Description

一种雾化组件和电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种雾化组件和电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术的雾化器的结构请参见图1所示,由图1可知,该雾化器用以雾化烟油以形成可供用户吸食的烟雾,具体的设置方式为雾化套105内部设置有玻纤管102,所述玻纤管102外部围绕包覆设置有用于存储烟油的储油棉101。所述玻纤管102内部设置有玻纤线103,所述玻纤线103的两端穿过所述玻纤管102,并插入所述储油棉101,且所述玻纤线103上缠绕设置有用于雾化烟油的呈柱状的电热丝104。通过所述玻纤管102和所述玻纤线103以使得所述储油棉101内的烟油可传导到所述电热丝104上,以使所述电热丝104雾化烟油以形成烟雾。
可见,采用现有技术中的雾化器的结构,需要通过玻纤管102固定缠绕设置有所述电热丝104的玻纤线103,则增加了装配时的难度,进而影响装配效率,延长了装配电子烟的时间,从而不利于电子烟的生产,而且因玻纤线103的端部和所述储油棉101直接接触,则容易使烟油过度输送以致未经所述电热丝104雾化的烟油泄露至所述雾化器内部,进而使得用户吸食到泄露的烟油,从而影响用户的健康和抽吸电子烟的口感。而且现有技术中将所述电热丝104设置在所述雾化器的中部区域,因而烟油容易积存在储油棉101远离所述雾化器的中部区域的位置,从而使得所述储油棉101所存储的烟油不能充分的雾化,进而造成相当的烟油浪费,而且容易误导电热丝104干烧的问题,而且采用现有技术雾化器用户无法掌握雾化器内剩余的烟油量,从而无法确定该雾化器还能够使用的时长,从而为用户带来了不便。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种雾化组件和电子烟。
一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件包括吸嘴盖、储油组件和雾化芯组件;
所述储油组件包括具有相对的第一端和第二端的储油套,且所述储油套由透明材质制成,所述储油套的第一端和所述吸嘴盖可拆卸连接,第二端的端面形成有加油口;所述储油套内设有与所述吸嘴盖相连通的通气管,所述储油套和所述通气管之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔,且所述通气管与所述储油套一体化设置或可拆卸连接;所述通气管远离所述吸嘴盖的端部设置有内凹的环形限位台阶;
所述储油组件还包括隔油板和导油棉,且所述隔油板与所述通气管位置相对处开设有第一通孔,且所述隔油板通过所述第一通孔套设在所述环形限位台阶上,所述导油棉与所述第一通气孔位置相对处开设有第二通孔,且所述导油棉通过所述第二通孔套设在所述环形限位台阶上,且所述隔油板围绕所述第一通孔开设有至少一个导油孔,以使所述导油孔与所述储油腔导通;
所述雾化芯组件包括雾化座、架设于所述雾化座一端的雾化空间内且用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件,以及固定在所述雾化座的另一端且用于与所述电热丝组件电连接的电连接组件,所述电热丝组件的端部与所述导油棉相抵接,以使位于所述储油腔内的烟油依次经过所述隔油板和所述导油棉传送至所述电热丝组件上以进行雾化;
所述吸嘴盖内开设有与所述通气管相连通的蓄油腔,所述蓄油腔的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔,以使所述电热丝组件雾化的烟雾经所述通气管流动至所述出气孔时,冷凝的烟油能够储蓄在所述蓄油腔内。
优选的,所述雾化座的一端设置有第一连接结构而另一端设置有第二连接结构,以使所述雾化座通过所述第一连接结构与所述储油组件可拆卸连接,以使所述雾化座通过所述第二连接结构与所述电池组件可拆卸连接;所述第一连接结构以及所述第二连接结构为螺纹结构或卡扣结构;
所述雾化座内部设置有固定座,且所述固定座用于固定所述电热丝组件;
所述雾化座位于所述储油套内的外侧壁上设有第一环形凹槽;
