Description
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种电子烟。
电子烟是一种新型的电子产品,其与普通的香烟有着相似的外观,以及与香烟相似的味道,但是电子烟相对于传统的香烟更为的健康以及环保。
现有的电子烟中设有用于雾化烟油以产生烟雾的雾化组件。现有的雾化组件中包括与吸嘴连通的通气管,且通气管外周还环绕着存储有烟油的由棉质材料制成的储油件。雾化器还包括电热丝组件,该电热丝组件包括穿过通气管且两端分别插入所述储油件的玻纤绳以及缠绕在所述玻纤绳上的电热丝,该玻纤绳从储油棉中吸取烟油,该电热丝将该玻纤绳中的烟油雾化后形成的烟雾通过通气管流向吸嘴,由用户吸食。
然而,在这种雾化器中,由于雾化器中采用玻纤绳作为导油件,在雾化过程中有可能产生一些玻纤絮被用户吸食,影响人体健康,而且,使用玻纤绳传输烟油以供电热丝雾化,容易产生异味或烧焦的现象,影响烟雾口感。同时,在玻纤绳所吸取烟油量较大时,由于电热丝呈丝状缠绕在玻纤绳外,容易导致烟油从玻纤绳上渗出并滴漏至通气管内,导致用户吸食到烟油的现象或者烟油将电池组件腐蚀的现象。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种电子烟,能够避免用户吸食玻纤絮和漏油的现象发生。
一种电子烟,包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有用于容纳烟油的储油组件、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件以及用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件,所述储油组件抵接在所述雾化组件的一端上,所述电池组件与所述雾化组件电连接;
所述雾化组件包括位于所述储油组件一端的震动组件、位于所述震动组件背向所述储油组件一侧的加热丝盘,以及用于将所述震动组件和所述加热丝盘
分别和所述电池组件电连接的电连接组件;
所述震动组件包括叠设的震动片和震动部,所述震动片的中心处设有微孔阵列,所述震动部与所述震动片的边缘抵接,所述微孔阵列与所述储油组件内的烟油接触,所述震动部产生震动带动所述震动片震动,所述微孔阵列在震动中将接触到的烟油喷射到所述加热丝盘上进行雾化;
所述加热丝盘为由至少一根金属材料制成的加热丝绕成的平面或曲面状结构,所述加热丝绕成的平面或曲面面向所述微孔阵列,以使所述震动组件工作时喷射的烟油能够射到所述加热丝绕成的平面或曲面上。
优选地,所述加热丝盘为以一根加热丝的一端为圆心螺旋缠绕形成的圆盘状。
优选地,所述电连接组件包括与所述加热丝盘的一个接线端电连接的雾化座、与所述雾化座电连接的外电极、与所述加热丝盘的另一个接线端电连接的内电极及位于所述内电极和所述外电极之间的绝缘环;
所述雾化座为具有中空的筒体,所述雾化座的一个端面沿轴向方向设有可以导电的安装柱,所述加热丝盘的接线端安装在所述安装柱上;
所述外电极沿径向方向贯通设有进气孔,以使得空气通过所述进气孔进入到所述雾化组件内。
优选地,所述震动组件还包括用于包裹所述震动组件外圆周的密封座,所述密封座呈环形;
环绕所述密封座的内环周壁沿径向方向设有环形凹槽,所述震动片的边缘和所述震动部的边缘位于所述环形凹槽内,所述震动部位于所述震动片背离所述储油组件的一侧;
所述密封座还设有用于布置所述震动部的电气接线的引线槽,所述引线槽设置在所述密封座的外周壁上。
优选地,所述雾化组件还包括呈环状的隔油座和压紧环,所述隔油座具有中空结构且一端端面设有用于嵌入安装所述震动组件的圆形凹槽,所述震动组件完全容纳于所述圆形凹槽内,所述压紧环沿隔油座的轴向方向压紧所述震动组件,所述压紧环与所述圆形凹槽过盈配合。
优选地,所述储油组件包括具有两端开口的筒状储油套,所述储油套一端

优选地,所述加热丝盘包括第一加热丝盘和第二加热丝盘,所述第一加热丝盘和所述第二加热丝盘平行间隔设置,所述第一加热丝盘的中心线与所述第二加热丝盘的中心线之间的距离为所述加热丝的直径。
优选地,所述微孔阵列为凸起状排列,所述微孔阵列的凸起方向朝向所述加热丝盘。

