现有市场上的一次性电子烟雾化器,基本的设计是烟弹和雾化芯做成一体化,即烟弹和雾化芯是组装成一体进行储存、运输、销售和使用。烟弹和雾化芯一体化存在以下两个问题:
(1)由于烟弹和雾化芯的一体化,烟弹中的烟油与雾化芯腔体是一体连通的,无法对烟油进行直接的密封,会造成烟油渗漏到雾化芯中的风险,特别是在低压和高温的情况下,这种现象更加严重和普遍;
(2)当一次性电子烟雾化器的烟弹里的烟油耗尽时,其生命周期就结束,需要连同雾化芯整个抛弃,而这个时候,雾化芯通常还能继续使用,这就造成部分长使用周期部件的浪费,抬高了消费者的成本且不环保。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要针对上述烟油易渗漏到雾化芯及雾化芯不能多次使用问题,提供一种烟油不易渗漏到雾化芯且雾化芯可以多次使用的电子烟。
一种电子烟,包括烟弹外套、电子烟雾化器以及电池组件,所述烟弹外套与所述电池组件形成可拆装连接,所述电子烟雾化器收容于所述烟弹外套中,且所述电子烟雾化器与所述电池组件电连接,所述电子烟雾化器包括烟弹和雾化芯,所述烟弹包括具有开口端和封闭端的油杯、用于密封所述油杯开口端的密封塞及设置于所述油杯中的烟弹导油组件,所述油杯中设有吸管,所述吸管与外界相通,所述吸管包括吸气端和雾化端,所述吸气端设置于所述油杯的封闭端,所述雾化端位于所述油杯的腔体中,所述烟弹导油组件设置于所述雾化端上;所述烟弹导油组件、所述吸管以及所述油杯组成用于盛装烟油的烟油腔;所述雾化芯和所述油杯形成可拆装连接且所述电子烟雾化器通过所述雾化芯与所述电池组件形成电连接;
使用前,所述密封塞与所述油杯连接并密封所述油杯,所述雾化芯与所述油杯分离;
使用时,将所述密封塞与所述油杯分离,所述雾化芯与所述油杯连接使所述雾化芯挤压所述烟弹导油组件,以使所述烟油经过所述烟弹导油组件渗入所述雾化芯中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟弹导油组件包括第一固定支架、第二固定支架、夹紧于所述第一固定支架和所述第二固定支架之间的烟弹导油件以及用于依次固定所述第一固定支架、所述烟弹导油件及所述第二固定支架至所述雾化端上的固定件,所述固定件穿入所述吸管的雾化端中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟弹导油件为由疏松状材质形成的柱状或层状结构。
在其中一个实施例中,所述固定件上开设有收容孔,所述密封塞的内端面上设有密封柱,所述密封柱穿过所述固定件上的收容孔并密封所述吸管的雾化端。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化芯包括雾化芯支架、外螺纹套和雾化芯导油发热件,所述雾化芯导油发热件设置于所述雾化芯支架上,所述外螺纹套套设于所述雾化芯支架的外壁,所述雾化芯通过所述外螺纹套与所述油杯可拆装连接;
使用时,所述雾化芯导油发热件挤压所述烟弹导油组件使所述烟油经过所述烟弹导油组件渗入所述雾化芯导油发热件中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化芯导油发热件包括两个平行的导油部及与两个所述导油部连接的发热部,所述发热部的两端分别与两个所述导油部连接而形成U形结构,所述导油部为圆柱状。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外螺纹套与所述油杯连接的表面设有外凸环,所述外凸环用于使所述外螺纹套与所述油杯之间通过过盈配合形成可拆装连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述烟弹外套包括吸嘴、密封件以及外套主体,所述吸嘴固定设置于所述外套主体的上端,所述电子烟雾化器收容于所述外套主体中,且所述外套主体的下端与所述电池组件形成可拆装连接,所述密封件内置于所述吸嘴的底端用于密封所述吸嘴与所述电子烟雾化器之间的孔隙;所述密封件上开设有通气孔,所述通气孔、所述吸管及所述吸嘴形成气流贯通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外套主体上开设有观察窗。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外套主体的内部设有用于密封所述观察窗的透明密封件。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外套主体上开设有进气孔,所述外套主体底端的内侧壁上设有导气件,该导气件的内表面及外表面分别开设有第一环形导气槽和第二环形导气槽,所述第一环形导气槽、所述第二环形导气槽与所述进气孔形成气流贯通。
