雾化组件、雾化器及电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种雾化组件、雾化器及电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟包括雾化器,而雾化器的核心部件是雾化组件,雾化组件内设有用于导入烟液的吸液件以及在电源装置驱动下加热烟液的发热件。高温作用下,发热件会老化,致使其发热能力降低且容易折断;吸液件一般为棉花,在高温下容易发生焦化现象。因此,发热件和吸液件都是消耗品。如果整体更换雾化组件,会造成雾化组件内可重复使用部件的浪费。而传统的发热件为机绕式,雾化组件为一次性产品,无法更换或很难更换其中的吸液件以及发热件。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种能够快速更换发热件及吸液件的雾化器及其电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所要采用的一种技术方案是:一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括雾化组件以及套设于雾化组件下部的进气环,所述雾化组件包括安装座、吸液件和发热件,所述安装座包括容纳部,所述容纳部上凹设有安装部,所述进气环可拆卸地套设于所述容纳部上,所述安装部的槽壁以及所述进气环的内壁之间形成雾化腔,所述吸液件和所述发热件可拆卸地安装于所述安装部上。

本发明的雾化器或电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
(1)收容于雾化腔内的吸液件以及发热件可拆卸地安装在安装部的底壁上,实现了快速更换吸液件和发热件的功能,结构简单,操作方便。
(2)储液组件内设有与雾化腔连通的储液腔,能够储存烟液,避免了用户使用过程中频繁加注烟液的麻烦。
本发明解决其技术问题所要采用的另一种技术方案是:一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括外壳、可拆卸地安装于所述外壳下端的底座组件以及收容于所述外壳内的雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括吸液件和至少两个发热件,所述至少两个发热件设置在所述底座组件上,所述至少两个发热件之间构成至少一个安装槽,所述吸液件可拆卸地插设在所述至少一个安装槽内。
进一步地,所述底座组件包括可拆卸地收容于所述外壳底部的安装座,所述安装座的上表面与所述外壳的内壁之间的空间形成雾化腔,所述发热件的个数是两个,所述两个发热件均呈片状,所述两个发热件可拆卸地相对设置在所述安装座的上表面上。
进一步地,所述底座组件还包括设于所述安装座上表面的第二电极和第三电极,所述第二电极和所述第三电极相对设置,且所述第二电极和所述第三电极被夹持在所述两个发热件之间,所述第二电极和所述第三电极分别与所述两个发热件的对应端可拆卸地连接,所述两个发热件、所述第二电极以及所述第 三电极共同围合形成所述安装槽。
进一步地,所述第二电极上开设有至少一个第二安装孔,所述第三电极上开设有至少一个第三安装孔,所述至少一个第二安装孔和所述至少一个第三安装孔分别与所述两个发热件的对应端通过紧固件可拆卸地连接。

本发明解决其技术问题所要采用的还有一种技术方案是:一种雾化组件,用于安装在电子烟的雾化器上,所述雾化组件包括安装座、吸液件、发热件以及固定件,所述安装座包括主体部以及间隔凸设在所述主体部同一表面上的第二电极和第三电极,所述第二电极和所述第三电极均依次穿过所述吸液件和所述发热件后与所述固定件可拆卸地连接。
进一步地,所述第二电极和所述第三电极分别间隔凸设在所述主体部的顶面上,所述吸液件包括与所述主体部的顶面贴合的第一下表面、与所述第一下表面相对设置的第一上表面以及贯穿所述第一下表面和所述第一上表面的二收容孔,所述发热件包括能与所述第一上表面贴合的第二下表面、与所述第二下表面相对设置的第二上表面以及贯穿所述第二下表面和所述第二上表面的二穿孔,所述第二电极和所述第三电极均依次穿过对应的所述收容孔和所述穿孔后 与所述固定件可拆卸地连接。

现在结合附图对本发明作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
实施例一
请参阅图1、图2和图5,本发明提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括雾化器100以及安装于雾化器100下端的电源装置(图未示出)。雾化器100包括雾化组件10、套设于雾化组件10下部的进气环20以及套设于雾化组件10上部的储液组件30。
