Abstract
An electronic vaporization device includes: a vaporization body having a heating pot for heating and vaporizing an aerosol-generating substrate; a vaporization seat for accommodating the heating pot; and a power supply device for supplying electrical energy to the heating pot. The vaporization seat includes an electrode device electrically connecting the heating pot and the power supply device. The heating pot is detachably embedded in the vaporization seat and is detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.
Description
- Priority is claimed to Chinese Patent Application No. 202123160962.8, filed on Dec. 15, 2021, the entire disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
- The present disclosure relates to the field of vaporization, and more specifically, to an electronic vaporization device.
- When a baking-type electronic vaporization device is operating, an aerosol-generating substrate (such as herb leaves, tobacco paste, shag, and other vaporization medium) filled in a heating pot is heated to generate vapor. A user sucks on a suction nozzle, and external air is drawn into the electronic vaporization device and passes through the heating pot to drive an aerosol into the user's mouth. Some dirt may be stuck to the heating pot after repeated use, and the user needs to clean the heating pot. The heating pot in the related art is usually fixedly connected to a power supply device, resulting in very inconvenient cleaning.
- In an embodiment, the present invention provides an electronic vaporization device, comprising: a vaporization body comprising a heating pot configured to heat and vaporize an aerosol-generating substrate; a vaporization seat configured to accommodate the heating pot; and a power supply device configured to supply electrical energy to the heating pot, wherein the vaporization seat comprising an electrode device electrically connecting the heating pot and the power supply device, and wherein the heating pot is detachably embedded in the vaporization seat and is detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.

- In an embodiment, the present invention provides an electronic vaporization device, the electronic vaporization device including a vaporization body, the vaporization body including a heating pot used for heating and vaporizing an aerosol-generating substrate, a vaporization seat used for accommodating the heating pot, and a power supply device configured to supply electrical energy to the heating pot, the vaporization seat including an electrode device electrically connecting the heating pot and the power supply device, where the heating pot is detachably embedded in the vaporization seat and is detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.
- In some embodiments, the heating pot includes a cylindrical pot body and a heating element arranged on an outer surface of the pot body, the heating element includes an electrode portion being detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.
- In some embodiments, the heating element includes at least one heating circuit and at least two electrode portions arranged at two ends of the at least one heating circuit, and the at least two electrode portions are detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.
- In some embodiments, the heating element includes an infrared radiating coating formed on the outer surface of the pot body or an electric heating wire arranged on the outer surface of the pot body.
- In some embodiments, the pot body is made of a quartz material.
- In some embodiments, the heating pot includes a pot bottom detachably arranged in a lower end opening of the pot body.
- In some embodiments, the pot bottom includes a sheet-shaped body portion and a plurality of elastic arm portions; the body portion includes at least one first air inlet hole; and the arm portions are distributed on a circumference of the body portion at intervals and protrude radially outward and downward.
- In some embodiments, the heating pot includes a soft sealing seat detachably sealed in the lower end opening of the pot body and supporting the pot bottom, the sealing seat includes a second air inlet hole running through longitudinally, and the second air inlet hole is in communication with the at least one first air inlet hole.
- In some embodiments, the vaporization seat includes a thermal insulation device, the thermal insulation device includes a first bottom wall and a cylindrical first side wall connected to the first bottom wall, and the heating pot is detachably embedded in the thermal insulation device in an axial direction; and the thermal insulation device further includes a first opening, and the electrode device is detachably electrically connected to the heating pot through the first opening.
- In some embodiments, the first opening is formed at a joint portion of the first bottom wall and the first side wall.
- In some embodiments, the vaporization seat further includes a fixing device, the fixing device includes a second bottom wall and a cylindrical second side wall connected to the second bottom wall, and the heating pot is embedded in the fixing device in the axial direction; and the fixing device further includes a second opening corresponding to the first opening, and the electrode device is detachably electrically connected to the heating pot through the second opening and the first opening in sequence.
- In some embodiments, the thermal insulation device includes an embedded portion arranged on an upper surface of the first bottom wall, the embedded portion is detachably embedded in a lower end of the heating pot and includes a third air inlet hole running through longitudinally, and the third air inlet hole is in communication with an inner cavity of the heating pot; the thermal insulation device includes a flange arranged on an outer wall surface of the first side wall and close to an upper end opening, and the flange is erected on an upper end surface of the second side wall; and an interval is formed between a lower surface of the first bottom wall and an upper surface of the second bottom wall, and the interval communicates the third air inlet hole and the second opening.
