实施例一
请参阅图1-图5,本发明实施例一提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括雾化器100和与雾化器100连接的电池组件(图未示出),雾化器100包括外套管11、可拆卸地安装于外套管11上端的上盖组件12、可拆卸地安装于外套管11下端的底座组件13、收容于外套管11内的储液组件14以及可拆卸地安装于底座组件13上的雾化头15。
请参阅图2,外套管11呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,外套管11由透明或半透明材料制成,以观察储液组件14内存储烟液的余量。本实施方式中,外套管11由玻璃制成。
上盖组件12包括设于外套管11上端的上盖121和可拆卸地安装于上盖121上的烟嘴122。
上盖121大致呈中空的锥斗形,烟嘴122大致呈中空的管状结构,烟嘴122的下端通过插接的方式连接于上盖121上端的中部,且烟嘴122与上盖121相连通。
进一步地,上盖121的下端还开设有连通上盖121内腔的出气口1211。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,烟嘴122还可以通过磁性连接或螺纹连接的方式与上盖121可拆卸地连接。进一步地,烟嘴122和上盖121还可以是一体成型结构,烟嘴122是由上盖121的上端沿上盖121的轴向向上延伸而形成。
底座组件13包括底座131以及分别安装于底座131上的第一电极132、第一绝缘件133、第二电极134和第二绝缘件135。
底座131大致呈圆环状结构,底座131的下端沿底座131的轴向向下延伸形成有与底座131内腔连通的连接管1311,连接管1311通过设置螺纹与电池组件连接。第一电极132安装于连接管1311的下端,第二电极134连接于连接管1311的上端,且第一电极132的下端与电池组件电性连接,第一电极132的上端与第二电极134电性连接。
进一步地,第一绝缘件133夹设于第一电极132与连接管1311之间,第二绝缘件135夹设于第二电极134与连接管1311之间,以起到绝缘作用。
进一步地,底座131的侧壁上开设有两个相对设置的第一进气孔1312,第二电极134上开设有第二进气孔1341,该第二进气孔1341连通第二电极134的侧壁与顶部,且第二进气孔1341与第一进气孔1312相连通。可以理解地,第一进气孔1312还可以是一个或三个以上。
底座131中部的内壁上沿底座131的周向向内凸设有凸缘1313,凸缘1313的内壁上设置有第一内螺纹1314,底座131上端的内壁上设置有第二内螺纹1315。
储液组件14包括固定件141及固定安装于固定件141上端的储液管142。
固定件141大致呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,固定件141的下端设置有与第二内螺纹1315配合的第二外螺纹1411,固定件141通过螺纹配合与底座131连接,固定件141的侧壁上开设有与固定件141的内腔连通的第三出气孔1412。
外套管11的下端紧密抵持于固定件141上。
储液管142呈管状结构,储液管142的内部空间形成了用于存储烟液的储液腔1421,储液管142的下端开设有连通储液腔1421的出液口1422,出液口1422与固定件141的内腔相连通。进一步地,储液管142由玻璃材料制成,以便于用户观察烟液余量。储液管142的下端紧密套接在固定件141的上端。
进一步地,储液管142的外壁与外套管11的内壁之间的空间形成了连通第三出气孔1412的出气通道1423。
本发明实施例一的雾化器100还包括套设于储液管142上的连接件123,连接件123大致呈阶梯管状结构,连接件123的下端通过过盈配合固定连接于固定件141的上端,连接件123的上端通过螺纹与上盖121连接。可以理解地,连接件123的侧壁上开设有视窗(图未标出)或连接件123为透明材料制成,以边观察储液管142内的烟液余量。
外套管11的上端紧密抵持于连接件123上,连接件123上开设有分别与出气通道1423和出气口1211连通的通孔1231。
可以理解地,连接件123还可以省略,此时,上盖121的下端通过螺纹连接、卡接或磁性连接的方式与外套管11的上端连接。
请参阅图3,雾化头15包括雾化套管151、固定收容于雾化套管151内的雾化头座152、安装于雾化头座152内部的发热元件153和导液元件154、安装于雾化头座152下端的第三电极155和第三绝缘件156。
雾化套管151大致呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,雾化套管151下端的外壁上 设置有与第一内螺纹1314配合的第一外螺纹1511,雾化套管151通过螺纹与底座121连接,且雾化套管151的外壁与固定件141的内壁紧密贴合。
进一步地,雾化套管151的侧壁上开设有连通第三出气孔1412的第二出气孔1512。
雾化头座152大致呈下端具有开口的中空筒状结构,雾化头座152的内部空间形成雾化腔1524,雾化头座152的外壁上沿雾化头座152的轴向开设有两个相对设置的且与出液口1422连通的进液槽1521,每一个进液槽1521的槽壁上开设有一个与雾化腔1524连通的渗透孔1522。可以理解地,进液槽1521可以是一个或三个以上。