雾化组件10包括安装座11、可拆卸地安装于安装座11上的吸液件12和发热件13以及设于安装座11上的传导机构14。
安装座11包括容纳部111、凸设于容纳部111上端的出气部112以及凸设于容纳部111下端的第一连接部113。本发明的实施方式中,容纳部111、出气部112和第一连接部113一体成型。
请同时参阅图4和图6,容纳部111大致呈圆柱体结构,容纳部111上沿轴向开设有贯穿容纳部111上端面的第一进液槽1112,容纳部111的侧壁上向内凹设有安装部1111,安装部1111的底壁1119上开设有进液孔1114,安装部1111和第一进液槽1112经由进液孔1114连通。
容纳部111下端面开设有与安装部1111连通的第一进气孔1115。容纳部111上端面的周侧沿容纳部111周向向外侧伸有凸缘1116,容纳部111上端面还沿容纳部111轴向向上凸设有固定环1117,固定环1117大致呈圆环状,固定环1117与容纳部111同轴设置。
请同时参阅图3,出气部112大致呈圆柱体结构,出气部112设于容纳部111上端面的中心处,出气部112、固定环1117以及容纳部111三者同轴设置,且出气部112的外径小于固定环1117的内径,固定环1117的外径小于或等于容纳部111的直径。出气部112内部沿出气部112的轴向开设有与安装部1111连通的出气通道1121,出气部112上远离容纳部111的一端开设有第一外螺纹1122。第一进液槽1112贯穿容纳部111位于出气部112和固定环1117之间的上端面。
第一连接部113大致呈圆柱体结构,第一连接部113设于容纳部111下端面的中心处,第一连接部113的内部沿第一连接部113的轴向开设有与安装部1111连通的第一安装孔1131,第一连接部113上远离容纳部111的一端开设有第二外螺纹1132。雾化器100通过第二外螺纹1132与电子烟的电源装置相连接。
吸液件12大致呈平板状结构,吸液件12设于安装部1111内,且吸液件12的一端面紧贴于安装部1111的底壁1119上,吸液件12与进液孔1114连通。
本发明的实施方式中,吸液件12的材质为多孔陶瓷。可以理解地,在其他实施方式中,吸液件12也可以为泡沫金属、泡沫石墨、棉花、棉布或海绵等其他多孔材料。
发热件13大致呈片状结构,发热件13紧贴于吸液件12远离安装部1111的底壁1119的端面上,且发热件13的一端可拆卸地固定连接在安装部1111上。本实施方式中的连接方式为螺钉连接,具体地,安装部1111的底壁1119上设有第一固定孔1118,发热件13的一端通过第一螺钉131与第一固定孔1118的配合可拆卸地固定连接在安装部1111上。
可以理解地,在其他的实施方式中,也可以通过卡扣、卡槽等方式连接。
本发明的实施方式中,发热件13为不锈钢发热片。为使得发热件13加热烟液产生的烟雾能够顺利从发热件13与吸液件12贴合的一面流出,发热件13上开设有至少一个透烟槽133。
请同时参阅图7,传导机构14包括第一电极141、第一绝缘件142、第二电极143以及第二绝缘件144。
第一电极141安装在第一连接部113的第一安装孔1131内,第一电极141的一端与电源装置电性连接。
第一绝缘件142固定套设于第一电极141上,第一绝缘件142的外周面与第一连接部113的第一安装孔1131的内周面紧密连接,从而实现第一电极141与第一连接部113绝缘。
第二电极143大致呈倒置的“L”形结构,第二电极143安装在安装部1111内,第二电极143的一条边固定套设于第一电极141相对电源装置的一端,且第二电极143与第一电极141相对电源装置的一端电性连接,发热件13的另一端可拆卸地固定连接在第二电极143的另一条边上。本实施方式中的连接方式为螺钉连接,具体地,第二电极143上远离第一电极141的一边开设有第二固定孔1431,发热件13的另一端通过第二螺钉132与第二固定孔1431的配合可拆卸地固定连接在第二电极143的另一条边上。
可以理解地,在其他的实施方式中,也可以为卡扣、卡槽等方式连接。
第二绝缘件144大致呈倒置的“L”形结构,第二绝缘件144设于第二电极143与容纳部111之间,从而实现第二电极143与容纳部111绝缘。
本发明的实施方式中,第一绝缘件142与第二绝缘件144由橡胶材料制成。可以理解地,第一绝缘件142与第二绝缘件144也可以由硅胶材料制成。
当电源装置与第一连接部113相连时,电源装置的正极经第一电极141和第二电极143与发热件13导通,发热件13随后经容纳部111和第一连接部113 回到电源装置的负极,至此,电路回路导通,实现发热件13在电驱动下进行加热以雾化烟液。