上述电子烟在首次使用时,将密封塞与油杯分离,并将雾化芯与油杯连接,密封塞与油杯分离时产生负压作用使烟弹中的烟油快速过饱和吸附于烟弹导油件中,让雾化芯首次与烟弹连接的时候,有足够的烟油渗到雾化芯导油件中,同时,雾化芯导油件挤压烟弹导油件而使烟弹导油件中的烟油渗入雾化芯导油件中,使得烟弹和雾化芯一连接就可获得马上吸烟的效果,而无需等待烟油慢慢渗透。因此,上述电子烟在使用前,例如在储存、运输和销售过程中,烟弹和雾化芯可以分离,烟弹与密封塞连接,密封塞可以直接密封油杯,因此不易产生烟油渗漏到雾化芯中的现象。并且,这种雾化芯与烟弹分离的结构设计使得烟弹的烟油耗尽时,雾化芯还能继续多次使用,降低了消费成本,节约资源。

【具体实施方式】
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
请参阅图1,一实施方式的电子烟100,包括烟弹外套20、电子烟雾化器40以及电池组件60。
请同时参阅图2,烟弹外套20包括吸嘴22、密封件24及外套主体26。吸嘴22的底端开口,顶端开设有吸孔222。外套主体26为两端开口的中空圆柱体。吸嘴22的开口端与外套主体26的上端连接使吸嘴22固定设置于外套主体26的上端。
密封件24收容于吸嘴22内部并设置于吸嘴22的底端。并且,密封件24的外壁与吸嘴22的内壁相贴合。密封件24上开设有通气孔242。
请再次参阅图1,外套主体26上开设有观察窗262,且外套主体26内部设有密封观察窗262的透明密封件(图未示)。
请一并参阅图1和图3,外套主体26上开设有进气孔264,外套主体26底端的内侧壁上设有导气件266。导气件266的内表面和外表面分别开设有第一环形导气槽2662和第二环形导气槽2664。第一环形导气槽2662和第二环形导气槽2664紧邻设置,且第一环形导气槽2662和第二环形导气槽2664的开口的朝向相反。
第一环形导气槽2662上开设有贯通槽底和槽壁的通气孔2666。进气孔264、第一环形导气槽2662、通气孔2666和第二环形导气槽2664形成气流贯通,使得外界气体经过导气件266的导气进入电子烟雾化器40中。
电子烟雾化器40收容于外套主体26中。请一并参阅图1和图2,电子烟雾化器40包括烟弹42和雾化芯44。
请参阅图4,烟弹42包括具有开口端和封闭端的油杯422、设置于油杯422中的烟弹导油组件424以及用于密封油杯422的开口端的密封塞426。请再次参阅图2,油杯422的封闭端紧靠密封件24设置,密封件24密封烟弹42与吸嘴22之间的间隙。
油杯422的封闭端开设有透气孔4222。请同时参阅图5,油杯422的内部设置有吸管428。吸管428包括吸气端和雾化端(图未标),吸管428从油杯422的封闭端向油杯422的内部延伸,吸气端设置于油杯422的封闭端,雾化端位于油杯422的腔体中。雾化端形成台阶面4282。
吸孔222、通气孔242、透气孔4222及吸管428连通使吸管428与外界相通。
优选地,油杯422的封闭端的内壁上还设置有加强筋429。本实施方式中,加强筋429的数量为三,三个加强筋429等间距围绕吸管428设置。图5仅显示其中一个。
烟弹导油组件424设置于雾化端上。烟弹导油件组件424、吸管428及油杯422围成用于盛装烟油50的烟油腔430。
烟弹导油组件424包括第一固定支架4242、第二固定支架4244、烟弹导油件4246和固定件4248。固定件4248将第一固定支架4242、烟弹导油件4246和第二固定支架4244依次设置于雾化端的台阶面4282上,使烟弹导油件4246夹紧于第一固定支架4242和第二固定支架4244中。并且,在受力情况下,第二固定支架4244可向靠近烟弹导油件4246方向移动而挤压烟弹导油件4246,使烟弹导油件4246中烟油50渗出至雾化芯44中。
优选地,烟弹导油组件424还包括套设于固定件4248上密封圈4249,以防止烟油50渗漏。
烟弹导油件4246为由疏松状材质形成的柱状或层状结构。该疏松状材质可以吸油且在受到挤压时可以渗油,例如,疏松状材质为吸油棉。
优选地,烟弹导油件4246为中部开设有通孔的圆柱状吸油棉,第一固定支架4242和第二固定支架4244的中部均开设有固定孔,固定件4248依次穿过第二固定支架4244的固定孔、烟弹导油件4246中部的通孔和第一固定支架4242的固定孔并锁紧而将第一固定支架4242、烟弹导油件4246和第二固定支架4244进行限位固定。并且,固定件4248远离第二固定支架4244的一端从所述雾化端穿入吸管428中。固定件4248的中部开设有收容孔(图未标)。
优选地,第一固定支架4242和第二固定支架4244均为环状支架,包括外环、内环和连接外环和内环的连接杆。固定件4248穿过第一固定支架4242和第二固定支架4244的内环进行固定限位,外环、内环和连接杆之间形成供烟油50从烟油腔430渗入烟弹导油件4246的空隙。