进一步地,雾化头座152的侧壁上开设有分别与第二出气孔1512与雾化腔1524连通的第一出气孔1523。
发热元件153和导液元件154相互包覆后收容于雾化腔1524内,且导液元件154紧贴渗透孔1522设置。本实施方式中,导液元件154包覆在发热元件153上。具体的,发热元件153是发热丝,导液元件154是棉花,可以理解的是,在其他未示出的实施例中,导液元件154还可以为陶瓷、纤维绳、多孔陶瓷、泡沫金属或者泡沫石墨中的一种、两种或者两种以上的组合。
第三电极155的上端与发热元件153电性连接,第三电极155的下端与第二电极134电性连接。进一步地,第三电极155的中心处开设有分别连通雾化腔1524和第二进气孔1341的第三进气孔1551。进一步地,第三绝缘件156夹设于第三电极155与雾化头座152之间,以起到绝缘作用。
下面结合附图说明本发明实施例一的雾化器100的使用过程。
请参阅图4,储液腔1421内的烟液通过出液口1422流出,依次经由进液槽1521、渗透孔1522进入至雾化腔1524内,烟液被导液元件154吸收,在发热元件153的加热作用下雾化成烟雾充满雾化腔1524,图4中箭头所示方向即为烟液的流动方向。请参阅图5,用户抽吸时,外部空气从第一进气孔1312进入,依次经由第二进气孔1341、第三进气孔1551进入至雾化腔1524内并与雾化形成的烟雾混合,带有烟雾的空气依次经由第一出气孔1523、第二出气孔1512、第三出气孔1412、出气通道1423、通孔1231、出气口1211、上盖121及烟嘴122到达至用户口中,图5中箭头所示方向即为气流的流动方向。
另外,拆卸上盖121,便可取出储液管142,方便更换储液管142或注入烟液;拆卸底座131,便可方便更换雾化头15,操作便捷。
本发明实施例一的雾化器100由雾化头15的上部进液,而由雾化头15的两侧出气,当雾化头15内吸收的烟液因雾化不充而分产生炸油时,雾化头15上方的储液管142能够起到阻挡作用,细小的烟液颗粒只能从雾化头15的两侧出去,避免了烟液从雾化头15的上部出去而直接进入用户口中的情况。
本发明实施例一提供的电子烟,该电子烟具有雾化器100全部的技术特征,故具有与雾化器100相同的技术效果。
实施例二
请参阅图6-图8,本发明实施例二提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括雾化器200和与雾化器200连接的电池组件(图未示出),雾化器200包括外套管21、可拆卸地 安装于外套管21上端的上盖组件22、可拆卸地安装于外套管21下端的底座组件23、收容于外套管21内的储液管24以及可拆卸地安装于底座组件23上的雾化头25。
外套管21呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,外套管21由透明或半透明材料制成,以观察储液管24内存储烟液的余量。本实施方式中,外套管21由玻璃制成。
上盖组件22包括可拆卸地安装于外套管21上端的上盖221和可拆卸地安装于上盖221上的烟嘴222,上盖221大致盘状结构,烟嘴222呈管状结构,烟嘴222连接于上盖221的中部且与上盖221相连通。
本实施方式中,上盖221通过过盈配合与外套管21连接,烟嘴222通过插接的方式与上盖221连接。可以理解地,上盖221与外套管21之间以及上盖221与烟嘴222之间还可以采用螺纹连接或卡接或磁性连接的连接方式。
底座组件23包括底座231、分别安装于底座231下端的第一电极232、第一绝缘件233、第二电极234和第二绝缘件235以及安装于底座231上端的连接件236。
底座231大致呈圆环状结构,底座231的下端沿底座231的轴向向下延伸形成有与底座231的内腔连通的连接管2311,连接管2311通过设置螺纹与电池组件连接。第一电极232安装于连接管2311的下端,第二电极234安装于连接管2311的上端,且第一电极232的下端与电池组件电性连接,第一电极232的上端与第二电极234电性连接。
进一步地,第一绝缘件233夹设于第一电极232与连接管2311之间,第二绝缘件235夹设于第二电极234与连接管2311之间,以起到绝缘作用。
进一步地,底座231的侧壁上开设有两个相对设置且连通底座231内腔的第一进气孔2312,底座231的内壁上设置有内螺纹2313。
连接件236大致呈环状结构,连接件236的下端通过设置螺纹与底座231的上端连接,连接件236的上端通过过盈配合与外套管21的下端连接,从而实现将外套管21与底座231连接。可以理解地,连接件236还可以省略,此时,外套管21直接与底座231通过螺纹连接或卡接或磁接的方式连接。
储液管24大致呈下端开口的筒状结构,储液管24的内部空间形成用于存储烟液的储液腔241,储液管24的下端中心处开设有连通储液腔241的出液口243,储液管24的下端中心处沿储液管24的轴向向下延伸形成有连通储液腔241的连接部242。
进一步地,储液管24的外壁与外套管21的内壁之间形成了连通烟嘴222的出气通道244。
