Description

电子烟
本申请要求于2014年10月29日提交的中国发明专利申请201410597265.4的优先权,将其全部内容整体并入本文。
【技术领域】
本发明涉及香烟替代品,特别是涉及一种电子烟。
【背景技术】
电子烟包括一次性电子烟及可充电式电子烟。在一次性电子烟中,电池及雾化器均位于一个完整的电子烟外壳中。而可充电式电子烟,一般包括可分离的电池组件部分及雾化组件部分。目前的可充电电子烟包括两种,第一种是可添加烟油型,即,烟油使用完后,直接往雾化组件中添加烟油;第二种是直接更换雾化组件型,即,雾化组件中的烟油用完后,直接更换雾化组件。
上述第一种可充电电子烟,由于雾化组件可以反复利用,因此,即使该雾化组件外观等做的很精致,也不会增大用户太多的成本,但该种电子烟的问题在于需要用户自己填充烟油,操作不便,且直接接触烟油存在安全隐患。而第二种可充电电子烟,由于其雾化组件相当于是一次性使用,因此,很难将雾化组件外观做的很精致,否则会导致使用成本相对较高。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种电子烟操作方便、具有较低使用成本情况下可兼有精致外观的电子烟。
一种电子烟包括:雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括外壳和位于所述外壳内的雾化器,所述外壳内具有抵压部,所述雾化器包括储液器和与所述储液器连接的雾化元件;及电源组件,与所述雾化组件可拆卸连接,所述电源组件包括面向所述雾化器的第一连接部;其中所述外壳面向所述电源组件的一端设置有用于与所述第一连接部可拆卸连接的第二连接部;所述雾化器面向所述电源组件的一端设置有第三连接部;所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部连接固定时,所述抵压部抵压所述雾化器使得所述第三连接部与所述第一连接部相抵。
上述电子烟,更换或安装雾化器时,先将雾化器装于外壳内,抵压部抵压雾化器,再将电源组件与外壳连接,第一连接部与第二连接部连接,此时第三连接部与所述第一连接部相抵,从而将雾化器固定在外壳内。上述电子烟在使用者更换或者组装雾化器时,操作方便,由于可更换的雾化器位于外壳内,外壳为反复利用的部件,因此,该电子烟可以在具有较低使用成本情况下可兼有精致外观。

【具体实施方式】
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对电子烟进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了电子烟的首选实施例。但是,电子烟可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对电子烟的公开内容更加透彻全面。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在电子烟的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
如图1、图2所示,一实施方式的电子烟10包括可拆卸连接的雾化组件100和电源组件300,同时参见图3,雾化组件100包括外壳120和雾化器140,雾化器140位于外壳120内。同时参见图4,电源组件300包括面向雾化器140的第一连接部320。外壳120内具有用于抵压雾化器140的抵压部160,外壳120面向电源组件300的一端设置有用于与第一连接部320可拆卸连接的第二连接部180,第一连接部320和第二连接部180可以螺纹连接。雾化器140包括储液器142和与储液器142连接的雾化元件,且雾化器140面向电源组件300的一端设置有第三连接部144。第一连接部320与第二连接部180连接固定时,抵压部160抵压雾化器140使得第三连接部144与第一连接部320相抵,从而使得雾化器140在外壳120中被固定住。
上述电子烟10在组装时,先将雾化器140装于外壳120内,再将电源组件300与外壳120连接,第一连接部320与第二连接部180连接,此时抵压部160抵压雾化器140使得第三连接部144与第一连接部320相抵,从而将雾化器140固定在外壳120内。上述电子烟10结构简单,组装方便,成本低。
在其中一个实施例中,第一连接部320与第二连接部180连接固定时,雾化器140压紧于抵压部160和电源组件300之间。第一连接部320与第二连接部180分离时,雾化器140能够从外壳120内取出。雾化器140的储液器142用于存储液体,具体的,该液体可以是烟液。液体用尽后,使用者可以方便的取出或装入雾化器140,雾化器140被整体的取出和装入,实现了方便、卫生的更换雾化器140。
在其中一个实施例中,第三连接部144兼做雾化组件100的负电极,第一连接部320兼做电源组件300的负电极,第一连接部320与第二连接部180连接固定时,第一连接部320的端部与第三连接部144相抵。在本实施例中,第三连接部144无需设置用于电连接第二连接部180的凸台,第三连接部144可以直接与第一连接部320电连接。同时参见图5,在另一实施例中,第三连接部144也可以设置有用于电连接第二连接部180的凸台1442,第二连接部180与第一连接部320电连接,凸台1442作为辅助的电连接位置,可以提高第三连接部144与第一连接部320电连接的可靠性。
