Description

雾化组件和电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种雾化组件和电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种新型的电子产品,其与普通的香烟有着相似的外观,以及与香烟相似的味道,但是电子烟相对于传统的香烟更为的健康以及环保。
现有技术中,电子烟的一次性雾化器包括储油套,该储油套内设有通气管,该储油套和通气管之间形成储油腔。雾化组件还包括分别设于通气管的两端的烟嘴和用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件。实际应用中,由于电子内还设有其他零件,例如用来支撑电热丝组件的支座、用于密封储油腔的密封件、用于将储油腔中的烟油导向电热丝组件的导油棉等等。
在该电子烟的一次性雾化器的生产中,工作人员将烟油打到储油腔中后,再将电热丝组件等等各种零件和储油套一起组装好形成完整的一次性雾化器,然后再运送到销售地进行销售。然而在运送的过程中,因为气压、温度的改变,会导致烟油泄露。而且在电子烟未使用前,烟油的存储时间过长可能会使烟油变质或者用户在买到电子烟时离烟油保质期不远,这都会降低电子烟的用户使用体验。若将该一次性雾化器运送到销售地后再进行打油的话,则需在运送地再组装一次,由于该一次性雾化器中零件较多,再重新一一组装需要增加较多的人工成本。

本实用新型提供了一种雾化组件和电子烟,能够让储油组件和雾化芯组件分开运输和存放,避免在运输和存储前需打上烟油而出现在运输和存储中烟油泄露的情况,且储油组件和雾化芯组件安装简便。

本实用新型公开了一种雾化组件和电子烟,能够让储油组件和雾化芯组件分开运输和存放,避免在运输和存储前需打上烟油而出现在运输和存储中烟油泄露的情况,且储油组件和雾化芯组件安装简便。

所述储油组件1包括具有相对的第一端和第二端的储油套11。所述储油套11的第一端设置有吸嘴3,第二端的端面形成有加油口(图中未标号)。本实施例中,所述吸嘴3与所述储油套11为一体成型,当然,也可以为可拆卸连接,在此不作具体限定。
所述储油套11内设有一端与所述吸嘴3相连通的、另一端往加油口方向延伸的通气管12。所述储油套11与所述通气管12之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔13。优选的,储油套11和通气管12一体成型,避免了在装配储油套和通气管时通气管出现歪斜的情况。优选的,储油套11由可透光的材料制得,以方便用户查看储油腔13内烟油的余量。

弹性盖23包括端壁231,以及由端壁231的一端面朝向所述雾化座21延伸形成的侧壁232。弹性盖23和雾化座21插接相连,其中,弹性盖23的侧壁232和雾化座21的一端相互插接,且该侧壁232和雾化座21插接处内部形成雾化空间(图中未标号)。
所述雾化芯组件2设有所述弹性盖23的一端通过所述加油口插入所述储油套11内并抵接于所述通气管12背向所述吸嘴3的一端。其中,所述弹性盖23的端壁231覆盖所述储油腔13的开口且与所述通气管12弹性抵接。所述弹性盖23的端壁231对应所述通气管12的区域设有通气孔233,以使得所述通气管233将所述通气管12和所述雾化空间相连通。所述弹性盖23的端壁231对应所述储油腔13的区域上还设有穿孔234。
所述电热丝组件22包括导油绳221,以及缠绕在所述导油绳221的中间部分上的电热丝222,且所述导油绳221缠有所述电热丝222的部分架设在所述雾化空间内。所述导油绳221的两端穿过所述弹性盖23上的所述穿孔234,并插入所述储油腔13内,使得导油绳221能够将储油腔13内的烟油导出被电热丝222雾化。产生的烟雾通过弹性盖23的端壁231上的通气孔233流向通气管12并抵达吸嘴3,被用户吸食。

