技术领域
本申请涉及雾化器技术领域,具体是涉及一种雾化器及电子雾化装置。
背景技术
电子雾化装置通过雾化器将待雾化基质雾化产生气溶胶,以供用户吸食。现有的电子雾化装置体积较大,不利于便携携带;因此小型轻薄化是电子雾化装置的发展趋势。
目前,通常采用减薄外壳的厚度的方式来减小电子雾化装置的体积,实现电子雾化装置的轻薄化;而外壳厚度的减薄,使得外壳的刚度降低,在外力作用下容易发生形变;形变幅度过大,则会挤压内部的储液腔,将储液腔中液态的待雾化基质挤压到外部,引起漏液。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种雾化器及电子雾化装置,以解决现有技术中在外壳厚度减薄后外壳刚度降低的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供的第一个技术方案为:提供一种雾化器,包括雾化外壳、出气管道和加强筋;雾化外壳形成有容置腔;出气管道设置于所述容置腔中;加强筋设置于所述雾化外壳与所述出气管道之间;其中,所述雾化外壳、所述出气管道和所述加强筋一体成型。
其中,所述雾化外壳的一端设置有抽吸孔,另一端为敞口端;所述出气管道和所述加强筋从所述雾化外壳设置有所述抽吸孔的一端向所述敞口端直线延伸;所述加强筋的长度小于所述出气通道的长度。
其中,所述雾化外壳与所述出气管道之间设置有至少两个所述加强筋,至少两个所述加强筋沿着所述出气管道的外表面对称设置。
其中,所述雾化外壳与所述出气管道之间设置有至少两个所述加强筋,至少两个所述加强筋在所述雾化器的厚度方向上对称设置。

本申请的有益效果:区别于现有技术,本申请雾化器包括雾化外壳、出气管道和加强筋,雾化外壳形成有容置腔,出气管道设置于容置腔中,加强筋设置于雾化外壳于出气管道之间,雾化外壳、出气管道和加强筋一体成型。当采用减薄雾化外壳的厚度来实现电子雾化装置的轻薄化,通过在雾化外壳与出气管道之间设置加强筋,并且一体成型,提高了雾化外壳的刚度,尽可能的避免雾化外壳受力发生形变,进而最大限度的避免漏液现象的发生。

电子雾化装置可用于液态基质的雾化。电子雾化装置包括雾化器1和电池组件2。雾化器1用于存储待雾化基质并雾化待雾化基质以形成可供用户吸食的气溶胶;雾化器1具体可用于不同的领域,比如,医疗、电子气溶胶化等。电池组件2包括电池组件外壳20,电池组件外壳20形成安装空间200,部分雾化器1设置于安装空间200中;电池组件2用于为雾化器1供电,并控制雾化器1工作,以使得雾化器1能够雾化待雾化基质形成气溶胶。雾化器1与电池组件2可以是一体设置,也可以是可拆卸连接,根据具体需要进行设计。