雾化头25包括与储液管24连接的雾化上盖251、与底座231连接的雾化下盖252、设于雾化上盖251与雾化下盖252之间的发热元件253和导液元件254以及安装于雾化下盖252上的第三电极255和第三绝缘件256。
雾化上盖251大致呈盘状结构,雾化上盖251的上端中心处沿雾化上盖251的轴向向上延伸形成连通雾化上盖251内腔的安装部2511,安装部2511紧密插接于储液管24的连接部242,以实现雾化上盖251与储液管24的连接。可以理解地,雾化上盖251与储液管24之间还可以通过螺纹连接或卡接或磁性连接的方式连接。
雾化下盖252大致呈盘状结构,雾化下盖252下端的外壁上设置有与内螺纹2313配合的外螺纹2521,雾化下盖252通过螺纹与底座231连接,雾化下盖252的上端与 雾化上盖251的下端通过过盈配合固定连接,雾化下盖252与雾化上盖251之间的空间形成雾化腔257。
进一步地,雾化上盖251上开设有两个相对设置的分别与出气通道244与雾化腔257连通的出气口2512,雾化下盖252上开设有两个相对设置的分别与第一进气孔2312与雾化腔257连通的第二进气孔2522。可以理解地,出气口2512与第二进气孔2522均还可以有一个或三个以上。
第三电极255安装于雾化下盖252的下端中心处,第三电极255的下端与第二电极234电性连接,第三绝缘件256夹设于第三电极255与连接管2311之间,以起到绝缘作用。
发热元件253紧贴导液元件254设置在导液元件254的外侧,具体的,导液元件254的上端紧贴安装部2511的下端设置以便吸收烟液,发热元件253与第三电极255的上端电性连接。
下面结合附图说明本发明实施例二的雾化器200的使用过程。
储液腔241内的烟液通过出液口243进入至雾化腔257内被导液元件254吸收,在发热元件253的加热作用下雾化成为烟雾,且充满雾化腔257,图8中较粗箭头所指方向即为烟液的流动方向。用户抽吸时,外部空气经由第一进气孔2312进入,通过第二进气孔2522进入至雾化腔257内并与烟雾混合,带有烟雾的空气经由出气口2512流出进入至出气通道244,随后通过烟嘴222进入至用户口中,图8中较细箭头所指方式即为气流的流动方向。
本发明实施例二的雾化器200由雾化头25的上部进液,而由雾化头25的两侧出气,当雾化头25内吸收的烟液因雾化不成分而产生炸油时,雾化头25上方的储液管24能够起到阻挡作用,细小的烟液颗粒只能从雾化头25的两侧出去,同样避免了烟液从雾化头25的上部出去而直接进入用户口中的情况。
本发明实施例一提供的电子烟,该电子烟具有雾化器200全部的技术特征,故具有与雾化器200相同的技术效果。
实施例三
请参阅图9-图11,本发明实施例三提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括雾化器300和与雾化器300连接的电池组件(图未示出),雾化器300包括外套管31、可拆卸地安装于外套管31上端的上盖组件32、可拆卸地安装于外套管31下端的底座组件33、收容于外套管31内的储液组件34以及可拆卸地安装于外套管31上的雾化头35。
外套管31呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,外套管31有透明或半透明材料制成,以观察储液组件34内存储烟液的余量。本实施方式中,外套管31哟玻璃制成。
上盖组件32包括可拆卸地安装于外套管31上端的上盖321和可拆卸地安装于上盖321上的烟嘴322,上盖321大致呈盘状结构,烟嘴322呈管状结构,烟嘴322连接于上盖321的中部且与上盖321相连通。
本实施方式中,上盖321的下端插接于外套管31的上端,烟嘴322插接于上盖321的中部。可以理解地,上盖321与外套管31之间以及上盖321与烟嘴322之间还可以采用螺纹连接或卡接或磁性连接的连接方式。
底座组件33包括底座331、分别安装于底座331下端的第一电极332、第一绝缘 件333、第二电极334和第二绝缘件335以及安装于底座331上端的连接件336。
底座331大致呈圆环状结构,底座331的下端沿底座331的轴向向下延伸形成与底座331的内腔连通的连接管3311,连接管3311通过设置螺纹与电池组件连接。第一电极332安装于连接管3311的下端,第二电极334安装于连接管3311的上端,且第一电极332的下端与电池组件电性连接,第一电极332的上端与第二电极334电性连接。
进一步地,第一绝缘件333夹设于第一电极332与连接管3311之间,第二绝缘件335夹设于第二电极334与连接管3311之间,一起到绝缘作用。
进一步地,底座331的侧壁上均布开设有四个连通底座331内腔的第一进气孔3312,底座331的内壁上设置有内螺纹3313。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一进气孔3312还可以有一个或两个或三个或五个以上。

进一步地,储液管341与连接部3413的连接处形成台阶面3415。
为了提升密封性,储液管顶盖342与储液管341的连接处设置有密封圈343。