进气环20呈顶端具有开口的套筒状结构,进气环20可拆卸地套设于容纳部111上,且进气环20的顶端抵顶凸缘1116的下端面。安装部1111的槽壁与进气环20的内壁之间的空间形成雾化腔114,此时,吸液件12和发热件13收容在雾化腔114内。第一连接部113穿设进气环20的底壁后,进气环20的底壁与容纳部111的底部紧密贴合。
进气环20上开设有第二进气孔201。本实施方式中,第二进气孔201设置在进气环20的底壁的外周面上,且与第一进气孔1115相连通,此时,第二进气孔201、第一进气孔1115、雾化腔114以及出气通道1121相互连通。
储液组件30包括套设于固定环1117上的储液管301以及可拆卸地连接于出气部112远离容纳部111一端的顶盖302。
储液管301大致呈两端具有开口的中空管状结构,储液管301的一端套设于容纳部111的固定环1117上且支撑于凸缘1116的上端面上。请参阅图5和图6,在其中一个实施方式中,储液组件30还包括密封件303,密封件303设置在固定环1117的外周面与储液管301的内周面之间,使得储液管301与容纳部111固定连接。
顶盖302大致呈圆盘状结构,顶盖302的顶面中心处向上延伸有与顶盖302内腔连通的连通管3021,顶盖302的顶面中心处向下延伸有与连通管3021连通的第一安装管3022,第一安装管3022上开设有与出气部112的第一外螺纹1122配合的内螺纹3023,第一外螺纹1122与内螺纹3023配合连接后,连通管3021与出气通道1121连通,顶盖302的边缘处支撑于储液管301相对容纳部111的一端。
本发明的实施方式中,顶盖302上的连通管3021可直接当做烟嘴使用,用户直接通过连通管3021吸食。可以理解地,在其他的实施方式中,也可以在连通管3021上连接与连通管3021连通的连通件,用户通过该连通件进行吸食。
本发明的实施方式中,当用户抽吸电子烟时,外部的空气依次经由第二进气孔201、第一进气孔1115进入到雾化腔114内,并在雾化腔114内与生成的烟雾混合后进入出气通道1121,最终通过连通管3021进入用户口中。图6中较细箭头所指的方向即为进气方向。
可以理解地,在其他的实施方式中,容纳部111底部的第一进气孔1115可以省略,此时,进气环20上的第二进气孔201开设在进气环20的侧壁上,第二进气孔201直接与雾化腔114相连通。
储液管301的内壁与出气部112的外壁之间的空间以及固定环1117的内壁与出气部112的外壁之间的空间形成储液腔304,此时,第一进液槽1112与储液腔304连通。当需要加注烟液时,用户只需拆下顶盖302,即可向储液腔304内注入烟液。使用中,烟液流入至与储液腔304连通的第一进液槽1112内,第 一进液槽1112内的烟液通过进液孔1114被吸液件12吸收,进而被发热件13雾化成烟雾,与空气混合后被用户吸食。图6中的较粗箭头所指的方向即为烟液的流动方向。
本发明提供的一种雾化器100,需要更换吸液件12和发热件13时,用力拔下进气环20,使吸液件12与发热件13暴露在外面,卸下螺钉,将吸液件12和发热件13从容纳部111上取下即可;安装时,更换新的吸液件12和发热件13,并通过螺钉紧固,最后将进气环20套设在容纳部111上即可。与传统的雾化器结构相比,能够实现快速更换吸液件12及发热件13的目的,结构简单,操作方便。同时,本发明的雾化器100,还具有储液腔304,避免了用户频繁加注烟液的麻烦,极大提升了用户的使用体验。
本发明提供的一种电子烟,该电子烟具有上述雾化器100的全部技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器100相同的技术效果。
实施例二
请参阅图8,本实施例二的雾化器与实施例一所述的雾化器100的区别就在于:本实施例二中省略了安装部1111的底壁1119上的进液孔1114,第一进液槽1112直接与吸液件12连通。具体地,第一进液槽1112包括第一段和第二段,第一进液槽1112的第一段沿容纳部111的轴向开设,第一进液槽1112的第二段沿容纳部111的径向开设,第一进液槽1112的第一段的一端与第一进液槽1112的第二段的一端互相连通,且第一进液槽1112的第一段的另一端贯穿容纳部111的上端面与储液腔304连通,第一进液槽1112的第二段的另一端贯穿安装部1111的底壁1119与吸液件12连通。
