[0062] 由于电热丝 332缠绕成中空的柱状结构, 且电热丝 332与吸油柱 333的内侧壁相 贴合, 使得电热丝 332与吸油柱 333的接触面积增大, 从而可以形成更多的烟雾 [0063] 进一步的, 为了使第二储油腔 34内的烟油能够渗入吸油柱 333内, 雾化座 31的 侧壁上设有导油通道, 本实施例中, 该导油通道为安装槽 312。 可以理解的是, 在其它实施例中, 导油通道还可以穿孔等结构, 只要第二储油腔 34内的烟油能 渗入吸油柱 333内即可。

[0065] ( 1) 当按压按键机构吋, 通气管与雾化盖相分离, 第一储油腔内的烟油流入 雾化芯组件的第二储油腔内, 因此用户可以根据自身需求使一定量的烟油流入 第二储油腔中, 再松幵按键机构, 由于弹性件具有回复力, 通气管在该回复力 的推动下重新将进油孔堵塞, 使第一储油腔处于密封的状态。
[0066] (2) 当不按压按键机构吋, 第一储油腔内的烟油不与外界接触, 可延长烟油 保质存储吋间, 避免烟油吸收空气中的水分而导致变质的问题。
[0067] (3) 按键与吸嘴组件的端面形成圆整表面, 以使整个电子烟更美观。
[0068] (4) 挡油件面向烟油冷凝腔的一侧的表面为与雾化组件的纵向形成小于 90°的 斜面, 以使冷凝在烟油冷凝腔内的烟油流回第一储油腔内, 避免用户吸食到烟 油, 从而提高用户的体验效果。

