Description

电子烟及其雾化器 技术领域
本发明涉及模拟香烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟及其雾化器。
背景技术
在将雾化芯插置于储液空间或组装雾化芯时,雾化芯内部的雾化组件容易变形或松动的现象,此时缠绕在玻纤线上的电热丝或连接电极的导电线容易与雾化芯的导电壁相接触而发生电路短路损坏雾化组件的现象,影响电子烟正常工作。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题提供一种电子烟及其雾化器,能够防止电热丝与雾化芯导电壁触碰引发的电路短路现象,提高雾化器的使用寿命和使用安全,同时能够提高加热雾化烟液的稳定性,进而提高烟雾口感和用户体验。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括:外套管和插设在所述外套管一端内的雾化芯,所述外套管内设置有用于存储烟液的储液空间,所述雾化芯从所述储液空间中将烟液导出后雾化形成烟雾;所述雾化芯包括雾化组件及电极组件,所述雾化组件包括玻纤管及电热丝,所述玻纤管设置有沿所述玻纤管的轴向延伸并贯穿所述玻纤管两端面的通孔,所述玻纤管包括支撑段及位于所述支撑段两端的隔离段,所述电热丝缠绕于所述支撑段的外表面,所述电热丝的两端插入所述玻纤管位于所述隔离段的通孔内并由所述隔离段将所述电热丝两端导向至与所述电极组件电连接。
其中,所述玻纤管呈弯折状,所述支撑段沿所述雾化器的横向方向延伸设置,所述隔离段位于所述支撑段的同一侧并沿所述雾化器的纵向方向延伸设置,所述隔离段的远离所述支撑段的端部抵持在所述电极组件上。
其中,所述雾化芯包括用于吸收和缓存储液空间中烟液的缓存件;所述缓存件位于所述环绕于玻纤线外表面上的电热丝上方或下方;所述玻纤管与所述缓存件紧密接触;所述缓存件为储液棉且内设置有内衬管。

本发明的电子烟及其雾化器,将雾化组件设计为包括玻纤管和电热丝,玻纤管包括支撑段及形成于支撑段两端的隔离段,通过将电热丝缠绕于支撑段的外表面并将电热丝的两端插入玻纤管位于隔离段的通孔内并由隔离段将电热丝两端导向至电极组件,通过玻纤管的支撑,使得将雾化组件装配至雾化芯内或者将雾化芯插置于储液空间时,雾化组件不易变形或松动,并通过玻纤管的隔离段隔离进而能够防止电热丝电连接至电极组件的两端与雾化芯导电壁触碰引发的电路短路现象,提高雾化器的使用寿命和使用安全;另外,缠绕在玻纤管外表面的电热丝不容易变形而发生相互挤压触碰造成的电阻变化或短路问题,能够提高雾化组件加热雾化烟液时的稳定性,烟雾量不会忽变,进而能够提高烟雾口感和用户体验;此外,所述玻纤管较耐高温,其可避免因高温烧焦而影响用户健康的问题。

下文中,各实施例的雾化器均包括外套管以及设置于外套管内的储液空间和雾化芯,其中,储液空间内存储有烟液,雾化芯从储液空间中将烟液导出后加热雾化形成烟雾。
结合图1至图5进行参阅,本发明第一实施例的雾化器,储液空间2即为储液腔,可以在储液空间2内注射烟液或装设如储液棉功能类似的储液件。雾化芯3包括雾化组件31及电极组件32,雾化组件31包括玻纤管311及电热丝312,电热丝312缠绕于玻纤管311表面上,电热丝312的两端插入玻纤管311的通孔内并由玻纤管311将电热丝312两端导向至与电极组件32电连接。具体的,玻纤管311设置有沿玻纤管311的轴向延伸并贯穿玻纤管311两端面的通孔,玻纤管311包括支撑段3111及位于支撑段3111两端的隔离段3112、3113,电热丝312缠绕于支撑段3111的外表面,电热丝312的两端插入玻纤管311位于隔离段3112、3113的通孔内并由隔离段3112、3113将电热丝312两端导向至与电极组件32电连接。
具体实施方式中,玻纤管311通常向电极组件32方向弯折呈弯折状,其中,支撑段3111沿雾化器的横向方向延伸设置,隔离段3112、3113位于支撑段3111的同一侧并沿雾化器的纵向方向延伸设置,隔离段3112、3113的远离支撑段3111的端部抵持在电极组件32上,以更好地支撑所述电热丝312。举例而言,该玻纤管311的弯折状可以呈U型。该玻纤管311可以采用编织方式制成,以使玻纤管311具有较好的弹性,以便于组装及固定较可靠。

