Description

一种电子烟雾化器发热组件 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟的零件,特别涉及一种电子烟雾化器发热组件。
背景技术
电子烟,又名雾化器、电子香烟、虚拟香烟,主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。它有着近似香烟的外观且与香烟近似的味道。
目前的电子烟一般由烟嘴组件、雾化器和储液组件构成,雾化器包括发热组件和导电组件。发热组件一般包括发热丝和纤维绳(或导液棉片块),发热丝螺旋缠绕于纤维绳(或导液棉片块),纤维绳用于导引储液组件内的烟液。使用时,发热丝经导电组件通电,发热组件的发热丝就得电工作,纤维绳上的烟液在发热丝的高温下雾化产生一定量烟雾,使用者吸附烟嘴组件后,产生气流而带动烟雾从烟嘴组件中流出烟气,从而达到吸烟的效果。
然而,目前现有的雾化器存在以下缺陷:
(1)发热丝需均匀地螺旋缠绕在纤维绳,装配困难,该螺旋缠绕方式虽然使发热丝与纤维绳(或导液棉片块)充分接触,但因为发热丝一般具备很高温度,所以一旦纤维绳导液不足,就很容易产生烧焦的问题,不仅烧焦的纤维绳降低了导液性能,而且烧焦的味道也带来了烟气的不良口感;
(2)使用者吸附而产生的气流虽然经过/穿过发热丝和纤维绳(或导液棉片块),但是,由于发热丝的螺旋缠绕结构,烟雾难以扩散,得不到及时与气流混合输出,因此输出的烟气量较少,烟雾损失大,雾化效率低,吸烟所需的吸力较高,体验不佳;并且,由于气流穿过发热丝和纤维绳,纤维绳上雾化残余水 及烟液极易跟随气流输出,进而吸入人嘴。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种电子烟雾化器发热组件,实现足够的烟气量输出而满足用户需求,且具备良好的烟气口感,避免烧焦味道、雾化残余水或烟液吸入人嘴。
本发明的目的采用如下技术方案实现:
一种电子烟雾化器发热组件,包括发热组件和导电组件,发热组件包括底座、固定座、发热丝和储液介质,底座具有竖向贯穿该底座的固定孔及横向贯穿该底座的第一导液孔,第一导液孔与固定孔连通,导电组件连接于发热组件下端;固定座密封安装于固定孔内,该固定座具有竖向贯穿该固定座的气流通道,该气流通道接通固定孔的两端孔口;发热丝和储液介质安装在固定座上,该发热丝与导电组件电连接,发热丝的一侧面与储液介质的一侧面接触,发热丝的另一侧面与气流通道相对,以使发热丝置于气流通道的外侧,且第一导液孔连通至储液介质的另一侧面。
优选的,发热组件还包括导液介质;固定座以可拆卸的方式密封固定于固定孔;气流通道侧方的固定座上开有固定口,该固定口经一隔板与气流通道相隔,且隔板上开有与气流通道相通的烟雾孔;储液介质和导液介质嵌装于固定口,并由内至外依次夹设于隔板和固定孔内壁之间;发热丝贴附于储液介质的内侧面,位于烟雾孔内;导液介质开有横向贯穿该导液介质的第二导液孔,第一导液孔与第二导液孔连通。
优选的,所述固定口至少为两个,对称设于气流通道的外周侧,每个固定口各自经一所述隔板与气流通道相隔,每个固定口均内置有所述储液介质和所述导液介质,每个储液介质的内侧面均设有所述发热丝;所述底座上开有与每 个导液介质的第二导液孔相对应的第一导液孔。
优选的,所述固定座上设有挡板,挡板上开设有与气流通道及第一导液孔相通的第三导液孔;储液介质和发热丝设于挡板内侧与气流通道之间。
优选的,所述挡板至少为两块,第一导液孔、储液介质和发热丝的数量与挡板数量相同;各挡板围绕气流通道的外周侧布置,相邻挡板之间设有间隙槽,间隙槽内安装有密封块;各第一导液孔分别对应一个挡板上的第三导液孔相连通;各储液介质和发热丝分别对应设于一个挡板与气流通道之间。
优选的,所述储液介质和发热丝从挡板内侧往气流通道的方向设置,以使储液介质置于挡板内侧与发热丝之间、发热丝置于储液介质与气流通道之间。