所述雾化芯组件还包括套设在所述第一环形凹槽内且与所述储油套的内侧壁弹性抵接的密封圈。

结合图2至图5所示,所述储油组件202包括具有相对的第一端和第二端的储油套301,且所述储油套301由透明材质制成,本实施例对制成所述储油套301的具体材质不作限定,且对所述储油套301的透明程度不作限定,只要用户通过该透明的储油套301能够随时查看剩余的烟油量即可,从而使得用户根据剩余的烟油量能够预估该雾化组件还能够使用的时长,不会出现因剩余烟油量不足而烧坏雾化组件的情况。
所述储油套301的第一端和所述吸嘴盖201可拆卸连接,本实施例对所述储油套301和所述吸嘴盖201的具体可拆卸的连接方式不作限定,只要根据用户需要可随时将所述吸嘴盖201从所述储油套301上拆卸下来即可,从而使得用户可定期更换或清洗所述吸嘴盖201,从而保障了用户使用该雾化组件过程的健康。

进一步的,如图3和图4所示,所述通气管302远离所述吸嘴盖201的端部设置有内凹的环形限位台阶304,即环形限位台阶304径向的横截面积小于所述通气管302径向的横截面积。
所述储油组件202还包括隔油板305和导油棉306,且所述隔油板305和所述导油棉306通过所述环形限位台阶304固定在所述储油套301远离所述吸嘴盖20101的端部。
且由图3和图5所示可知,所述隔油板305和所述导油棉306沿远离所述吸嘴盖20101的方向依次设置。
具体的,如图5所示,所述隔油板305与所述通气管302位置相对处开设有第一通孔501,且所述第一通孔501与所述环形限位台阶304匹配设置,以使所述隔油板305通过所述第一通孔501套设在所述环形限位台阶304上(如图3所示);
较佳的,所述隔油板305通过所述环形限位台阶304插设在所述通气管302上时,所述隔油板305与所述储油套301之间过盈配合。
所述导油棉306与所述第一通气孔501位置相对处开设有第二通孔502,所述第二通孔502与所述环形限位台阶304匹配设置,以使所述导油棉306通过所述第二通孔502套设在所述环形限位台阶304上(如图3所示);
较佳的,所述导油棉306通过所述环形限位台阶304插设在所述通气管 302上时,所述导油棉306与所述储油套301之间过盈配合。
以下结合图5和图6所示对所述雾化芯组件203的具体结构进行详细说明:
所述雾化芯组件203包括雾化座601、架设于所述雾化座601一端的雾化空间内且用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件602,以及固定在所述雾化座601的另一端且用于与所述电热丝组件602电连接的电连接组件;
如图5和图6所示,所述雾化座601由导电材质制成,所述电连接组件包括内电极504以及设置在所述雾化座601和所述内电极504之间的绝缘环505,且所述电热丝组件602的一端与所述雾化座601电连接,所述电热丝组件602的另一端与所述内电极504电连接。
所述电热丝组件602的端部与所述导油棉306相抵接(如图6所示),以使位于所述储油腔303内的烟油依次经过所述隔油板305和所述导油棉306传送至所述电热丝组件602上以进行雾化。
由上述结构可知,因本实施例所示的位于所述储油腔303内的烟油需要依次经过所述隔油板305以及所述导油棉306才能够传送至所述电热丝组件602上,其带来的有益效果为:1、因所述隔油板305上设置有多个导油孔503,则使得位于所述储油腔303内的烟油不会经由所述隔油板305过渡输送至所述导油棉306上,则可有效的防止的烟油的泄漏,进而避免用户抽吸到未经雾化的烟油;2、经由所述隔油板305上的导油孔503的烟油能够均匀恒定的传送至所述导油棉306上,经过所述导油棉306的烟油均匀恒定的传送至所述电热丝组件602上,从而使得所述电热丝组件602与所述导油棉306接触的位置能够均匀的与烟油接触,从而有效的避免了因烟油传送不均则使得所述电热丝组件602所雾化的烟雾浓度不均匀影响用户抽吸口感以及避免所述电热丝组件602因烟油不足而烧焦的情况的出现。3、因所述电热丝组件602设置在所述储油腔303的端部,则使得所述电热丝组件602能够充分雾化所述储油腔303内所存储的烟油,不会出现因所述电热丝组件602不能充分无法烟油,而使得烟油泄漏的情况的发生。