使用时,注入储液腔114内的烟液,经由第一进液槽1112直接被吸液件12吸收,在发热件13作用下加热雾化。图8中箭头所指方向即为烟液的流动方向。与实施例一的雾化器100相比,本实施例二的雾化器100结构更加简单且易于加工。
实施例三
请参阅图9-图11,本发明提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括雾化器200以及安装于雾化器200下端的电源装置(图未示出)。雾化器200包括外壳40、可拆卸地安装于外壳40上端的烟嘴连接件50、可拆卸地安装于外壳40下端的底座组件60以及收容于外壳40内的雾化组件70。
外壳40大致呈两端具有开口的套筒状结构,外壳40的上端沿外壳40的径向向内延伸形成抵持部401,抵持部401的末端沿外壳40的轴向向下延伸形成管状的第二连接部402。
外壳40下部的侧壁上开设有两个相对设置的第三进气孔403,第三进气孔403与外壳40的内腔相连通。可以理解地,第三进气孔403还可以是一个或两个以上。
烟嘴连接件50大致呈两端具有开口的筒状结构,烟嘴连接件50的下部缩颈形成安装端501,烟嘴连接件50的缩颈部位形成缩颈端面502,安装端501可拆卸地连接于外壳40的第二连接部402上,以实现烟嘴连接件50与外壳40的内腔相连通,外壳40的抵持部401抵持于烟嘴连接件50的缩颈端面502上。
可以理解地,安装端501与第二连接部402的连接方式可以通过螺纹配合连接,也可以通过将安装端501紧密插接于第二连接部702上的方式连接。本实施方式中,安装端501通过插接的方式与第二连接部702连接,拆装简单、快捷,使用方便。
烟嘴连接件50的内部空间形成出气通道503。
本发明的实施方式中,烟嘴连接件50可直接当作烟嘴使用,用户直接通过烟嘴连接件50吸食。可以理解地,在其他实施方式中,也可以在烟嘴连接件50上连接与烟嘴连接件50连通的连通件,用户通过该连通件进行吸食。
底座组件60包括安装座61以及分别安装于安装座61上的第一电极62、第一绝缘件63、第二电极64、第二绝缘件65以及第三电极66。
安装座61大致呈圆盘状结构,安装座61可拆卸地收容于外壳40的底部,安装座61的上表面与外壳40的内壁之间的空间形成雾化腔41,雾化腔41与烟嘴连接件50的出气通道503相连通,安装座61的侧壁上一一对应第三进气孔403开设有与雾化腔41连通的第四进气孔611。
安装座61的底面中心处向下延伸有与安装座61内腔连通的第二安装管612,第一电极62通过第一绝缘件63安装在第二安装管612内,从而实现第一电极62与安装座61绝缘,第一电极62的下端与电源装置电性连接。
本发明的实施方式中,第一绝缘件63由橡胶材料制成。可以理解地,第一绝缘件63也可以由硅胶材料制成,以实现绝缘作用。
第二电极64大致呈“L”形结构,第二电极64安装于安装座61的上表面,第二电极64的横边64a可拆卸地套设于第一电极62的上端且与第一电极62电性连接,第二电极64的纵边64b上开设有至少一个第二安装孔641。本发明的实施方式中,第二安装孔641有两个。
第二绝缘件65大致呈“L”形结构,第二绝缘件65装设于安装座61与第二电极64之间,从而实现第二电极64与安装座61绝缘。
本发明的实施方式中,第二绝缘件65由橡胶材料制成。可以理解地,第二绝缘件65也可以由硅胶材料制成,以实现绝缘作用。
请同时参阅图12,第三电极66相对第二电极64的纵边64b固定设置在安装座61的上表面上,第三电极66上开设有至少一个第三安装孔661。本发明的实施方式中,第三安装孔661有两个。可以理解地,第三电极66也可以由安装座61的上表面凸设而形成。
雾化组件70包括发热件71以及吸液件72。
发热件71大致呈片状结构,发热件71的一端对应第二安装孔641开设有第三固定孔711,发热件71相对第三固定孔711的一端对应第三安装孔661开设有第四固定孔712。发热件71的一端通过紧固件(图未示出)经由第三固定孔711和第二安装孔641可拆卸地安装于第二电极64上,发热件71的另一端通过紧固件经由第四固定孔712和第三安装孔661可拆卸地安装于第三电极66上。本实施方式中,上述的紧固件为螺钉。
可以理解地,在其他的实施方式中,也可以通过卡扣、卡槽等方式将发热件71可拆卸地安装于第二电极64和第三电极66上。
本发明的实施方式中,发热件71为不锈钢发热片。为使得发热件71加热烟液产生的烟雾能够充满雾化腔41,以便于烟雾与空气充分混合,发热件71上开设有至少一个透烟槽713。
本发明的实施方式中,发热件71有两个且相对设置,第二电极64和第三电极66也相对设置且被夹持在两个发热件71之间,两个发热件71、第二电极64以及第三电极66围合形成的容腔构成安装槽714。