雾化器1包括雾化外壳11、出气管道12、加强筋13;且雾化外壳11、出气管道12和 加强筋13一体成型形成壳体10。在一种实施方式中,雾化外壳11、出气管道12和加强筋13一体注塑成型。在另一实施方式中,雾化外壳11、出气管道12和加强筋13也可以通过黏胶或模内注塑等方式固定在一起形成壳体10。
雾化外壳11形成容置腔110,出气管道12设置于容置腔110中;出气管道12位于雾化器1的轴向上。在其他实施方式中,出气管道12可以偏离雾化器1的轴向。出气管道12与雾化外壳11之间形成储液腔14,出气管道12内部形成雾化通道,储液腔14环绕出气管道12设置,储液腔14用于储存待雾化基质,雾化通道用于将雾化后的气溶胶导引出去供用户使用。即,容置腔110包括储液腔14。加强筋13设置于雾化外壳11与出气管道12之间,具体地,加强筋13设置于雾化外壳11的内表面与出气管道12的外表面之间;可以理解,加强筋13的一侧与雾化外壳11的内表面抵接,另一侧与出气管道12的外表面抵接。
电子雾化装置整体呈板状;即,电子雾化装置的截面大致为矩形。将电子雾化装置轻薄化的一种方式是减薄雾化外壳11的厚度,通过在雾化外壳11与出气管道12之间设置加强筋13,提高雾化外壳11的刚度,减小雾化外壳11在压力下的形变;进而避免形变幅度过大,挤压储液腔14,将储液腔14中的待雾化基质挤压到外部,引起漏液,提高电子雾化装置的性能。
雾化外壳11的一端设置有抽吸孔112,另一端为敞口端;抽吸孔112与出气管道12连通,用户通过抽吸孔112吸食气溶胶。出气管道12和加强筋13从雾化外壳11设置有抽吸孔112的一端向其敞口端直线延伸;加强筋13的长度小于出气管道12的长度,出气管道12的长度小于雾化外壳11的长度。
雾化外壳11的外表面上形成第一阶梯结构113,雾化器1插入电池组件外壳20时,第一阶梯结构113的阶梯处与电池组件外壳20的端部抵接,以使部分雾化器1设置于电池组件外壳20形成的安装空间200中。也就是说,第一阶梯结构113用于与电池组件2的电池组件外壳20抵接,以对雾化器1进行限位。加强筋13靠近的敞口端的端部不超过第一阶梯结构113的阶梯处。在一实施方式中,加强筋13远离抽吸孔112的端部与第一阶梯结构113的阶梯处平齐。可以理解的是,在雾化外壳11设置有抽吸孔112的端部与第一阶梯结构113的阶梯处之间通过加强筋13提高该区域的雾化外壳11的刚度,防止发生形变;在第一阶梯结构113的阶段处与雾化外壳11的敞口端之间通过电池组件外壳20防止该区域的雾化外壳11受力发生形变;加强筋13和电池组件外壳20共同作用,防止雾化外壳11在压力下的形变,进而避免形变引起的储液腔14漏液。在其他实施方式中,加强筋13的长度可以根据需要进行设计。加强筋13由雾化器1的顶端延伸至与第一阶梯结构113的阶梯处平齐,或不超过第一阶梯结构113的阶梯处,在保证强度、刚度的情况下,便于产品的注塑成型,提高产品的合格率,降低成本,同时保证模具的可制造性。
具体地,雾化外壳11与出气管道12之间设置有至少两个加强筋13,至少两个加强筋13沿着出气管道12的外表面对称设置。通过将加强筋13对称设置,使得雾化外壳11在外力作用下各个位置处受力均匀,即,均匀地提高雾化外壳11的刚度。

雾化外壳11与出气管道12之间设置有至少两个加强筋13,至少两个加强筋13在雾化器1的厚度方向上对称设置。在一实施方式中,雾化外壳11与出气管道12之间设置有两个加强筋13。在雾化器1的厚度方向上,两个加强筋13对称设置;即,沿着厚度方向,一个加强筋13设置于出气管道12的一侧,另一个加强筋13设置于出气管道12的另一侧,两个加强筋13位于同一平面,且两个加强筋13所在的平面与雾化器1的宽度方向垂直,如图3所示。由于雾化外壳11的侧壁在厚度方向上的跨度小于在宽度方向上的跨度,跨度越大,受力越易变形;通过在厚度方向上对称设置加强筋13,避免雾化外壳11在外力作用下发生形变,进而避免漏液。

在另一实施方式中,雾化器1的截面形状大致为矩形,雾化外壳11与出气管道12之间设置有四个加强筋13,且四个加强筋13之间互相对称设置。沿着雾化器1的厚度方向,两个加强筋13设置于出气管道12的一侧,另两个加强筋13设置于出气管道12的另一侧,位于出气管道12同一侧的两个加强筋13位于同一平面,两个加强筋13所在的平面沿对角线设置,四个加强筋13将雾化外壳11在垂直于雾化器1的轴向方向上的截面四等分,如图4所示。
在其他设置方式中,雾化外壳11与出气管道12之间设置有两个加强筋13,加强筋13也可以在雾化器1的宽度方向上对称设置。加强筋13的数量及其具体设置方式,可以根据需要进行设计。

