一种电子烟 技术领域

所述雾化套213的内壁设有沿轴向方向延伸设有拱形壁,所述拱形壁与所述雾化套213围成所述通气道214,烟液进过加热丝212加热雾化后的烟雾经 过通气道214进入用户口腔,当然通气道214的结构也可以采用钻孔的方式,沿着雾化套213的轴向方向在内壁上进行钻孔,能将出气孔216输出的烟雾输送至用户口腔即可。
结合图7和图8所示,优选地,为了使得阻挡件202和雾化套213安装的更稳固,所述通气道214的进气孔217的拱形壁上设置安装阻挡件202的弧形台阶218,所述阻挡件202可抵靠在所述弧形台阶218上,阻挡件202与弧形台阶218抵靠在一起,使得位于储油杯201内的烟液不会从阻挡件202和弧形台阶218之间渗出,也使得阻挡件202能够良好的固定在拱形壁上。
结合图5所示,优选地,所述阻挡件202包括与雾化组件套接的套筒2021以及与弧形台阶218配合的圆弧缺口2022,所述雾化组件部分位于所述套筒2021内,所述雾化组件的雾化盖210位于所述套筒2021的内部,所述雾化盖210底部设有通孔,所述玻纤线211通过所述通孔伸入所述储油杯201内,所述玻纤线211与所述通孔过盈配合连接,通过设置套筒2021,使得阻挡件202更好的固定在所述雾化套213中,当雾化组件损坏时,将雾化组件从阻挡件202中拔出即可,也方便雾化组件拆卸。
结合图5所示,优选地,所述圆弧缺口2022的弧度与所述拱形壁的弧度相同,所述圆弧缺口2022抵靠在所述拱形壁的弧形台阶218上,可以使得阻挡件202与拱形壁安装的更稳固,避免烟液渗漏。
针对玻纤线211和加热丝212的结构,本实用新型提供了两种实现方式,具体如下:
结合图3所示,第一种实现方式:
所述玻纤线211包括第一端、第二端以及弯曲部组成U形,所述通孔包括第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一端通过所述第一通孔伸入所述储油杯201,所述第二端通过所述第二通孔伸入所述储油杯201,所述加热丝212缠绕在所述玻纤线211的弯曲部,通过第一端和第二端将储油杯201中的烟液导流至弯曲部,进而由弯曲部上的加热丝212进行加热,将烟液雾化,供给用户吸食,当然需要说明的是,玻纤线211也可以设计成直角框型,即第一端和第二端之间采用直的玻纤线211连接,第一端和第二端之间的弯曲部可以设计成不用形状,例如何以设计成波浪形,增加弯曲部的长度,使得可以缠绕更多加热丝 212,提高加热效果,本实施例中,玻纤线211只需要满足第一端和第二端伸入到储油杯201中即可,弯曲部的形状如何设置不做限定。
结合图2和图4所示,第二种实现方式:
所述玻纤线211包括第一玻纤线2111和第二玻纤线2112,所述第一玻纤线2111与第二玻纤线2112互相垂直,所述加热丝212缠绕在所述第一玻纤线2111上,第一玻纤线2111安装在雾化盖210上,所述第二玻纤线2112一端抵靠在所述加热丝212上,所述第二玻纤线2112另一端通过所述通孔伸入所述储油杯201,通过第二玻纤线2112将储油杯201中的导流至第一玻纤线2111的加热丝212,对于第二玻纤线2112的直径不做限定,例如需要烟液量大的时候,可以将第二玻纤线2112的直径增大,使得导流的烟液量增多,进而使得加热丝212雾化的烟量也变大;当不需要太多烟液量,可以将第二玻纤线2112的直径减小,使得导流的烟液量减少,进而使得加热丝212雾化的烟量也变小。
结合图2、图3及图4所示,针对增强电子烟的密封性能,本实用新型提供了一种实施例,具体如下:
所述雾化座215和所述套筒2021之间设有第一密封圈231,所述雾化座215和第一螺纹件240之间设有第二密封圈232,所述雾化套213和第一螺纹件240之间设置第三密封圈233,当然通过采用密封圈结构之外也可以采用其他方式,例如可以采用密封胶条,增强密封性能,具体不做限定。
针对出气孔216的轴线和进气孔217的轴线互成角度,本实用新型还提供了一种实现方式:
需要说明的是,出气孔216的轴线和进气孔217的轴线互成角度,是为了说明由出气孔216飞出的烟液滴或者玻纤絮不会在惯性的作用下直接飞入进气孔217,避免烟液滴或者玻纤絮经过通气道214吸入用户口中,出气孔216的轴线和进气孔217的轴线互成角度,可以使得出气孔216与进气孔217错开角度,避免烟液滴或玻纤絮直接进入进气孔217,在本实施例中,将所述出气孔216的轴线与进气孔217的轴线设计成垂直,可以将出气孔216的轴线设计为与电子烟本体的轴向方向垂直,这样从出气孔216中飞出的烟液滴或者玻纤絮会在惯性的作用下落在出气孔216对面的雾化套213的内壁上,即落在烟液 缓冲区中,而通气道214的进气孔217的轴线与出气孔216的轴线垂直,使得落在雾化套213内壁上的烟液滴或者玻纤絮在重力的作用下下落到烟液缓冲区的底部,不会直接进入通气道214的进气孔217中。
针对雾化套213上通气道214的个数,本实用新型提供了二种实现方式,具体如下:
结合图4及图8所示,第一种实现方式:
通气道214为一条,此时阻挡件202上的圆弧缺口2022也对应设置为一个,位于雾化座215上的出气孔216也可以设置成一个,也可以为多个,出气孔216的位置应当朝向出气孔216一侧,采用单通气道的结构设计,用户在使用过程中,在单位时间吸食的烟雾量可以通过通气道的孔径进行调节,孔径越大则通过的烟量越大,反之,孔径越小通过的烟量越小,当然,这些是在单通气道时进行的说明,下面在第二种实现方式中介绍设置多条通气道。
结合图2、图5及图7所示,第二种实现方式:
通气道214也可以设置成多条,根据实际需要进行设定,阻挡件202上的圆弧缺口2022的个数与通气道214的个数对应,在本实施例中,所述通气道214为两条,分别为第一通气道2141和第二通气道2142,所述出气孔216包括第一出气孔216和第二出气孔216,所述第一出气孔216朝向所述第一通气道2141,所述第二出气孔216朝向第二通气道2142,阻挡件202上的圆弧缺口2022的个数设置为两个,圆弧缺口2022的位置与通气道214的位置对应,每个圆弧缺口2022都对应抵靠在通气道214的拱形壁上。
优选地,所述第一通气道2141及所述第二通气道2142等间隔的设置在所述雾化套213,所述第一出气孔216及第二出气孔216等间隔的设置在所述雾化座215上,对称设置可以合理布置空间。
参考图2至图4所示,优选地,所述第一螺纹件240沿径向方向贯通设有用于空气进入雾化组件的进气口2410,在第一螺纹件240上增设进气口2410,可以增大空气流量,空气流通速度加快,也能增大烟雾的流量,使得用户在吸食过程中不需要花费太多力气即可将烟雾吸入口中。
在本实用新型提供的电子烟中,所述雾化套213背离所述雾化组件的一端设有用于吸食烟雾的吸嘴(图中未示出),所述烟嘴与所述通气道214连通, 烟嘴的形状可以根据需要进行设置,符合用户使用习惯即可,具体不做限定,通过增加烟嘴的设计,使得吸烟过程中方便吸食,真实感更强,提升了用户体验。
参考图9所示,为了使得电子烟本体整体线条流畅,表面光滑平整,所述雾化套213与所述第二螺纹件241套接的套接部2131环绕圆周方向设有环形台阶2132,即所述套接部2131的直径小于电子烟本体的直径,第二螺纹件241的直径等于电子烟本体的直径,第二螺纹件241与雾化套213的套接部2131套接后,第二螺纹件241与雾化套213套接后抵靠在所述环形台阶2132上,雾化套213与第二螺纹件241的表面平滑过渡,使得电子烟的整体更加美观,也便于持握。
参考图10及图11所示,电子烟还包括其他结构,用于给雾化组件供电的电池组件(图中未示出),电池组件可以与雾化组件的第一螺纹件240螺纹连接成一体,在电池组件的顶端可以设置用于启动加热丝212工作的咪头(图中未示出),加热丝212通过内电极250与电池组件连接,雾化座215和内电极250之间还设有绝缘件251,用于实现电气隔离,咪头可以采用气流开关,当气流以一定速度流过咪头时,咪头将电路导通,加热丝212发热做功将玻纤线211导流的烟液进行加热雾化,控制加热丝212工作的开关也可以使用按键开关,按键开关的位置可以设置在雾化组件的第一螺纹件240上,也可以设置在电池组件的杆体上,位置不做限定,通过按压按键开关导通电路,使得加热丝212工作。