吸液件72大致呈平板状结构,吸液件72设置于安装槽714内,且吸液件72与发热件71紧密贴合。需要加注烟液时,只需取下烟嘴连接件50,将烟液滴加在吸液件72上即可,吸液件72具有吸附功能,能够储存一定量的烟液,满足用户一段时间内的吸食需求。
本发明的实施方式中,吸液件72的材质为多孔陶瓷。可以理解地,在其他实施方式中,吸液件72也可以为泡沫金属、泡沫石墨、棉花、棉布或海绵等其他多孔材料。
电源装置与本发明的雾化器200连接时,电源装置的正极经由第一电极62和第二电极64与发热件71导通,发热件71随后经由第三电极66和安装座61与电源装置的负极电性连接,至此,电路回路导通,实现发热件71在电驱动作用下发热以雾化烟液。
当用户抽吸电子烟时,外部的空气依次经由外壳40上的第三进气孔403、安装座61上的第四进气孔611进入到雾化腔41内,并在雾化腔41内与生成的烟雾混合后进入烟嘴连接件50的出气通道503,最终进入用户口中。具体地,图11中箭头所指的方向即为空气的流动方向。
本发明提供的一种雾化器200,需要更换发热件71和吸液件72时,拔下外壳40,使发热件71与吸液件72裸露在外面,直接从安装槽714内取出旧的吸液件72,卸下螺钉,将发热件71取下即可;安装时,更换新的发热件71,并通过螺钉紧固,再向安装槽714内插入新的吸液件72,最后将外壳40套装在安装座61上即可。本发明的雾化器200与传统的雾化器结构相比,能够实现快速更换发热件71及吸液件72的目的,结构简单,操作方便。
本发明提供的一种电子烟,该电子烟具有上述雾化器200的全部技术特征,故具有与上述雾化器200相同的技术效果。
实施例四
请参阅图13,本发明实施例四的雾化器200与实施例三的雾化器200,主要区别在于,省略了第二电极64、第三电极66、第三固定孔711以及第四固定孔712,第一电极62靠近发热件71的一端的上表面上开设有一对相对设置的插槽621,两个发热件71相对紧密插装于插槽621内。具体地,插槽621的槽底部与安装座61的上表面齐平或低于安装座61的上表面,发热件71插装在插槽621内时,如图14所示,发热件71下端位于插槽621的两侧能够抵接在安装座61的上表面上,吸液件72直接插接于两个发热件71之间构成的安装槽714内。此时,电源装置的正极经由第一电极62与发热件71电性连接,发热件71经由安装座61与电源装置的负极电性连接。
可以理解地,发热件71也可以是两个以上,只需确保发热件71之间构成至少一个供吸液件72插入的安装槽714即可。
可以理解地,当发热件71是两个以上时,发热件71的排布不同,发热件71之间构成的安装槽714的个数也不同。如,发热件71环绕同一轴线排布时,构成的安装槽714只有一个;又如,发热件71沿一直线间隔排布时,构成的安装槽714的个数比发热件71的总数少一。
更换发热件71以及吸液件72时,拔下外壳40,使发热件71与吸液件72裸露在外面,直接从安装槽714内取出旧的吸液件72,再直接将发热件71从第一电极62的插槽621上拔出;安装时,向插槽621内插入新的发热件71,再向安装槽714内插入新的吸液件72,最后将外壳40套装在安装座61上即可。本实施例四的雾化器200与实施例三的雾化器200相比,结构更加简单,操作更加方便,且易于加工。
实施例五
如图15至图17所示为本发明的一种雾化组件,用于安装在电子烟的雾化器上,包括安装座86、安装在所述安装座86上方的吸液件82、层叠设置在所述吸液件82上的发热件83、将所述吸液件82和所述发热件83一起可拆卸地固定在所述安装座86上的固定件84及与安装座86连接的套管85,所述套管85呈中空状且设有收容腔850,所述安装座86、吸液件82、发热件83均收容在所述收容腔850内。本实施例中,所述固定件84为螺钉。
安装座86包括安装吸液件82的负极座81、设在所述负极座81上的第二电极811、与所述第二电极811电性连接的第一电极813及设在所述第一电极813与所述负极座81之间且套设在第一电极813外周的第一绝缘件812。第一绝缘件812可以采用硅胶或者橡胶垫圈。第二电极811是一正极连接柱,第一电极813是一正极块。
负极座81包括主体部810、第三电极814及第二进液槽815,第三电极814 与主体部810电性连接,且第二电极811、第三电极814分别间隔凸设在主体部810的顶面816上,第二进液槽815贯穿主体部810相对设置的顶面816与底面817,且第二进液槽815与吸液件82连通。本实施例中,所示主体部810大致呈圆盘状,在主体部810圆周方向上第三电极814与第二电极811呈180度角设置,第二进液槽815设在与第二电极811和第三电极814连线垂直的方向上。第三电极814与第二电极811均成上小下大的台阶状且上端均设有与固定件84配合的螺纹。进一步地,第三电极814与第二电极811沿主体部810的径向对称设置。进一步地,第三电极814、第二电极811凸伸于顶面816上且沿主体部810的外围设置,以更好的固定且使固定达到较好的强度。其中,第三电极814是一负极连接柱。
