在现有技术中,电子烟的结构包括用于雾化烟油的雾化组件以及给所述雾化组件供电的电池组件。结合图1所示,雾化组件包括电热丝组件、储油棉101、以及储油棉空心处所形成的通气管102,其中,储油棉101包裹在电热丝组件上,电热丝组件中的导油柱103从储油棉101内吸收烟油,电热丝组件中缠绕在导油柱103上的电热丝104通过电池杆供电后发热将导油柱103上的烟油雾化成烟雾。
但是,由于烟油是存储在储油棉上的,导油柱需从储油棉上吸收烟油,这样,在用户吸食速度加快时,容易造成导油柱供油不足而导致电热丝干烧,影响用户的口感;而且由于电热丝过细,储油棉的包裹空间又比较小,在将储油棉包裹在电热丝组件上的组装过程中,容易将电热丝挤压变形,使得电热丝缠绕不均匀,导致在电热丝组件工作时,电热丝发热不均匀,影响烟油的雾化;也有可能直接将电热丝压断,使得电热丝与电池杆无法形成回路,导致无法加热雾化烟油;而且,当储油棉将电热丝组件挤压变形后,还可能导致电热丝组件阻塞储油棉空心所形成的通气管,使得气流无法顺畅从通气管通过,造成了用户体验较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了用于避免挤压电热丝组件的雾化组件及电子烟。
一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,其中,包括:
用于存储烟油的透明储油套、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯以及透明的隔离 套;
所述储油套包括位置相对的第一端及第二端,所述储油套的第一端为封闭端,所述储油套的第二端为开口端,所述储油套的开口端插设有由吸油材料制成并在外力作用下能够发生弹性形变的隔油件,所述隔油件的插入所述储油套内的端面与所述储油套的第一端之间形成有烟油存储腔;
所述雾化芯设置于所述储油套的开口端的一侧并与所述储油套插接相连,所述隔离套套设在所述储油套上并与所述雾化芯插接相连,所述隔离套的内壁与所述储油套的外壁之间的间隙形成有烟雾通道;所述雾化芯包括用于与所述电池组件电连接的电极组件、用于雾化烟油的电热丝及用于吸附烟油给所述电热丝雾化的导油柱,所述导油柱沿所述雾化组件的长度方向设置,且所述导油柱的一端插入所述隔油件内并与所述隔油件涨紧配合,所述电热丝缠绕在所述导油柱的延伸至所述隔油件外的一端并与所述电极组件电连接,以使所述电热丝雾化所述导油柱上的烟油形成的烟雾经所述烟雾通道后送出。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述雾化芯还包括抵持在所述隔油件的远离所述烟油存储腔的一端端面上的雾化座,所述雾化座内设置有雾化腔及位于所述雾化腔的腔壁上的烟雾排出孔,所述烟雾排出孔与所述雾化腔及所述烟雾通道相连通,所述导油柱的延伸至所述隔油件外的一端容置于所述雾化腔内。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述雾化组件还包括金属连接套,所述金属连接套的一端套设在所述隔离套的一端外壁上,所述金属连接套的另一端套设在所述雾化芯上,以使所述金属连接套的两端分别与所述隔离套及所述雾化芯固定连接。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述电极组件包括内电极与套设在所述内电极上的外电极,所述电热丝的一端与所述内电极电连接,另一端与所述外电极电连接;所述雾化座插设在所述外电极的一端,所述雾化座上套设有雾化套,所述雾化套的延伸至所述雾化座外的一端套设在所述储油套上并与所述储油套涨紧配合固定连接,所述雾化套上设置有与所述雾化腔及所述烟雾通道相连通的排烟孔。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述储油套的开口端外壁上设置有内凹的第一环形凹槽,所述雾化套套设在所述第一环形凹槽上。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述隔离套的与雾化芯相邻的端部外壁处设置有内凹的第二环形凹槽,所述金属连接套套设在所述第二环形凹槽上。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述雾化座面向所述内电极的一端设置有固定插槽,所述内电极的一端插设在所述固定插槽内。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述金属连接套与所述雾化套之间形成有与所述烟雾通道相连通的冷凝烟油存储空间。