优选的,所述挡板和储液介质均为两个,两挡板平行相对,两挡板的两侧间设有定位柱,定位柱与挡板之间形成有间隙槽,两储液介质分别密封嵌入一对间隙槽内,以使气流通道置于两储液介质之间。
优选的,所述储液介质内部设有夹层,储液介质朝向气流通道的侧面设有通气孔,通气孔将夹层与气流通道连通;所述发热丝设于储液介质的夹层内,发热丝的发热面与通气孔相对。
优选的,所述发热丝为以费马曲线迂回环绕而成的一盘状体,并贴附于储液介质的内侧面,该发热丝的两端位于盘状体的两侧,或者该发热丝的其中一端与盘状体相切,发热丝的另一端位于盘状体的中心;或者,所述发热丝为往复迂回而成的一蛇形体,并贴附于储液介质的内侧面,该发热丝的两侧位于蛇形体的两侧;或者,所述发热丝为以费马曲线迂回环绕而成的两个间隔的盘状体,两盘状体分别贴附于储液介质的内侧面,两盘状体之间经一螺旋体连接,该发热丝的两端分别设于两盘状体上。
优选的,所述发热丝的两端均竖向延伸,相互分隔。
优选的,所述导电组件包括导电连接座、绝缘套和电极,导电连接座连接于底座的下端,绝缘套插装于导电连接座内,电极插装于绝缘套内;发热丝的两端分别电连接导电连接座和电极。
优选的,所述导电连接座的外壁设有环形凸缘和外螺纹,环形凸缘和外螺纹之间套装有密封圈。
优选的,所述电子烟雾化器还包括导烟管,该导烟管的下端密封插装于所述固定孔的上端孔口;所述气流通道的上端孔口封盖有密封压圈,所述导烟管的下端套装该密封压圈。
优选的,所述发热丝为平片状,该发热丝的一侧面平行并靠近所述气流通道,发热丝的另一侧面与储液介质的内侧面平行贴合接触。
优选的,所述底座为一圆管或方管,所述固定孔即为该圆管或方管的管孔,所述固定座与底座的内壁贴合接触。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明克服了传统的发热丝螺旋缠绕在纤维绳(或导液棉片)上才能充分加热雾化的技术偏见,本发明的发热丝可以贴附于储液介质的内侧面,可通过导液陶瓷的传导使烟液持续、充分存储于储液介质,储液介质可以大面积传导烟液给发热丝,即烟液供给更充足,则发热丝可充分接触烟液而产生足够的烟雾,避免烧焦问题,提升烟气口感;
(2)本发明的发热丝可设在烟雾孔内,其一面与储液介质接触,另一面与气流通道的气流接触,发热丝加热产生的烟雾得以充分扩散,抽烟时气流也可完全、及时带走烟雾,减少了烟雾的损失,提升了雾化效率,吸烟所需的吸力更小,产生的烟雾量更充足而满足使用者需求;同时,由于气流不直接穿过发热丝、储液介质,因此,雾化残余水或烟液也被避免跟随烟雾进入人嘴;
(3)本发明通过设置更多的发热丝、储液介质和导液介质,利于加速雾化 更多烟液而产生更多烟雾来满足使用者需求,其雾化效率将更高,实现双芯或多芯发热;
(4)本发明的发热丝按照费马曲线环绕为盘状,可与储液介质形成平面接触,更利于与烟液接触更充分,进而使抽烟时烟液供给发热丝的量更充足,一方面可进一步防止烧焦问题,另一方面也可利于产生更多烟雾;另外,在密封压盖的密封作用下,可防止烟雾流失,以保证更足够的烟雾量从导烟管输出;
(5)本发明利用导液介质的导液性能可以不间断地将烟液吸附于其上,保持了对储液介质烟液供给的持续性,利于防止发热丝干烧产生的烧焦问题;
(6)本发明的所述储液介质内部设有夹层,发热丝设于储液介质的夹层内,使得储液介质与发热丝的接触面积进一步加大,更进一步提高储液介质烟液供给的持续性,更好地防止了发热丝干烧产生的烧焦问题,而且储液介质同时兼备对发热丝的固定作用,使得发热丝的安装更加牢固,不容易折弯。

具体实施方式