本实用新型提供了一种电子烟包括:电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有用于容纳烟液的储油杯201、用于防止烟液渗漏的阻挡件202,以及安装在所述阻挡件202上用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括玻纤线211、缠绕在所述玻纤线211上的加热丝212、用于支撑所述玻纤线211的雾化盖210以及与所述雾化盖210连接的雾化座215,所述雾化盖210安装在所述阻挡件202上,所述雾化盖210上设置用于所述玻纤线211通过的通孔,以使得所述玻纤线211将所述储油杯201内的烟液导流至所述加热丝;
环绕所述储油杯201的侧壁设置有用于输送烟雾的雾化套213,所述阻挡件202安装在所述雾化套213上,所述雾化盖210可滑动地安装在所述阻挡件 202上,所述雾化套213沿所述储油杯201的轴向方向延伸设有至少一条通气道214,所述雾化座215沿径向方向设有至少一个用于将雾化形成的烟雾输送出雾化组件的出气孔216,所述出气孔216与通气道214间隔设置,所述出气孔216的轴线与所述通气道214的轴线互成角度,通过将通气道214的进气孔217的轴线和雾化组件的出气孔216的轴线错开,避免烟液滴或者玻纤絮直接从出气孔216中飞入通气道214中,也进一步避免了烟液滴或者玻纤絮通过通气道214进入用户口腔中,提升了用户体验。
本实用新型提供的电子烟,所述电子烟包括雾化器及与所述雾化器可拆卸连接的电池杆组件,所述电池杆组件用于为所述雾化器供电,所述雾化器包括雾化器本体,所述雾化器本体设置有用于容纳烟液的储油杯、盖设在所述储油杯的加油口端的用于防止烟液渗漏的阻挡件,以及可拆卸地安装在所述阻挡件上并能够从所述雾化器本体取出的用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括玻纤线、缠绕在所述玻纤线上的加热丝、用于支撑所述玻纤线的雾化盖以及与所述雾化盖连接的雾化座,所述阻挡件设置有与所述储油杯的储油空间相连通的通孔,所述雾化组件的一端套设在所述通孔内并与所述通孔内壁弹性密封抵持,以使得所述玻纤线能够将所述储油杯内的烟液导流给所述加热丝雾化,环绕所述储油杯的侧壁设置有用于输送烟雾的雾化套,所述雾化套与所述储油杯之间设置有沿所述储油杯的轴向方向延伸的至少一条通气道,所述雾化座沿径向方向设有至少一个用于将雾化形成的烟雾输送出雾化组件的出气孔,所述出气孔与通气道相连通,以使吸烟时所述电热丝雾化的烟雾先沿着所述电子烟的横向流动,再沿着所述电子烟的纵向流动以将烟雾送出,使得玻纤线上的小烟液滴、玻纤絮等小颗粒由于惯性有保持原运动状态的趋势,不会直接飞入通气道,防止玻纤线上的小烟液滴、玻纤絮直接通过通气道吸入口中,因而提高了电子烟的安全性;此外,该电子烟结构简单紧凑,雾化器可以拆卸,便于添加烟液,密封性好、便于装配及维修,节省使用成本。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方 法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器及与所述雾化器可拆卸连接的电池杆组件,所述电池杆组件用于为所述雾化器供电,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括:
    雾化器本体;
    所述雾化器本体设置有用于容纳烟液的储油杯、盖设在所述储油杯的加油口端的用于防止烟液渗漏的阻挡件,以及可拆卸地安装在所述阻挡件上并能够从所述雾化器本体取出的用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件;
    所述雾化组件包括玻纤线、缠绕在所述玻纤线上的加热丝、用于支撑所述玻纤线的雾化盖以及与所述雾化盖连接的雾化座;
    所述阻挡件设置有与所述储油杯的储油空间相连通的通孔,所述雾化组件的一端套设在所述通孔内并与所述通孔内壁弹性密封抵持,以使得所述玻纤线能够将所述储油杯内的烟液导流给所述加热丝雾化;
    环绕所述储油杯的侧壁设置有用于输送烟雾的雾化套,所述雾化套与所述储油杯之间设置有沿所述储油杯的轴向方向延伸的至少一条通气道;