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述隔离套的远离所述雾化芯的端面上设置有与所述烟雾通道相连通的出烟孔,所述出烟孔的面向所述储油套的孔口周缘向所述储油套方向延伸形成有用于阻挡冷凝的烟油进入所述出烟孔内的阻油柱。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述隔油件呈柱状结构,所述隔油件设置有位于所述的隔油件的轴向线上的插孔,所述插孔贯穿所述隔油件的相对两端面并与所述烟油存储腔相连通,所述导油柱插设在所述插孔内并与所述插孔的内壁涨紧配合。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述隔油件为纤维材料制件,所述隔油件的与所述储油套相抵持的外周面形成有一层粘接层。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述粘接层为通过加热熔化的方式形成所述粘接层。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述储油套的开口端内壁处设置有抵持在所述隔油件端面上的限位台阶。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述隔油件的远离所述烟油存储腔的端面与所述储油套的端面相齐平或位于储油套内。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述烟雾通道的横截面呈环形结构。
所述的雾化组件,其中,所述导油柱为玻纤线。
一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其中,所述雾化组件如上述任意一项雾化组件所述。
本发明的雾化组件及电子烟的有益效果如下:首先,由于所述储油套的的开口端插设有由吸油材料制成并在外力作用下能够发生弹性形变的隔油件,所述隔油件的插入所述储油套内的端面与所述储油套的第一端之间形成有烟油存储腔,所述导油柱的一端插入所述隔油件内并与所述隔油件涨紧配合,因而 烟油存储腔内的烟油可直接通过所述隔油件传导至所述导油柱上供所述电热丝进行雾化,避免了现有技术中通过导油柱从储油棉上导油时因烟油供应不足而导致电热丝干烧的问题,且所述隔油件插入所述储油套内,受到所述储油套的挤压,因而可使烟油较为合理的输送,避免了烟油过度输送导致漏油的问题;其次,由于导油柱沿所述雾化组件的长度方向设置,导油柱的一端插入隔油件内并与隔油件涨紧配合,电热丝缠绕在所述导油柱的延伸至隔油件外的一端,这样,电热丝并没有受到任何挤压,也不会产生形变,增强了产品性能,提高了用户体验;第三,由于所述储油套位于所述隔离套内,所述储油套与所述隔离套之间形成有间隙,在密封所述出烟孔后,外部温度不容易传导至烟油内,因而较好地避免在运输过程中等外部环境温度较高时导致烟油容易变质以及烟油在高温下膨胀时泄露出来的问题;最后,由于所述储油套和所述隔离套均为透明体,便于用户随时查看该雾化组件的剩余的烟油量,且通过观察所述烟雾通道中是否存在冷凝的烟油判断雾化组件是否被使用过,因而提高了安全性,避免卫生隐患,且所述储油套和所述隔离套之间的间隙能够存储较多冷凝的烟油,因而较好地避免用户吸食到烟油。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种雾化组件及电子烟,以下结合图2所示对本发明所提供 的雾化组件及电子烟的具体结构进行详细说明。
本实施例中,该雾化组件包括:
用于存储烟油的透明储油套201、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯以及透明的隔离套202;
为了便于直观看到雾化组件内烟油量,所以储油套以及隔离套均为透明的。所述储油套以及隔离套可以由玻璃或塑料等材料制成;优选的,所述储油套以及隔离套由能够透光的PC(聚碳酸酯)、PVC(聚氯乙烯)、PET(聚对苯二甲酸类塑料)等非金属材料制成。
所述储油套201包括位置相对的第一端及第二端,所述储油套201的第一端为封闭端,所述储油套的第二端为开口端,所述储油套201的开口端插设有由吸油材料制成并在外力作用下能够发生弹性形变的隔油件203,所述隔油件203的插入所述储油套201内的端面与所述储油套201的第一端之间形成有烟油存储腔204;
由于隔油件为吸油材料制成并具有弹性,所以隔油件既能与储油套形成烟油存储腔用于存储烟油,又能在与导油件涨紧配合时,使得导油件能够从烟油存储腔内迅速导油,也能防止烟油从烟油存储腔内漏出。