雾化头座351大致呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,雾化头座351的下端设置有与内螺纹3313配合外螺纹3511,雾化头座351的内壁上设置有与第一外螺纹3414配合的第一内螺纹3513,雾化头座351通过螺纹与底座331连接,储液管341通过螺纹与雾化头351连接。可以理解地,雾化头座351与储液管341之间还可以通过插接或卡接或磁性连接的方式连接。
进一步地,雾化头座351的侧壁上开设有与出液孔连通的透液孔3512。
发热元件352为筒状的发热片,发热元件352的内部空间形成雾化腔(图为标出),发热元件352上开设有分别连通雾化腔、第一进气孔3312和出气通道3416的透烟孔(图未示),导液元件353设于发热元件352与雾化头座351之间,且分别与导液元件353与雾化头座351紧密贴合设置。具体的,导液元件353为棉花。可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施例中,导液元件154还可以为陶瓷、纤维绳、多孔陶瓷、泡沫金 属或者泡沫石墨中的一种、两种或者两种以上的组合。
第三绝缘件355封堵于雾化头座351的下端,第三电极354固定安装于第三绝缘件355上,使得第三电极354分别与雾化头座351与烟液绝缘。进一步地,第三电极354与发热元件352电性连接。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,雾化头顶盖356还可以省略,此时,雾化头座351的上端直接抵持台阶面3415,以限定储液管341的安装位置。
下面结合附图说明本发明实施例三的雾化器300的使用过程。
储液腔3411内的烟液经由出液口3412进入至连接部3413内,随后依次经由出液孔、透液孔3512被导液元件353吸收,在发热元件352的加热作用下雾化成烟雾并充满雾化腔,雾化腔内的烟液由透烟孔扩散至发热元件352的外部,图11中较粗箭头所指方向即为烟液的流动方向。用户抽吸时,外部空气经由第一进气孔3312进入,随后与烟雾混合,带有烟雾的空气依次经由出气通道3416、烟嘴322进入至用户口中,图11中较细箭头所指方向即为气流的流动方向。
用户需要注入烟液或更换储液管341时,只需依次拆卸上盖321和储液管顶盖342即可,结构简单,便于操作。
本发明实施例三的雾化器300由雾化头35的上部进液,而由雾化头35的两侧出气,当雾化头35内吸收的烟液因雾化不充分而产生炸油时,雾化头35上方的储液管341能够起到阻挡作用,细小的烟液颗粒只能从雾化头35的两侧出气,避免了烟液从雾化头35的上部出去而直接进入用户口中的情况。

实施例四
请参阅图12,本发明实施例四提供的雾化器400与实施例三的雾化器300结构大部分相同,主要区别在于雾化头35中的雾化头座351的结构发生改变。
本实施方式中,雾化头座351仅仅只有下端开口,以用于安装第三电极354和第三绝缘件355,雾化头座351的上端及其周身为密封结构。
导液元件353紧贴雾化头座351的外壁和雾化头座351的上端设置,储液管341的连接部3413的下端直接抵持在导液元件353上,储液腔3411内的烟液经由连接部3413被导液元件353吸收。本实施例一个具体实施方式中,省略了连接部3413,此时,储液管341的底部直接抵持在导液元件353上,烟液直接经由出液口3412被导液元件353吸收。
为了固定储液管341,上盖321的上端面沿上盖321的轴向向下延伸形成有分别与烟嘴322及出气通道3416连通的顶压件3211。当上盖321安装在外套管31上时,顶压件3211的下端能够抵持在安装于储液管341上端的储液管顶盖342上,同时,储液管341的下端抵持在发热元件352上,此时,储液管341的上、下两端均被固定,从而使得储液管341被固定。
本发明实施例四的雾化器400的使用过程与实施例三相同,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例四的雾化器400与实施例三相比,简化了雾化头35的结构,且能够起到相同的作用,更加便于生产与使用。
本发明实施例四还提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括上述雾化器400以及与雾化器400连接的电池组件(图未示出),因该电子烟具有雾化器400全部的技术特征,故其具有与雾化器400相同的技术效果。
实施例五
本实施例的第一具体实施方式:
请参阅图13、图14,一种电子烟,包括外壳1、烟嘴2,所述外壳1内设置有储液件3、雾化头4、进气通道5、出烟通道6,传感器7、供电及控制组件8,所述烟嘴2与所述外壳1连接且与所述出烟通道6相连通,所述储液件3包括储液腔302,所述雾化头4设置在所述储液件3外部且与所述储液腔302相连通,所述储液件3外部设置有所述进气通道5、出烟通道6,所述进气通道5、出烟通道6与所述雾化头4相连通,所述雾化头4、传感器7与所述供电及控制组件8电性连接,所述外壳1设有进气口51,所述进气口51与所述进气通道5相连通,所述传感器7设置在进气口51外部,或者设置在进气通道5内部靠近进气口51处。当用户从烟嘴2处抽吸时,进气通道5内形成负压,使得传感器7被触动形成电信号,并传输到供电及控制组件8,供电及控制组件8控制点烟。
所述外壳1可包括任何合适的材料或材料组合。合适的材料的实例包括金属、合金等。所述外壳1形状不做限定,在本具体实施方式中为笔杆型,可替代的,其他例如近似长方体、圆柱形等都可以作为外壳1形状。