    所述雾化座沿径向方向设有至少一个用于将雾化形成的烟雾输送出雾化组件的出气孔,所述出气孔与通气道相连通,以使吸烟时所述电热丝雾化的烟雾先沿着所述电子烟的横向流动,再沿着所述电子烟的纵向流动以将烟雾送出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括第一螺纹件,所述雾化座安装在所述第一螺纹件上,所述雾化套朝向所述雾化组件的一端套设有第二螺纹件,所述第一螺纹件与所述第二螺纹件螺纹连接,雾化套朝向雾化组件延伸设有套接部,所述第二螺纹件套接在所述套接部上,
    所述雾化套、第一螺纹件、第二螺纹件以及所述雾化座围成烟液缓冲区,所述烟液缓冲区分别与所述通气道和所述出气孔连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油杯为一端开口的筒体,所述筒体、所述阻挡件及所述雾化盖围成密闭空间,所述雾化组件部分位于所述密闭空间内,所述雾化盖底部设有通孔,所述玻纤线通过所述通孔 伸入所述储油杯内,所述玻纤线与所述通孔过盈配合连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套的内壁设有沿轴向方向延伸设有拱形壁,所述拱形壁与所述雾化套围成所述通气道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述通气孔的进气孔的拱形壁上设置安装阻挡件的弧形台阶,以使得所述阻挡件可抵靠在所述台阶上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述阻挡件包括与雾化组件套接的套筒以及与台阶配合的圆弧缺口,所述雾化盖安装在所述套筒内部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述圆弧缺口的弧度与所述拱形壁的弧度相同,所述圆弧缺口抵靠在所述拱形壁的弧形台阶上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述玻纤线包括第一端、第二端以及弯曲部组成U形,所述通孔包括第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一端通过所述第一通孔伸入所述储油杯,所述第二端通过所述第二通孔伸入所述储油杯,所述加热丝缠绕在所述玻纤线的弯曲部。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述玻纤线包括第一玻纤线和第二玻纤线,所述第一玻纤线与第二玻纤线互相垂直,所述加热丝缠绕在所述第一玻纤线上,所述第二玻纤线一端抵靠在所述加热丝上,所述第二玻纤线另一端通过所述通孔伸入所述储油杯。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化座和所述套筒之间设有第一密封圈,所述雾化座和所述第一螺纹件之间设有第二密封圈,所述雾化套和所述第一螺纹件之间设置第三密封圈。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述出气孔的轴线与进气孔的轴线垂直。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述通气道为两条,分别为第一通气道和第二通气道,所述出气孔包括第一出气孔和第二出气孔,所述第一出气孔朝向所述第一通气道,所述第二出气孔朝向第二通气道。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一通气道及所述第二通气道等间隔的设置在所述雾化套内,所述第一出气孔及第二出气孔等间隔的设置在所述雾化座上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一螺纹件沿径向方向贯通设有用于空气进入雾化组件的进气口。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套背离所述雾化组件的一端设有用于吸食烟雾的吸嘴,所述烟嘴与所述通气道连通。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述套接部环绕圆周方向设有环形台阶,以使得所述第二螺纹件与所述雾化套套接后抵靠在所述环形台阶上。