如图5~7所示的一种电子烟雾化器,包括发热组件10和导电组件20,发热组件10包括底座11、固定座12、发热丝13、储液介质14和导液介质15,底座11具有竖向贯穿该底座11的固定孔111及横向贯穿该底座11的第一导液孔112,第一导液孔112与固定孔111连通,导电组件20连接于发热组件10下端;固定座12以可拆卸的方式密封固定于固定孔111,该固定座12具有竖向贯穿该固定座12的气流通道121,该气流通道121接通固定孔111的两端孔口,气流 通道121侧方的固定座12上开有固定口122,该固定口122经一隔板123与气流通道121相隔,且隔板123上开有与气流通道121相通的烟雾孔124;储液介质14和导液介质15嵌装于固定口122,并由内至外依次夹设于隔板123和固定孔111内壁之间;发热丝13贴附于储液介质14的内侧面,位于烟雾孔124内,并与导电组件20电连接;导液介质15开有横向贯穿该导液介质15的第二导液孔151,第一导液孔112与第二导液孔151连通。
电子烟的储液组件中存储的烟液通过底座11上的第一导液孔112与导液介质15接触,烟液经过导液介质15及第二导液孔151流入储液介质14而被储液介质14吸附,此时发热丝13与储液介质14接触的面浸泡在烟液中。当使用者抽烟时,按下电子烟的开关,导电组件20给发热丝13导电,发热丝13开始发热并雾化其表面的烟液,使烟液在烟雾孔124中变成烟雾,此时使用者通过电子烟的烟嘴组件吸气,在气流通道121内形成气流,带走烟雾后进入使用者口腔,同时,储液组件内部的烟液将继续通过导液介质15进入储液介质14内蕴藏,并将发热丝13浸泡,如此循环。
由于发热丝13贴附于储液介质14的内侧面,可得到储液介质14大面积的烟液传递,即烟液供给更充足,烟雾量也更充足。而且,发热丝13在烟雾孔124内,其一面与储液介质14接触,另一面与气流通道121的气流接触,发热丝13加热产生的烟雾得以充分扩散,抽烟时气流也可完全、及时带走烟雾,减少了烟雾的损失,提升了雾化效率,吸烟所需的吸力更小。同时,由于气流不直接穿过发热丝13、储液介质14,且储液介质14、导液介质15被隔板123和固定孔111限位,又被固定口122固定,因此,雾化残余水或烟液也将被避免跟随烟雾进入人嘴。底座11上开设的固定孔111为固定座12提供了便捷的可拆卸固定安装方式,便于装拆。气流通道121与烟雾孔124的纵横相通,一方面气流 可以可靠带走烟雾,另一方面又可防止雾化残余水或烟液被气流连同带走。储液介质14可设置为储液棉片,或者其它可以存储烟液又可传递烟液的介质;导液介质15可设置为导液陶瓷块,利于其细小空隙来持续传递烟液,或者采用其它可以传递烟液的介质。
具体地,发热丝13为平片状,该发热丝13的一侧面平行并靠近气流通道121,使发热丝13的发热平面与气流通道121的气流流通方向平行,确保其发热产生的烟雾直接处于气流通道121内被带走;发热丝13的另一侧面与储液介质14的内侧面平行贴合接触,以形成更多的烟液供给量。
为进一步增加从气流通道121输出的烟雾量,本发明的其中一个实施例可将固定口122设置为两个,当然也可将固定口122设置为至少两个(即可以是两个以上的任意数量),固定口122对称设于气流通道121的外周侧,每个固定口122各自经一隔板123与气流通道121相隔,每个固定口122均内置有储液介质14和导液介质15,每个储液介质14的内侧面均设有发热丝13;底座11上开有与每个导液介质15的第二导液孔151相对应的第一导液孔112。则各个发热丝13产生的烟雾将同时被气流通道121内的气流一同带走,形成更多的烟雾量输出。
为使本电子烟雾化器更便于持握,或外形更接近香烟,底座11为一圆管,固定孔111即为该圆管的管孔,固定座12为一圆柱体,固定口122开设于该圆柱体的外圆柱侧面。
导液介质15具有与底座11的内壁相适配的弧形外壁152,利于与固定孔111形成密封,防止烟雾流失。
