技术领域

背景技术
[0002] 目前电子烟一般包括用于雾化烟液的雾化器、 用于给雾化器供电的电池组件、 用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件以及与外界环境相通并贯穿雾化器的通气道, 当电 子烟工作吋, 电池组件给电热丝组件供电, 电热丝组件发热在雾化腔内将烟液 雾化, 以达到产生烟雾的效果。 外部气流通过通气道进入雾化腔内, 并连同雾 化腔内的烟雾通过吸嘴送人吸烟者口腔, 实现电子烟功能。
[0003] 现有的电子烟结构的通气道都是直通电池组件, 电热丝组件可以安装在雾化器 底部也可以固定在雾化器靠近吸嘴的端部。 若将电热丝组件安装在雾化器底部 , 只能够从雾化器底部进行添加烟油, 操作极为不便。 若将电热丝组件固定雾 化器靠近吸嘴的端部, 虽然可以将加油口设在雾化器靠近吸嘴的端部, 方便进 行添加烟油, 但是由于电热丝组件的安装位置较高, 用于吸取烟油的导油绳从 雾化器的端部一直延伸到储油腔底部, 导油绳外露极为影响电子烟的外观, 并 且在添加烟油吋如果速度过快, 烟油极易沿着导油绳流入到通气道内, 导致用 户吸食到烟油以及烟油会沿着通气道向电池组件渗漏并进入电池组件内, 腐蚀 电池, 对电池组件造成损伤甚至使整个电子烟失效。

(3) 的雾化芯 (13) , 所述雾化套 (11) 内设置有用于将雾化的 烟雾排至所述吸嘴 (12) 内的通气管 (14) 以及用于容置烟油 (3 ) 的储油腔 (15) ;
所述雾化芯 (13) 上幵设有与所述储油腔 (15) 相通的进油口 (1 34) , 设置在所述雾化芯 (13) 内的电热丝组件 (131) 通过所述 进油口 (134) 吸取烟油 (3) ;
所述储油腔 (15) 内设置有套设在所述进油口 (134) 处的可伸缩 的弹性密封套 (16) ;
所述储油腔 (15) 的加油口设置在所述雾化套 (11) 靠近所述吸 嘴 (12) 一端的端部;
所述吸嘴 (12) 上设置有向所述雾化芯 (13) 方向延伸并最终与 所述弹性密封套 (16) 相连接的压杆 (17) ; 所述压杆 (17) 用于挤压所述弹性密封套 (16) 以让出空间使得 所述进油口 (134) 与所述储油腔 (15) 相通;
所述压杆 (17) 还用于在抽离吋使得所述弹性密封套 (16) 失去 所述压杆 (17) 的挤压作用而复位以遮蔽所述进油口 (134) 。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的一种雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述压杆 (17) 套 设在所述通气管 (14) 外侧, 所述压杆 (17) 包括用于与所述吸 嘴 (12) 可拆卸连接且插设在所述储油腔 (15) 的加油口上的连 接头 (171) 、 用于挤压所述弹性密封套 (16) 的压头 (173) 以 及连接在所述连接头 (171) 与压头 (173) 之间的套管 (172) , 所述压头 (173) 上幵设有与所述进油口 (134) 相对应的进油缺 口 (174) ;
所述压头 (173) 挤压所述弹性密封套 (16) 使得所述进油缺口 ( 174) 与进油口 (134) 相通, 进而使得所述储油腔 (15) 与进油 口 (134) 导通。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的一种雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述弹性密封套 (
16) 为橡胶套, 所述弹性密封套 (16) 靠近所述吸嘴 (12) —端 设置有避让台阶 (161) , 所述弹性密封套 (16) 的内侧面与所述 进油口 (134) 相抵接, 所述压杆 (17) 远离所述吸嘴 (12) 的一 端端部插设在所述弹性密封套 (16) 与进油口 (134) 之间并挤压 , 使得所述进油口 (134) 与储油腔 (15) 通过所述避让台阶 (16 1) 相通。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的一种雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述弹性密封套 (
16) 远离所述吸嘴 (12) —端设置有用于增大所述弹性密封套 (1 6) 变形量的避让凹槽 (162) 。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 1所述的一种雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述弹性密封套 (
16) 为截面为 L型的环状橡胶套, 所述弹性密封套 (16) 的环形台 阶 (163) 与所述进油口 (134) 相抵接, 所述压杆 (17) 远离所 述吸嘴 (12) 的一端端部抵接在所述弹性密封套 (16) 的环形台 阶 (163) 上并挤压, 使得所述进油口 (134) 与储油腔 (15) 相 通。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 2所述的一种雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述压杆 (17) 的 连接头 (171) 与雾化套 (11) 之间设置有用于密封所述加油口的 第一密封圈 (18) 。
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 2所述的一种雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述压杆 (17) 的 压头 (173) 与通气管 (14) 之间设置有用于防止烟油 (3) 渗漏 的第二密封圈 (19) 。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 2所述的一种雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述压杆 (17) 的 压头 (173) 内设置有用于限制所述压杆 (17) 插入距离的限位台 阶 (175) 。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 1所述的一种雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化套 (11) 由可观察到所述雾化器 (1) 内的烟油量的透明材料制成。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 1所述的一种雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯 (13) 还包括插设在所述雾化套 (11) 远离所述吸嘴 (12) —端的雾化 座 (132) ;
所述雾化座 (132) 向所述吸嘴 (12) 方向延伸设置有凸入所述储 油腔 (15) 内的用于架设所述电热丝组件 (131) 的安装支架 (13 所述进油口 (134) 设置在所述安装支架 (133) 上, 所述通气管 ( 14) 靠近所述雾化芯 (13) —端外表面轴向设置有与所述进油 口 (134) 相配套用于压紧所述电热丝组件 (131) 两端的限位凸 起 (141) ;
所述雾化座 (132) 靠近所述电池杆组件 (2) 的一端设置有用于 连接固定所述电池杆组件 (2) 的外螺纹 (135) , 所述雾化座 (1 32) 靠近所述电池杆组件 (2) 的一端内插设有上电极 (136) ; 所述电热丝组件 (131) 的电热丝两端通过电子线 (137) 分别与 所述雾化座 (132) 及上电极 (136) 电连接。

(2) 靠近所述吸嘴 (12) —端端部设置有用于与所述雾化器 (1 ) 连接固定的连接件 (21) , 所述连接件 (21) 设置有与所述外 螺纹 (135) 相配套的内螺纹 (22) , 所述连接件 (21) 内插设有 与所述上电极 (136) 相抵接的下电极 (23) 。

然后在所述储油腔 (15) 与雾化芯 (13) 之间在所述进油口 (134 ) 处套设用于封堵所述进油口 (134) 的可伸缩的弹性密封套 (16 电子烟正常使用吋, 通过在所述储油腔 (15) 内设置与所述弹性 密封套 (16) 相连接的压杆 (17) 挤压所述弹性密封套 (16) 以 让出空间使得所述进油口 (134) 与储油腔 (15) 相通, 所述电热 丝组件 (131) 通过所述进油口 (134) 获取烟油 (3) 雾化产生烟 雾, 实现电子烟功能;