- In some embodiments, the second opening is formed at a joint portion of the second bottom wall and the second side wall.
- In some embodiments, the fixing device further includes an electrode fixing portion arranged on an outer wall surface of the second side wall, and the electrode device is mounted on the electrode fixing portion.
- In some embodiments, the electrode device includes at least one electrode, and the at least one electrode is electrically connected to the power supply device and is elastic; the at least one electrode includes a fixing portion fixed on the electrode fixing portion, a contact portion, and a connecting portion connecting the fixing portion and the contact portion; and the contact portion is in elastic contact with the heating pot through the second opening and the first opening in sequence to implement a detachable electrical connection between the electrode device and the heating pot.
- In some embodiments, the at least one electrode is integrally formed with a metal elastic sheet, and the connecting portion has a V shape.
- In some embodiments, the electrode fixing portion has an arc strip shape and is horizontally wound around an outer wall surface of the first side wall; and the electrode fixing portion is located on an upper side of the second opening, and the fixing portion of the at least one electrode is fixed on a lower surface of the electrode fixing portion.
- Beneficial effects of the present disclosure are as follows: a heating pot is detachably electrically connected to an electrode device to allow quick disassembly and assembly of the heating pot, so that the heating pot can be conveniently disassembled for cleaning.
- In order to have a clearer understanding of the technical features, the objectives, and the effects of the present disclosure, specific implementations of the present disclosure are now illustrated in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
-
FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 show anelectronic vaporization device 1 according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Theelectronic vaporization device 1 may be used for heating an aerosol-generating substrate such as herb leaves, tobacco paste, shag or the like, to generate an aerosol for a user to inhale. As shown in the figure, theelectronic vaporization device 1 may have a columnar shape and may include acolumnar vaporization body 10 and asuction nozzle assembly 20 detachably connected to an end of thevaporization body 10 in an axial direction. Thevaporization body 10 is used for heating an aerosol-generating substrate to generate an aerosol and introducing air to take out the aerosol. Thesuction nozzle assembly 20 is used for guiding a mixture of the air and the aerosol generated by thevaporization body 10 out for the user to inhale. - As shown in
FIG. 2 andFIG. 4 , thevaporization body 10 includes acylindrical housing 11, afixing device 12 mounted in thecylindrical housing 11, athermal insulation device 13, aheating pot 14, anelectrode device 15, amain control board 16, amicrophone assembly 17, and apower supply device 18. Thehousing 11 is used as a carrier for electronic components of thevaporization body 10 and protects the electronic components located therein. Thefixing device 12 is configured to carry thethermal insulation device 13, theheating pot 14, and theelectrode device 15. Thethermal insulation device 13 is arranged in thefixing device 12, and is configured to accommodate theheating pot 14 to prevent excessive heat released by theheating pot 14 from being transferred to surrounding electronic components. Theheating pot 14 is arranged in thethermal insulation device 13 and is used for heating an aerosol-generating substrate to generate an aerosol. Theelectrode device 15 is mounted on thefixing device 12 and is respectively electrically connected to thepower supply device 18 and themain control board 16 to detachably electrically connect theheating pot 14 and thepower supply device 18. Themain control board 16 is configured to control the operation of theentire vaporization body 10. Themicrophone assembly 17 is electrically connected to themain control board 16 to turn on thepower supply device 18 upon the suction and passage of air. - Referring to
FIG. 5 andFIG. 6 together, in some embodiments, theheating pot 14 may be detachably embedded in thethermal insulation device 13 in the axial direction, to facilitate the removal of dirt in theheating pot 14 or the replacement of theheating pot 14. In some embodiments, theheating pot 14 is further detachably electrically connected to theelectrode device 15, so that theheating pot 14 can be quickly electrically connected during frequent disassembly and assembly. - Referring to