所述雾化芯设置于所述储油套201的开口端的一侧并与所述储油套201插接相连,所述隔离套202套设在所述储油套201上并与所述雾化芯插接相连,所述隔离套202的内壁与所述储油套201的外壁之间的间隙形成有烟雾通道205;所述雾化芯包括用于与电池组件电连接的电极组件206、用于雾化烟油的电热丝207及用于吸附烟油给所述电热丝207雾化的导油柱208,所述导油柱208沿所述雾化组件的长度方向设置,且所述导油柱208的一端插入所述隔油件203内并与所述隔油件203涨紧配合,所述电热丝207缠绕在所述导油柱208的延伸至所述隔油件203外的一端并与所述电极组件206电连接,以使所述电热丝207雾化所述导油柱208上的烟油形成的烟雾经所述烟雾通道205后送出。
本发明实施例中,由于所述储油套的的开口端插设有由吸油材料制成并在外力作用下能够发生弹性形变的隔油件,所述隔油件的插入所述储油套内的端面与所述储油套的第一端之间形成有烟油存储腔,所述导油柱的一端插入所述 隔油件内并与所述隔油件涨紧配合,因而烟油存储腔内的烟油可直接通过所述隔油件传导至所述导油柱上供所述电热丝进行雾化,避免了现有技术中通过导油柱从储油棉上导油时因烟油供应不足而导致电热丝干烧的问题,且所述隔油件插入所述储油套内,受到所述储油套的挤压,因而可使烟油较为合理的输送,避免了烟油过度输送导致漏油的问题;并且由于导油柱沿所述雾化组件的长度方向设置,导油柱的一端插入隔油件内并与隔油件涨紧配合,电热丝缠绕在所述导油柱的延伸至隔油件外的一端,这样,电热丝并没有受到任何挤压,也不会产生形变,增强了产品性能,提高了用户体验。
上述实施例中,描述了雾化组件包括储油套、隔离套、以及雾化芯,在实际应用中,所述雾化芯还包括雾化座,所述雾化组件还包括金属连接套、电极组件包括内电极与外电极,下面对雾化座、金属连接套、内电极以及外电极等进行具体描述,结合图3与图4所示,本发明实施例中雾化组件的另一实施例包括:
结合上述实施例,优选的,所述雾化芯还包括抵持在所述隔油件203的远离所述烟油存储腔204的一端端面上的雾化座301,所述雾化座301内设置有雾化腔302及位于所述雾化腔302的腔壁上的烟雾排出孔303,所述烟雾排出孔303与所述雾化腔302及所述烟雾通道205相连通,所述导油柱208的延伸至所述隔油件203外的一端容置于所述雾化腔302内。
雾化座抵持隔油件,使得隔油件固定在储油套内,防止隔油件脱落;雾化腔的腔壁上的烟雾排出孔与雾化腔以及烟雾通道相连通,使得电热丝组件雾化形成的烟雾从雾化腔内流通至烟雾通道到达用户口腔,这样,烟雾在流通的过程中能够过滤掉一些颗粒较大的烟雾,增强了烟雾口感的稳定性,提高了用户体验。
优选的,所述雾化组件还包括金属连接套304,所述金属连接套304的一端套设在所述隔离套202的一端外壁上,所述金属连接套304的另一端套设在所述雾化芯上,以使所述金属连接套304的两端分别与所述隔离套202及所述雾化芯固定连接,从而实现所述隔离套202与所述雾化芯插接相连。可以理解的是,所述隔离套202与所述雾化芯插接相连可是直接相连也可以是通过中间件实现插接相连,其连接方式可以是涨紧配合或卡扣等方式实现插接相连,因 此,其插接相连的方式在此不作具体限定。
因为隔离套的制作材质一般为合成塑料制成,在用户使用的过程中容易意外造成爆裂,所以用金属连接套将隔离套与雾化芯连接,可以防止隔离套爆裂,也能够使得隔离套与雾化芯连接更为紧密。
优选的,所述电极组件包括内电极305与套设在所述内电极305上的外电极306,所述电热丝207的一端与所述内电极305电连接,另一端与所述外电极306电连接;可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,所述电极组件可以为并列设置的两个电极等,只要能实现电连接即可,因此,其结构在此不作具体限定。所述雾化座301插设在所述外电极306的一端,所述雾化座301上套设有雾化套307,所述雾化套307的延伸至所述雾化座301外的一端套设在所述储油套201上并与所述储油套201涨紧配合固定连接,所述雾化套307上设置有与所述雾化腔302及所述烟雾通道205相连通的排烟孔308。
电热丝的一端与内电极电连接,另一端与外电极电连接,这样便能形成电流回路,使得电池组件能够为电热丝供电;雾化套套设连接雾化座与储油套,使得雾化座与储油套固定连接,雾化套设置有排烟孔,用于烟雾从烟油存储腔内流通至烟雾通道。
