Abstract
The present disclosure relates to an electronic vaporization device, including a vaporization body including a heating pot configured to heat and vaporize an aerosol-generating substrate, a vaporization seat configured to accommodate the heating pot, and a power supply device configured to supply electrical energy to the heating pot. The vaporization seat includes an electrode device electrically connecting the heating pot and the power supply device, and the heating pot is detachably embedded in the vaporization seat and is detachably electrically connected to the electrode device. In the present disclosure, the heating pot is detachably electrically connected to the electrode device to allow quick disassembly and assembly of the heating pot, so that the heating pot can be conveniently disassembled for cleaning.

[0002] When a baking-type electronic vaporization device is operating, an aerosol-generating substrate (such as herb leaves, tobacco paste, shag, and other vaporization medium) filled in a heating pot is heated to generate vapor. A user sucks on a suction nozzle, and external air is drawn into the electronic vaporization device and passes through the heating pot to drive an aerosol into the user's mouth. Some dirt may be stuck to the heating pot after repeated use, and the user needs to clean the heating pot. The heating pot in the related art is usually fixedly connected to a power supply device, resulting in very inconvenient cleaning.

[0003] The technical problem to be resolved by the present disclosure is to provide an improved electronic vaporization device in view of the foregoing deficiencies in the related art.
[0004] To resolve the foregoing technical problem, the technical solutions adopted by the present disclosure is to provide an electronic vaporization device, the electronic vaporization device including a vaporization body that includes a heating pot configured to heat and vaporize an aerosol-generating substrate, a vaporization seat configured to accommodate the heating pot, and a power supply device configured to supply electrical energy to the heating pot, wherein the vaporization seat includes an electrode device electrically connecting the heating pot and the power supply device, and the heating pot is detachably embedded in the vaporization seat and is detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.

[0036] In order to have a clearer understanding of the technical features, the objectives, and the effects of the present disclosure, specific implementations of the present disclosure are now illustrated in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0037] FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 show an electronic vaporization device 1 according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The electronic vaporization device 1 may be used for heating an aerosol-generating substrate such as herb leaves, tobacco paste, shag or the like, to generate an aerosol for a user to inhale. As shown in the figure, the electronic vaporization device 1 may have a columnar shape and may include a columnar vaporization body 10 and a suction nozzle assembly 20 detachably connected to an end of the vaporization body 10 in an axial direction. The vaporization body 10 is used for heating an aerosol-generating substrate to generate an aerosol and introducing air to take out the aerosol. The suction nozzle assembly 20 is used for guiding a mixture of the air and the aerosol generated by the vaporization body 10 out for the user to inhale.
[0038] As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the vaporization body 10 includes a cylindrical housing 11, a fixing device 12 mounted in the cylindrical housing 11, a thermal insulation device 13, a heating pot 14, an electrode device 15, a main control board 16, a microphone assembly 17, and a power supply device 18. The air inlet hole 1330 is in communication with the air inlet hole 1310 of the bottom wall 131.
The flange 134 is erected on an upper end surface of the side wall 122 of the fixing device 12, so that a lower end of the thermal insulation device 13 is suspended from the fixing device 12. An interval is formed between a lower surface of the bottom wall 131 of the thermal insulation device 13 and an upper surface of the bottom wall 121 of the fixing device 12, to form an air inlet channel connecting the air inlet hole 1330 and the opening 120 of the fixing device 12.

[0049] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, in some embodiments, the suction nozzle assembly 20 may include a suction nozzle holder 21 with an air guide channel 210, a bowl-shaped air guide member 22 protruding from a bottom of the suction nozzle holder 21, and a suction nozzle 23 rotatably connected to a top of the suction nozzle holder 21. The suction nozzle 23 includes an air guide channel 230 in communication with the air guide channel 210. A lower end of the air guide member 22 may be embedded in the sealing member 144 of the heating pot 14, to air-tightly communicate an inner cavity of the heating pot 14 and the air guide channel 210 of the suction nozzle holder 21. The bottom wall 221 of the air guide member 22 is provided with a plurality of air inlet holes 220 running through vertically. An upper end of the side wall 222 is fixed on a bottom wall of the suction nozzle holder 21.

