[0050] 进一步地, 内电极组件包括套设在雾化座 31远离通气管 34的一端的绝缘环 37以 及套设在绝缘环 37内的内电极 38, 该内电极 38与电热丝 33电连接并用于与电池 组件相连。 此吋, 雾化座 31作为外电极由导电材料制成, 并且雾化座 31与电热 丝 33和电池组件电连接, 从而形成一个电路回路, 使得电池组件为电热丝 33提 供电源以使电热丝 33雾化。 可以理解的是, 所述内电极组件可以为两个相互隔 离且并列设置的内电极 38, 所述两个并列设置的内电极 38分别与所述电热丝 33 的两端电连接, 因此, 其结构不作具体限定, 只要能够传输电能即可。
[0051] 参见图 5, 在本发明的第二实施例中, 与第一实施例的主要不同之处是, 在吸 油棉柱 321的面向吸嘴组件的端面上盖设有滤网 35, 通气管 34的一端抵持在滤网 35上以固定滤网 35。 该滤网 35可以防止高温的吸油棉柱 321松散而随烟雾进入到 人体内影响人体健康, 同吋滤网 35上设置有穿孔, 该穿孔可以防止堵塞烟雾通 道而影响吸烟效果。 另外, 在第二实施例中, 不需要限位件来固定雾化芯组件 和储油套 21, 装配简单。
[0052] 进一步地, 参见图 5并结合图 6至图 7, 所述雾化座 31由外到内依次设置有第一 台阶 311、 第二台阶 312和第三台阶 313, 其中, 第二台阶 312高于第一台阶 311和 第三台阶 313。 所述通气管 34远离吸嘴组件的一端沿径向扩径延伸有径向延伸端 343和沿轴向扩径延伸且与径向延伸端 343连接的轴向延伸端 344, 所述径向延伸 端 343抵接在第二台阶 312上, 所述轴向延伸端 344抵接在滤网 35以固定滤网 35。 所述第二台阶 312的侧壁与吸烟件 32的侧壁弹性抵接, 且第二台阶 312的侧壁上 还设置有用于将储油腔 201内的烟油导入吸油件 32内的导油孔 342。
[0053] 进一步地, 在本实施例中, 第二装饰件 23呈中空结构, 空气由第二装饰件 23靠 近电池组件的一端的进气孔 314进入, 并经过中空的内电极 38进入到雾化腔 331 中。 并且在第二装饰件 23靠近电池组件的一端幵设有用于与电池组件螺纹连接 的外螺纹。
[0054] 本发明还提供一种电子烟, 包括上述的雾化组件和与雾化组件可拆卸连接的电 池组件 2。 此处的可拆卸连接方式为现有技术, 在此不作详细说明。
[0055] 综上所述, 实施本发明的一种雾化组件及电子烟, 具有以下有益效果: 首先, 电热丝 33缠绕成中空的柱状结构, 电热丝 33的中空区域形成沿雾化组件的纵向 延伸设置的雾化腔 331, 且电热丝 33与吸油件 32的内侧壁相贴合, 使得电热丝 33 与吸油件 32的接触面积增大, 从而可以形成更多的烟雾, 且电热丝 33不容易受 到挤压, 烟雾量较稳定, 由于所述吸油件 32的侧壁与所述雾化座 31或通气管 34 的侧壁弹性抵接, 因而尽可能地阻止储油腔内的烟油泄露入所述雾化芯组件内 , 烟油密封性好, 本发明整体结构简单紧凑; 其次, 雾化器内无玻纤绳, 可以 防止因玻纤绳导油有限而产生烧焦现象, 也可以防止因玻纤绳产生的一些玻纤 絮被用户吸食而影响人体健康的危害; 再次, 吸嘴组件与储油组件可拆卸连接 , 拆下吸嘴组件即可从加油口 200加入烟油, 十分方便; 再次, 环形凸起 121的 面向吸嘴 11的表面为与连接套 12的纵向形成小于 90°的斜面 122, 以使环形凸起 12 1与吸嘴 11之间的冷凝的烟油能够通过斜面 122导入雾化芯组件内, 不会造成烟 油的浪费; 最后, 通气管 34的面向环形凸起 121的端面设置有密封垫 123, 雾化 芯组件通过密封垫 123与环形凸起 121弹性抵接, 该密封垫 123可以防止吸嘴组件 在外力的作用下过度挤压雾化芯组件而损坏雾化芯组件, 从而影响雾化组件的 正常工作, 该密封垫 123还可以防止储油组件内的烟油渗漏到通气管 34和吸嘴组 件内。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述, 但是本发明并不局限于上述的具 体实施方式, 上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的, 而不是限制性的, 本领域 的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下, 在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的 范围情况下, 还可做出很多形式, 这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