本实施例中,由于雾化座的一端和弹性盖插接相连,且该弹性盖和雾化座连接处内部形成有用于架设电热丝组件的雾化空间,弹性盖的端壁上对应储油腔的区域设有穿孔,能够让电热丝组件中的导油绳能够穿过该穿孔插入储油腔内,同时该导油绳和弹性盖的端壁将储油腔的开口封住,而且与电热丝组件电连接的电连接组件固定于雾化座背向电热丝组件的一端;这样,雾化芯组件中的各零件可以组装固定好形成一个整体,且可以将储油组件和雾化组件分开运输和存放,在销售前只需在储油腔中打上烟油后直接将该雾化芯组件插入储油组件的储油套内即可,整个组装过程简单,而且避免了烟油在运输过程中在储油腔内出现泄露现象的情况,同时也可以销售前才将新鲜烟油打入储油腔中,能够提高用户的使用体验;而且,弹性盖可以同时起到固定电热丝组件和密封储油腔的作用,能够简化雾化芯组件,方便装配。
此外,由于烟油从位于所述储油腔一端的开口处的弹性盖的穿孔处导入所述电热丝组件中进行雾化,因而较好地充分雾化所述储油腔内的烟油,避免了现有技术中从所述雾化座的侧壁中部区域导油时,因烟油容易积存在雾化座外侧壁底部而不能充分雾化烟油及容易误导用户而使电热丝组件干烧的问题。
优选的,本实施例中,所述储油套11的内侧壁上对应所述弹性盖23的端壁231处还设有环形的限位台阶(图未示)。组装过程中,所述雾化芯组件2插入所述储油套11内并抵接于所述通气管12背向所述吸嘴3的一端时,所述弹性盖23的端壁231的周缘抵持在所述限位台阶上。这样,可以保证在组装雾化芯组件和储油组件时弹性盖的端壁正好位于储油腔的开口处,而且可以避免弹性盖的端壁周缘和储油腔的内侧壁之间存在缝隙而导致储油腔内的烟油从该缝隙处渗出。
本实施例中,雾化座和弹性盖插接相连。实际应用中,雾化座和弹性盖的结构有多种,下面结合图2和图3对雾化座和弹性盖的其中一种结构具体描述。