震动中将接触到的烟油喷射到所述加热丝盘101上进行雾化,在使用电子烟时,电池组件为震动部1021进行供电,震动部1021开始震动进而带动震动片1022一起震动,微孔阵列1023与烟油接触,震动片1022震动时,烟油经由微孔阵列1023喷射到加热丝盘101上进行加热雾化,采用喷射烟油的方式,不使用玻纤线吸附烟油,避免用户吸入玻纤絮的问题,在震动部1021不工作时,微孔阵列1023的微孔直径较小,由于压力的作用,气压平衡使得位于储油组件中的烟油不容易从微孔阵列1023中溢出,避免了烟油泄漏。
结合图3和图4所示,对于震动组件102的结构进行具体介绍,震动组件102包括叠设的震动片1022和震动部1021,震动部1021在通电后可以产生震动,震动部1021的形状可以为环形,也可以为多个间隔设置的震动单元,震动部1021的震动可以是利用电机转动实现,震动片1022的形状可以为圆盘形,优选地,微孔阵列1023设置震动片1022的几何中心处,微孔阵列1023为由若干个微孔排列形成的区域,微孔在该区域内排列时候可以采用规则排列,也可以采取随机排列,微孔排列的密集程度可以根据需要进行设定,微孔的直径大小也可以根据需要进行设定,例如微孔的直径可以设置为1毫米,也可以设置为纳米级的孔径,所述震动部1021与所述震动片1022的边缘抵接,所述微孔阵列1023与所述储油组件内的烟油接触,在本实施例中,震动部1021采用圆环形,震动片1022与震动部1021的大小相同,使得震动部1021和震动片1022更好贴合在一起,在安装时候也可以方便固定在一起。
结合图4所示,较佳的,所述微孔阵列1023为凸起状排列,微孔阵列1023的凸起方向朝向所述加热丝盘101,微孔的排布可以呈现为弧形分布,这样从微孔中喷射出的烟油可以呈扇形发散,喷射在加热丝盘101上的面积更大,使得加热丝盘101的加热效率更高,避免出现烟油分布不均匀的现象发生。
结合图6所示,对于加热丝盘101的结构,加热丝盘101为由至少一根加热丝绕成的平面或曲面状结构,加热丝绕成的平面或曲面面向所述微孔阵列1023,以使所述震动组件工作时喷射的烟油能够射到所述加热丝绕成的平面或曲面上。
加热丝盘101为由至少一根加热丝采用螺旋线状缠绕或者反复对折的方式构成的连续的曲面,例如采用一根加热丝螺旋线状缠绕成锥形或者平面形,
加热丝盘101的形状也可以为圆形或者矩形等形状,便于加热丝盘101接触微孔阵列1023喷射出的烟油即可。
结合图2所示,较佳的,所述加热丝盘101包括第一加热丝盘和第二加热丝盘,所述第一加热丝盘和所述第二加热丝盘平行间隔设置,使得从上层的加热丝盘渗漏的烟油可以落在下层的加热丝盘上,提高烟油的使用率,增大烟油雾化量,使得供用户使用的烟量增大提升用户体验。
结合图2所示,为了使得第一加热丝盘和第二加热丝盘之间错开合适的角度,使得从上层落下的烟油更好的落在下层的加热丝盘上,所述第一加热丝盘的中心线与所述第二加热丝盘的中心线之间的距离应当不大于加热丝的直径,当然两条中心线也不能重合,因为重合之后,从上层的加热丝盘落下的烟油直接落到下层的加热丝盘的缝隙,还会发生渗漏,所以优选的方案,所述第一加热丝盘的中心线与所述第二加热丝盘的中心线之间的距离为所述加热丝的直径,通过这样的结构,提高烟油的使用率,也能增大烟油生成烟雾的量,供用户使用的烟量增大,可以为用户提供更好的享受。
需要说明的是,以上介绍中的第一加热丝盘和第二加热丝盘采用的相同直径的加热丝缠绕形成,针对采用不同直径加热丝缠绕形成的第一加热丝盘和第二加热丝盘,本实用新型还提供了一种实施例,下面进行介绍。
采用第一种直径加热丝缠绕形成第一加热丝盘,采用第二种直径缠绕形成第二加热丝盘,第一加热丝盘上相邻加热丝之间的第一间隙和第二加热丝盘上相邻加热丝之间的第二间隙在竖直方向上互相错开,这样从第一间隙中渗漏的烟油不会直接从第二间隙中落下,通过两层加热丝盘,提高了烟油的使用率,避免烟油的浪费。
另外,上面的实施例中,采用两层加热丝盘101的结构,可以采用两层以上的加热丝盘101结构,例如可以采用三层、四层等等,以此类推,可以进一步的提高烟油的使用率,防止烟油泄漏。
