底座21包括底座本体217和凸设在底座本体217上的安装部218,底座本体217上设置有与卡槽115对应的卡扣2171,本实施方式中,卡扣2171设置在 底座本体217的侧壁上,底座21设置在储液件11的一端时,底座本体217的外壁与储液件11的内壁相抵持,安装部218位于储液腔111内,卡扣2171卡合在对应的卡槽115内,底座本体217外部还套设有密封套2172,密封套2172由硅胶或橡胶等密封性材料制成,以增强底座21与储液件11之间的密封性。
安装部218上相对底座本体217的端面形成安装面2181,安装面2181部分凹陷形成空槽211,空槽211的内腔形成雾化腔212,空槽211的槽底壁部分沿底座21的轴向凹陷形成有集液槽213,空槽211的底壁上还凸设有卡合件214和支撑柱215,支撑柱215设置在卡合件214和集液槽213之间,卡合件214上凸设有第一卡钩2141,卡合件214和支撑柱215沿底座21的轴向延伸穿出雾化腔212后凸设在底座21外部,本实施方式中,卡合件214的数量和支撑柱214的数量分别为两个,两个卡合件214设置在集液槽213的相对两端,两个支撑柱214也设置在集液槽213的相对两端。
请参阅图1和图5,底座本体217相对于设置安装部218的端面凹陷形成有凹槽216,凹槽216的槽底壁上开设有至少一个进气口2161,进气口2161与雾化腔212连通,本实施方式中,进气口2161的数量为四个,四个进气口2161设置在凹槽216的周边,进气口2161与集液槽213错开设置,且进气口2161沿雾化器100的轴向设置,外界空气可通过进气口2161快速进入到雾化腔212内,进气效率较高。
雾化件23大致呈薄片状,雾化件23可以为采用金属、金属合金、碳、半导体材料或者导电陶瓷中的一种或者几种多孔材料制成,雾化件23上设置有多个微孔,使得雾化件21既可以通过毛细现象导液,又可以通过材料本身特性导电。可以理解地,本实施方式中,金属、金属合金、碳以及半导体材料通过编织而得到的编织物制成,编织物上形成有多个微孔,具有毛细现象,而导电陶 瓷是多孔陶瓷,本实施方式中,雾化件23大致呈U型,雾化件23设置在安装部218的安装面2181上。
请再次参阅图1和图3以及图4,连接件22大致呈两端贯通的中空筒状结构,连接件22其中一端的内壁上设置有与第一卡钩2141对应的第二卡钩221,连接件22的一端套设在通气管114的外部,连接件22的另一端与安装面2181上的雾化件23相抵持,使得雾化件23夹持在底座21和连接件22之间,连接件22与雾化件23之间以及雾化件23与安装部218之间的间隙分别形成有导油间隙222,导油间隙222可以为毛细通道,同时第二卡钩221与第一卡钩2141相卡合,支撑柱215与连接件22的内壁相抵持,以增强连接件22和底座21之间的连接稳定性,连接件22的内腔与通气管114的内腔以及雾化腔212均连通,储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质通过底座21与雾化件23之间的导油间隙222流至雾化件23上进而被雾化件23吸取,以及储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质通过连接件22与雾化件23之间的导油间隙222流至雾化件23上被雾化件23吸取。本实施方式中,导油间隙222的横截面高度为0.5mm,可以理解地,在其它未示出的实施方式中,导油间隙222的横截面高度还可以是0.02-0.5mm。
本实施方式中通过在连接件22与雾化件23之间以及雾化件23与安装部218之间分别设置导油间隙222,使得储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质连续均匀地流至雾化件23上被雾化件23加热雾化,防止储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质大量流至雾化件23上,雾化件23实际接触的气溶胶形成基质多于该雾化件23正常发热功率下能够雾化的气溶胶形成基质,使得雾化件23来不及雾化导致雾化件23失效。可以理解地,由于雾化件23夹设在底座21和连接件22之间,底座21和连接件22之间形成有缝隙,同时由于雾化件23的周侧位于连接件22和底座21之间的缝隙中,储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质还可以通过连接件22 和底座21之间的缝隙与雾化件23的周侧接触进而被雾化件23吸取。连接件22与通气管114之间还夹设有密封圈25,密封圈25由硅胶或橡胶等密封性材料制成,以增强连接件22与通气管114之间的密封性。
请再次参阅图1和图5,雾化组件20还包括电极件和磁性件24,底座本体217上还开设有容纳槽2173和收纳槽2174,所述电极件收容在容纳槽2173内,所述电极件的一端与雾化件23电性连接,所述电极件的另一端与所述电源装置电性连接,使得雾化件23与所述电源装置电性连接;磁性件24收容在收纳槽2174内,所述电源装置内也设置有与磁性件24对应的磁吸件,当雾化器100与所述电源装置电性连接时,磁性件24与所述磁吸件相互吸附,增强雾化器100与所述电源装置之间的连接强度。