第二电极811朝向负极座81的一端内侧开设有容置腔818,第一电极813的一端穿过顶面816收容在所述容置腔818内并与第二电极811过盈装配且电性连接在一起,第一电极813的相对的另一端穿过主体部810并凸伸在主体部810的底面817外。
吸液件82呈圆柱形,包括能与顶面816贴合的第一下表面821、与第一下表面821相对设置的第一上表面822及贯穿第一下表面821和第一上表面822的二收容孔820,第三电极814、第二电极811分别收容在其中一收容孔820内。所述二收容孔820沿吸液件82的圆周设置且所述二收容孔820的中心关于吸液件82的径向对称。
发热件83包括能与第一上表面822贴合的第二下表面830及与第二下表面830相对设置的第二上表面831。发热件83为不锈钢发热片。发热件83还包括贯穿第二下表面830和第二上表面831且与吸液件82的收容孔820对应的穿孔832及设在穿孔832旁侧的至少一个透烟槽833。负极座81的第三电极814和第二电极811穿设穿孔832。在其中一个实施方式中,至少一个透烟槽833在发热件83上呈矩阵排列设置,以保证出烟均匀。负极座81、吸液件82和发热件83自下而上依次设置。
固定件84的个数为两个,其中一个固定件84与第三电极814穿过对应的收容孔820和穿孔832的部分螺纹配合,另一个固定件84与第二电极811穿过对应的收容孔820和穿孔832的部分螺纹配合,从而将吸液件82和发热件83一起可拆卸地固定在安装座86上。
套管85为两端具有开口的中空结构,安装座86封堵套管85的其中一个开口。烟液通过第二进液槽815流入收容腔850,进而被吸液件82吸附,发热件83在电驱动下加热吸液件82吸附的烟液形成烟雾,形成的烟雾通过透烟槽833、套管85的另一个开口流出。
本发明的雾化组件包括负极座81及设在负极座81上的第三电极814和与负极座81连接配合的第二电极811,所述吸液件82通过收容孔820穿设在负极座81上,发热件83通过穿孔820穿设在负极座81上且设在吸液件82上方,吸液件82的第一下表面821与负极座81的顶面816贴合且发热件83的第二下 表面830与吸液件82的第一上表面822贴合,雾化组件通过固定件84与第三电极814、第二电极811螺纹连接,将吸液件82和发热件83固定到负极座81上,因吸液件82和发热件83都是消耗品,这样可以拆卸更换吸液件82和发热件83,不需要整体更换雾化组件,方便使用且操作简单。
本发明还包括使用前述雾化组件的雾化器。
本发明还包括使用前述雾化器的电子烟。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括雾化组件以及套设于雾化组件下部的进气环,所述雾化组件包括安装座、吸液件和发热件,所述安装座包括容纳部,所述容纳部上凹设有安装部,所述进气环可拆卸地套设于所述容纳部上,所述安装部的槽壁以及所述进气环的内壁之间形成雾化腔,所述吸液件和所述发热件可拆卸地安装于所述安装部上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述容纳部的侧壁向内凹设形成所述安装部,所述吸液件的一端面紧贴于所述安装部的底壁上,所述发热件紧贴于所述吸液件远离所述安装部的底壁的端面上,所述雾化组件还包括传导机构,所述传导机构包括安装在所述安装部上的第二电极,所述发热件的一端可拆卸地连接在所述安装部上,所述发热件的另一端可拆卸地连接在所述第二电极上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括套设于所述雾化组件上部的储液组件,所述储液组件内设有储液腔,所述容纳部上开设有连通所述储液腔和所述吸液件的第一进液槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述安装座还包括凸设于所述容纳部上端面的出气部,所述储液组件包括套设于所述出气部外的储液管,所述储液腔由所述储液管的内壁与所述出气部的外壁之间的空间形成。