FIG. 7 together, in some embodiments, theheating pot 14 may have a cylindrical shape, and may include acylindrical pot body 141, apot bottom 142 detachably arranged in a lower end opening of thepot body 141, a sealingseat 143 for detachably fixing thepot bottom 142 on thepot body 141, and a sealingmember 144 detachably sleeved on an upper end opening of thepot body 141. In some embodiments, thepot body 141 may be made of a cylindrical quartz material. A heating element 145 (as shown inFIG. 8 ) is arranged on an outer surface of thepot body 141. In some embodiments, theheating element 145 may be an infrared radiating coating printed on the outer surface of thepot body 141 and/or an electric heating wire arranged on the outer surface of thepot body 141. The electric heating wire here can be replaced by other heating film layers. In some embodiments, thepot bottom 142 may be an integrally formed metal elastic sheet, and include a sheet-shapedbody portion 1421 and a plurality ofelastic arm portions 1422. Thearm portions 1422 are distributed on a circumference of thebody portion 1421 at intervals and protrude radially outward and downward. Thebody portion 1421 is provided with a plurality of air inlet holes 1420 running through vertically. It may be understood that, thepot body 141 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and in some embodiments, may have another shape such as a square cylinder shape or an elliptical cylinder shape. - In some embodiments, the sealing
seat 143 may be made of a high temperature resistant and non-toxic soft material such as silicone, and may include acylindrical body 1431 and aflange 1432 formed on an outer wall surface of a lower end of thecylindrical body 1431. An outer diameter of thecylindrical body 1431 is adapted to an inner diameter of a lower end of thepot body 141, so that thecylindrical body 1431 can be tightly plugged on the lower end of thepot body 141. Thepot bottom 142 is sleeved on thecylindrical body 1431, and thearm portions 1422 are distributed around thecylindrical body 1431. Theflange 1432 is used for abutting against a lower end surface of thepot body 141. Thecylindrical body 1431 defines an axial air inlet hole 1430. - In some embodiments, the sealing
member 144 may be made of a high temperature resistant and non-toxic soft material such as silicone, and include anannular body 1441 and a pair of limitingportions 1442 formed on two opposite sides of an outer wall surface at an upper end of theannular body 1441. Theannular body 1441 is tightly sleeved at an upper end of thepot body 141, and the pair of limitingportions 1442 are used for limiting a relative position of theheating pot 14 in thethermal insulation device 13, so that theelectrode portions pot body 141 can be better aligned with theelectrode device 15. - As shown in
FIG. 8 , in some embodiments, theheating element 145 may include afirst electrode portion 1451, asecond electrode portion 1452, a third electrode portion 1453, afirst heating circuit 1454 connected between thefirst electrode portion 1451 and the third electrode portion 1453, and asecond heating circuit 1455 connected between thesecond electrode portion 1452 and the third electrode portion 1453. Thefirst electrode portion 1451 and thesecond electrode portion 1452 are used for being electrically connected to one of a positive electrode and a negative electrode of thepower supply device 18, and the third electrode portion 1453 is used for being electrically connected to the other of the positive and negative electrodes of thepower supply device 18. It may be understood that, theheating element 145 is not limited to being provided with two heating circuits, and may be provided with only one heating circuit. When theheating element 145 is provided with only one heating circuit, the pot body may be provided with only two electrode portions. Theheating element 145 may include more than two heating circuits, and correspondingly, a quantity of the electrode portions of the pot body may be increased. - As shown in
FIG. 9 , in some embodiments, thehousing 11 includes a lower housing 111, aholder 112 integrally combined with the lower housing 111, and anupper housing 113 detachably sleeved on theholder 112. One end of theholder 112 away from the lower housing 111 is provided with a horizontally arrangedend cap 1121. Theend cap 1121 includes a throughhole 1120 running through vertically for embedding theheating pot 14 and a pair of limitinggrooves 1120 formed on a top surface of theend cap 1121. The pair of limitinggrooves 1120 are in communication with the throughhole 1120 for embedding the limitingportions 1442 of the sealingmember 144 of theheating pot 14 respectively, to limit a relative position of theheating pot 14 relative to theholder 112. - In some embodiments, the fixing
device 12, thethermal insulation device 13, and theelectrode device 15 are combined to form a vaporization seat for accommodating theheating pot 14. In some embodiments, the vaporization seat may be laterally mounted on theholder 112 and located on a lower side of theend cap 1121. Thethermal insulation device 13 may be clamped and fixed by the fixingdevice 12 and theend cap 1121. In some embodiments, theupper housing 113 may have a cylindrical shape and may be provided with a plurality of air inlet holes 1130 to allow external air to enter thehousing 11. - Referring to 10 to