本实用新型中,吸嘴3设置于储油套的第一端上。实际应用中,吸嘴3的结构有多种形式,下面结合图1和图2对吸嘴的一种结构进行描述。
吸嘴3内开设有与通气管12相连通的蓄油腔31,蓄油腔31的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔32,以使所述电热丝组件雾化的烟雾经所述通气管12流动至所述出气孔32时,冷凝的烟油能够储蓄在所述蓄油腔31内。
优选的,所述蓄油腔31腔壁位于所述出气孔32的周缘处朝向所述通气管12的一侧凸设有用于阻隔烟油的环形凸台33,或者,蓄油腔31内纳置有吸油 件34,该吸油件由吸油材料制成。当然,也可以同时采用上述两个方案,以更好地避免用户吸食到未经雾化的烟油。
优选的,吸嘴3和储油套11可拆卸连接。这样,可以将吸嘴3拆卸下来以清理蓄油腔内存留的烟液,防止用户抽烟时吸到烟液。实际应用中,吸嘴盖3和储油套可采用多种可拆卸连接方式,下面结合图1对吸嘴盖和储油套的一种连接方式进行描述。
本实施例中,储油套11的第一端的面向吸嘴盖3一侧的端面的周缘上设有朝所述吸嘴盖3的方向延伸的连接环111,所述连接环的外侧壁上设有凸部1111。吸嘴盖3的蓄油腔31的腔壁上设有与该凸部1111匹配的凹部35,吸嘴盖3和储油套11连接时,吸嘴盖3卡套在连接环111外,且连接环111上的凸部1111卡套在蓄油腔31的腔壁上的凹部35内,连接环111容置在蓄油腔31内。
具体的,连接环111上可设置有至少两个凸部1111,吸嘴盖3上设置凹部35的数量和位置和该凸部1111的数量和位置分别相对应。或者,连接环111上的凸部1111也可以呈环状,环设在连接环111外侧壁上;相对应的,吸嘴盖3上的凹部35也呈形状和位置对应的环状,环设在蓄油腔31的腔壁上。
或者,还可以是连接环111的外侧壁上设置有凹部,吸嘴盖3的蓄油腔31的腔壁上设置有与该凹部匹配的凸部,两者通过该凹部和凸部的卡和来可拆卸连接,在此不作限制。
或者,吸嘴盖和储油套也可以不是通过卡和连接而是通过螺纹连接来可拆卸连接。请参阅图6,图6是本实用新型的雾化组件中储油组件的另一种剖面结构示意图。与图1所示的储油组件不同的是,本实施例中,连接环111的外侧壁上不是设有凸部或凹部,而是环设有外螺纹4。相对应的,吸嘴盖3的蓄油腔31的内侧壁上设有与该外螺纹匹配的内螺纹5。吸嘴盖3套设在连接环111外,两者通过该外螺纹4和内螺纹5来螺纹连接。
或者,请参阅图7,图7是本实用新型的雾化组件中储油组件的另一种剖面结构示意图。与图6所示的储油组件不同的是,本实施例中,连接环111的内侧壁上设置有内螺纹6,吸嘴盖3的外侧壁上设置有与该内螺纹6匹配的外螺纹7。连接环111套设在吸嘴盖3外,两者通过该内螺纹6和外螺纹7来螺 纹连接。
上面对吸嘴盖和储油套的可拆卸连接方式进行了卡和连接和螺纹连接两种方式的举例,实际应用中还可以采用其他可拆卸连接方式,在此不作限制。
本实用新型中,电连接组件24固定于雾化座21背向弹性盖23的一端内部。如图2和图3所示,优选的,本实施例中,所述雾化座21背向所述弹性盖23的一端内侧壁上环设有环形卡台215。所述环形卡台215的外侧壁固定于雾化座21的内侧壁上,往雾化座21的轴线方向延伸并形成中心孔(图上未标号)。电连接组件24固定在该中心孔处。
具体的,所述电连接组件24包括由外向内依次过盈嵌设在所述环形卡台215的中心孔内的绝缘件241和内电极242。所述电热丝组件22中的电热丝222的一端夹持在所述雾化座21的内侧壁和所述绝缘件241中,另一端夹持在所述绝缘件241和所述内电极242中。这样可以保持电热丝组件和电连接组件有较好的电连接。
如图2所示,优选的,本实用新型中,雾化座21背向吸嘴3的一端的内侧壁上还设有与所述电池组件可拆卸连接的连接结构216。具体的,该连接结构216可以是螺纹结构。当然,实际应用中该连接结构也可以是其他结构,在此不作限制。其中,上述所述的弹性盖23可由橡胶等具有弹性的弹性材料制成,其材料不作具体限定,只要具有弹性即可。在本实施例中,所述弹性盖23由硅橡胶制成,所述硅橡胶弹性较好及耐高温,较好地避免烟油泄露及保护用户健康。
本申请还提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其中,所述电池组件为现有技术在此不再赘述。所述雾化组件包括储油组件和雾化芯组件;
所述储油组件包括具有相对的第一端和第二端的储油套,所述储油套的第一端设置有吸嘴,第二端的端面形成有加油口;所述储油套内设有与所述吸嘴相连通的通气管,所述储油套与所述通气管之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔;
所述雾化芯组件包括插接相连的雾化座和弹性盖,所述弹性盖包括端壁和由端壁的一端面朝向所述雾化座延伸形成且与所述雾化座的一端插接的侧壁, 所述侧壁和所述雾化座插接处内部形成雾化空间;所述雾化芯组件还包括用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件和固定在所述雾化座背向所述弹性盖的一端且与所述电热丝组件电连接的电连接组件;
所述雾化芯组件设有所述弹性盖的一端通过所述加油口插入所述储油套内并抵接于所述通气管背向所述吸嘴的一端,其中,所述弹性盖的端壁覆盖所述储油腔的开口且与所述通气管弹性抵接;所述弹性盖的端壁对应所述储油腔的区域上设有穿孔,对应所述通气管的区域设有与所述通气管及所述雾化空间相连通的通气孔;
所述电热丝组件包括导油绳和缠绕在所述导油绳上的电热丝,且所述导油绳缠有所述电热丝的部分架设在所述雾化空间内,所述导油绳的两端穿过并填充所述弹性盖上的所述穿孔,以插入所述储油腔内。该电子烟的雾化组件的具体结构可参见上述所述的雾化组件的具体结构,由于该电子烟的雾化组件的结构与上述所述的雾化组件的结构相同,因而也具有相同的效果。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括储油组件和雾化芯组件;