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述第一进液槽沿所述容纳部的轴向开设,所述第一进液槽的一端贯穿所述容纳部的上端面与所述储液腔连通,所述安装部的底壁上开设有进液孔,所述第一进液槽的另一端通过所述进液孔与所述吸液件连通,或所述第一进液槽包括第一段和第二段,所述第一进液槽的第一段沿所述容纳部的轴向开设,所述第一进液槽的第二段沿所述容纳部的径向开设,所述第一进液槽的第一段的一端与所述第一进液槽的第二段的一端互相连通,且所述第一进液槽的第一段的另一端贯穿所述容纳部的上端面与所述储液腔连通,所述第一进液槽的第二段的另一端贯穿所述安装部的底壁与所述吸液件连通。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述出气部内部沿所述出气部的轴向开设有出气通道,所述进气环的侧壁上开设有第二进气孔,所述出气通道以及所述第二进气孔均与所述雾化腔相连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述容纳部下端面开设有第一进气孔,所述第二进气孔设置在所述进气环的底壁的外周面上,所述第二进气孔通过所述第一进气孔与所述雾化腔连通。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述安装座还包括凸设于所述容纳部下端面的第一连接部,所述第一连接部穿设所述进气环的底壁后,所述进气环的底壁与所述容纳部的底部紧密贴合。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述安装部的底壁上设 有第一固定孔,所述第二电极上设有第二固定孔,所述发热件的一端通过一第一螺钉与所述第一固定孔的配合可拆卸地连接在所述安装部上,所述发热件的另一端通过一第二螺钉与所述第二固定孔的配合可拆卸地连接在所述第二电极的上。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的雾化器。
  11. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括外壳、可拆卸地安装于所述外壳下端的底座组件以及收容于所述外壳内的雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括吸液件和至少两个发热件,所述至少两个发热件设置在所述底座组件上,所述至少两个发热件之间构成至少一个安装槽,所述吸液件可拆卸地插设在所述至少一个安装槽内。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座组件包括可拆卸地收容于所述外壳底部的安装座,所述安装座的上表面与所述外壳的内壁之间的空间形成雾化腔,所述发热件的个数是两个,所述两个发热件均呈片状,所述两个发热件可拆卸地相对设置在所述安装座的上表面上。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座组件还包括设于所述安装座上表面的第二电极和第三电极,所述第二电极和所述第三电极相对设置,且所述第二电极和所述第三电极被夹持在所述两个发热件之间,所述第二电极和所述第三电极分别与所述两个发热件的对应端可拆卸地连接,所述两个发热件、所述第二电极以及所述第三电极共同围合形成所述安装槽。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述第二电极上开设有至少一个第二安装孔,所述第三电极上开设有至少一个第三安装孔,所述至少一个第二安装孔和所述至少一个第三安装孔分别与所述两个发热件的对应端通过紧固件可拆卸地连接。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座组件还包括第一电极、第一绝缘件以及第二绝缘件,所述安装座的底面向下延伸有与所述安装座内腔连通的第二安装管,所述第一电极安装在所述第二安装管内,且所述第一电极通过所述第一绝缘件与所述安装座绝缘,所述第二电极与所述第一电极电性连接,且所述第二电极通过所述第二绝缘件与所述安装座绝缘,所述第三电极与所述安装座电性连接。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述第二电极呈“L”形结构,所述第二电极的横边可拆卸地套设于所述第一电极的上端,且所述第二电极的横边与所述第一电极电性连接,所述第三电极相对所述第二电极的纵边固定设置在所述安装座的上表面上。