结合图6和图7进行参阅,支撑段3111’上设置有沿支撑段3111’的纵向方向延伸的容置槽3114’,容置槽3114’与贯穿玻纤管311’两端面的通孔3115’连通,导液件313’穿过缠绕于玻纤管311’上的电热丝312’并置于容置槽3114’上,其中,导液件313’涨紧固定或卡合于容置槽3114’上,导液件313’与玻纤管311’及电热丝312’表面相互接触,导液件313’两端延伸至储液空间2吸取其储存的烟液。通过在支撑段3111’上设置容置槽3114’,导液件313’与玻纤管311’的连接更紧密,固定较可靠,导液效果也更好,同时能够减小雾化组件31的体积。此外,装配时较便于将电热丝312’的端部插入所述隔离段3112’,3113’内,从而可提高生产效率。
继续参阅图1-图4,在一具体应用实施方式中,外套管1一端设置有连接柱11,连接柱11延伸至外套管1的一端可拆卸的连接有吸嘴盖4,例如,连接柱11与吸嘴盖4之间可以通过螺纹配合的方式进行连接。外套管1内设有通气管5,外套管1与通气管5之间设置有隔液件6,且隔液件6抵接连接柱11,该隔液件6可以是胶塞,该隔液件6开设有与通气管5连通的通气槽61,其中,外套管1、通气管5及隔液件6之间的空间形成该储液空间2,所述储液空间2两端分别由所述吸嘴盖4和雾化芯3密封其内所储存的烟液。为避免烟液从储液空间2内溢出到外套管1之外,隔液件6的外周壁设有环形卡槽62,环形卡槽62内固定有与外套管1的内壁弹性抵接的第一密封件63。
另外,吸嘴盖4内可以开设有与通气管5相连通的储液室,该储液室的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔41,具体即吸嘴盖4上设置该出气孔41,以使雾化芯3雾化的烟雾经通气管5流动至出气孔41时,冷凝的烟液能够存储在该储液室内。
通过在吸嘴盖4内设有储液室,吸烟时通气管5上凝结的烟液顺着气流流入并存储在吸嘴盖4内的储液室,由于吸嘴盖4与外套管1为可拆卸的连接,可以定时将吸嘴盖4拆卸下来以清理储液室内存留的烟液,防止用户抽烟时吸到烟液。
外套管1另一端与雾化芯3也设置为可拆卸连接,如螺纹连接或卡扣连接以方便拆开雾化芯3进而向储液空间2内补充烟液或更换储液件。
雾化芯3内设置有与通气管5相连通的雾化腔30,雾化组件31收容于雾化腔30内,雾化芯3延伸至外套管1之外的一端开设有与雾化腔30相导通的用以进气及排出雾化 腔30内烟液的穿孔3211。
本实施例中,电极组件32包括外螺纹电极321、绝缘件322以及内电极323,外螺纹电极321、绝缘件322以及内电极323以外螺纹电极321的轴心为中心依次由外向内嵌设,从玻纤管311导向至电极组件32的电热丝312两端分别延伸或抵接至外螺纹电极321、内电极323。当然,所述电热丝312两端也可以与通电时发热量较小的电子线相连,再通过所述电子线与所述电极组件32相连。只要所述电热丝312电连接至所述电极组件32即可,在此不作具体限定。该外螺纹电极321沿轴向贯穿形成该雾化腔30,外螺纹电极321的周壁上设有与雾化腔30相导通的该穿孔3211,外螺纹电极321一端与外套管1螺纹连接、另一端用于与电池杆(图未示出)螺纹连接。
外螺纹电极321包括大致为中空的柱体结构的主体3210,主体3210上设有卡口3212、穿孔3211、限位卡台3217、环形凹槽3218、凸起3215、限位凸部3214和环形卡台3219(如图2)。
卡口3212开设在外螺纹电极321与外套管1螺纹连接的一端并朝远离吸嘴盖4的一侧延伸,也即卡口3212开设在主体3210靠近吸嘴盖4的一端并朝远离吸嘴盖4的一侧延伸。本实施例中,卡口3212包括两个,两个卡口3212相对间隔设置并与储液空间2相连通,雾化组件31架设并固定在所述两个卡口3212的底部。
穿孔3211设在主体3210延伸至外套管1之外的一端上,并与雾化腔30相导通,穿孔3211主要用以进气及排除雾化腔30内的烟液。由于穿孔3211位于外套管1之外,故气流直接通过该穿孔3211即可进入雾化腔30内,不会产生噪音。