结合图6所示,在本实施例中,所述加热丝盘101为一根加热丝的一端为圆心螺旋缠绕形成的圆盘状,加热丝盘101与微孔阵列1023正对,使得喷射出的烟油更好的附着在加热丝盘101上。
结合图1所示,电连接组件用于实现导电作用,电连接组件包括与所述加
热丝盘101的一个接线端电连接的雾化座104、与所述雾化座104电连接的外电极1001、与所述加热丝盘101的另一个接线端电连接的内电极1002及位于所述内电极1002和所述外电极1001之间的绝缘环1003,外电极1001与电池组件的一个电极连通,内电极1002与电池组件的另一个电极连通,绝缘环1003用来将外电极1001和内电极1002之间实现电气绝缘即可,绝缘环1003的结构不做限定。
结合图7所示,在本实施例中,所述雾化座104为具有中空的筒体,所述雾化座104的一个端面沿轴向方向设有可以导电的安装柱1041,加热丝盘101的接线端安装在安装柱1041上,可以在安装柱1041上设置安装孔,加热丝盘101的接线端插接在安装孔中,当然也可以采用其他方式,例如缠绕等,可以灵活选择。
结合图1所示,在本实施例中,外电极1001沿径向方向贯通设有进气孔109,使得电子烟外部的空气通过所述进气孔109进入到所述雾化组件内,用户在吸食烟雾时候,空气可以顺畅流通起来,进气孔109在外电极1001上的位置可以灵活选择,具体不进行限定。
结合图4和图5所示,为了提高震动组件102与储油组件之间的气密性,防止烟液渗漏,震动组件102还包括用于包裹所述震动片1022和所述震动部1021的外圆周的密封座1020,所述密封座1020呈环形,环绕所述密封座1020的内环周壁沿径向方向设有环形凹槽1024,所述震动片1022的边缘和所述震动部1021的边缘位于所述环形凹槽1024内,所述震动部1021位于所述震动片1022背离所述储油组件的一侧。
密封座1020可以采用橡胶、或者硅胶等具有弹性的材料,本实施例中,密封座1020的材料采用硅胶制成,密封座1020具有弹性可以利用弹性形变牢牢的包裹住震动片1022和震动部1021,并且采用弹性材料可以缓冲震动部1021对除震动片1022外其它部件的影响,避免了电子烟其它部件随着震动部1021一同震动,也避免了用户握持时感受到电子烟震动,使得用户握持感觉更好。
结合图4所示,较佳的,密封座1020还设有用于布置所述震动部1021的电气接线的引线槽1025,所述引线槽1025设置在所述密封座1020的外周
壁上,震动部1021的接线可以通过引线槽1025引出密封座1020,便于接线布局,使得结构紧凑。
结合图5所示,为了使得震动组件102更好的安装在储油组件上,所述雾化组件还包括呈环状的隔油座103和压紧环1031,所述隔油座103具有中空结构且一端端面设有用于嵌入安装所述震动组件102的圆形凹槽1032,隔油座103的另一端用来与储油组件连接,烟油可以通过隔油座103的中空结构接触到震动组件102的震动片1022,圆形凹槽1032的深度大于震动组件102的厚度,震动组件102的宽度不大于圆形凹槽1032的直径,所述震动组件102完全容纳于所述圆形凹槽1032内,震动组件102不在圆形凹槽1032中窜动即可,压紧环1031成圆环片体,所述压紧环1031沿隔油座103的轴向方向压紧所述震动组件102,所述压紧环1031与所述圆形凹槽1032过盈配合,使得压紧环1031和圆形凹槽1032的之间的配合更稳固。
结合图1和图8所示,下面针对储油组件的结构进行介绍,在本实施例中,所述储油组件包括具有两端开口的筒状储油套105,所述储油套105一端设置有与所述开口可拆卸连接的储油盖106,所述隔油座103插接在所述储油套105的另一端开口中,储油盖106与储油套105之间可以采用螺纹连接,也可以采用卡口结构,在储油套105内的烟油使用完成后,通过打开储油盖106可以向储油套105内部添加新的烟油,实现电子烟重复利用,节能环保,另外,隔油座103与储油套105之间的连接方式可以采用过盈配合的方式,隔油座103插在储油套105内,使得震动组件102更好的安装在储油套105上,隔油座103与储油套105的连接方式也可以采用螺纹连接等,可以根据需要灵活选择,不做限定。