  17. 如权利要求12-16任一项所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述安装座的侧壁上开设有至少一个与所述雾化腔连通的第四进气孔,所述外壳下部的 侧壁上开设有与所述至少一个第四进气孔对应的第三进气孔,所述第三进气孔分别与外界以及对应的所述第四进气孔连通。
  18. 如权利要求12-16任一项所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括烟嘴连接件,所述烟嘴连接件可拆卸地安装在所述外壳的上端,所述烟嘴连接件的内部空间形成出气通道,所述出气通道与所述雾化腔相连通。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述外壳的上端沿所述外壳的径向向内延伸形成抵持部,所述抵持部的末端沿所述外壳的轴向向下延伸形成第二连接部,所述烟嘴连接件的下部缩颈形成安装部,所述烟嘴连接件的缩颈部位形成缩颈端面,所述安装部可拆卸地连接于所述第二连接部上,所述抵持部抵持于所述缩颈端面上。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求11-19中任一项所述的雾化器。
  21. 一种雾化组件,用于安装在电子烟的雾化器上,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括安装座、吸液件、发热件以及固定件,所述安装座包括主体部以及间隔凸设在所述主体部同一表面上的第二电极和第三电极,所述第二电极和所述第三电极均依次穿过所述吸液件和所述发热件后与所述固定件可拆卸地连接。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述第二电极和所述第三电极分别间隔凸设在所述主体部的顶面上,所述吸液件包括与所述主体部的顶面贴合的第一下表面、与所述第一下表面相对设置的第一上表面以及贯穿所述第一下表面和所述第一上表面的二收容孔,所述发热件包括能与所述第一上表面贴合的第二下表面、与所述第二下表面相对设置的第二上表面以及贯穿所述第二下表面和所述第二上表面的二穿孔,所述第二电极和所述第三电极均依次穿过对应的所述收容孔和所述穿孔后与所述固定件可拆卸地连接。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述安装座还包括第二进液槽,所述第二进液槽贯穿所述主体部相对设置的顶面与底面,且所述第二进液槽与所述吸液件连通。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述第二电极和所述第三电极沿所述主体部的外围设置,且所述第二电极和所述第三电极沿所述主体部的径向对称,所述第二进液槽设置在与所述第二电极和所述第三电极连线垂直的方向上。
  25. 如权利要求22-24任一项所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述安装座还包括第一电极以及第一绝缘件,所述第三电极与所述主体部电性连接,所述第二电极朝向所述主体部的一端内侧开设有容置腔,所述第一电极的一端穿过所述主体部的顶面收容在所述容置腔内并与所述第二电极电性连接,所述第一电极相对的另一端穿过所述主体部并凸伸在所述主体部的底面外,所述第一绝 缘件设置所述主体部与所述第一电极之间。
  26. 如权利要求21-24任一项所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述发热件上设有至少一个以供出烟的透烟槽。
  27. 如权利要求21-24任一项所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述固定件的个数为两个,所述第二电极和所述第三电极分别与对应的所述固定件通过螺纹可拆卸地连接。
  28. 如权利要求21-24任一项所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述发热件为不锈钢发热片。
  29. 如权利要求21-24任一项所述的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括套管,所述套管设有收容腔,所述安装座、所述吸液件以及所述发热件均收容在所述收容腔内。
  30. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括如权利要求1-9中的任一项所述的雾化组件。
  31. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括如权利要求10所述的雾化器。