进一步的,为了避免雾化芯3在组装的过程中,连接件7将穿孔3211堵塞,可以在主体3210的外周壁上凸设限位卡台3217,该限位卡台3217抵接至连接件7的端口侧缘,穿孔3211开设在该限位卡台3217上,从而避免穿孔3211在组装中被堵塞。
进一步的,为了便于用户拆装雾化芯3,还可以在限位卡台3217上设置防滑的滚花(图上未标号)。
进一步的,为了避免烟液从主体3210与外套管1的连接处泄漏,可以在主体3210上套设第二密封件3216。具体的,本实施例中,主体3210的位于外套管1内的外周壁上设有环形卡槽62,第二密封件3216固定在该环形卡槽62内并弹性抵接至外套管1的内壁,以实现密封作用。
进一步的,为了更好的支撑雾化组件31,主体3210上设置有用于支撑雾化组件31的凸起3215,该凸起3215的一端固定在卡口3212的底部,另一端朝远离主体3210的轴线 方向延伸。通过设置凸起3215,可以避免支撑雾化组件31的侧壁过薄而使雾化组件31滑入雾化腔30内。
进一步的,由于雾化盖3213套设在连接套及通气管5上,并抵持在雾化组件31上,为了避免雾化盖3213过度挤压雾化组件31,可以在主体3210上凸设与雾化盖3213的端面相抵持的限位凸部3214。
上述实施例中,雾化芯3中可以包括用于吸收和缓存烟液的缓存件33,玻纤管311与该缓存件33紧密抵接。具体的,缓存件33上设置有轴向的导向槽3321和放置槽3322,雾化组件31的玻纤管311沿导向槽3321插入并卡设于放置槽3322进而固定在缓冲件33上。具体的,缓存件33由嵌设于其内的内衬管331支撑固定,该内衬管331可以是玻纤管,该实施方式中,缓存件33可以选用柱形储液棉,为避免储油棉散开,储液棉的外表面设置有粘接层,粘结层可采用强力胶水形成。进一步地,可以设置一第三密封件3120,该第三密封件3120涨紧设置于雾化盖3213内并与内衬管331一起共同密封该缓存件33以防止缓存件33中存储的烟液随烟雾一起从通气管5中排出并进入人口。
参阅图8,本发明第二实施例的雾化器,外套管100为上窄下宽结构,外套管100上端直接成型为吸嘴110、下端与雾化芯(图未标示)可拆卸连接,外套管100内部在开始变宽的位置向远离吸嘴110的一端延伸形成一通气管130,通气管130与外套管100之间的空间形成储液空间140,储液空间140内可注射烟液或装设储液件。其中,通气管130与外套管100可选用一体成型,其结构简单,成本较低。
雾化组件120包括玻纤管、缠绕玻纤管外表面的电热丝以及导液件,该导液件穿过缠绕于玻纤管上的电热丝,同时,导液件两端插入储液空间140内以与储液空间140内的烟液接触或与储液空间140内的储液件抵接。为较好的引出电热丝以防止雾化组件120变形和松动造成的电路短路,玻纤管可设置为弯折状,例如,该弯折状可以呈U型。具体可结合图5-7进行参阅,本发明第二实施例中的导液件、玻纤管及电热丝组成结构与本发明第一实施例中相应的结构相同,不作过多描述。
雾化芯包括雾化座1211,雾化座1211大致呈圆柱体,雾化座1211沿轴向贯穿形成雾化腔1200,雾化组件120收容于雾化腔1200内,雾化座1211可以作为电极组件121的负极(当然也可以是正极),电极组件121还包括绝缘件1212及内电极1213(当雾化座1211为负极时,其为正极,反之,相反),该绝缘件1212、内电极1213以雾化座1211的轴线为中心依次由外向内嵌设,从玻纤管导向至电极组件121的电热丝两端分别延伸或抵接至外螺纹电极、内电极1213。雾化芯还包括一中空的压杆122和硅胶套123,压杆122伸入通 气管130并且将雾化组件120压合至雾化座1211,同时,压杆122与雾化腔1200连通,硅胶套123套设于压杆122和通气管130表面以进一步将压杆122压合至雾化座1211上同时实现压杆122与通气管130之间的密封。
在一具体应用实施方式中,外套管100远离吸嘴110的一端设置有连接件150,连接件150部分内壁为内螺纹,雾化座1211设有外螺纹,通过一过渡件160分别螺纹连接雾化座1211和连接件150进而将雾化芯装配至外套管100内,雾化芯在本发明第二实施例中也是可以方便拆卸的,因此,可以向储液空间140内补充烟液或者更换储液件。为方便与电池杆进行可拆卸连接,该连接件150底部还设有一螺纹套170,以通过螺纹配合的方式与电池杆进行连接。
