[0058] 参见图 5, 在本发明第二实施例中, 与第一实施例的不同之处在于, 弹性密封 圈 36抵持在通气管 23远离第二连接部 224的端面上, 并且在本实施例中, 弹性密 封圈 36为圆盘状, 且中心具有供烟雾流通的通孔, 储油组件 20的通气管 23端面 直接与弹性密封圈 36抵接可方便装配。 另外, 电子线的连接方式也不同, 在本 实施例中, 第一电子线 37的与电热丝 33相连的一端夹持在吸油套 32与雾化座 31 之间, 第一电子线 37的另一端夹持在雾化座 31与绝缘环 341之间, 第二电子线 38 的远离电热丝 33的一端夹持在内电极 342与绝缘环 341之间。 可以理解的是, 与 第一实施例相比, 第二实施例中的雾化盖 35可不采用导电材料, 因为第一电子 线 37直接与雾化座 31电连接。

[0061] 本发明还提供一种电子烟, 该电子烟包括上述所述的雾化组件及电池组件。 其 中, 雾化组件用于雾化烟油产生供用户吸食的烟雾, 电池组件用于为雾化组件 供电。 另外, 雾化组件与电池组件是可拆卸连接的, 以方便在雾化组件或电池 组件出现故障吋更换雾化组件或电池组件, 具体的可拆卸连接方式可以是螺纹 连接或磁铁连接等现有的可拆卸连接方式, 此处不作具体限定。
[0062] 综上所述, 实施本发明的一种雾化组件及电子烟, 具有以下有益效果: (1) 在吸嘴 10面向第一连接套 22的一端端面上形成有冷凝烟油的存储空间 101, 该存 储空间 101可以防止冷凝的烟油进入通气管 23, 并在从通气管 23进入到雾化芯组 件 30的过程中被氧化, 或由吸嘴直接进入用户口中, 造成用户不良体验, 甚至 影响健康, 且由于所述弹性密封垫 24通过涨紧配合套设在所述通气管 23上并夹 持于所述储油套 21端面与所述第一连接套 22之间, 较好地解决了烟油容易通过 所述通气管 23与第一连接套 22的缝隙、 通气管 23与储油套 21之间的缝隙泄露出 去的问题, 避免了通过多个密封圈设置在不同的位置进行密封吋, 不便于装配 及成本高的问题, 本发明的整体结构较简单紧凑, 便于组装; (2) 雾化芯组件 30与储油组件 20可拆卸连接, 当雾化芯组件 30损坏后可直接更换雾化芯组件 30 , 可降低维修成本; (3) 电热丝 33竖直放置可以使电热丝 33的长度不受雾化座 31直径的限制从而增加其长度, 提高烟雾量, 同吋烟雾在电热丝 33内流动过程 被多次加热, 雾化效果更好, 可防止烟油雾化不充分而产生小颗粒烟油; (4) 电热丝 33的一端由内电极 342和绝缘环 341夹紧, 另一端由雾化盖 35和弹性密封 圈 36夹紧, 雾化盖 35与雾化座 31电连接, 可防止电热丝 33两端因互相接触而产 生短路; (5) 储油套 21为透明材料制成, 用户可随吋看到储油套 21内的烟油剩 余量, 防止在没有烟油吋仍然在使用而导致烧棉的现象。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述, 但是本发明并不局限于上述的具 体实施方式, 上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的, 而不是限制性的, 本领域 的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下, 在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的 范围情况下, 还可做出很多形式, 这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

[权利要求 1] 一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件包括吸嘴 (10) 、 储油组件 (20) 及用于雾化烟油 的雾化芯组件 (30) , 所述储油组件 (20) 包括透明的储油套 (2
I) 、 第一连接套 (22) 、 通气管 (23) 、 弹性密封垫 (24) 及第 二连接套 (25) , 所述第一连接套 (22) —端套设并固定在所述 储油套 (21) 上, 所述第一连接套 (22) 的另一端与所述吸嘴 (1 0) 可拆卸连接, 所述吸嘴 (10) 面向所述第一连接套 (22) 的一 端端面上形成有冷凝烟油存储空间 (101) , 所述通气管 (23) 套 设在所述储油套 (21) 内并与所述第一连接套 (22) 相连以将所 述雾化芯组件 (30) 雾化的烟雾排至所述吸嘴 (10) , 所述弹性 密封垫 (24) 通过涨紧配合套设在所述通气管 (23) 上并夹持于 所述储油套 (21) 端面与所述第一连接套 (22) 之间, 所述第二 连接套 (25) 的一端套设并固定在所述储油套 (21) 上, 另一端 与所述雾化芯组件 (30) 相连;
所述雾化芯组件 (30) 包括中空的雾化座 (31) 、 套设在所述雾 化座 (31) 内的由吸油材料制成的吸油套 (32) 、 套设在所述吸 油套 (32) 内的电热丝 (33) 、 插设于所述雾化座 (31) —端的 内电极组件 (34) 、 套设在所述雾化座 (31) 另一端的雾化盖 (3 5) 及套设在所述雾化盖 (35) 内的弹性密封圈 (36) , 所述雾化 座 (31) 与所述第二连接套 (25) 可拆卸连接以使能够将所述雾 化芯组件 (30) 取出, 所述雾化座 (31) 的侧壁上设置有用于将 所述储油套 (21) 内的烟油导入所述吸油套 (32) 内的导油孔 (3
