如图 2 所示,本发明的第二实施例提供的电子烟雾化器,与第一实施例的区别在于:雾化组件 40 还包括支架 440 ,该支架 440 设置在雾化座固定架 430 上,并套设在玻纤管 432 的两端。且支架 440 包括一延伸部 442 ,该延伸部 442 套设在密封盖 310 上 并延伸至所述储油件 30 内 ,即通过支架 440 上的延伸部 442 从而将储油件 30 与雾化座固定架 430 连接起来。进一步地,延伸部 442 上开设有与导油件 20 一一对应的通孔(未示出),即通孔与导油件 20 的个数相等,且导油件 20 一一对应地装设在通孔内。本实施方式中,导油件 20 的个数为两个,相应地延伸部 442 上的通孔的个数也为两个,且该两个通孔设置在延伸部 422 的中间部位,并相对于延伸部 422 的中轴线对称设置。即导油件 20 也相对于延伸部 422 的中轴线对称设置,如此从储油件 30 内导出的烟油分布比较均匀,有利于烟油的充分雾化。
实施本发明的电子烟雾化器时,其与用于给电子烟雾化器提供电能的电池杆结合,便形成电子烟。由于设置有两根或两根以上的导油件 20 ,可以使足够量的烟油直接从导油件 20 传输至发热丝 410 上,增加雾化的烟雾量,提高用户体验;另外,由于导油件 20 是由多孔柔性材料制成的,当将导油件 20 装设在导油件贯穿孔或通孔内时,导油件 20 与导油件贯穿孔或通孔的侧壁之间会形成狭小的缝隙,吸烟时由于电子烟与水平面有一定的倾斜度,当储油件 30 内的烟油仅能淹没部分 导油件 20 时,则雾化组件 40 内的空气会通过该没有被烟油淹没的缝隙流入储油件 30 内,使储油件 30 内的气压与雾化组件 40 内的气压趋同而利于导油;当储油件 30 内的烟油较少时,使用多根导油件 20 ,能增大导油件 20 与烟油接触的概率,即多根根导油件 20 中通常会有部分 导油件 20 与烟油接触,可防止导油件 20 被干烧,延长电子烟雾化器的使用寿命;而且,本发明导油件 20 与现有技术中 由相互缠绕的多根细的导油丝缠绕形成的导油件相比,则本发明的导油件 20 的用料少,节约成本。
本发明的另一方面,提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括上述任意所述的电子烟雾化器,具体的,电子烟包括储油件 30 、雾化组件 40 及用于将储油件 30 内的烟油导出以供雾化组件 40 进行雾化的导油件 20 ,该导油件 20 的数量为两根或两根以上,则两根或两根以上的导油件 20 给雾化组件 40 供烟油。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括储油件( 30 )、雾化组件( 40 )和导油件( 20 ),其特征在于,所述导油件( 20 )的数量为两根或两根以上,所述两根或两根以上的导油件( 20 )间隔设置并用于将所述储油件( 30 )内的烟油导出供给所述雾化组件( 40 )进行雾化,形成一组雾化组件( 40 )对应两根或两根以上导油件( 20 )的形式。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,还包括雾化套( 10 ),所述雾化组件( 40 )和所述储油件( 30 )套设在所述雾化套( 10 )内。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 40 )包括发热丝( 410 ),所述导油件( 20 )穿设在所述储油件( 30 )上,所述导油件( 20 )的一端均伸出所述储油件( 30 )并与所述发热丝( 410 )抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油件( 30 )的一端设有与所述储油件( 30 )连接的烟嘴( 50 ),所述储油件( 30 )的另一端设有用于密封所述储油件( 30 )的可拆卸的密封盖( 310 )。
  5. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 40 )还包括隔油雾化座( 420 )和雾化座固定架( 430 ),所述雾化座固定架( 430 )固定在所述隔油雾化座( 420 )上,所述发热丝( 410 )置于所述雾化座固定架( 430 )上。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于, 所述雾化座固定架( 430 )上穿设有玻纤绳( 432 ),所述发热丝( 410 )缠绕在所述玻纤绳( 432 )上。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油件( 20 )的数量为奇数时,其中一根导油件( 20 )设置在所述储油件( 30 )的中轴线上,其余的导油件( 20 )相对于所述储油件( 30 )的中轴线轴对称设置。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油件( 20 )之间相互平行设置。
  9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油件( 20 )均与所述储油件( 30 )的中轴线平行。
  10. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油件( 20 )与所述发热丝( 410 )的接触面在同一平面上。
  11. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油件( 20 )由多孔材料制成。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述多孔材料是玻璃纤维、绵、醋酸酯纤维或无纺布中的一种或几种。
  13. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述每根导油件( 20 )的长度为 1 厘米 -3 厘米。
  14. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述每根导油件( 20 )的横截面积为 0.02 平方厘米 -0.05 平方厘米。
  15. 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述密封盖( 310 )上设有与所述导油件( 20 )一一对应的导油件贯穿孔,所述导油件( 20 )装设在所述导油件贯穿孔上。
  16. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 40 )包括雾化座固定架( 430 )及设置在所述雾化座固定架( 430 )上的支架( 440 ),所述支架( 440 )包括延伸至所述储油件( 30 )内的延伸部( 442 ),所述延伸部( 442 )上开设有与所述导油件( 20 )一一对应的通孔,所述导油件( 20 )装设在所述通孔上。
  17. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述支架( 440 )由硅胶或陶瓷材料制成。
  18. 一种电子烟,包括储油件( 30 )、雾化组件( 40 )和导油件( 20 ),其特征在于,所述导油件( 20 )的数量为两根或两根以上,所述两根或两根以上的导油件( 20 )间隔设置并用于将所述储油件( 30 )内的烟油导出供给所述雾化组件( 40 )进行雾化,并形成一组雾化组件( 40 )对应两根或两根以上导油件( 20 )的形式。