此外,第一导液孔112、第二导液孔151和烟雾孔124三者同轴,则烟液可更顺畅地流入储液介质14,维持浸泡发热丝13的状态,以完全避免烧焦,同时 产生的烟雾也更顺畅地进入气流通道121;固定孔111与气流通道121同轴,则利于气流顺畅输出,也利于降低使用者抽烟所需的吸力。
为增加发热丝13与储液介质14的接触面积,同时保持与储液介质14的均匀接触,如图1所示,作为发热丝13的第一种实施方式,发热丝13为以费马曲线迂回环绕而成的一盘状体,并贴附于储液介质14的内侧面,该发热丝13的两端位于盘状体的两侧,如图2所示,或者该发热丝13的其中一端与盘状体相切,发热丝13的另一端位于盘状体的中心,形成发热丝13的第二种实施方式;或者,作为发热丝13的第三种实施方式,如图3所示,发热丝13为往复迂回而成的一蛇形体,并贴附于储液介质14的内侧面,该发热丝13的两侧位于蛇形体的两侧;或者,作为发热丝13的第四种实施方式,如图4所示,发热丝为以费马曲线迂回环绕而成的两个间隔的盘状体,两盘状体分别贴附于储液介质14的内侧面,两盘状体之间经一螺旋体连接,该发热丝13的两端分别设于两盘状体上,对于只有一个储液介质14的情况,可将其中一个盘状体贴附于该储液介质14,对于具有两个以上储液介质14的情况,两盘状体可一一对应贴附于两个储液介质14上。则烟雾可在储液介质14的内侧面得到均匀的雾化,防止储液介质14被局部加热而烧焦进而降低导液、储液性能。当然,发热丝13也可设置成其它形状,只要贴附于储液介质14的内侧面,就可以既与储液介质14较大面积的接触,又利于烟雾充分扩散并及时进入气流通道121。
为便于发热丝13与导电组件20的电连接,同时对发热丝13进一步限位固定,发热丝13的两端均竖向延伸,相互分隔,并穿过固定口122的底壁后与导电组件20电连接。
本发明的导电组件20的其中一个实施方式为:导电组件20包括导电连接座21、绝缘套22和电极23,导电连接座21连接于底座11的下端,绝缘套22 插装于导电连接座21内,电极23插装于绝缘套22内;发热丝13的两端分别电连接导电连接座21和电极23。导电连接座21一方面用于接入外部电源座,另一方面作为正极或负极,绝缘套22用于隔离导电连接座21和电极23;电极23接通外部电源座并赋予负极或正极,与导电连接座21共同为发热丝13导电。
为便于导电连接座21稳定、方便地接入外部电源座,导电连接座21的外壁设有环形凸缘211和外螺纹212,环形凸缘211和外螺纹212之间套装有密封圈213,密封圈213可防止烟雾从固定孔111下端泄漏。
在本发明的其它实施例中,电子烟雾化器还包括导烟管30,该导烟管30用于连接外部烟嘴组件,该导烟管30的下端密封插装于固定孔111的上端孔口;气流通道121的上端孔口封盖有密封压圈40,导烟管30的下端套装该密封压圈40,密封压圈40用于防止烟雾从固定孔111上的泄漏,而导烟管30上可增设套装密封垫50,用于增强导烟管30与外部烟嘴组件的连接密封性。如图3中,其示出了导电组件20内、气流通道121内、导烟管30内的气流、烟雾流向。而为了更进一步增强密封性能,可将固定座12设置为硅胶材质。
如图8所示,本电子烟雾化器发热组件安装于外部电子烟雾化器中,其通过外壳60围括,并形成用于储存烟液的储液空间70,密封垫50和密封圈213此时起到了与外壳60配合形成的密封作用。该储液空间70内烟液通过第一导液孔112、第二导液孔151进入导液介质15。外壳60的上方连接有气流通道121连通的烟嘴80,外壳60的下方连接有与导电组件20电连接的长接触组件90以便于接入外部电源座。