I I) , 所述吸油套 (32) 沿所述雾化组件的纵向延伸设置, 且所 述吸油套 (32) 的外壁与所述雾化座 (31) 的内壁弹性抵接, 所 述电热丝 (33) 缠绕成中空的柱状结构并沿所述雾化组件的纵向 延伸设置, 所述吸油套 (32) 的内壁与所述电热丝 (33) 相贴合 , 所述内电极组件 (34) 与所述电热丝 (33) 电连接并用于与电 池组件相连, 所述弹性密封圈 (36) 与所述通气管 (23) 套设相 连或抵持在所述通气管 (23) 的端面上。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接套 ( 22) 的面向所述吸嘴 (10) 的端面上设置有出烟口 (221) , 所述 出烟口 (221) 与所述通气管 (23) 及所述冷凝烟油存储空间 (10 1) 相连通, 以将所述通气管 (23) 传送过来的烟雾送入所述吸嘴 ( 10) 内, 所述出烟口 (221) 的周缘设置有用于阻碍冷凝的烟油 进入所述出烟口 (221) 内的环形凸起 (222) 。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接套 ( 22) 包括套设在所述储油套 (21) 上的第一连接部 (223) 及套设 在所述通气管 (23) —端上的第二连接部 (224) , 所述第二连接 部 (224) 的面向所述吸嘴 (10) 的端面上设置有所述出烟口 (22 1) 及所述环形凸起 (222) , 所述环形凸起 (222) 的远离所述第 一连接部 (223) 的一端内壁设置有环形的阻挡部 (225) , 所述 通气管 (23) 与所述第二连接部 (224) 涨紧配合固定连接并抵持 在所述阻挡部 (225) 上。
根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾 化座 (31) 的内壁设置有沿所述雾化组件的径向延伸设置的环形 的托持部 (312) , 所述吸油套 (32) 的一端端面抵持在所述托持 部 (312) 上。
根据权利要求 4所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化座 (31) 的外壁上设置有环形的凹槽 (313) , 所述凹槽 (313) 内套设有 与所述储油套 (21) 弹性抵接的密封圈 (314) 。
根据权利要求 4所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述内电极组件 ( 34) 包括套设在所述雾化座 (31) 内的绝缘环 (341) 及套设在所 述绝缘环 (341) 内的内电极 (342) , 所述电热丝 (33) 的与所 述吸嘴 (10) 相邻的一端连接有第一电子线 (37) , 所述电热丝 (33) 的另一端连接有第二电子线 (38) , 所述第一电子线 (37 ) 与所述雾化座 (31) 电连接, 所述第二电子线 (38) 与所述内 电极 (342) 电连接。
根据权利要求 6所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一电子线 ( 37) 的与所述电热丝 (33) 相连的一端夹持在所述吸油套 (32) 与所述雾化座 (31) 之间, 所述第一电子线 (37) 的另一端夹持 在所述雾化座 (31) 与所述绝缘环 (341) 之间, 所述第二电子线
(38) 的远离所述电热丝 (33) 的一端夹持在所述内电极 (342) 与所述绝缘环 (341) 之间。
根据权利要求 6所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一电子线 ( 37) 远离所述电热丝 (33) 的一端夹持在所述雾化盖 (35) 与所 述弹性密封圈 (36) 之间, 所述第二电子线 (38) 的远离所述电 热丝 (33) 的一端夹持在所述内电极 (342) 与所述绝缘环 (341
) 之间。
根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾 化座 (31) 的一端设置有环形的台阶 (315) , 所述雾化盖 (35) 的一端端面抵持在所述台阶 (315) 上。
根据权利要求 9所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述弹性密封圈 ( 36) 套设在所述雾化盖 (35) 内, 且所述弹性密封圈 (36) 的与 所述通气管 (23) 套设相连的内表面设置有至少两个环形的夹持 环 (361) , 所述夹持环 (361) 之间形成有环形的避让空间 (362 ) , 以供所述夹持环 (361) 变形。
根据权利要求 10所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化盖 (35 ) 包括与所述雾化座 (31) 相连的连接环 (351) 及位于所述连接 环 (351) —端的端壁 (352) , 所述弹性密封圈 (36) 的一端抵 持在所述雾化座 (31) 的端面上, 所述弹性密封圈 (36) 的另一 端抵持在所述端壁 (352) 上。
根据权利要求 11所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述端壁 (352) 上设置有供所述通气管 (23) 插设的喇叭状穿孔 (353) 。 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接套 ( 22) 与所述通气管 (23) —体成型。
一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括上述权利要求 1-13任一项所述的 雾化组件及与所述雾化组件可拆卸连接的电池组件。