较佳的,为了将储油套105和雾化座104直接连接起来,所述雾化组件还包括第一连接套107,所述第一连接套107一端套接在所述储油套105安装有震动组件102的一端,所述第一连接套107的另一端套接在所述雾化座104上。
结合图2所示,较佳的,所述第一连接套107为筒状且沿径向方向贯通设有通气孔1071,使得雾化生成烟雾通过通气孔1071流出供用户吸食。
结合图1所示,较佳的,所述电子烟本体还包括通气套108、吸烟端1081
及第二连接套1082,所述通气套108为两端开口的筒状,所述通气套108的一端与所述吸烟端1081连通,所述储油套105部分容纳于所述通气套108内,所述储油套105的外壁与所述通气套108的内壁之间隔开形成用于气体流动的通气道,电子烟外部空气经过所述进气孔109进入到雾化组件内部,空气将雾化生成的烟雾混合后通过所述通气孔1071进入到所述通气道,烟雾经过通气道进入吸烟端1081供用户使用。
结合图1所示,针对固定通气套108的结构进行介绍,在本实施例中,第二连接套1082的结构为圆筒状,第二连接套1082的一端套接在所述通气套108安装有所述震动组件102一端的外壁上,第二连接套1082的另一端套接所述外电极1001外周壁上,套接的方式可以理解为小直径的柱体伸入到大直径的筒体内,两者可以采用过盈配合的方式,也可以采用螺纹连接或者卡口连接的方式,将两者牢牢的固定在一起,具体选择何种连接方式,此处不做限定。
结合图9至图18所示,针对加热丝盘101的结构和位置不同,本实用新型还提供了一种电子烟,包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有用于容纳烟油的储油组件、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件以及用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件,所述储油组件抵接在所述雾化组件的一端上,所述电池组件与所述雾化组件的另一端连接。
所述雾化组件包括位于所述储油组件一端的震动组件102、位于所述震动组件102背向所述储油组件一侧的加热丝盘101,以及用于将所述震动组件102和所述加热丝盘101分别和所述电池组件电连接的电连接组件。
结合图13所示,所述加热丝盘101为由至少一根加热丝采用螺旋线状缠绕构成喇叭状圆锥面,所述加热丝盘101的正面朝向所述震动组件102,相邻的所述加热丝互相接触,以使得加热丝并拢在一起。
需要指出的是,加热丝盘101的正面为圆锥面的内部表面,即主要用加热雾化烟油的部分,加热丝盘101的背面为圆锥面的外部表面,下文中不再赘述。
结合图4所示,所述震动组件102包括叠设的震动片1022和震动部1021,所述震动片1022的中心处设有微孔阵列1023,所述震动部1021与所述震动片1022的边缘抵接,所述微孔阵列1023与所述储油组件内的烟油接触,所述
震动部1021产生震动带动所述震动片1022震动,所述微孔阵列1023在震动中将接触到的烟油喷射到所述加热丝盘101上进行雾化。
较佳的,所述震动组件102还包括用于包裹所述震动组件102外圆周的密封座1020,所述密封座1020呈环形,环绕所述密封座1020的内环周壁沿径向方向设有环形凹槽1024,所述震动片1022的边缘和所述震动部1021的边缘位于所述环形凹槽1024内,所述震动部1021位于所述震动片1022背离所述储油组件的一侧,所述密封座1020还设有用于布置所述震动部1021的电气接线的引线槽1025,所述引线槽1025设置在所述密封座1020的外周壁上。
结合图12所示,较佳的,储油组件还包括储油套105及位于所述储油套105内的导油管201,所述储油套105和所述导油管201之间形成储油空间,在储油空间中放置烟油,所述导油管201的管壁设有多个导油孔2011,导油孔2011的个数和形状及排布方式不做限定,可以根据需要灵活选取,烟油通过导油孔2011烟油可以进入到导油管201内,所述导油管201内填充设有导油件2011,导油件2011可以采用吸油棉,可以吸附烟油并将烟油输送至微孔阵列1023,导油件2011一端抵靠在震动片1022的微孔阵列1023上,使得所述导油件2011将所述储油空间内的烟油输送至所述微孔阵列1023,微孔阵列1023可以接触到烟油,在震动片1022被动震动时候,与微孔阵列1023接触的烟油从微孔中向加热丝盘101喷射。