除上述方案,发热组件还可以具有其他实施方式,发热组件的实施例二如图9至11所示,发热组件包括数量均为两个的挡板91、储液介质14、发热丝13和密封块92,两挡板91平行相对地设于固定座12上,以使得气流通道121 置于两挡板91之间,并使得两挡板91两侧之间各形成有一个间隙槽93,其中,每块挡板91的中部均设有与气流通道121及第一导液孔112相通的第三导液孔94,且第一导液孔112与第三导液孔94同轴布置;为了保证气流通道121的密封性,两密封块92分别安装于两个间隙槽93内,以此进行密封;而储液介质14和发热丝13从挡板91内侧往气流通道121的方向设置,以使储液介质14置于挡板91内侧与发热丝13之间、发热丝13置于储液介质14与气流通道121之间。在本实施例中,挡板91的数量没有限制,只需要根据实际情况,将各挡板91围绕气流通道121的外周侧布置,相邻挡板91之间设有间隙槽93,并在间隙槽93内安装有密封块92便可,当然,此时便应该设置数量对应的储液介质14和发热丝13,也应该开设数量对应的第一导液孔112,以此提高雾化效率。
本发明发热组件的实施例三如图12至16所示,与发热组件实施例二的区别在于两挡板91的两侧之间设有定位柱95,间隙槽93形成于定位柱95与挡板91之间;而两储液介质14分别密封嵌入一对间隙槽93内,以使气流通道121置于两储液介质14之间,并同时实现对气流通道121的密封,且该储液介质14内部设有夹层96,储液介质14朝向气流通道121的侧面设有通气孔97,通气孔97将夹层96与气流通道121连通,所述发热丝13设于储液介质14的夹层96内,发热丝13的发热面与通气孔97相对。当然,储液介质14也并不限定于本实施例的形状,也可以采用如发热组件实施例二的实施方式,只要储液介质14的厚度与间隙槽93的厚度匹配,能够实现密封功能便可,同理,本实施例储液介质14的结构也仅限于本实施例中,也能应用于上述各个实施例中。
本发明发热组件的实施例四如图17至20所示,与发热组件实施例三的区别在于,发热组件实施例三的挡板91外壁为一平整面,而本实施例的挡板91外壁为弧面,这是为了指出挡板91外壁的结构并不限定,因为挡板91与底座 11是用于配合导流,所以为了提高密封性,避免液体的外流,应该要使得挡板91与底座11的接触面相互贴合,以此提高密封性,所以当底座11内壁为弧面时,挡板91的外壁便应该是弧面,当底座11的内壁为平面时,挡板91的外壁便应该是平面,这密封的原理也同样适用于上述各个实施例。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器发热组件,包括发热组件和导电组件,其特征在于:发热组件包括底座、固定座、发热丝和储液介质,底座具有竖向贯穿该底座的固定孔及横向贯穿该底座的第一导液孔,第一导液孔与固定孔连通,导电组件连接于发热组件下端;固定座密封安装于固定孔内,该固定座具有竖向贯穿该固定座的气流通道,该气流通道接通固定孔的两端孔口;发热丝和储液介质安装在固定座上,该发热丝与导电组件电连接,发热丝的一侧面与储液介质的一侧面接触,发热丝的另一侧面与气流通道相对,以使发热丝置于气流通道的外侧,且第一导液孔连通至储液介质的另一侧面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:发热组件还包括导液介质;固定座以可拆卸的方式密封固定于固定孔;气流通道侧方的固定座上开有固定口,该固定口经一隔板与气流通道相隔,且隔板上开有与气流通道相通的烟雾孔;储液介质和导液介质嵌装于固定口,并由内至外依次夹设于隔板和固定孔内壁之间;发热丝贴附于储液介质的内侧面,位于烟雾孔内;导液介质开有横向贯穿该导液介质的第二导液孔,第一导液孔与第二导液孔连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述固定口至少为两个,对称设于气流通道的外周侧,每个固定口各自经一所述隔板与气流通道相隔,每个固定口均内置有所述储液介质和所述导液介质,每个储液介质的内侧面均设有所述