FIG. 13 together, the fixingdevice 12 may have a cylindrical shape in some embodiments, and include a planarbottom wall 121, acylindrical side wall 122 integrally connected to a circumference of thebottom wall 121, a pair of fixinglugs 123 integrally connected to an outer surface of theside wall 122, and anelectrode fixing portion 124 integrally connected to the outer surface of theside wall 122. A joint portion of thebottom wall 121 and theside wall 122 may be formed with anopening 120 in some embodiments. Theopening 120 is used for allowing the extension of anelectrode 151 of theelectrode device 15 and the entry of external air. The pair of fixinglugs 123 are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of a side of theside wall 122 close to theholder 112, and are fixedly connected to theholder 112 by fasteners such as screws. In some embodiments, theelectrode fixing portion 124 may have an arc strip shape and may be horizontally arranged on an outer wall surface of theside wall 122 and located on an upper side of theopening 120. In some embodiments, theelectrode fixing portion 124 may include three fixingholes 1240 running through vertically, and fix theelectrode device 15 on a lower side of theelectrode fixing portion 124 through fasteners such as screws. It may be understood that, theelectrode fixing portion 124 is not limited to being integrally formed on theside wall 122, and may be detachably mounted on theside wall 122 in some embodiments. - In some embodiments, the
thermal insulation device 13 may have a cylindrical shape, and may include abottom wall 131, acylindrical side wall 132 integrally connected to a circumference of thebottom wall 131, an embeddedportion 133 integrally connected to an upper surface of thebottom wall 131, and aflange 134 formed on an outer wall surface of theside wall 132 and close to the upper end opening. In some embodiments, anopening 130 may be formed at a joint portion of thebottom wall 131 and theside wall 132, and theopening 130 is directly opposite to theopening 120 of the fixingdevice 12, so that theelectrode 151 of theelectrode device 15 may pass through theopening 120 and theopening 130 in sequence and extend into an inner cavity of thethermal insulation device 13 to be in electrical contact with theheating pot 14 arranged in thethermal insulation device 13. A middle portion of thebottom wall 131 is provided with oneair inlet hole 1310 running through vertically. The embeddedportion 133 is used for embedding the sealingseat 143 of theheating pot 14 and is provided with oneair inlet hole 1330 running through longitudinally. Theair inlet hole 1330 is in communication with theair inlet hole 1310 of thebottom wall 131. Theflange 134 is erected on an upper end surface of theside wall 122 of the fixingdevice 12, so that a lower end of thethermal insulation device 13 is suspended from the fixingdevice 12. An interval is formed between a lower surface of thebottom wall 131 of thethermal insulation device 13 and an upper surface of thebottom wall 121 of the fixingdevice 12, to form an air inlet channel connecting theair inlet hole 1330 and theopening 120 of the fixingdevice 12. - The
electrode device 15 includes threeelectrodes 151 in some embodiments. The threeelectrodes 151 are respectively used for being electrically connected to thefirst electrode portion 1451, thesecond electrode portion 1452, and the third electrode portion 1453 of theheating pot 14. Eachelectrode 151 may be integrally formed by a longitudinal metal elastic sheet, and may include a plate-shapedfixing portion 1511 fixed to a bottom surface of theelectrode fixing portion 124 of the fixingdevice 12, a contact portion 1513 for elastically contacting theheating pot 14, and a connectingportion 1512 used for connecting the fixingportion 1511 and the contact portion 1513, and the connectingportion 1512 has a V shape in some embodiments, so as to increase an elastic deformation stroke of the contact portion 1513. - As shown in
FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 , in some embodiments, thesuction nozzle assembly 20 may include asuction nozzle holder 21 with anair guide channel 210, a bowl-shapedair guide member 22 protruding from a bottom of thesuction nozzle holder 21, and a suction nozzle 23 rotatably connected to a top of thesuction nozzle holder 21. The suction nozzle 23 includes an air guide channel 230 in communication with theair guide channel 210. In some embodiments, theair guide member 22 may include abottom wall 221 and aside wall 222 integrally combined with a circumference of thebottom wall 221. A lower end of theair guide member 22 may be embedded in the sealingmember 144 of theheating pot 14, to air-tightly communicate an inner cavity of theheating pot 14 and theair guide channel 210 of thesuction nozzle holder 21. Thebottom wall 221 of theair guide member 22 is provided with a plurality of air inlet holes 220 running through vertically. An upper end of theside wall 222 is fixed on a bottom wall of thesuction nozzle holder 21. - It may be understood that, the foregoing technical features can be used in any combination without limitation.

Claims (18)
1. An electronic vaporization device, comprising:
a vaporization body comprising a heating pot configured to heat and vaporize an aerosol-generating substrate;
a vaporization seat configured to accommodate the heating pot; and
a power supply device configured to supply electrical energy to the heating pot,
wherein the vaporization seat comprising an electrode device electrically connecting the heating pot and the power supply device, and
wherein the heating pot is detachably embedded in the vaporization seat and is detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.