同时参见图6,在又一实施例中,第三连接部144兼做负电极并开设有进气口,第三连接部144与雾化元件的负极电连接。雾化器140还包括正电极连接件146和绝缘套148,正电极连接件146设置在进气口处,正电极连接件146与雾化元件的正极电连接。绝缘套148套设在正电极连接件146上,且绝缘套148位于第三连接部144和正电极连接件146之间,使第三连接部144和正电极连接件146绝缘连接。
同时参见图7,电源组件300还包括正电极接触台340,第一连接部320兼做负电极,环绕在正电极接触台340外部。同时参见图8,第一连接部320可以包括固定连接的第一本体322和管状部324,正电极接触台340与第一本体322绝缘连接。在一实施例中,管状部324上可以设置有用于连接充电设备的连接螺纹3242。
第一连接部320与第二连接部180连接固定时,管状部324套设在正电极连接件146和绝缘套148外,管状部324的端部与第三连接部144相抵,正电极连接件146与正电极接触台340相抵。此时,雾化组件100的正极和电源组件300的正极电连接,雾化组件100的负极和电源组件300的负极电连接,正极和负极之间保持相对绝缘。上述连接方式,结构简单,组装方便,连接可靠。
为了保证通气的顺畅,在一实施例中,管状部324用于抵触第三连接部144的端部可以开设有连通管状部324内部和外部的通气槽3244,在其他实施例中,管状部324上也可以开设有连通管状部324内部和外部的通气孔,以替代通气槽3244,或同时设置通气槽3244和通气孔。
同时参见图9,在一实施例中,第二连接部180呈管状,第二连接部180设置有内螺纹182,第一本体322上设置有与内螺纹182相适配的外螺纹3222,第二连接部180与第一本体322螺纹连接。进一步的,在一实施例中,第一本体322上还设置有台阶部3224,台阶部3224靠近外螺纹3222。第一连接部320与第二连接部180连接固定时,第二连接部180与台阶部3224抵接,二者的抵接具有定位的作用,避免因旋转连接时不到位,造成电路虚接。
同时参见图10,进一步的,在一实施例中,第三连接部144包括固定连接的第三本体1442和连接管1444,连接管1444位于进气口处,正电极连接件146至少部分位于连接管1444内,使得正电极连接件146与第三连接部144连接更稳固。
同时参见图11至图13,在一实施例中,雾化器140还包括垫片152、储液层154和导液绳156。储液器142包括内管1422和外管1424,内管1422至少部分设置在外管1424内,内管1422的内部开设有气流通道1426,内管1422和外管1424之间形成用于存储液体的储液腔1428。垫片152和储液层154均套设在内管1422上,垫片152位于储液腔1428和储液层154之间,储液层154的一侧与垫片152抵接。垫片152上开设有连通储液腔1428和储液层154的导液孔1522,储液层154用于吸取储液腔1428内的液体并储存。储液层154的另一侧与导液绳156抵接,导液绳156用于吸取储液层154内的液体。雾化元件与导液绳156固定连接,雾化元件用于将导液绳156内的液体雾化。
储液腔1428内的液体通过垫片152上的导液孔1522与储液层154接触,从而被储液层154吸收,导液绳156吸取储液层154内的液体,雾化元件再将导液绳156内的液体雾化。垫片152的液体通过率高,而且垫片152的液体通过率可以通过导液孔1522的个数和孔径的设置进行粗略的控制。储液层154的通过率低,储液层154可以进一步精确的控制液体的通过量。垫片152和储液层154共同作用,有效的提高了对导液绳156中的液体量的控制精度。垫片152和储液层154均套设在内管1422上,垫片152和储液层154的组装均以内管1422为基准,组装方便。垫片152为片状结构,成本低廉,降低了生产成本。
垫片152和储液层154均套设在内管1422上,垫片152和储液层154的组装均以内管1422为基准,组装方便。垫片152可以由硬质材料制成,更加方便组装。垫片152为片状结构,在一实施例中,垫片152可以是有孔的塑料片,成本低廉,降低了生产成本。导液孔1522可以是一个,也可以是多个。导液孔1522尽量不用圆形孔,若储液腔1428内的液体的粘性大、表面张力大,圆形孔表面容易形成稳定的薄膜,导致液体难以漏出,因此,在较优的实施例中,至少一个导液孔1522为非圆形孔,非圆形孔不容易产生薄膜,可以保证液体顺利的通过。
同时参见图13,在一实施例中,储液器142还包括延伸管1429,延伸管1429连接于外管1424的边缘,且延伸管1429背向外管1424延伸,延伸管1429内部形成容纳腔,垫片152和储液层154位于容纳腔内。储液层154与延伸管1429的内壁抵接,储液层154将延伸管1429和内管1422之间的空间密封。在本实施例中,内管1422、外管1424和延伸管1429可以是一体成型的结构。延伸管1429的内径大于外管1424的内径,延伸管1429与外管1424的连接处形成阶形部1425,垫片152卡接在阶形部1425上。本实施例的连接方式使得雾化器140的组装更加方便快捷,连接稳定可靠。在一实施例中,储液层154与延伸管1429的内壁抵接,储液层154将延伸管1429和内管1422之间的空间密封。储液层154可以阻止液体从储液腔1428中流出,起到了密封的作用,保证了储液腔1428和气流通道1426之间的密封性。