优选的,所述储油套201的开口端外壁上设置有内凹的第一环形凹槽2011,所述雾化套307套设在所述第一环形凹槽2011上,从而实现所述储油套201与所述雾化芯插接相连。可以理解的是,所述储油套201与所述雾化芯插接相连可是直接相连也可以是通过中间件实现插接相连,其连接方式可以是涨紧配合或卡扣等方式实现插接相连,因此,其插接相连的方式在此不作具体限定。
这样,第一环形凹槽与雾化套配合连接,使得雾化套与储油套连接更为紧密。
优选的,所述隔离套202与雾化芯相邻的端部外壁处设置有内凹的第二环形凹槽2021,所述金属连接套304套设在所述第二环形凹槽2021上。
这样,第二环形凹槽与金属连接套配合连接,使得金属连接套与隔离套连接更为紧密。
优选的,所述雾化座301面向所述内电极305的一端设置有固定插槽309, 所述内电极305的一端插设在所述固定插槽309内。
固定插槽与内电极为容置配合连接,使得内电极固定在所述固定插槽内。
优选的,所述金属连接套304与所述雾化套307之间形成有与所述烟雾通道205相连通的冷凝烟油存储空间310。
一般用户使用电子烟时,雾化芯是朝下的,当烟雾通过排烟孔流向烟雾通道时,颗粒较大的烟雾或者烟油便会由于重力的作用滞留在冷凝烟雾存储空间内,这样,用户便不会吸食到烟油,提高了用户的吸食口感。
本发明实施例中,雾化座抵持隔油件,使得隔油件固定在储油套内,防止隔油件脱落;金属连接套将隔离套与雾化芯连接,可以防止隔离套爆裂,也能够使得隔离套与雾化芯连接更为紧密;冷凝烟油存储空间用于存储被气流带入到烟雾通道的烟油,防止烟油流入用户口腔,提高了用户的吸食口感。
上述实施例中,描述了雾化座抵持隔油件、金属连接套连接隔离套与雾化芯、金属连接套与隔离套形成冷凝烟油存储空间,在实际应用中,隔离套还设置有出烟孔、隔油件呈柱状结构、隔油件为纤维材料制件、以及导油件为玻纤线等优选应用及部件,下面对这些优选应用及部件进行具体描述,结合图5所示,本发明实施例中雾化组件的另一实施例包括:
结合上述实施例,优选的,所述隔离套202的远离所述雾化芯的端面上设置有与所述烟雾通道205相连通的出烟孔401,所述出烟孔401的面向所述储油套201的孔口周缘向所述储油套201方向延伸形成有用于阻挡冷凝的烟油进入所述出烟孔401内的阻油柱402。
在烟雾流向出烟孔的时候,若用户吸气的力度过大,可能会吸烟雾时夹带一些烟油,所以在出烟孔附近设置隔油柱,可以阻挡烟雾中夹带的烟油。
优选的,所述隔油件203呈柱状结构,所述隔油件203设置有位于所述的隔油件203的轴向线上的插孔(图中未示),所述插孔贯穿所述隔油件的相对两端面并与所述烟油存储腔204相连通,所述导油柱208插设在所述插孔内并与所述插孔的内壁涨紧配合。
优选的,所述隔油件203为纤维材料制件,所述隔油件203的与所述储油套201相抵持的外周面形成有一层粘接层(图中未示)。
隔油件可以为海绵或纤维等材料。
优选的,所述粘接层为通过加热熔化的方式形成所述粘接层。
粘结层通过加热后能够将隔油件与储油套连接更为紧密,防止隔油件脱落,且通过加热熔化的方式避免了使用胶水等材质导致危害用户健康的问题。
优选的,所述储油套201的开口端内壁处设置有抵持在所述隔油件203端面上的限位台阶(图中未示)。
限位台阶与隔油件配合连接,使得隔油件与储油套连接更为紧密,且在组装时便于识别是否到位,从而提高了生产效率。
优选的,所述隔油件203的远离所述烟油存储腔的端面与所述储油套201的端面相齐平或位于储油套201内。
优选的,所述烟雾通道205的横截面呈环形结构。
优选的,所述导油柱为玻纤线。
本发明实施例中,烟孔附近设置隔油柱,可以阻挡烟雾中夹带的烟油,提高了用户的体验;隔油件的与储油套相抵持的外周面形成有一层粘接层,粘结层通过加热后能够将隔油件与储油套连接更为紧密,防止隔油件脱落,提高了产品的实用性。
结合图6所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件501和雾化组件502,其中,所述雾化组件502上述实施例中任一实施例所述。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    用于存储烟油的透明储油套、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯以及透明的隔离套;
    所述储油套包括位置相对的第一端及第二端,所述储油套的第一端为封闭端,所述储油套的第二端为开口端,所述储油套的开口端插设有由吸油材料制成并在外力作用下能够发生弹性形变的隔油件,所述隔油件的插入所述储油套内的端面与所述储油套的第一端之间形成有烟油存储腔;