用户使用气溶胶发生装置时,储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质通过毛细现象进入底座21与雾化件23之间的导油间隙222以及连接件22与雾化件23之间的导油间隙222内,被雾化件23吸取,在所述电源装置的电驱动作用下,雾化件23发热并加热雾化件23上吸取的气溶胶形成基质产生烟雾,烟雾散发至雾化腔212内,外界空气通过进气口2161进入雾化腔212内与烟雾混合,形成混合气体,混合气体依次通过连接件22的内腔以及通气管114的内腔之后经过出气口112被用户抽吸。同时集液槽213与连接件22的内腔对应,使得通气管114内的冷凝液流至集液槽213内,进气口2161与集液槽213的错开设置,可避免通气管114内的冷凝液通过进气口2161流至气溶胶发生装置外部。
本实用新型提供的雾化器100,雾化件23由具有导电性和导液性的多孔材料制成,气溶胶形成基质能够在雾化件23上均匀传导且均匀加热,形成的烟雾口感细腻,且雾化件23不易干烧,使用寿命较长,同时将雾化件23夹设在底座21和连接件22之间,底座21与雾化件23以及连接件22与雾化件23之间 形成与储液腔111连通的导油间隙222,储液腔111内的气溶胶形成基质通过导油间隙222流至雾化件23上被雾化件23吸收,使得本实用新型的雾化器100结构简单,组装方便,操作快捷。
本实用新型提供的气溶胶发生装置,因其具有上述雾化器100全部的技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器100相同的技术效果。
以上述依据本实用新型的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本实用新型的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项实用新型的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括储液组件和设置在所述储液组件一端的雾化组件,所述储液组件内形成有储液腔,所述储液腔用于储存气溶胶形成基质,所述雾化组件包括底座、设置在所述底座上的连接件以及夹设在所述底座和所述连接件之间的雾化件,所述雾化件由具有导电性和导液性的多孔材料制成,所述底座和所述雾化件之间以及所述连接件和所述雾化件之间分别形成有与所述储液腔连通的导油间隙,所述气溶胶形成基质通过所述导油间隙流至所述雾化件上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件包括储液件,所述储液腔由所述储液件的内腔形成,所述雾化件设置在所述底座上,所述连接件的一端与所述储液件连接,所述连接件的另一端与所述底座上的雾化件相抵持,所述导油间隙由所述连接件和所述底座之间的间隙形成。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座包括底座本体和凸设在所述底座本体上的安装部,所述底座本体与所述储液件相抵持,所述安装部收容在所述储液腔内,所述雾化件设置在所述安装部上,所述导油间隙由所述连接件和所述安装部之间的间隙形成。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述安装部的端面部分凹陷形成空槽,所述空槽的内腔形成雾化腔,所述底座上设置有进气口,所述雾化腔与所述连接件的内腔以及所述进气口均连通。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述空槽的槽底壁部分沿所述底座的轴向凹陷形成有集液槽,所述集液槽对应所述连接件的内腔设置,所述集液槽与所述进气口错开设置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化件呈薄片状,所述雾化件上设置有多个微孔。
  7. 如权利要求1或6所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化件可以为采用金属、金属合金、碳、导电陶瓷或半导体材料中的一种或几种多孔材料制成。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述安装部上凸设有卡合件,所述卡合件上凸设有第一卡钩,所述连接件的内壁上设置有与所述第一卡钩对应的第二卡钩,所述连接件与所述雾化件相抵持时,所述第一卡钩与所述第二卡钩相卡合。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述安装部上凸设有支撑柱,所述连接件与所述雾化件相抵持时,所述支撑柱与所述连接件的内壁相抵持。
  10. 一种气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于:所述气溶胶发生装置包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的雾化器。