同时参见图14,在其中一个实施例中,雾化器140还包括雾化座158,雾化座158内部开设有雾化腔,雾化座158的一端呈开口状,雾化座158的另一端开设有连通雾化腔和雾化座158外部的通孔。导液绳156位于雾化腔内,雾化座158呈开口状的一端的边缘与储液层154抵接。雾化座158为雾化提供了一个密封的空间,空气从通孔进入雾化腔,带雾化后的液体进入气流通道1426,从而被使用者吸入口中。
雾化元件包括导线(图中未示出),雾化元件设置在雾化腔内,导线需要穿过雾化座158。在一实施例中,雾化座158由弹性材料制成,例如硅胶,雾化座158上还设置有过线孔,过线孔可以是导线穿过盲孔形成的,导线穿过雾化座158,雾化座158利用自身的弹性将导线周围密封,避免液体沿着导线流出雾化腔。
进一步的,雾化座158可以包括侧壁1582和底面1584,侧壁1582呈较短的管状,底面1584连接于侧壁1582的一端,盲孔和通孔均可以设置在底面1584上。在一实施例中,侧壁1582上开设有适配导液绳156的槽1586,使得导液绳156可以准确的定位,不容易发生移动。在一实施例中,底面1584上开设有容纳导液绳156滴下的液体的槽1588,使得导液绳156滴下的液体不容易堆积在导线附近,进一步的避免液体沿着导线流出雾化腔。
再参见图13,在其中一个实施例中,导液绳156包括多条纤维丝1562,多条纤维丝1562的端部呈分散状。部分多条纤维丝1562的端部与储液层154抵接,另一部分多条纤维丝1562的端部被夹持在雾化座158和储液层154之间。可以通过将导液绳156的顶端打散,形成上述分散状。分散状的纤维丝1562增大了与储液层154的接触面积,从而提高了纤维丝1562与储液层154之间的导液速度。
导液绳156的端部的数量一般为两个,导液绳156的两端位于内管1422相对的两侧。进一步的,在一实施例中,部分纤维丝1562的端部与储液层154抵接,另一部分纤维丝1562的端部被夹持在雾化座158和储液层154之间,从而确保导液绳156位置的稳固性,避免导液绳156因为重力等原因与储液层154脱离。再进一步的,基于多条纤维丝1562的分散处,端部与储液层154抵接的纤维丝1562的长度可以小于端部被夹持在雾化座158和储液层154之间的纤维丝1562的长度。被夹持的纤维丝1562较长,可以保证纤维丝1562与其两侧的雾化座158和储液层154有足够的接触面积,提高夹持的可靠性。抵接储液层154的纤维丝1562较短,可以避免纤维丝1562在接触储液层154的位置堆积,而导致纤维丝1562之间相互挤压,阻塞液体的传导,同时可以使纤维丝1562的顶端可以与储液层154接触,进一步保证纤维丝1562的导液速度。需要说明的是,图13仅为纤维丝1562分散状态的示意图,纤维丝1562的数量一般多于图13中所示的数量,纤维丝1562之间可以相互缠绕。
同时参见图15,雾化元件可以包括发热丝159,发热丝159缠绕在导液绳156的中部。内管1422上开设有连通气流通道1426和雾化腔的开口,通孔的位置与内管1422的开口相对应,发热丝159位于通孔和内管1422的开口之间。发热丝159设置在此位置,雾化后的液体可以直接被气流带走,不容易在雾化腔的内壁上凝结。在一实施例中,发热丝159与内管1422之间的距离大于2mm。内管1422一般由塑料材料制成,遇热会发生变形。发热丝159与内管1422之间距离大于2mm,可以避免发热丝159将内管1422烘烤软化变形。
参见图3、图6在其中一个实施例中,外壳120包括套管122和连接在套管122的端部的吸嘴124,抵压部160可以位于套管122的内壁上,抵压部160也可以位于吸嘴124上,抵压部160所在的位置可以比较灵活,抵压部160只要在雾化器140装入套管122后可以抵压雾化器140即可。在一实施例中,抵压部160由弹性材料制成,例如硅胶。抵压部160和第三连接部144位于雾化器140的两端,当第三连接部144与第一连接部320相抵时,抵压部160和第一连接部320将雾化器140夹持固定,由于低压部具有弹性,第三连接部144与第一连接部320能够保持稳定的相抵状态,提高了第三连接部144与第一连接部320电连接的可靠性。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括外壳和位于所述外壳内的雾化器,所述外壳内具有抵压部,所述雾化器包括储液器和与所述储液器连接的雾化元件;及
    电源组件,与所述雾化组件可拆卸连接,所述电源组件包括面向所述雾化器的第一连接部;