所述外壳1顶部设有开口,用以可拆卸连接烟嘴2,连接方式为插接、螺接、卡接中任一种,本实施例中为插接。所述外壳1内部上端设有储液件3、雾化头4、进气通道5、出烟通道6,所述外壳1内部下端设有供电及控制组件8。
所述烟嘴2可包括任何合适的材料或材料组合,包括适用于食品或药品应用的热塑性材料,例如聚丙烯、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和聚乙烯,或者金属、合金、塑性材料或包含一种或多种这些材料的复合材料。
所述烟嘴2为大体为中空的圆管状,本实施例中烟嘴2包括上段及与上段固定连接的下段,所述上段为金属材料制成,所述下段为硅胶材料制成,所述下段插入外壳1开口处,并与外壳1内壁相抵接。
所述储液件3在本具体实施方式中为大体为圆筒状的容器,可替代的,其它形状的容器也是合适的。储液件3大致为中空的圆筒状,内部为储液腔302,在本具体实施方式中,底部中间位置设有密封件303,可以理解的,也可以整个底部都为密封件,密封件303与储液件3侧壁密封连接。进一步的,所述容器为不透明的,如此避免由于光照而使储存液的发生变质。
所述供电及控制组件8包括电池81、用于控制所述雾化头4以及传感器7工作的控制板82。所述供电及控制组件8顶部设有与外壳1密封连接的隔离板83,将电池81与传感器7所在外壳1内部空间隔离。
所述雾化头4包括雾化头座体41、加热件42、吸液件44、电极接触45、穿刺件43,所述雾化头座体41设有内腔47,所述加热件42、吸液件44设置在内腔47中,雾化头座体41底端可拆卸连接电极接触45,所述电极接触45一端与加热件42电连接,另一端与控制板82电连接。
在本具体实施方式中,所述吸液件44可以由玻璃纤维或者天然纤维构成,例如棉、纤维绳等。所述加热件42为发热丝,可以理解的,吸液件44也可以设置在加热件42内部,即用加热件42包裹吸液件44。具体来说,是棉包裹发热丝,在其他具体实施方式中也可以是发热丝包裹棉,可以理解的为了更好的吸液,有一部分吸液件42伸入储液腔302内部。
所述雾化头座体41设有通气孔46,在本具体实施方式为雾化头座体41侧壁上设有通气孔46,雾化头座体41底部设有开口,所述开口与内腔47相连通,所述开口还与传感器7相连通,用于气流进入传感器7和雾化头。
所述储液件3底端延伸出支撑筒304,所述支撑筒304内部为中空的,所述支撑筒304顶部设有密封件303,所述支撑筒304底端与雾化头座体41相抵接,穿刺件43插入支撑筒304中空部分并刺穿顶部的密封件303,使得储液腔302与雾化头4的内腔47相连通。请参阅图14,穿刺件43外壁与支撑筒304内壁相抵接,支撑储液件3。
所述雾化头4底部设有支撑板9,所述雾化头座体41安装在中间开口的支撑板9上,所述支撑板9四周与外壳1的内壁密封连接。
所述支撑板9上部,外壳1与雾化头4、储液件3之间的间隙形成了出烟通道6,出烟通道6与烟嘴2、雾化头4的通气孔46相连通。
所述支撑板9下部的外壳1设有进气口51,在本具体实施方式中,进气口51位于电子烟整体的大致中部位置,雾化头4底部开口,所述支撑板9及隔离板83之间的空隙为进气通道5,所述进气通道5与雾化头座体41、进气口51相连通,并且传感器7设置在进气通道5内靠近进气口51处,本具体实施方式中,所述传感器7与雾化头座体41底端插接,气流从进气口51进入后,进入进气通道5,并经过传感器7内部,最后进入雾化头座体41的内腔47。
所述密封件303大致呈圆形片,密封件303由具有一定强度但又容易被刺破的材料制成,密封件303可以一方面可以把烟液密封在储液腔302中,让烟液不会泄漏,另一方面,又可以使得尖锐物较容易的刺穿密封件303,本实施方式中密封件303为铝箔纸、无纺布等。本实施例中电子烟能够实现储液件3的更换,从而延长使用寿命。
所述穿刺件43大体为中空的针筒状,内部可以流通液体,其下端固定在雾化头座体41上并与雾化头座体41的内腔47相导通,穿刺件43可以刺破密封件303使储液腔302中的烟液顺着穿刺件43的中空通道流入雾化头4内部。为了更好的使得穿刺件43刺穿密封件303,所述穿刺件43顶部设为斜切口或者在其顶端设有尖锐的突起。所述穿刺件43为铁等金属或者塑料材料制成。
所述传感器7为气流传感器或气压传感器,本具体实施方式中为气流传感器7,如咪头。所述咪头带有探针,还包括带有触点的绝缘胶套,所述绝缘胶套与外壳1或者控制板82固定连接。所述触点与控制板82电性连接,当探针与触点电性连接时,咪头就处于正常工作状态,当用户抽吸电子烟时,咪头形成电流信号并传输至控制板82,由控制板82控制电子烟雾化烟油。
进一步的,为了增加咪头使用的稳定性和便捷性,所述咪头设置于咪头固定座内。
所述咪头固定座可采用软胶材质制成,如以下属于塑胶类、硅胶类、橡胶类材料 中任一种材料制成,如ABS、PC、PE、POM、PP、PVC、TPU、TPV、TPR、TPE等。
本实施例的第二具体实施方式