结合图16所示,在本实施例中,所述电子烟本体还包括吸烟端1081,所述吸烟端1081包括吸嘴204、与所述吸嘴204一体成型的筒状的雾化套208、与所述雾化套208连接的第一连接件202,雾化套208的一端形成用于用户使用的吸嘴204,雾化套208的另一端与第一连接件202连接。
结合图11所示,较佳的,所述雾化套208具有漏斗状的冷凝腔205,所述冷凝腔205的收缩方向朝向吸嘴204,即冷凝腔205的内壁具有斜面,在冷凝腔205中的烟雾遇冷凝结在雾化套208的内壁上,通过采用漏斗形的内壁设计使得雾化套208上冷凝的烟油回流到环形凸起203直至流回到所述加热丝盘101,避免冷凝的烟油通过吸嘴204进入用户的口腔。
结合图11所示,较佳的,所述第一连接件202的内壁上设置有环形凸起203,所述环形凸起203纵向截面成漏斗状且收缩方向朝向所述加热丝盘101,
环形凸起203的底端对应着加热丝盘101,在第一连接件202内冷凝的烟油会附着在环形凸起203的内壁上,由于内壁具有一定倾斜角度,所以环形凸起203上冷凝的烟油在重力的作用下回流落到所述加热丝盘101上,避免的烟油泄漏到吸烟端1081,也可以回收烟油提高烟油的使用率。
需要说明的是,收缩方向应当理解为孔径缩小的方向,本文中不再赘述。
结合图9所示,较佳的,雾化组件还包括用于安装所述加热丝盘101的雾化座104以及与所述雾化座104连接用于固定所述导油管201的第二连接件209,所述第二连接件209具有通孔,通孔对应震动组件102,所述导油管201的一端插接在所述通孔内,导油管201内的导油件2011与震动组件102的微孔阵列1023接触,导油管201与通孔之间可以采用过盈配合的方式固定在一起,具体不做限定。
结合图15所示,在本实施例中,雾化座104沿径向方向设有至少一个通气孔1071,通气孔1071便于电子烟本体外部的空气进入到雾化组件的内部,在本实施例中,雾化座104设有两个通气孔1071,两个通气孔1071沿着雾化座104的周向方向均布在雾化座104的表面,当然也可以根据需要设置更多的通气孔1071提高进气量,具体可以灵活选择。
结合图18所示,在本实施例中,第二连接件209背离所述储油组件的一侧设有用于安装所述震动组件102的安装槽210,所述震动组件102位于所述安装槽210内,所述雾化座104安装所述加热丝盘101的一端与所述第一连接件202套接,所述雾化座104的另一端抵靠在所述震动组件102上,所述第二连接件209朝向所述储油组件的一侧设有套接部,所述套接部套接在所述储油套105的一端,套接部与储油套105之间采用过盈配合的方式固定在一起。
结合图10所示,较佳的,所述电子烟本体还包括呈中空筒状的连接座212,所述连接座212的一端插接在所述储油套105背向所述震动组件102的一端内,且所述导油管201的一端插接在所述连接座212的一端内,连接座212的另一端可以与电池组件安装在一起,插接的方式可以采用过盈配合,增强连接的稳固性。
结合图10所示,较佳的,连接座212内还设有盖设所述导油管201的一端的密封盖211,密封盖211将导油管201的一端密封起来,烟油通过导油管
201的另一端与微孔阵列1023接触,所述电连接组件架设在连接座212内,且位于所述密封盖211背向所述导油管201的一端,雾化组件和加热丝盘101的接线端与电连接组件电连接,具体的布线方式不做限定,本领域普通技术人员应当了解。
结合图10所示,对于电连接组件的结构,本实施例中,所述电连接组件包括从外至内依次嵌套在所述连接座212内的外电极1001、绝缘环1003、内电极1002,绝缘环1003将内电极1002和外电极1001之间隔开,电连接组件还包括一端与所述外电极1001电接触的电线206,所述电线206依次穿过所述密封盖211和所述导油件2011与所述雾化组件电连接。