[权利要求 1] 一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件 (2) 组合形成电子烟, 其特征在 于: 所述雾化组件包括吸嘴组件、 储油组件及用于雾化烟油的雾 化芯组件, 所述储油组件的一端端面上形成有加油口 (200) , 所 述吸嘴组件可拆卸连接于所述储油组件的一端并盖设在所述加油 口 (200) 上, 所述雾化芯组件固定插设在所述储油组件内并与所 述储油组件围成用于存储烟油的储油腔 (201) ;
所述雾化芯组件包括雾化座 (31) 、 套设在雾化座 (31) 内的由 吸油材料制成的吸油件 (32) 、 套设在所述吸油件 (32) 内的电 热丝 (33) 、 设置于所述雾化座 (31) —端的内电极组件及通气 管 (34) , 所述雾化座 (31) 与所述储油组件涨紧配合固定连接 , 所述吸油件 (32) 为沿所述雾化组件的纵向设置的中空柱状体 , 所述电热丝 (33) 缠绕成中空的柱状结构, 所述电热丝 (33) 的中空区域形成沿所述雾化组件的纵向延伸设置的雾化腔 (331) , 所述吸油件 (32) 的内壁与所述电热丝 (33) 相贴合, 所述内 电极组件与所述电热丝 (33) 电连接并用于与电池组件 (2) 相连 , 所述通气管 (34) —端与所述雾化座 (31) 相连, 所述通气管 (34) 延伸出所述加油口 (200) 的一端插入所述吸嘴组件内并与 所述吸嘴组件弹性密封相连。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述吸油件 (32) 包括套设在所述电热丝 (33) 上的吸油棉柱 (321) 及包覆在所述 吸油棉柱 (321) 上的无纺布 (322) 。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述吸油件 (32) 为套设在所述电热丝 (33) 上的吸油棉柱 (321) 。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述吸油棉柱
(321) 的面向所述吸嘴组件的端面上盖设有滤网 (35) , 所述通 气管 (34) 的一端抵持在所述滤网 (35) 以固定所述滤网 (35)

[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 4所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述雾化座 (31) 由外到内依次设置有第一台阶 (311) 、 第二台阶 (312) 和第三 台阶 (313) ; 所述通气管 (34) 远离所述吸嘴组件的一端沿径向 扩径延伸有径向延伸端 (343) 和沿轴向延伸且与所述径向延伸端 (343) 连接的轴向延伸端 (344) , 所述径向延伸端 (343) 抵接 在所述第二台阶 (312) 上, 所述轴向延伸端 (344) 抵接在所述 滤网 (35) 以固定所述滤网 (35) ; 所述第二台阶 (312) 的侧壁 与所述吸烟件 (32) 的侧壁弹性抵接, 且所述第二台阶 (312) 的 侧壁上还设置有用于将储油腔 (201) 内的烟油导入所述吸油件 ( 32) 内的导油孔 (342) 。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 5所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于: 所述通气管 (34) 远离所述吸嘴组件的一端扩径延伸有延伸端 (341) , 所述延伸端 (341) 的端面抵接在所述第一台阶 (311) 上; 所述延伸端 (341 ) 的侧壁上设置有用于将储油腔 (201) 内的烟油导入所述吸油件