可以理解,烟弹导油件4246的形状也不限于圆柱形。第一固定支架4242和第二固定支架4244也不限于上述环形支架,能固定烟弹导油件4246且使烟油50可以被烟弹导油件4246吸附且渗出至雾化芯44中的任何形状均可。
请一并参阅4和图5,密封塞426包括圆柱形本体4262、设置于圆柱形本体4262内端面的密封柱4264及设置于圆柱形本体4262的侧壁并与圆柱形本体4262的侧壁形成间隙的抵推部4266。请参阅图6,在未使用状态,密封塞426与设置于油杯422的开口端,用于密封油杯422。密封塞426与油杯422可拆卸连接使密封塞426与烟弹导油件4246可拆卸连接。将密封塞426与油杯422连接时,密封柱4264收容于固定件4248的收容孔中,抵推部4266位于油杯422的外部,油杯422的杯壁位于抵推部4266与圆柱形本体4262的侧壁之间。设置抵推部4266有利于将密封塞426与油杯422分离。
密封塞426与油杯422连接时,密封柱4264穿过固定件4248的收容孔以使密封效果较好。
请参阅图7,雾化芯44包括雾化芯支架441、外螺纹套442、雾化芯导油发热件443、雾化芯密封圈444、雾化芯正极445和正极绝缘圈446。
雾化芯导油发热件443包括雾化芯导油件4432和缠绕于雾化芯导油件4432的发热丝4434。雾化芯导油件4432设置于雾化芯支架441上,雾化芯密封圈443设置于雾化芯支架441上且雾化芯密封圈443的外壁与雾化芯支架441的内壁抵接。
外螺纹套442套设于雾化芯支架441的外壁上,雾化芯44通过外螺纹套442与油杯422可拆卸连接。优选地,外螺纹套442与油杯422连接的表面设置有外凸环4422,外凸环4422用于使外螺纹套442与油杯422之间通过过盈配合形成可拆卸连接。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,雾化芯44与油杯422也可以通过其他方式进行可拆卸连接,例如螺纹可拆卸连接。外螺纹套442的远离外凸环4422的一端设置有外螺纹4424。
使用时,雾化芯44通过外螺纹套442与油杯422连接,雾化芯导油件4432挤压烟弹导油件4246使烟油50从烟弹导油件4246渗入雾化芯导油件4432中。优选地,雾化芯导油件4432包括两个平行的导油部及与两个导油部连接的发热部,发热部的两端分别与两个导油部连接而形成U形结构,导油部为圆柱状。
雾化芯正极445设置于雾化芯支架441的远离雾化芯导油发热件443的一端,正极绝缘圈446设置于雾化芯正极445与雾化芯支架441之间。雾化芯44通过雾化芯正极445与电池组件60电连接。
首次使用时,将密封塞426与油杯422分离,并将雾化芯44与油杯422连接。请参阅图8,密封塞426与油杯422分离时,图8中的圆圈VIII区域内会产生负压,使烟弹42中的烟油50快速过饱和吸附于烟弹导油件4246中,让雾化芯44首次与烟弹42连接的时候,有足够的烟油50渗到雾化芯导油发热件443中。并且,请参阅图9,雾化芯导油件4432挤压烟弹导油件4246而使烟弹导油件4246中的烟油50进一步渗入雾化芯导油件4432中,使得烟弹42和雾化芯44一连接就可获得马上吸烟的效果,而无需等待烟油50慢慢渗透。因此,在使用前,例如在储存、运输和销售过程中,烟弹42和雾化芯44可以分离,烟弹42与密封塞426连接,密封塞426可以直接密封油杯422,因此不易产生烟油50渗漏到雾化芯44中的现象。
烟弹42和雾化芯44连接以后的非首次吸烟依靠烟弹导油件424的自然导油即可。
上述电子烟100通过设置密封塞426进行密封油杯422,并利用密封塞426拔出时的负压作用及烟弹42和雾化芯44连接时的挤压作用,解决了烟弹42和雾化芯44首次连接时烟弹42供油量不足的问题,保证两者在首次连接时烟弹导油件4246上有饱和的烟油50渗到雾化芯导油件4432上,使得烟弹42和雾化芯44可以在首次使用之前分离,解决了烟油50的渗漏的问题且又不影响首次使用时烟油50的渗出,实现即装即用。并且,这种雾化芯44与烟弹42分离的结构设计使得烟弹42的烟油50耗尽时,雾化芯44还能继续多次使用,降低了消费成本,节约资源。
而且,烟弹42和雾化芯44可以根据消费者的需求自由更换,使用自主性更好。
雾化芯导油件4432的导油部为圆柱状,在将雾化芯44与油杯422连接时,雾化芯导油件4432与烟弹导油件4246是面与面抵接,相对于传统的单头导油,其导油面积更均匀,有利于避免传统的雾化芯导油件与烟弹导油件接触面积太小太集中而引起导油不顺畅的现象,使得烟油50的传导更均匀、更快速和更顺畅,避免了吸烟过程产生糊味和烟雾量小的问题,有利于增强吸烟者的快感。