结合图14和图17所示,较佳的,为了避免烟油从加热丝盘101的背面渗漏到吸嘴204,加热丝盘101背离所述震动组件102的背面设有用于防止烟油溅出的耐热布207,所述耐热布207覆盖所述加热丝盘101的背面,耐热布207可以选择直接贴合在加热丝盘101上,也可以罩在加热丝盘101上不需要接触加热丝盘101,耐热布207的形状为圆锥体,便于将落在耐热布207上烟油回流到加热丝盘101上。
耐热布207可以采用耐高温的材料,避免因为加热丝盘101温度过高而烧毁耐热布207,另外,增加耐热布207还可以避免渗漏的烟油流入吸嘴204,也可以提高烟油的使用率。

- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:电子烟本体;所述电子烟本体设置有用于容纳烟油的储油组件、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件以及用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件,所述储油组件抵接在所述雾化组件的一端上,所述电池组件与所述雾化组件电连接;所述雾化组件包括位于所述储油组件一端的震动组件、位于所述震动组件背向所述储油组件一侧的加热丝盘,以及用于将所述震动组件和所述加热丝盘分别和所述电池组件电连接的电连接组件;所述震动组件包括叠设的震动片和震动部,所述震动片的中心处设有微孔阵列,所述震动部与所述震动片的边缘抵接,所述微孔阵列与所述储油组件内的烟油接触,所述震动部产生震动带动所述震动片震动,所述微孔阵列在震动中将接触到的烟油喷射到所述加热丝盘上进行雾化;所述加热丝盘为由至少一根金属材料制成的加热丝绕成的平面或曲面状结构,所述加热丝绕成的平面或曲面面向所述微孔阵列,以使所述震动组件工作时喷射的烟油能够射到所述加热丝绕成的平面或曲面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述加热丝盘为以一根加热丝的一端为圆心螺旋缠绕形成的圆盘状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电连接组件包括与所述加热丝盘的一个接线端电连接的雾化座、与所述雾化座电连接的外电极、与所述加热丝盘的另一个接线端电连接的内电极及位于所述内电极和所述外电极之间的绝缘环;所述雾化座为具有中空的筒体,所述雾化座的一个端面沿轴向方向设有可以导电的安装柱,所述加热丝盘的接线端安装在所述安装柱上;所述外电极沿径向方向贯通设有进气孔,以使得空气通过所述进气孔进入到所述雾化组件内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述震动组件还包括用于包裹所述震动组件外圆周的密封座,所述密封座呈环形;环绕所述密封座的内环周壁沿径向方向设有环形凹槽,所述震动片的边缘和所述震动部的边缘位于所述环形凹槽内,所述震动部位于所述震动片背离所述储油组件的一侧;所述密封座还设有用于布置所述震动部的电气接线的引线槽,所述引线槽设置在所述密封座的外周壁上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括呈环状的隔油座和压紧环,所述隔油座具有中空结构且一端端面设有用于嵌入安装所述震动组件的圆形凹槽,所述震动组件完全容纳于所述圆形凹槽内,所述压紧环沿隔油座的轴向方向压紧所述震动组件,所述压紧环与所述圆形凹槽过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油组件包括具有两端开口的筒状储油套,所述储油套一端设置有与所述开口可拆卸连接的储油盖,所述隔油座插接在所述储油套的另一端开口中。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括第一连接套,所述第一连接套一端套接在所述储油套安装震动组件的一端,所述第一连接套的另一端套接在所述雾化座上;所述第一连接套为筒状且沿径向方向贯通设有通气孔。