请参阅图15、图16、图17、图18、图19、图20,本具体实施方式与第一具体实施方式相比,进气、出气方式做了改进。实现了上进气,进气口51设置在外壳1上靠近外壳1顶部的位置,所述外壳1内设置有截面呈“T”型的挡板部500,所述挡板部500的部分边缘与外壳1内壁密封连接,所述挡板部500下方相对的两侧开设有凹槽301,所述外壳1在凹槽301的外周处开设有进气口51,外壳1内设有大体呈圆筒状的第一壳体部600,第一壳体部600顶端与挡板部500的底端固定连接或者可拆卸连接,第一壳体部600的底端与供电及控制组件8间隔设置,所述第一壳体部600底端开口,所述挡板部500在两个凹槽301中心连线相垂直的方向与外壳1之间形成半月形的缺口,所述缺口作为出烟口104。
所述第一壳体部600包括竖直壁102以及竖直壁102的上下两端向外延伸形成的周缘(101、107)。下端周缘107为圆环形,并与外壳1内壁密封连接,上端周缘101为在凹槽301中心连线相垂直方向的两端各缺失了一段的不完整的圆环形,所缺失的部分作为出烟口104的一部分。
在上下两端的周缘(101、107)之间,竖直壁102与外壳1之间的空隙形成出烟通道6,所述周缘(101、107)与外壳1内壁相抵接也起到支撑作用,竖直壁102在各开设有凹槽301这一部分周面为弧形面1021,两个弧形面1021之间连接的周面为竖直的平面1022。
在第一壳体部600的竖直壁102内侧设有容纳腔105,所述容纳腔105在与两个凹槽301中心连线相垂直方向开设有一个通孔作为出气口106,竖直壁102的顶端与挡板部500密封连接,所述出气口106与出烟通道6相连通。所述容纳腔105内部在出气口106以上安置储液件3,在出气口106以下位置安置雾化头4。
在两个凹槽301中心连线方向上,作为容纳腔105外壁的竖直壁102的内部设有贯通槽103,即竖直壁102在容纳腔105相对的两侧各开设有一条与凹槽301相连通的贯通槽103,所述贯通槽103底部贯穿竖直壁103,所述贯通槽103、凹槽301、以及第一壳体部600下端与供电及控制组件8之间的空隙构成了进气通道5。
请参阅图15,在一个具体实施方式中,所述传感器7设置在其中一侧的凹槽301处,可以通过导线(未示出)与控制板82电连接。当用户抽吸电子烟时,气流从外壳1两侧的进气口进入凹槽301,其中一路经过传感器7,传感器7产生电信号,并传输到控制板82,控制板82控制电子烟工作,然后气流沿着贯通槽103直接向下从第一壳体部600的底端开口进入雾化头4,雾化头4内烟雾被雾化后再从出气口106出来进入出烟通道6,最后被用户抽吸。气流另一路经过不含有传感器7的贯通槽103,然后进入第一壳体部600下端的空隙,最后从第一壳体部600的下端开口进入雾化头4,雾化后,烟雾从雾化头4出来进入出气口106,并经过竖直壁102与外壳1之间的出烟通道6一路向上,再从半月形的出烟口104出来后,最后从顶端的烟嘴2出来被用户吸食。
请参阅图16、图17,可以理解的,传感器7也可以同第一具体实施方式一样设 置在雾化头4底部,在一些具体实施方式中,所述传感器7与雾化头4插接或者卡接。此时进气方式是气体从进气口51进入凹槽301,再沿着贯通槽103一路向下,从第一壳体部600的底端出来,接着流过传感器7的通孔,再从传感器7的顶部进入雾化头4。出烟方式与传感器7设置在凹槽301处的出烟方式相同。
本具体实施方式中雾化头4,储液件3,传感器7的结构与第一具体实施方式相同。雾化头4同样通过穿刺件43刺穿储液件3的密封件303,使得雾化头座体41的内腔47与储液腔302连通。雾化头4、传感器7都与控制板82电连接。本具体实施方式通过设置挡板与第一壳体部实现了电子烟的上进气,这样出烟量更大,并且进气口设置在上部,其下都为密闭结构,有利于防止烟油漏液。
本实施例的第三具体实施方式
请参阅图21,本具体实施方式在第一或者第二具体实施方式基础上,将雾化头横向水平设置,这样在雾化头4上方留出更大的空间用于容纳储液件3,使得储液件3的体积可以做的更大,容纳更多的烟液。
具体为,所述雾化头4水平轴向设置,所述储液件3至少设有与穿刺件43大体同一水平位置的储液腔部分,所述穿刺件43刺穿密封件303,水平插入储液腔中。通过雾化头4水平轴向设置,密封件303竖直设置,所述雾化头4的穿刺件43也水平轴向设置,节约了空间,使得储液件尺寸可以做的更大。本具体实施方式将雾化头横向水平设置,这样在雾化头上方留出更大的空间用于容纳储液件,使得储液件的体积可以做的更大,容纳更多的烟液。
本实施例的第四具体实施方式
请参阅图22,本具体实施方式在其他任一个具体实施方式的基础上将外壳1设置为分体结构,便于实现内部部件尤其是传感器的维护和更换。
具体方案为,所述外壳1为分体结构,在进气口51附近将外壳1分为上壳体110和下壳体120,所述上壳体110底部设有外螺纹,所述下壳体120顶部设有内螺纹,上壳体110和下壳体120螺纹连接,本具体实施方式是螺纹结构,可以理解的,其他如卡接、插接、磁性连接方式等可拆卸连接同样适用。在进气口51附近设置可拆卸连接结构130,将壳体1一分为二,可以方便更换传感器,方便维护。在一个具体实施方式中,所述上壳体110在大致储液件3位置再次分为上壳体一111、上壳体二112,所述上壳体一111与上壳体112二之间通过螺纹、卡接、插接、磁性连接等其中一种方式可拆卸连接,本具体实施方式是卡接结构。这样可以方便地将上壳体110一拧下,从而很容易的进行储液件3的更换。本具体实施方式外壳设置为分体结构,方便的实现内部部件尤其是传感器的维护和更换。