2. The electronic vaporization device of claim 1 , wherein the heating pot comprises a cylindrical pot body and a heating element arranged on an outer surface of the pot body, and
wherein the heating element comprises an electrode portion detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.
3. The electronic vaporization device of claim 2 , wherein the heating element comprises at least one heating circuit and at least two electrode portions arranged at two ends of the at least one heating circuit, and
wherein the at least two electrode portions are detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.
4. The electronic vaporization device of claim 2 , wherein the heating element comprises an infrared radiating coating formed on the outer surface of the pot body and/or an electric heating wire arranged on the outer surface of the pot body.
5. The electronic vaporization device of claim 2 , wherein the pot body comprises a quartz material.
6. The electronic vaporization device of claim 2 , wherein the heating pot comprises a pot bottom detachably arranged in a lower end opening of the pot body.
7. The electronic vaporization device of claim 6 , wherein the pot bottom comprises a sheet-shaped body portion and a plurality of elastic arm portions,
wherein the body portion comprises at least one first air inlet hole, and
wherein the arm portions are distributed on a circumference of the body portion at intervals and protrude radially outward and/or downward.
8. The electronic vaporization device of claim 7 , wherein the heating pot comprises a sealing seat detachably sealed in the lower end opening of the pot body and supporting the pot bottom,
wherein the sealing seat comprises a second air inlet hole running through longitudinally, and
wherein the second air inlet hole is in communication with the at least one first air inlet hole.
9. The electronic vaporization device of claim 1 , wherein the vaporization seat comprises a thermal insulation device comprising a first bottom wall and a cylindrical first side wall connected to the first bottom wall,
wherein the heating pot is detachably embedded in the thermal insulation device in an axial direction,
wherein the thermal insulation device further comprises a first opening, and
wherein the electrode device is detachably electrically connected to the heating pot through the first opening.
10. The electronic vaporization device of claim 9 , wherein the first opening is formed at a joint portion of the first bottom wall and the first side wall.
11. The electronic vaporization device of claim 9 , wherein the vaporization seat further comprises a fixing device comprising a second bottom wall and a cylindrical second side wall connected to the second bottom wall,
wherein the heating pot is embedded in the fixing device in an axial direction,
wherein the fixing device further comprises a second opening corresponding to the first opening, and
wherein the electrode device is detachably electrically connected to the heating pot through the second opening and the first opening in sequence.
12. The electronic vaporization device of claim 11 , wherein the thermal insulation device comprises an embedded portion arranged on an upper surface of the first bottom wall, the embedded portion being detachably embedded in a lower end of the heating pot and comprising a third air inlet hole running through longitudinally, the third air inlet hole being in communication with an inner cavity of the heating pot,
wherein the thermal insulation device comprises a flange arranged on an outer wall surface of the first side wall and close to an upper end opening, the being is erected on an upper end surface of the second side wall, and
wherein an interval is formed between a lower surface of the first bottom wall and an upper surface of the second bottom wall, the interval communicating the third air inlet hole and the second opening.
13. The electronic vaporization device of claim 11 , wherein the second opening is formed at a joint portion of the second bottom wall and the second side wall.
14. The electronic vaporization device of claim 11 , wherein the fixing device further comprises an electrode fixing portion arranged on an outer wall surface of the second side wall, and
wherein the electrode device is mounted on the electrode fixing portion.
15. The electronic vaporization device of claim 11 , wherein the electrode device comprises at least one electrode, the at least one electrode being electrically connected to the power supply device and elastic,
wherein the at least one electrode comprises a fixing portion fixed on the electrode fixing portion, a contact portion, and a connecting portion connecting the fixing portion and the contact portion, and
wherein the contact portion is in elastic contact with the heating pot through the second opening and the first opening in sequence to implement a detachable electrical connection between the electrode device and the heating pot.
16. The electronic vaporization device of claim 15 , wherein the at least one electrode comprises a metal elastic sheet integrally formed, and the connecting portion has a V shape.
17. The electronic vaporization device of claim 15 , wherein the electrode fixing portion has an arc strip shape and is horizontally wound around an outer wall surface of the first side wall, and
wherein the electrode fixing portion is located on an upper side of the second opening, and the fixing portion of the at least one electrode is fixed on a lower surface of the electrode fixing portion.
18. The electronic vaporization device of claim 1 , further comprising:
a suction nozzle assembly detachably connected to the vaporization body and in communication with the heating pot in an air guide manner.