进一步的,如图3所示,所述吸嘴盖201内开设有与所述通气管302相连通的蓄油腔307,所述蓄油腔307的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔308,以使 用户能够通过所述出气孔308抽吸烟雾,以使所述电热丝组件602雾化的烟雾经所述通气管302流动至所述出气孔308时,冷凝的烟油能够储蓄在所述蓄油腔307内,进一步的防止用户抽吸到未经雾化的烟油。
本实施例中,因所述吸嘴盖201、储油组件202和雾化芯组件203可方便的拆卸和连接,所以可将吸嘴盖201、储油组件202和雾化芯组件203分开运输和存放,在销售前只需要通过所述加油口将烟油打入所述储油腔303内后,将所述雾化芯组件203安装至所述储油组件202远离所述吸嘴盖201的一端即可,整个组装过程简单,而且避免了烟油泄漏过程因震动而发生泄漏的情况,同时也可在销售前才将新鲜的烟油打入所述储油腔303,从而避免用户抽吸到不新鲜的烟雾。
较佳的,本实施例中,所述电热丝组件602位于所述储油腔303的端部,而不是如现有技术所示位于储油区域的中部,从而使得储油腔303内的烟油能够充分的传送至所述电热丝组件602上,提升了烟油的雾化效率,避免烟油的浪费,而且避免了烟油积存在电热丝组件602雾化不到的位置,从而有效的避免了因不能充分雾化烟油而导致所述电热丝组件602干烧的问题。
更佳的,因本实施中所述储油腔303和所述电热丝组件602之间依次设置有隔油板305以及所述导油棉306,从而使得所述储油腔303内的烟油能够均匀,恒定,不会过量的传送至所述电热丝组件602上,从而使得所述电热丝组件602所雾化的烟雾均匀恒定,有效的提升了用户抽吸烟雾的口感。
实施例二,本实施例对所述雾化组件的具体结构进行进一步的详细说明:
如图5和图6所示,所述雾化座601的一端设置有第一连接结构604而另一端设置有第二连接结构605;
具体的,如图5所示,所述雾化座601通过所述第一连接结构604与所述储油组件202可拆卸连接,所述第一连接结构604为内螺纹结构,则使得所述雾化座601与所述储油组件202通过螺纹进行可拆卸连接,或,所述第一连接结构604还可为磁铁,以使所述雾化座601与所述储油组件202通过磁铁进行可拆卸的磁性连接,还或,所述第一连接结构604还可为卡扣结构,以使所述雾化座601与所述储油组件202通过卡扣进行可拆卸的扣合连接。
具体的,如图6所示,所述雾化座601通过所述第二连接结构605与所述 电池组件可拆卸连接;所述第二连接结构605如图6所示为外螺纹结构,则使得所述雾化座601与所述电池组件通过螺纹进行可拆卸连接,或,所述第二连接结构605还可为磁铁,以使所述雾化座601与所述电池组件通过磁铁进行可拆卸的磁性连接,还或,所述第二连接结构605还可为卡扣结构,以使所述雾化座601与所述电池组件通过卡扣进行可拆卸的扣合连接。
为实现所述雾化座601能够固定所述述电热丝组件602,以防止设置在所述雾化座601内部的所述电热丝组件602晃动,则如图5和图6所示,所述雾化座601内部设置有固定座606,且所述固定座606用于固定所述电热丝组件602;
具体的,如图6所示,所述雾化座601的内侧壁上设置有限位凸台607,所述固定座606外周面设置有限位凹台608,且所述雾化座601套设在所述固定座606上时,所述限位凸台607和所述限位凹台608相抵接以使所述固定座606固定在所述雾化座601内部。
因所述限位凸台607和所述限位凹台608的相互抵接,则使得所述固定座606能够稳定的设置在所述雾化座601内部,其带来的有益效果为:1,所述固定座606可使得所述电热丝组件602稳固的设置在所述固定座606内部,有效的保障了所述电热丝组件602与所述电连接组件的电连接关系的稳定,使得用户使用雾化组件的过程中或雾化组件因运输而震动的过程中,所述电热丝组件602与所述电连接组件的电连接关系也不会发生脱离,有效的保障了所述电热丝组件602的正常工作;2,因所述固定座606可有效的保障所述电热丝组件602的端部抵持所述导油棉306,从而避免因晃动所述雾化组件或长时间使用雾化组件而使得所述电热丝组件602的端部与所述导油棉306相脱离,因而可有效的避免所述导油棉306上的烟油无法充分的传送至所述电热丝组件602上,而使得电热丝组件602无法正常雾化烟油以生成烟雾;3、简化的装配的过程且提升装配精度,即在装配所述雾化组件的过程中,只要直接将所述电热丝组件602插设在所述固定座606上,即可使得所述电热丝组件602的端部抵持所述导油棉306,无需用户对准即可使得储油腔303内的烟油能够均匀恒定的传送至所述电热丝组件602上。