本实施例的第五具体实施方式,
请参阅23、图24、图25,本具体实施方式在第一或第二或第三或第四具体实施方式的基础上变换传感器7的安放位置,所述传感器7在本具体实施方式中为咪头,可替代的,其他类型的由于气流气压变化引起形变的传感器7也同样适用,以下以咪头作为实例。
本具体实施方式中将咪头设置在进气口51外部,且与外壳1可拆卸连接。通过 将咪头模块化设置及与外壳1可拆卸连接实现了咪头的快速更换。
在进气口51外侧的外壳1上设有咪头安装座71,所述咪头安装座71包括设于进气口51四周并设有内螺纹的固定件711(内螺纹未示出),以及固定件711内部的PCB板712,所述PCB板712设于进气口51旁边,并且其上设有顶针713。所述顶针713与控制板82电连接。
本具体实施方式还包括一咪头模块72,所述咪头模块72包括一PCBA板721,以及设于一PCBA板721上的咪头本体722,所述PCBA板721对应咪头本体722的位置设有通气孔723,所述PCB板错开咪头本体722的位置设有触点724。
本具体实施方式还包括一硅胶密封件73,所述PCBA板721连同咪头本体722一起盖设在硅胶密封件73上,所述硅胶密封件73上对应触点724的位置设置通孔731,所述硅胶密封件73上对应咪头本体722的位置设置通气槽732。安装咪头模块72时,所述顶针713穿过通孔顶靠至所述触点实现信号连通,通气槽732与进气口51连通。
本具体实施方式还包括咪头后盖74,咪头后盖74外端面设有与PCBA板721上通气孔723对应相通的进气孔,所述咪头模块72设于所述咪头后盖74内并不与咪头后盖固定,所述咪头后盖74的外侧设有外螺纹。
当咪头后盖74盖至咪头安装座71上时,通过咪头后盖74的外侧的螺纹与咪头安装座71内侧的螺纹配合旋紧固定咪头模块72。所述顶针713与控制板82电连接。
通过以上设置,咪头可以设置在外壳的顶部、中部、底部等任意位置,并且当传感器损坏时,只需要将后盖拧下,将后盖内的咪头模块整体换下,就能实现咪头的快速更换,十分方便快捷。可以理解的,所述咪头也可以替换为其他传感器,也能实现快速更换的目的,可以理解的,所述后盖74与咪头安装座71之间可以用卡接、插接、磁性连接等其他可拆卸连接方式替代。
请参阅图26,该具体实施方式在第一具体实施方式的基础上将传感器的位置从雾化头底部的进气通道5内移到了进气口51的外部,并与进气口外部的外壳1可拆卸连接。
请参阅图27,该具体实施方式在第二具体实施方式的基础上将传感器的位置从凹槽301处移到了进气口51的外部,并与进气口51外部的外壳1可拆卸连接。
本实施例的第六具体实施方式
本具体实施方式在第一或第二或第三或第四或第五具体实施方式的基础上增加了触摸开关,用来防止误操作引起的自动点烟行为。具体为,在外壳1上设置触摸开关,触摸开关在本具体实施方式中为电感式传感器,可替代的,电阻式传感器、电容式传感器、磁电式传感器及电涡流式传感器7中任一种也同样适用。所述触摸开关与控制板82电性连接。只有当按下触摸开关并且伴有抽吸动作时,电子烟才会被启动工作,加热雾化。所述电子烟外壳1底部设有USB接口,所述USB接口与控制板82固定连接。本具体实施方式通过设置触摸开关实现了防止误操作引起的电子烟自动工作,这样有利于保护未成年人。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括外套管、收容于所述外套管内的储液管以及设于所述储液管下端的雾化头,所述储液管的内部空间形成储液腔,所述外套管的内壁与所述储液管的外壁之间形成出气通道,所述雾化头内设置有雾化腔,所述雾化腔分别与所述储液腔及所述出气通道相连通,所述储液腔内的烟液进入所述雾化腔内雾化成烟雾,烟雾经由所述出气通道流出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液管的下端开设有与所述储液腔连通的出液口,所述雾化头包括雾化头座,所述雾化腔由所述雾化头座的内部空间形成,所述雾化头座的侧壁上沿所述雾化头座的轴向开设有至少一个连通所述出液口的进液槽,所述进液槽的槽壁上开设有至少一个与所述雾化腔连通的渗透孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头还包括套设于所述雾化头座上的雾化套管以及收容于所述雾化腔内且相互包覆的发热元件及导液元件,所述导液元件紧贴所述渗透孔设置,所述雾化头座上开设有与所述雾化腔连通的第一出气孔,所述雾化套管对应所述第一出气孔开设有分别连通所述出气通道及所述第一出气孔的第二出气孔。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液管的下端开设有连通所述储液腔的出液口,所述雾化头包括相互连接的雾化上盖及雾化下盖,所述雾化上盖对应所述出液口固定设于所述储液管的下端,所述雾化腔由所述雾化上盖与雾化下盖之间的空间形成。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化上盖上至少开设有一个分别与所述出气通道及所述雾化腔连通的出气口,所述雾化下盖上至少开设有一个与所述雾化腔连通的第二进气孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头还包括收容于所述雾化腔内且相互包覆的发热元件及导液元件,所述导液元件对应所述出液口设置。