)围合成用于收集冷凝的烟油的冷凝腔(124)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述通气管(34)远离所述雾化座(31)的一端延伸至所述连接套(12)内并与所述冷凝腔(124)连通;所述连接套(12)的插设在所述储油组件内的外周面上套设有第二密封环(402),所述第二密封环(402)用于密封所述储油腔(201)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化芯组件还包括盖设在所述雾化座(31)靠近所述通气管(34)的一端的雾化盖(35),所述雾化盖(35)用于将所述雾化腔(331)与所述通气管(34)连通,使得所述雾化腔(331)中形成的烟雾分别通过所述雾化盖(35)、通气管(34)、密封垫(123)和环形凸起(121)进入到所述吸嘴(11)中供用户吸食;所述通气管(34)套设在所述雾化盖(35)外且一端的端面抵接在所述雾化座(31)上,所述通气管(34)与所述雾化盖(35)之间还设置有第三密封环(403)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述通气管(34)与所述雾化盖(35)可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括套设在所述储油组件内且用于支撑所述雾化座(31)的雾化芯 支架(36),所述通气管(34)的盖设在所述雾化盖(35)的一端与所述雾化芯支架(36)可拆卸连接;所述雾化芯支架(36)的侧壁上开设有与所述雾化座(31)的导油孔(311)对应的渗油孔(361),所述通气管(34)与雾化芯支架(36)之间具有间隙(362),所述储油腔(201)中的烟油分别通过所述间隙(362)、渗油孔(361)和导油孔(311)渗入至所述吸油件(32)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述储油组件包括储油套(21)和用于与所述连接套(12)可拆卸连接的第一装饰件(22),所述储油套(21)的一端与所述第一装饰件(22)抵接,所述储油套(21)远离所述第一装饰件(22)的一端还抵接有第二装饰件(23),所述雾化芯支架(36)的一端插入所述储油套(21)内,另一端抵接在所述第二装饰件(23)内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述第二装饰件(23)的内壁沿周缘延伸有凸台(231),所述雾化芯支架(36)一端的端面抵接在所述凸台(231)上以限制所述雾化芯支架(36)插入所述第二装饰件(23)内的深度。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化芯支架(36)与所述储油套(21)之间设置有用于密封烟油的第四密封环(404),所述雾化芯支架(36)与所述雾化座(31)之间设置有第五密封环(405)。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述第二装饰件(23)远离所述储油套(21)的一端内置有用于与所述电池杆组件连接的螺纹连接件(24)。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述内电极组件包括套设在所述雾化座(31)远离所述雾化盖(35)的一端的绝缘环(37)以及套设在所述绝缘环(37)内的内电极(38),所述内电极(38)与所述电热丝(33)电连接并用于与所述电池组件(2)相连。
  14. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述连接套(12)的内周面与所述通气管(34)的外周面之间至少部分区域形成有第一间隙,以使在将连接套(12)与储油组件连接时储油组件内的空气能够通过所述第一间隙排出。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述通气管(34)的延伸出所述加油口(200)部分的长度至少为3mm。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述通气管(34)的延伸出所述加油口(200)部分的长度为4mm至6mm。
  17. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-16任一项所述的雾化组件及与所述雾化组件可拆卸连接的电池组件(2)。