在另一具体应用实施方式中,可在过渡件160位于与雾化座1211外周壁连接的侧壁套设一与雾化座1211的外周壁弹性抵接的第一密封件124。另外,可在过渡件160位于与外套管100内周壁连接的侧壁套设一与外套管100的内周壁弹性抵接的第二密封件125。
当然,雾化芯中也可以包括用于吸收和缓存烟液的缓存件,玻纤管与该缓存件紧密抵接,利用缓存件吸收和缓存烟液,能够进一步减少未被雾化的烟液随烟雾送到用户口中,进而能够提高烟雾口感和用户体验。
结合图9-图11进行参阅,本发明第三实施例的雾化器,储液空间内收纳有存储有烟液的储液件220,其中,玻纤管2511抵接于储液件220内表面。
具体而言,外套管200内设有通气管210,通气管210与外套管200之间形成储液空间,储液件220设置于储液空间内,该储液件220可以是柱形储液棉,外套管200一端涨紧固定有吸嘴盖230,雾化芯250涨紧固定于外套管200另一端,吸嘴盖230与储液件220之间可以间隔设置一隔液座240以过滤随烟雾带出的烟液颗粒。
在一具体应用实施方式中,储液件220侧壁设有径向的导向槽221、位于导向槽221末端的紧置槽222以及自紧置槽222向远离吸嘴盖230方向沿轴向设置的放置槽223,安装时,玻纤管2511沿导向槽221插入并卡合至紧置槽222同时沿放置槽223装配,导向槽221和紧置槽222的设置可以方便雾化组件251顺利插置于储液件220内部且夹紧固定。为更好的引出电热丝2512以防止雾化组件251变形和松动造成的电路短路,雾化组件251的具体结构可参考图10,本发明第三实施例中,雾化组件251与本发明第一实施例中的雾化组件31的区别仅在于:雾化组件251不包括导液件,能够减小体积,使雾化器结构更紧凑。当然,即使雾化组件251中包括如本发明第一实施例中雾化组件31上的导液件313,也是可以实施的,此处不作具体描述。
电极组件252包括分别沿轴向贯通的外螺纹电极2521、绝缘件2522以及内电极2523,绝缘件2522、内电极2523以雾化座253的轴线为中心依次由外向内嵌设,从玻纤管2511导向至电极组件252的电热丝2512两端分别延伸或抵接至外螺纹电极2521、内电极2523。其中,通气管210与雾化座253、绝缘件2522及内电极2523相连通,外螺纹电极2521凸出外套管200的部分其外周壁设置有螺纹以与电池杆连接,雾化芯250还包括雾化座253,雾化座253和外螺纹电极2521均涨紧固定于外套管200内壁,储液件220与雾化座253压合以固定雾化组件251。
该实施例中,雾化芯也可以包括缓存件。缓存件上可以设置有轴向的导向槽和放置槽(可参阅图4),玻纤管2511沿导向槽插入并卡设于放置槽。具体的,缓存件由嵌设于其内的内衬管支撑固定,导向槽和卡放置槽设置于缓存件上,玻纤管2511沿导向槽插入并卡设于放置槽进而固定在缓存件上。具体可参阅图4及对于缓存件的相关描述,此处不作重复赘述。
本发明提供一种电子烟,电子烟包括可拆卸连接的雾化器和电池杆,对于该雾化器的描述可参照上文描述,此处不再一一赘述。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括:
    外套管和插设在所述外套管一端内的雾化芯,所述外套管内设置有用于存储烟液的储液空间,所述雾化芯从所述储液空间中将烟液导出后雾化形成烟雾;