发热丝;所述底座上开有与每个导液介质的第二导液孔相对应的第一导液孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述固定座上设有挡板,挡板上开设有与气流通道及第一导液孔相通的第三导液孔;储液介质和发热丝设于挡板内侧与气流通道之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述挡板至少为两块,第一导液孔、储液介质和发热丝的数量与挡板数量相同;各挡板围绕气流通道的外周侧布置,相邻挡板之间设有间隙槽,间隙槽内安装有密封块;各第一导液孔分别对应一个挡板上的第三导液孔相连通;各储液介质和发热丝分别对应设于一个挡板与气流通道之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述储液介质和发热丝从挡板内侧往气流通道的方向设置,以使储液介质置于挡板内侧与发热丝之间、发热丝置于储液介质与气流通道之间。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述挡板和储液介质均为两个,两挡板平行相对,两挡板的两侧间设有定位柱,定位柱与挡板之间形成有间隙槽,两储液介质分别密封嵌入一对间隙槽内,以使气流通道置于两储液介质之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述储液介质内部设有夹层,储液介质朝向气流通道的侧面设有通气孔,通气孔将夹层与气流通道连通;所述发热丝设于储液介质的夹层内,发热丝的发热面与通气孔相对。
  9. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述发热丝为以费马曲线迂回环绕而成的一盘状体,并贴附于储液介质的内侧面,该发热丝的两端位于盘状体的两侧,或者该发热丝的其中一端与盘状体相切,发热丝的另一端位于盘状体的中心;或者,所述发热丝为往复迂回而成的一蛇形体,并贴附于储液介质的内侧面,该发热丝的两侧位于蛇形体的两侧;或者,所述发热丝为以费马曲线迂回环绕而成的两个间隔的盘状体,两盘状体分别贴附于储液介质的内侧面,两盘状体之间经一螺旋体连接,该发热丝的两 端分别设于两盘状体上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述发热丝的两端均竖向延伸,相互分隔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述导电组件包括导电连接座、绝缘套和电极,导电连接座连接于底座的下端,绝缘套插装于导电连接座内,电极插装于绝缘套内;发热丝的两端分别电连接导电连接座和电极。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述导电连接座的外壁设有环形凸缘和外螺纹,环形凸缘和外螺纹之间套装有密封圈。
  13. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述电子烟雾化器还包括导烟管,该导烟管的下端密封插装于所述固定孔的上端孔口;所述气流通道的上端孔口封盖有密封压圈,所述导烟管的下端套装该密封压圈。
  14. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述发热丝为平片状,该发热丝的一侧面平行并靠近所述气流通道,发热丝的另一侧面与储液介质的内侧面平行贴合接触。
  15. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的电子烟雾化器发热组件,其特征在于:所述底座为一圆管或方管,所述固定孔即为该圆管或方管的管孔,所述固定座与底座的内壁贴合接触。