较佳的,所述固定座606由弹性材质制成,或由黄腊管制成,或由陶瓷管 制成,具体材质在本实施例中不作限定。
所述固定座606具体固定所述电热丝组件602的方式可参见如下所示,需明确的是,以下对所述固定座606具体如何固定所述电热丝组件602为举例进行说明,不作限定,只要所述电热丝组件602通过所述固定座606能够稳固的固定在所述述雾化座601内部即可。
第一种:如图5所示,所述固定座606一端间隔开设有朝远离所述吸嘴盖201的一侧延伸的两个相对设置的U型凹部609;
所述电热丝组件602呈U型,包括相互平行的第一端和第二端,以及连接第一端和第二端的中间段;所述电热丝组件602的中间段架设于所述固定座606的两个U型凹部609的底部,所述电热丝组件602的第一端和第二端分别位于所述固定座606的两个U型凹部609内,且所述电热丝组件602的第一端的端面和第二端的端面依次经过所述导油棉306和所述隔油板305对准所述储油腔303的区域。
即在具体装配所述雾化组件的过程中,可直接将所述电热丝组件602的中间段架设于所述固定座606的两个U型凹部609的底部,即可使得所述电热丝组件602固定在所述固定座606上,可见装配过程简单,有效提升了装配效率。
第二种如图7所示,固定座610的侧壁上间隔开设有两个相对设置的穿孔6101;
所述电热丝组件的具体结构可参见图5至图6所示,即电热丝组件602呈U型,包括相互平行的第一端和第二端,以及连接第一端和第二端的中间段;
所述电热丝组件602的中间段穿过所述固定座610的两个穿孔6101,所述电热丝组件602的第一端和第二端平行位于所述固定座610的侧壁外,且所述电热丝组件602的第一端的端面和第二端的端面依次经过所述导油棉306和所述隔油板305对准所述储油腔303的区域。
即在具体装配所述雾化组件的过程中,可直接将所述电热丝组件602的中间段穿过所述固定座610的两个穿孔6101,即可使得所述电热丝组件602固定在所述固定座606上,且可有效的避免所述电热丝组件602沿所述雾化组件 的轴向上下晃动,提升了所述固定座610固定所述电热丝组件602的稳固性,且装配过程简单,有效提升了装配效率。
第三种请见图8和图9所示,所述固定座810的一端间隔开设有两个相对设置的凹部8101;
本种设置方式中,所述电热丝组件820呈柱状,且所述电热丝组件820的轴向与所述雾化组件的轴向垂直,所述电热丝组件820的两端架设在所述固定座810的两个凹部8101上,且所述电热丝组件820的第一端的侧面和第二端的侧面依次经过所述导油棉306和所述隔油板305对准所述储油腔303的区域。
本种设置方式中,所述电热丝组件820中导油路程减短,使得导油效率更高,而且可以避免电热丝组件820出现烧棉的情况。
其中,如图5所示,为进一步的避免烟油的泄漏,则所述雾化座601位于所述储油套301内的外侧壁上设有第一环形凹槽611;
结合图5和图6所示,所述雾化芯组件还包括套设在所述第一环形凹槽611内且与所述储油套301的内侧壁弹性抵接的密封圈612,以避免储油腔303内的烟油沿着所述储油套301的内侧壁和所述雾化芯组件的外侧壁之间的缝隙渗出。
以下对所述导油孔的具体结构进行详细说明:
如图5所示,所述隔油板305围绕所述第一通孔501开设有至少一个导油孔503,以使所述导油孔503与所述储油腔303导通。
较佳的,所述导油孔503为多个,且多个所述导油孔503环绕设置在所述第一通孔501的周围并围成环形。此种结构方式可使烟油较为均匀地导向所述隔油板305的各个区域,以避免电热丝组件602因获取烟油不顺畅而导致干烧的问题,很好地使用户避免吸食到电热丝组件602烧焦的异味,较好地保护了用户健康。