    所述雾化芯设置于所述储油套的开口端的一侧并与所述储油套插接相连,所述隔离套套设在所述储油套上并与所述雾化芯插接相连,所述隔离套的内壁与所述储油套的外壁之间的间隙形成有烟雾通道;所述雾化芯包括用于与所述电池组件电连接的电极组件、用于雾化烟油的电热丝及用于吸附烟油给所述电热丝雾化的导油柱,所述导油柱沿所述雾化组件的长度方向设置,且所述导油柱的一端插入所述隔油件内并与所述隔油件涨紧配合,所述电热丝缠绕在所述导油柱的延伸至所述隔油件外的一端并与所述电极组件电连接,以使所述电热丝雾化所述导油柱上的烟油形成的烟雾经所述烟雾通道后送出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化芯还包括抵持在所述隔油件的远离所述烟油存储腔的一端端面上的雾化座,所述雾化座内设置有雾化腔及位于所述雾化腔的腔壁上的烟雾排出孔,所述烟雾排出孔与所述雾化腔及所述烟雾通道相连通,所述导油柱的延伸至所述隔油件外的一端容置于所述雾化腔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括金属连接套,所述金属连接套的一端套设在所述隔离套的一端外壁上,所述金属连接套的另一端套设在所述雾化芯上,以使所述金属连接套的两端分别与所述隔离套及所述雾化芯固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述电极组件包括内电极与套设在所述内电极上的外电极,所述电热丝的一端与所述内电极电连接,另一端与所述外电极电连接;所述雾化座插设在所述外电极的一端,所述雾化座上套设有雾化套,所述雾化套的延伸至所述雾化座外的一端套设在所述 储油套上并与所述储油套涨紧配合固定连接,所述雾化套上设置有与所述雾化腔及所述烟雾通道相连通的排烟孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储油套的开口端外壁上设置有内凹的第一环形凹槽,所述雾化套套设在所述第一环形凹槽上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述隔离套的与雾化芯相邻的端部外壁处设置有内凹的第二环形凹槽,所述金属连接套套设在所述第二环形凹槽上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化座面向所述内电极的一端设置有固定插槽,所述内电极的一端插设在所述固定插槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述金属连接套与所述雾化套之间形成有与所述烟雾通道相连通的冷凝烟油存储空间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述隔离套的远离所述雾化芯的端面上设置有与所述烟雾通道相连通的出烟孔,所述出烟孔的面向所述储油套的孔口周缘向所述储油套方向延伸形成有用于阻挡冷凝的烟油进入所述出烟孔内的阻油柱。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述隔油件呈柱状结构,所述隔油件设置有位于所述的隔油件的轴向线上的插孔,所述插孔贯穿所述隔油件的相对两端面并与所述烟油存储腔相连通,所述导油柱插设在所述插孔内并与所述插孔的内壁涨紧配合。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述隔油件为纤维材料制件,所述隔油件的与所述储油套相抵持的外周面形成有一层粘接层。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述粘接层为通过加热熔化的方式形成所述粘接层。
  13. 根据权利要求1或2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储油套的开口端内壁处设置有抵持在所述隔油件端面上的限位台阶。
  14. 根据权利要求1或2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述隔油件的远离所述烟油存储腔的端面与所述储油套的端面相齐平或位于储油套内。
  15. 根据权利要求1或2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述烟雾通道的横截面呈环形结构。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述导油柱为玻纤线。
  17. 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件如权利要求1所述。