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括通气套、吸烟端及第二连接套,所述通气套为两端开口的筒状,所述通气套的一端与所述吸烟端连通,所述储油套部分容纳于所述通气套内,所述储油套的外壁与所述通气套的内壁之间隔开形成用于气体流动的通气道,以使得气体依次经过所述进气孔、所述通气孔、所述通气道进入吸烟端;所述第二连接套的一端套接在所述通气套安装有所述震动组件一端的外 壁上,所述第二连接套的另一端套接所述外电极外周壁上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述加热丝盘包括第一加热丝盘和第二加热丝盘,所述第一加热丝盘和所述第二加热丝盘平行间隔设置,所述第一加热丝盘的中心线与所述第二加热丝盘的中心线之间的距离为所述加热丝的直径。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述微孔阵列为凸起状排列,所述微孔阵列的凸起方向朝向所述加热丝盘。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油组件还包括储油套及位于所述储油套内的导油管,所述储油套和所述导油管之间形成储油空间,所述导油管的管壁设有多个导油孔,所述导油管内填充设有导油件,所述导油件一端抵靠在所述震动片的所述微孔阵列上,以使得所述导油件将所述储油空间内的烟油输送至所述微孔阵列。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括吸嘴、与所述吸嘴一体成型的筒状的雾化套、与所述雾化套连接的第一连接件;所述雾化组件还包括用于安装所述加热丝盘的雾化座以及与所述雾化座连接用于固定所述导油管的第二连接件,所述第二连接件具有通孔,所述导油管的一端插接在所述通孔内;所述雾化座沿径向方向设有至少一个通气孔;所述第二连接件背离所述储油组件的一侧设有用于安装所述震动组件的安装槽,所述震动组件位于所述安装槽内,所述雾化座安装所述加热丝盘的一端与所述第一连接件套接,所述雾化座的另一端抵靠在所述震动组件上;所述第二连接件朝向所述储油组件的一侧设有套接部,所述套接部套接在所述储油套的一端。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括呈中空筒状的连接座,所述连接座的一端插接在所述储油套背向所述震动组件的一端内,且所述导油管的一端插接在所述连接座的一端内;所述连接座内还设有盖设所述导油管的一端的密封座,所述电连接组件架设在所述连接座内,且位于所述密封座背向所述导油管的一端;所述电连接组件包括从外至内依次嵌套在所述连接座内的外电极、绝缘环、内电极,还包括一端与所述外电极电接触的电线,所述电线依次穿过所述密封座和所述吸油件与所述雾化组件电连接。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述加热丝盘背离所述震动组件的背面设有用于防止烟油溅出的耐热布,所述耐热布覆盖所述加热丝盘的背面。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件的内壁上设置有环形凸起,所述环形凸起纵向截面成漏斗状且收缩方向朝向所述加热丝盘,以使得在所述环形凸起上冷凝的烟油流回到所述加热丝盘。
- 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套具有漏斗状的冷凝腔,所述冷凝腔的收缩方向朝向所述吸嘴,以使得所述雾化套上冷凝的烟油流到所述环形凸起直至流回到所述加热丝盘。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述震动组件还包括用于包裹所述震动组件外圆周的密封座,所述密封座呈环形;环绕所述密封座的内环周壁沿径向方向设有环形凹槽,所述震动片的边缘和所述震动部的边缘位于所述环形凹槽内,所述震动部位于所述震动片背离所述储油组件的一侧;所述密封座还设有用于布置所述震动部的电气接线的引线槽,所述引线槽设置在所述密封座的外周壁上。