更佳的,所述导油孔503的孔径小于1.5mm。较优选为1mm,以使烟油较为合理的输送,以避免干烧或过度地输送烟油。
更佳的,所述导油孔503的延伸方向与所述储油腔303的延伸方向形成大 于30°的夹角。此种结构可使在雾化组件竖直跌落时较好地减少烟油从所述导油孔503泄露出来。当然,所述角度可以是45°或60°等,在此不作具体限定。
以下对所述吸嘴盖201的具体结构进行详细说明:
如图3所示的所述蓄油腔307腔壁位于所述出气孔308的周缘处朝向所述通气管302的一侧凸设有用于阻隔烟油的环形凸台309;
和/或,
所述蓄油腔307内纳置有由吸油材料制成的吸油件310。该吸油件310由吸油材料制成。当然,也可以同时采用上述两个方案,以更好地避免用户吸食到未经雾化的烟油。
本实用新型中,吸嘴盖201和储油套301可拆卸连接。实际应用中,吸嘴盖201和储油套301可采用多种可拆卸连接方式,首先如图2所示,图2对所述吸嘴盖201和储油套301之间为卡合连接进行详细说明,即储油套301的第一端的面向吸嘴盖201一侧的端面的周缘上设有朝所述吸嘴盖201的方向延伸的连接环204,所述连接环204的外侧壁上设有凸部205。吸嘴盖201的蓄油腔307的腔壁上设有与该凸部205匹配的凹部206,吸嘴盖201和储油套301连接时,吸嘴盖201卡套在连接环204外,且连接环204上的凸部205卡套在蓄油腔307的腔壁上的凹部206内,连接环204容置在蓄油腔307内。
具体的,连接环204上可设置有至少两个凸部205,吸嘴盖201上设置凹部206的数量和位置和该凸部205的数量和位置分别相对应。或者,连接环204上的凸部205也可以呈环状,环设在连接环204外侧壁上;相对应的,吸嘴盖201上的凹部206也呈形状和位置对应的环状,环设在蓄油腔307的腔壁上。
或者,还可以是连接环204的外侧壁上设置有凹部,吸嘴盖201的蓄油腔307的腔壁上设置有与该凹部匹配的凸部,两者通过该凹部和凸部的卡合来可拆卸连接,在此不作限制。
或者,吸嘴盖201和储油套301也可以不是通过卡合连接而是通过螺纹连 接来可拆卸连接。请参阅图10,储油套301的第一端的面向吸嘴盖201一侧的端面的周缘上设有朝所述吸嘴盖201的方向延伸的连接环1001,连接环1001的外侧壁环设有外螺纹。相对应的,吸嘴盖201的蓄油腔307的内侧壁上设有与该外螺纹1001匹配的内螺纹1002。吸嘴盖201套设在连接环1001外,两者通过该外螺纹1001和内螺纹1002来螺纹连接。
本实用新型还提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括可拆卸连接的雾化组件以及电池组件,且所述电池组件用于为所述雾化组件供电,以使所述雾化组件雾化烟油以形成可供用户吸食的烟雾,其中,所述电池组件为现有技术在此不再赘述。所述雾化组件的具体结构请参见实施例一以及实施例二所示,具体不再赘述。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括吸嘴盖、储油组件和雾化芯组件;
    所述储油组件包括具有相对的第一端和第二端的储油套,且所述储油套由透明材质制成,所述储油套的第一端和所述吸嘴盖可拆卸连接,第二端的端面形成有加油口;所述储油套内设有与所述吸嘴盖相连通的通气管,所述储油套和所述通气管之间形成有用于储存烟油的储油腔,且所述通气管与所述储油套一体化设置或可拆卸连接;所述通气管远离所述吸嘴盖的端部设置有内凹的环形限位台阶;
    所述储油组件还包括隔油板和导油棉,且所述隔油板与所述通气管位置相对处开设有第一通孔,且所述隔油板通过所述第一通孔套设在所述环形限位台阶上,所述导油棉与所述第一通气孔位置相对处开设有第二通孔,且所述导油棉通过所述第二通孔套设在所述环形限位台阶上,且所述隔油板围绕所述第一通孔开设有至少一个导油孔,以使所述导油孔与所述储油腔导通;
    所述雾化芯组件包括雾化座、架设于所述雾化座一端的雾化空间内且用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件,以及固定在所述雾化座的另一端且用于与所述电热丝组件电连接的电连接组件,所述电热丝组件的端部与所述导油棉相抵接,以使位于所述储油腔内的烟油依次经过所述隔油板和所述导油棉传送至所述电热丝组件上以进行雾化;