    所述雾化芯包括雾化组件及电极组件,所述雾化组件包括玻纤管及电热丝,所述玻纤管设置有沿所述玻纤管的轴向延伸并贯穿所述玻纤管两端面的通孔,所述玻纤管包括支撑段及位于所述支撑段两端的隔离段,所述电热丝缠绕于所述支撑段的外表面,所述电热丝的两端插入所述玻纤管位于所述隔离段的通孔内并由所述隔离段将所述电热丝两端导向至与所述电极组件电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述玻纤管呈弯折状,所述支撑段沿所述雾化器的横向方向延伸设置,所述隔离段位于所述支撑段的同一侧并沿所述雾化器的纵向方向延伸设置,所述隔离段的远离所述支撑段的端部抵持在所述电极组件上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述雾化芯包括用于吸收和缓存储液空间中烟液的缓存件;所述缓存件位于所述环绕于玻纤线外表面上的电热丝上方或下方;所述玻纤管与所述缓存件紧密接触;所述缓存件为储液棉且内设置有内衬管。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述玻纤管向所述电极组件方向弯折;所述电热丝两端分别穿出玻纤管两端面的通孔后分别与所述电极组件的正负极电连接;所述玻纤管由若干玻纤线编织而成。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述支撑段上设置有沿所述支撑段的纵向方向延伸的容置槽,所述容置槽与所述通孔连通;所述雾化芯进一步包括导液件,所述导液件穿过缠绕于所述玻纤管上的电热丝并置于所述容置槽上;所述导液件与所述玻纤管及电热丝表面相互接触;所述导液件两端延伸至所述储液空间吸取其储存的烟液。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述外套管一端设置有吸嘴组件;所述吸嘴组件包括吸嘴盖以及隔液件;所述储液空间两端分别由所述吸嘴盖和雾化芯密封其内所储存的烟液;
    所述外套管一端设置有连接柱,所述连接柱延伸至所述外套管的一端连接有所述吸嘴盖;
    所述外套管内设有通气管,所述隔夜件设置于所述外套管与所述通气管之间且所述隔液件抵 接所述连接柱;
    所述吸嘴盖上开设有供自所述通气管内气流排出的出气孔;
    所述外套管与所述通气管之间的空间形成所述储液空间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述雾化芯包括雾化盖,所述电极组件和所述雾化盖相互套接,所述雾化芯内形成一与所述通气管相连通的雾化腔、两侧形成卡口;所述雾化组件容置于所述雾化腔内,而所述导液件两端穿出所述卡口后伸入所述储液空间中吸取烟液;
    所述雾化芯延伸至所述外套管之外的一端开设有与所述雾化腔相导通的用以进气及排出所述雾化腔内烟液的穿孔。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述隔液件的外周壁设有环形卡槽,所述环形卡槽内固定有与所述外套管的内壁弹性抵接的第一密封件;所述电极组件包括外螺纹电极、绝缘件以及内电极,所述外螺纹电极、所述绝缘件以及所述内电极以所述外螺纹电极的轴心为中心依次由外向内嵌设,从所述玻纤管导向至所述电极组件的电热丝两端分别延伸或抵接至所述外螺纹电极、所述内电极;
    所述外螺纹电极沿轴向贯穿形成所述雾化腔,所述外螺纹电极的周壁上设有与所述雾化腔相导通的所述穿孔,所述外螺纹电极一端与所述外套管螺纹连接、另一端与电池杆螺纹连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述外螺纹电极与所述外套管螺纹连接的一端间隔开设有朝远离所述吸嘴盖的一侧延伸的两个相对应设置并与所述储液空间相连通的所述卡口,所述雾化组件架设于所述两个卡口内;所述雾化盖套设于所述外螺纹电极及所述通气管上、并抵持在所述雾化组件上,所述通气管的一端穿设所述雾化盖并延伸至所述雾化腔内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述外螺纹电极的外表面设置有与所述雾化盖的端面相抵持的限位凸部,所述外螺纹电极的外表面设置有用以支撑所述雾化组件的凸起;
    所述雾化芯位于所述外套管内的外周壁套设有与所述外套管的内壁弹性抵接的第二密封件;所述雾化芯用于与所述通气管弹性密封相连处设置有第三密封件;