    其中所述外壳面向所述电源组件的一端设置有用于与所述第一连接部可拆卸连接的第二连接部;所述雾化器面向所述电源组件的一端设置有第三连接部;所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部连接固定时,所述抵压部抵压所述雾化器使得所述第三连接部与所述第一连接部相抵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第三连接部兼做所述雾化组件的负电极,所述第一连接部兼做所述电源组件的负电极。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第三连接部兼做负电极并开设有进气口,所述第三连接部与所述雾化元件的负极电连接;所述雾化器还包括正电极连接件和绝缘套,所述正电极连接件设置在进气口处,所述正电极连接件与所述雾化元件的正极电连接;所述绝缘套套设在所述正电极连接件上,且所述绝缘套位于所述第三连接部和所述正电极连接件之间,使所述第三连接部和所述正电极连接件绝缘连接;
    所述第一连接部兼做负电极,所述第一连接部包括固定连接的第一本体和管状部;所述电源组件还包括正电极接触台,所述正电极接触台与所述第一本体绝缘连接;
    所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部连接固定时,所述管状部套设在所述正电极连接件和所述绝缘套外,所述管状部的端部与所述第三连接部相抵,所述正电极连接件与所述正电极接触台相抵。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第三连接部包括固定连接的第三本体和连接管,所述连接管位于所述进气口处,所述正电极连接件至少部分位于所述连接管内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述管状部上设置有用于连接充电设备的连接螺纹。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述管状部上开设有连通所述管状部内部和外部的通气孔。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述管状部用于抵触所述第三连接部的端部开设有连通所述管状部内部和外部的通气槽。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接部呈管状,所述第二连接部设置有内螺纹,所述第一本体上设置有与所述内螺纹相适配的外螺纹,所述第二连接部与所述第一本体螺纹连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一本体上还设置有台阶部,所述台阶部靠近所述外螺纹;所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部连接固定时,所述第二连接部与所述台阶部抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部连接固定时,所述雾化器压紧于所述抵压部和所述电源组件之间;所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部分离时,所述雾化器能够从所述外壳内取出。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括垫片、储液层和导液绳;
    所述储液器包括内管和外管,所述内管至少部分设置在所述外管内,所述内管的内部开设有气流通道,所述内管和所述外管之间形成用于存储液体的储液腔;
    所述垫片和所述储液层均套设在所述内管上,所述垫片位于所述储液腔和所述储液层之间,所述储液层的一侧与所述垫片抵接;所述垫片上开设有连通所述储液腔和所述储液层的导液孔,所述储液层用于吸取所述储液腔内的液体并储存;
    所述储液层的另一侧与所述导液绳抵接,所述导液绳用于吸取所述储液层内的液体;
    所述雾化元件与所述导液绳固定连接,所述雾化元件用于将所述导液绳内的液体雾化。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储液器还包括延伸管,所述延伸管连接于所述外管的边缘且背向所述外管延伸,所述延伸管内部形成容纳腔,所述垫片和所述储液层位于所述容纳腔内;
    所述储液层与所述延伸管的内壁抵接,所述储液层将所述延伸管和所述内管之间的空间密封。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括雾化座,所述雾化座内部开设有雾化腔,所述雾化座的一端呈开口状,所述雾化座的另一端开设有连通所述雾化腔和所述雾化座外部的通孔;
    所述导液绳位于所述雾化腔内,所述雾化座呈开口状的一端的边缘与所述储液层抵接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导液绳包括多条纤维丝,所述多条纤维丝的端部呈分散状;
    部分所述多条纤维丝的端部与所述储液层抵接,另一部分所述多条纤维丝的端部被夹持在所述雾化座和所述储液层之间。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外壳包括套管和连接在所述套管的端部的吸嘴,所述抵压部位于所述套管的内壁上或者所述抵压部位于所述吸嘴上。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述抵压部由弹性材料制成。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述抵压部由硅胶制成。