    所述吸嘴盖内开设有与所述通气管相连通的蓄油腔,所述蓄油腔的腔壁设有供气流排出的出气孔,以使所述电热丝组件雾化的烟雾经所述通气管流动至所述出气孔时,冷凝的烟油能够储蓄在所述蓄油腔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化座的一端设置有第一连接结构而另一端设置有第二连接结构,以使所述雾化座通过所述第一连接结构与所述储油组件可拆卸连接,以使所述雾化座通过所述第二连接结构与所述电池组件可拆卸连接;所述第一连接结构以及所述第二连接结构为螺纹结构或卡扣结构;
    所述雾化座内部设置有固定座,且所述固定座用于固定所述电热丝组件;
    所述雾化座位于所述储油套内的外侧壁上设有第一环形凹槽;
    所述雾化芯组件还包括套设在所述第一环形凹槽内且与所述储油套的内侧壁弹性抵接的密封圈。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化座的内侧壁上设置有限位凸台,所述固定座外周面设置有限位凹台,且所述雾化座套设在所述固定座上时,所述限位凸台和所述限位凹台相抵接以使所述固定座固定在所述雾化座内部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述固定座由弹性材质制成、或由黄腊管制成,或由陶瓷管制成。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述固定座一端间隔开设有朝远离所述吸嘴盖的一侧延伸的两个相对设置的U型凹部;
    所述电热丝组件呈U型,包括相互平行的第一端和第二端,以及连接第一端和第二端的中间段;所述电热丝组件的中间段架设于所述固定座的两个U型凹部的底部,所述电热丝组件的第一端和第二端分别位于所述固定座的两个U型凹部内,且所述电热丝组件的第一端的端面和第二端的端面依次经过所述导油棉和所述隔油板对准所述储油腔的区域。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述固定座的侧壁上间隔开设有两个相对设置的穿孔;
    所述电热丝组件呈U型,包括相互平行的第一端和第二端,以及连接第一端和第二端的中间段;所述电热丝组件的中间段穿过所述固定座的两个穿孔,所述电热丝组件的第一端和第二端平行位于所述固定座的侧壁外,且所述电热丝组件的第一端的端面和第二端的端面依次经过所述导油棉和所述隔油板对准所述储油腔的区域。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述固定座的一端间隔开设有两个相对设置的凹部;
    所述电热丝组件呈柱状,且所述电热丝组件的轴向与所述雾化组件的轴向垂直,所述电热丝组件的两端架设在所述固定座的两个凹部上,且所述电热丝组件的第一端的侧面和第二端的侧面依次经过所述导油棉和所述隔油板对准所述储油腔的区域。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述蓄油腔腔壁位于 所述出气孔的周缘处朝向所述通气管的一侧凸设有用于阻隔烟油的环形凸台;
    和/或,
    所述蓄油腔内纳置有由吸油材料制成的吸油件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖和所述储油套卡合连接或者螺纹连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述导油孔为多个,且多个所述导油孔环绕设置在所述第一通孔的周围并围成环形。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述导油孔的孔径小于1.5mm。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述导油孔的延伸方向与所述储油腔的延伸方向形成大于30°的夹角。
  13. 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件为权利要求1所述的雾化组件。