    所述第二密封件设置于所述外螺纹电极外侧壁与所述外套管内壁之间弹性密封储液空间内的烟液;所述第三密封件设置于所述通气管外壁与所述雾化盖内侧壁之间弹性密封所述储液空间内的烟液。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述外套管为上窄下宽结构,所述外套管上端直接成型为吸嘴、下端与所述雾化芯可拆卸连接,其中,所述外套管内部在开始变宽的位置向远离所述吸嘴的一端延伸形成一通气管,所述通气管与所述外套管之间形成所述储液空间,所述储液空间内可注射烟液或装设储液件;所述导液件穿过缠绕于所述玻纤管上的电热丝并支撑所述雾化组件,同时,所述导液件两端插入所述储液空间内以与所述储液空间内的烟液接触或与所述储液空间内的储液件抵接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述雾化芯包括雾化座,所述雾化座沿轴向贯穿形成雾化腔,所述雾化组件容置于所述雾化腔内,所述雾化座作为所述电极组件的负极,所述电极组件还包括绝缘件及内电极,所述绝缘件、所述内电极以所述雾化座的轴线为中心依次由外向内嵌设;
    所述雾化芯还包括一中空的压杆和硅胶套,所述压杆伸入所述通气管并且将所述雾化组件压合至所述雾化座,同时,所述压杆与所述雾化腔连通,所述硅胶套套设于所述压杆和通气管表面以进一步将所述压杆压合至所述雾化座上同时实现所述压杆与所述通气管之间的密封。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述外套管远离所述吸嘴的一端设置有连接件,所述连接件部分内壁为内螺纹,所述雾化座设有外螺纹,通过一过渡件分别螺纹连接所述雾化座和所述连接件将所述雾化芯装配至所述外套管内;
    所述连接件底部还设有一螺纹套用以与电池杆进行可拆卸连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述过渡件位于与所述雾化座外周壁连接的侧壁套设有与所述雾化座的外周壁弹性抵接的第一密封件;
    所述过渡件位于与所述外套管内周壁连接的侧壁套设有与所述外套管的内周壁弹性抵接的第二密封件。
  15. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述储液空间内收纳有储液件,所述玻纤管抵接于所述储液件内表面。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述外套管内设有通气管,所述通气管与所述外套管之间形成所述储液空间,所述储液件设置于所述储液空间内,所述外套管一端涨紧固定有吸嘴盖,所述雾化芯涨紧固定于所述外套管另一端,所述吸嘴盖与所述储液件之间间隔设置有一隔液座。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述储液件侧壁设有径向的导向槽、位于所述导向槽末端的紧置槽以及自所述紧置槽向远离 所述吸嘴盖方向沿轴向设置的放置槽,所述玻纤管沿所述导向槽插入并卡合至所述紧置槽同时沿所述放置槽装配。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述电极组件包括分别沿轴向贯通的外螺纹电极、绝缘件以及内电极,所述绝缘件、所述内电极以所述雾化座的轴线为中心依次由外向内嵌设,所述通气管与所述雾化座、所述绝缘件及所述内电极相连通,所述外螺纹电极凸出所述外套管的部分其外周壁设置有螺纹以与电池杆连接;
    所述雾化芯还包括雾化座,所述雾化座和所述外螺纹电极均涨紧固定于所述外套管内壁,所述储液件与所述雾化座压合以固定所述雾化组件。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的雾化器,其特征在于:
    所述缓存件上设置有轴向的导向槽和放置槽,所述缓存件由嵌设于所述缓存件内的玻纤管支撑,所述玻纤管沿所述缓存件上的导向槽插入并卡设于所述缓存件上的放置槽进而固定在所述缓存件上;
    所述缓存件是柱形储液棉,所述储液棉的外表面设置有用以避免所述储油棉散开的粘接层。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括如权利要求1-19项中任一项所述的雾化器以及为所述雾化器供电的电池杆。