    所述储油组件包括具有相对的第一端和第二端的储油套,所述储油套的第一端设置有吸嘴,第二端的端面形成有加油口;所述储油套内设有与所述吸嘴相连通的通气管,所述储油套与所述通气管之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔;
    所述雾化芯组件包括插接相连的雾化座和弹性盖,所述弹性盖包括端壁和由端壁的一端面朝向所述雾化座延伸形成且与所述雾化座的一端插接的侧壁,所述侧壁和所述雾化座插接处内部形成雾化空间;所述雾化芯组件还包括用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件和固定在所述雾化座背向所述弹性盖的一端且与所述电热丝组件电连接的电连接组件;
    所述雾化芯组件设有所述弹性盖的一端通过所述加油口插入所述储油套内并抵接于所述通气管背向所述吸嘴的一端,其中,所述弹性盖的端壁覆盖所述储油腔的开口且与所述通气管弹性抵接;所述弹性盖的端壁对应所述储油腔的区域上设有穿孔,对应所述通气管的区域设有与所述通气管及所述雾化空间相连通的通气孔;
    所述电热丝组件包括导油绳和缠绕在所述导油绳上的电热丝,且所述导油绳缠有所述电热丝的部分架设在所述雾化空间内,所述导油绳的两端穿过并填充所述弹性盖上的所述穿孔,以插入所述储油腔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化座总体呈中空筒状,所述雾化座包括相对的第一端和第二端,其中,所述第一端的口径小于第二端的口径;
    所述雾化座的第一端嵌套在所述弹性盖的侧壁内,且所述雾化座的第一端端面上间隔开设有朝远离所述吸嘴的一侧延伸的两个相对设置的凹槽,所述弹性盖的侧壁上对应所述雾化座的第一端上的两个凹槽的位置处分别设有朝所述吸嘴延伸的凹槽;所述穿孔设置在所述弹性盖的端壁的延伸至所述侧壁外的区域上;
    所述导油绳的两端分别依次穿过所述雾化座的第一端上的一个凹槽和所 述弹性盖的侧壁上的一个凹槽后沿着所述弹性盖的外侧壁延伸至所述弹性盖的端壁的所述穿孔处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化座总体呈中空筒状,所述弹性盖的侧壁嵌套在所述雾化座的一端内,使得所述雾化座的一端抵持在所述弹性盖的端壁上;
    所述穿孔设置在所述弹性盖的端壁对应所述侧壁内的区域上,所述导油绳的两端分别沿着所述弹性盖的内侧壁延伸至所述弹性盖的端壁的所述穿孔处,使得所述导油绳缠有所述电热丝的部分悬挂于所述弹性盖的侧壁内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述弹性盖的端壁朝向所述通气管的一侧上还凸设有环形凸部,所述环形凸部插入所述通气管内;
    所述端壁上的通气孔贯穿所述环形凸部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化座位于所述储油套内的外侧壁上设有环形凹槽;
    所述雾化芯组件还包括套设在所述环形凹槽内且与所述储油套的内侧壁弹性抵接的密封圈。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化座背向所述弹性盖的一端内侧壁上环设有环形卡台;
    所述电连接组件包括由外向内依次过盈嵌设在所述环形卡台的中心孔内的绝缘件和内电极;
    所述电热丝组件中的电热丝的一端夹持在所述雾化座的内侧壁和所述绝缘件中,另一端夹持在所述绝缘件和所述内电极中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴内开设有与所述通气管相连通的蓄油腔,所述蓄油腔的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔,以使所述电热丝组件雾化的烟雾经所述通气管流动至所述出气孔时,冷凝的烟油能够储蓄在所述蓄油腔内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述蓄油腔的腔壁位于所述出气孔的周缘处朝向所述通气管的一侧凸设有用于阻隔烟油的环形凸台,
    和/或,
    所述蓄油腔内纳置有由吸油材料制成的吸油件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖和所述储油套卡和连接或者螺纹连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储油套和所述通气管一体成型。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储油套的内侧壁上对应所述弹性盖的端壁处还设有环形的限位台阶,所述弹性盖的端壁的周缘抵持在所述限位台阶上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储油套采用透光材料制成。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化座背向所述吸嘴的一端的内侧壁上还设有与所述电池组件可拆卸连接的连接结构。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述弹性盖由橡胶材料制成。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述橡胶为硅橡胶。
  16. 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件为权利要求1至15任一项所述的雾化组件。