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液管的下端沿所述储液管的轴向向下延伸形成连通所述储液腔的连接部,所述雾化头包括雾化头座,所述连接部的侧壁上开设有连通所述连接部内腔的出液孔,所述雾化头座的侧壁上对应所述出液孔开设有透液孔,所述连接部收容于所述雾化头座内时,所述出液孔能够与所述透液孔相连通。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头还包括套设于所述雾化头座上的发热元件及导液元件,所述导液元件紧密贴合与所述发热元件与所述雾化头座,所述雾化腔由所述发热元件的内部空间构成,所述发热元件上开设有分别连通所述雾化腔及所述出气通道的透烟孔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液管的下端开设有与所述储液腔连通的出液口,所述雾化头包括雾化头座以及套设于所述雾化头座上的发热元件及导液元件,所述雾化头座对应所述出液口设置于所述储液管的下端,所述导液元件紧密贴合于所述雾化头座与所述发热元件之间,所述储液管的下端抵持所述导液元件。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的雾化器。
  11. 一种电子烟,包括外壳,所述外壳内设置有储液件、雾化头、进气通道、出烟通道、传感器、供电及控制组件,所述储液件包括储液腔,所述雾化头设置在所述储液件外部且与所述储液腔相连通,其特征在于:所述储液件外部设置有所述进气通道,出烟通道,所述进气通道、出烟通道与所述雾化头相连通,所述雾化头、所述传感器与所述供电及控制组件电性连接,所述外壳设有进气口,所述进气口与所述进气通道相连通,所述传感器设置在进气通道内部靠近进气口处或者设置在进气口外部。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化头包括雾化头座体、加热件、吸液件、电极接触,所述雾化头座体设有内腔,所述加热件、吸液件设置在所述内腔中,所述雾化头座体上设有通气孔,所述雾化头座体可拆卸连接电极接触,所述电极接触一端与所述加热件电连接,另一端与所述供电及控制组件电连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:还包括下端固定在雾化头座体上的穿刺件,所述穿刺件大体为中空的针筒状,内部可以流通液体,其与雾化头座体的内腔相导通,所述穿刺件顶部设为斜切口或者在其顶端设有尖锐的突起。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述传感器为气流传感器或者气压传感器。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述传感器与所述外壳可拆卸连接。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述进气口设置在外壳上靠近外壳顶部的位置。
  17. 如权利要求11所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述外壳内设置挡板部,所述挡板部的部分边缘与外壳内壁密封连接,所述挡板部下方相对的两侧开设有凹槽,所述外壳在凹槽的外周处开设有进气口。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括第一壳体部,所述第一壳体部底端开口,所述第一壳体部包括竖直壁以及竖直壁的上下两端向外延伸形成的周缘,在第一壳体部的竖直壁内侧设有容纳腔,竖直壁在容纳腔相对的两侧各开设有一条与凹槽相连通的贯通槽。
  19. 如权利要求12所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化头底部设有支撑板,所述雾化头座体安装在中间开口的支撑板上,所述支撑板四周与外壳的内壁密封连接,所述支撑板上部,外壳与雾化头、储液件之间的间隙形成了出烟通道,所述出烟通道与烟嘴、雾化头的通气孔相连通,所述供电及控制组件顶部设有与外壳密封连接的隔离板,所述支撑板及隔离板之间的空隙为进气通道,所述进气通道与雾化头座体、进气口相连通。
  20. 如权利要求13所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化头水平轴向设置,所述储液件至少设有与所述穿刺件大体同一水平位置的储液腔部分。
  21. 如权利要求11所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述外壳为分体结构,在进气口附近将外壳分为上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体和下壳体之间可拆卸连接。
  22. 如权利要求11所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述外壳上设有触摸开关。