[权利要求 1] 一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件包括吸嘴组件 (1) 、 储油组件 (2) 及雾化芯组件
(3) , 所述储油组件 (2) 内设有用于存储烟油的第一储油腔 (2 2) , 所述储油组件 (2) —端的端口处形成有加油口, 所述吸嘴 组件 (1) 的一端可拆卸的连接在所述加油口处; 所述雾化芯组件
(3) 包括中空的雾化座 (31) 、 雾化盖 (32) 、 雾化电极组件 ( 35) 及电连接至所述雾化电极组件 (35) 的电热丝组件 (33) , 所述雾化盖 (32) 插设在所述储油组件 (2) 内并与所述储油组件
(2) 弹性密封相连, 所述雾化座 (31) 连接在所述雾化盖 (32) 内, 所述雾化电极组件 (35) 固定在所述雾化座 (31) 的一端并 用于与所述电池组件电连接, 所述雾化座 (31) 与所述雾化盖 (3 2) 间围成有用于存储烟油的第二储油腔 (34) , 所述电热丝组件
(33) 置于所述雾化座 (31) 内并用于雾化所述第二储油腔 (34 ) 内的烟油, 所述雾化盖 (32) 上幵设有用于将所述第一储油腔
(22) 内的烟油导入所述第二储油腔 (34) 内的进油孔 (321) ; 所述储油组件 (2) 内可活动的套设有按键机构 (4) , 所述按键 机构 (4) 的一端从所述吸嘴组件 (1) 中穿设, 所述按键机构 (4 ) 的另一端延伸至所述雾化座 (31) 与所述雾化盖 (32) 之间、 并弹性抵接至所述雾化盖 (32) 以封堵所述进油孔 (321) , 通过 按压所述按键机构 (4) 以使所述按键机构 (4) 与所述雾化盖 (3 2) 相分离, 进而使烟油流入所述第二储油腔 (34) 内。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述按键机构 (4
) 包括弹性件 (41) 、 通气管 (42) 和支撑管 (43) , 所述弹性 件 (41) 的一端固定在所述雾化座 (31) 上, 所述弹性件 (41) 的另一端弹性抵接至所述通气管 (42) 并推抵所述通气管 (42) 以将所述进油孔 (321) 堵塞, 所述支撑管 (43) 的一端与所述通 气管 (42) 插接相连, 所述支撑管 (43) 的另一端延伸至所述吸 嘴组件 (1) 内并与所述吸嘴组件 (1) 弹性密封相连, 以使所述 电热丝组件 (33) 雾化产生的烟雾穿过所述按键机构 (4) 后流入 所述吸嘴组件 (1) 内。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述支撑管 (43) 远离所述雾化芯组件 (3) 的一端套设有按键 (44) , 所述按键 ( 44) 与所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的端面形成圆整表面。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化盖 (32) 面向所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端设有所述进油孔 (321) 及用于供 所述通气管 (42) 穿设的通孔 (322) , 所述进油孔 (321) 包括 多个, 多个所述进油孔 (321) 环绕所述通孔 (322) 均匀分布在 所述雾化盖 (32) 上。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化座 (31) 面向所述吸嘴组件 (1) 的一端设有卡槽 (311) , 所述弹性件 (4 1) 的一端固定在所述卡槽 (311) 内。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述电热丝组件 ( 33) 包括由吸油材料制成的导油绳 (331) , 及缠绕在所述导油绳
(331) 上用于雾化所述导油绳 (331) 上烟油的电热丝 (332) , 所述导油绳 (331) 沿所述雾化组件的横向设置, 所述导油绳 (33 1) 的两端分别延伸至所述第二储油腔 (34) 内。
根据权利要求 6所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化座 (31) 的侧壁上设有两个相对间隔设置并用于架设所述导油绳 (331) 的 安装槽 (312) , 所述导油绳 (312) 的两端分别穿过所述安装槽
(312) 延伸至所述第二储油腔 (34) 内; 所述雾化座 (31) 的外 侧壁上间隔套设第一密封件 (314) 和第二密封件 (315) , 所述 第一密封件 (314) 与所述第二密封件 (315) 分别弹性抵接至所 述导油绳 (331) , 以避免烟油直接通过所述安装槽 (312) 流入 所述雾化座 (31) 内。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述电热丝组件 ( 33) 包括由吸油材料制成的吸油柱 (333) , 及套设在所述吸油柱 (333) 内的电热丝 (332) ; 所述电热丝 (332) 沿所述雾化组件 的纵向延伸并缠绕呈中空的柱状结构, 所述电热丝 (332) 与所述 吸油柱 (333) 的内壁相贴合, 所述吸油柱 (333) 的外壁弹性抵 接至所述雾化座 (31) 的内壁。
根据权利要求 8所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化座 (31) 的侧壁上设有用于将所述第二储油腔 (34) 内的烟油导入所述所 述吸油柱 (333) 的导油通道。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴组件 (1 ) 包括挡油件 (12) 及吸嘴 (11) , 所述挡油件 (12) 的一端可 拆卸的插设在所述加油口处并与所述加油口弹性密封相连, 所述 吸嘴 (11) 可拆卸的连接在所述挡油件 (12) 上, 所述按键机构
(4) 延伸至所述吸嘴 ( 11) 内。
根据权利要求 10所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴 (11) 内形成有烟油冷凝腔 (110) , 所述挡油件 (12) 面向所述烟油冷 凝腔 (110) 的一侧的表面为与所述雾化组件的纵向形成小于 90° 的斜面, 以使冷凝在所述烟油冷凝腔 (110) 内的烟油流回所述第 一储油腔 (22) 内。
一种电子烟, 包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件, 其特征在于 , 所述雾化组件包括吸嘴组件 (1) 、 储油组件 (2) 及雾化芯组 件 (3) , 所述储油组件 (2) 内设有用于存储烟油的第一储油腔

(35) 及电连接至所述雾化电极组件 (35) 的电热丝组件 (33) , 所述雾化盖 (32) 插设在所述储油组件 (2) 内并与所述储油组 件 (2) 弹性密封相连, 所述雾化座 (31) 连接在所述雾化盖 (32 ) 内, 所述雾化电极组件 (35) 固定在所述雾化座 (31) 的一端 并用于与所述电池组件电连接, 所述雾化座 (31) 与所述雾化盖 (32) 间围成有用于存储烟油的第二储油腔 (34) , 所述电热丝 组件 (33) 置于所述雾化座 (31) 内并用于雾化所述第二储油腔 (34) 内的烟油, 所述雾化盖 (32) 上幵设有用于将第一储油腔 (22) 内的烟油导入所述第二储油腔 (34) 内的进油孔 (321) ; 所述储油组件 (2) 内可活动的套设有按键机构 (4) , 所述按键 机构 (4) 的一端从所述吸嘴组件 (1) 中穿设, 所述按键机构 (4 ) 的另一端延伸至所述雾化座 (31) 与所述雾化盖 (32) 之间、 并弹性抵接至所述雾化盖 (32) 以封堵所述进油孔 (321) , 通过 按压所述按键机构 (4) 以使所述按键机构 (4) 与所述雾化盖 (3 2) 相分离, 进而使烟油流入所述第二储油腔 (34) 内。