Claims (18)
1. An electronic vaporization device, comprising:
a vaporization body comprising a heating pot configured to heat and vaporize an aerosol-generating substrate;
a vaporization seat configured to accommodate the heating pot; and a power supply device configured to supply electrical energy to the heating pot, wherein the vaporization seat comprises an electrode device electrically connecting the heating pot and the power supply device, and wherein the heating pot is detachably embedded in the vaporization seat and is detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.
a vaporization body comprising a heating pot configured to heat and vaporize an aerosol-generating substrate;
a vaporization seat configured to accommodate the heating pot; and a power supply device configured to supply electrical energy to the heating pot, wherein the vaporization seat comprises an electrode device electrically connecting the heating pot and the power supply device, and wherein the heating pot is detachably embedded in the vaporization seat and is detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.
2. The electronic vaporization device of claim 1, wherein the heating pot comprises a pot body that is cylindrical and a heating element arranged on an outer surface of the pot body, and wherein the heating element comprises an electrode portion detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.
3. The electronic vaporization device of claim 2, wherein the heating element comprises at least one heating circuit and at least two electrode portions arranged at two ends of the at least one heating circuit, and wherein the at least two electrode portions are detachably electrically connected to the electrode device.
4. The electronic vaporization device of claim 2, wherein the heating element comprises an infrared radiating coating formed on the outer surface of the pot body and/or an electric heating wire arranged on the outer surface of the pot body.
5. The electronic vaporization device of claim 2, wherein the pot body comprises a quartz material.
6. The electronic vaporization device of claim 2, wherein the heating pot comprises a pot bottom detachably arranged in a lower end opening of the pot body.
7. The electronic vaporization device of claim 6, wherein the pot bottom comprises a sheet-shaped body portion and a plurality of elastic arm portions, wherein the body portion comprises at least one first air inlet hole, and wherein the arm portions are distributed on a circumference of the body portion at intervals and protrude radially outward and/or downward.
8. The electronic vaporization device of claim 7, wherein the heating pot comprises a sealing seat detachably sealed in the lower end opening of the pot body and supporting the pot bottom, wherein the sealing seat comprises a second air inlet hole running through longitudinally, and wherein the second air inlet hole is in communication with the at least one first air inlet hole.
9. The electronic vaporization device of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the vaporization seat comprises a thermal insulation device comprising a first bottom wall and a cylindrical first side wall connected to the first bottom wall, wherein the heating pot is detachably embedded in the thermal insulation device in an axial direction, wherein the thermal insulation device further comprises a first opening, and wherein the electrode device is detachably electrically connected to the heating pot through the first opening.
10. The electronic vaporization device of claim 9, wherein the first opening is formed at a joint portion of the first bottom wall and the first side wall.
11. The electronic vaporization device of claim 9, wherein the vaporization seat further comprises a fixing device comprising a second bottom wall and a cylindrical second side wall connected to the second bottom wall, wherein the heating pot is embedded in the fixing device in an axial direction, wherein the fixing device further comprises a second opening corresponding to the first opening, and wherein the electrode device is detachably electrically connected to the heating pot through the second opening and the first opening in sequence.
12. The electronic vaporization device of claim 11, wherein the thermal insulation device comprises an embedded portion arranged on an upper surface of the first bottom wall, wherein the embedded portion is detachably embedded in a lower end of the heating pot and comprises a third air inlet hole running through longitudinally and in communication with an inner cavity of the heating pot, wherein the thermal insulation device comprises a flange arranged on an outer wall surface of the first side wall and close to an upper end opening, wherein the flange is erected on an upper end surface of the second side wall, and wherein an interval communicating the third air inlet hole and the second opening is formed between a lower surface of the first bottom wall and an upper surface of the second bottom wall.
13. The electronic vaporization device of claim 11, wherein the second opening is formed at a joint portion of the second bottom wall and the second side wall.
14. The electronic vaporization device of claim 11, wherein the fixing device further comprises an electrode fixing portion arranged on an outer wall surface of the second side wall, and wherein the electrode device is mounted on the electrode fixing portion.
15. The electronic vaporization device of claim 14, wherein the electrode device comprises at least one electrode that is electrically connected to the power supply device and is elastic, wherein the at least one electrode comprises a fixing portion fixed on the electrode fixing portion, a contact portion, and a connecting portion connecting the fixing portion and the contact portion, and wherein the contact portion is in elastic contact with the heating pot through the second opening and the first opening in sequence to implement a detachable electrical connection between the electrode device and the heating pot.
16. The electronic vaporization device of claim 15, wherein the at least one electrode comprises a metal elastic sheet integrally formed, and the connecting portion has a V shape.
17. The electronic vaporization device of claim 15, wherein the electrode fixing portion has an arc strip shape and is horizontally wound around an outer wall surface of the first side wall, and wherein the electrode fixing portion is located on an upper side of the second opening, and the fixing portion of the at least one electrode is fixed on a lower surface of the electrode fixing portion.
18. The electronic vaporization device of any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising:
a suction nozzle assembly detachably connected to the vaporization body and in communication with the heating pot.