请再次参阅图2,电池组件60通过与外套主体26形成可拆装连接而与烟弹外套26形成可拆装连接,且电子烟雾化器40通过雾化芯44与电池组件60形成电连接。本实施方式中,电池组件60与雾化芯44的外螺纹套442通过外螺纹4424进行螺纹可拆装连接,并与烟弹外套20之间通过磁铁进行可拆装连接,即通过磁铁来限制两者轴向的运动。雾化芯44通过雾化芯正极445与电池组件60电连接。
上述电子烟100解决了在储存、运输和销售过程中烟油50易渗漏到雾化芯44的问题,并且,雾化芯44可以多次使用,降低了消费成本,节约资源。
上述电子烟100在使用时,外部气体从进去孔264进入外套主体26内部,经过导气件266从雾化芯支架441进入雾化芯44内部,通过在导气件266上开设有第一环形导气槽2662和第二环形导气槽2664,有利于气体在电子烟内部的畅通,有利于保证雾化量,提升吸烟者的快感。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括烟弹外套、电子烟雾化器以及电池组件,所述烟弹外套与所述电池组件形成可拆装连接,所述电子烟雾化器收容于所述烟弹外套中,且所述电子烟雾化器与所述电池组件电连接,其特征在于,所述电子烟雾化器包括烟弹和雾化芯,所述烟弹包括具有开口端和封闭端的油杯、用于密封所述油杯开口端的密封塞及设置于所述油杯中的烟弹导油组件,所述油杯中设有吸管,所述吸管与外界相通,所述吸管包括吸气端和雾化端,所述吸气端设置于所述油杯的封闭端,所述雾化端位于所述油杯的腔体中,所述烟弹导油组件设置于所述雾化端上;所述烟弹导油组件、所述吸管以及所述油杯组成用于盛装烟油的烟油腔;所述雾化芯和所述油杯形成可拆装连接且所述电子烟雾化器通过所述雾化芯与所述电池组件形成电连接;
    使用前,所述密封塞与所述油杯连接并密封所述油杯,所述雾化芯与所述油杯分离;
    使用时,将所述密封塞与所述油杯分离,所述雾化芯与所述油杯连接使所述雾化芯挤压所述烟弹导油组件,以使所述烟油经过所述烟弹导油组件渗入所述雾化芯中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹导油组件包括第一固定支架、第二固定支架、夹紧于所述第一固定支架和所述第二固定支架之间的烟弹导油件以及用于依次固定所述第一固定支架、所述烟弹导油件及所述第二固定支架至所述雾化端上的固定件,所述固定件穿入所述吸管的雾化端中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹导油件为由疏松状材质形成的柱状或层状结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定件上开设有收容孔,所述密封塞的内端面上设有密封柱,所述密封柱穿过所述固定件上的收容孔并密封所述吸管的雾化端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯包括雾化芯支架、外螺纹套和雾化芯导油发热件,所述雾化芯导油发热件设置于所述雾化芯支架上,所述外螺纹套套设于所述雾化芯支架的外壁,所述雾化芯通过所述外螺纹套与所述油杯可拆装连接;
    使用时,所述雾化芯导油发热件挤压所述烟弹导油组件使所述烟油经过所述烟弹导油组件渗入所述雾化芯导油发热件中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯导油发热件包括两个平行的导油部及与两个所述导油部连接的发热部,所述发热部的两端分别与两个所述导油部连接而形成U形结构,所述导油部为圆柱状。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外螺纹套与所述油杯连接的表面设有外凸环,所述外凸环用于使所述外螺纹套与所述油杯之间通过过盈配合形成可拆装连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹外套包括吸嘴、密封件以及外套主体,所述吸嘴固定设置于所述外套主体的上端,所述电子烟雾化器收容于所述外套主体中,且所述外套主体的下端与所述电池组件形成可拆装连接,所述密封件内置于所述吸嘴的底端用于密封所述吸嘴与所述电子烟雾化器之间的孔隙;所述密封件上开设有通气孔,所述通气孔、所述吸管及所述吸嘴形成气流贯通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套主体上开设有观察窗。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套主体的内部设有用于密封所述观察窗的透明密封件。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套主体上开设有进气孔,所述外套主体底端的内侧壁上设有导气件,该导气件的内表面及外表面分别开设有第一环形导气槽和第二环形导气槽,所述第一环形导气槽、所述第二环形导气槽与所述进气孔形成气流贯通。