继续参见图2和图5,雾化外壳11形成的容置腔110还包括收容腔111,收容腔111位于储液腔14远离抽吸孔112的一侧,收容腔111远离抽吸孔112的一端为敞口端;即,壳体10形成有储液腔14、收容腔111和雾化通道。雾化器1还包括雾化座15、雾化芯16。雾化座15包括雾化顶座151和雾化底座152,雾化顶座151和雾化底座152之间可以通过卡扣配合结构进行连接。例如,可以在雾化顶座151上设置凸起,而在雾化底座152上设置卡槽;或者在雾化底座152上设置凸起,而在雾化顶座151上设置卡槽。雾化顶座151和雾化底座152配合形成安装腔153,安装腔153与出气管道12连通。雾化芯16设置于安装腔153,雾化芯16的两端搭接在雾化座15上,雾化芯16的中间部分悬空设置在安装腔153中;雾化芯15同雾化座15设置于收容腔111并覆盖其敞口端。也就是说,雾化座15设置于雾化外壳11的敞口端,且覆盖雾化外壳11的敞口端。
具体地,雾化座15的一端与出气管道12和储液腔14抵接,另一端覆盖雾化外壳11的敞口端。即,雾化顶座151设置于储液腔14和雾化底座152之间;雾化顶座151的顶壁上设置有第一下液通道1511、第二下液通道1512和连通孔1513,第一下液通道1511和第二下液通道1512设置于连通孔1513的两侧;第一下液通道1511和第二下液通道1512的一端连通储液腔14,另一端连接雾化芯16,使得储液腔14中的待雾化基质通过第一下液通道1511和第二下液通道1512导引至雾化芯16;连通孔1513与出气管道12连通,连通孔1513将出气管道12和安装腔153连通。雾化底座152上设置有进气口1521,进气口1521与安装腔153连通,使得进气口1521连通外界和安装腔153。
雾化芯16的雾化面与雾化座15之间形成雾化腔17,雾化芯16设置于安装腔中153,安装腔153与进气口1521和出气管道12连通,也就是说,雾化腔17与进气口1521和出气管道12连通,进气口1521、雾化腔17、连通孔1513、出气管道12和抽吸孔112形成雾化器1的气流通道。用户使用电子雾化装置,在吸嘴孔112进行抽吸时,外界空气通过雾化底座152上的进气口1521进入雾化腔17,携带雾化腔17中的雾化芯16雾化好的气溶胶经过连通孔1513进入出气管道12,到达吸嘴孔112被用户吸食。
储液腔14与雾化顶座151之间设置有第一密封件18,以实现雾化座15与储液腔14和出气管道12之间的密封,避免储液腔14中的液体泄露而进入雾化腔17或出气管道12中,影响雾化器1的性能。第一密封件18包括顶壁和侧壁,顶壁设置于雾化顶座151靠近储液腔14的表面,侧壁设置于雾化顶座151的侧壁;即,第一密封件18的侧壁位于雾化顶座151与雾化外壳11之间。
雾化底座152与雾化外壳11之间设置有第二密封件19;第二密封件19套设于雾化底座152的底部,并抵接于雾化底座152与雾化外壳11之间。第二密封件19用于防止液体流出雾化外壳11,避免漏液进入电池组件2,影响电池组件2的工作。
请参阅图5b,图5b是本申请提供的雾化器第一实施例的受力分析示意图。
在外力作用下,由于采用了较薄的雾化外壳11,其刚度较低,容易产生形变,增加加强筋13一方面能提高雾化外壳11的刚度,减小储液腔14的体积的变化。另一方面,由于雾化顶座151与储液腔14之间设置有第一密封件18,第一密封件18的侧壁位于雾化顶座151与雾化外壳11之间,会以第一密封件18与雾化外壳11的接触处为支点,雾化外壳11的敞口端有向外形变的趋势,可能会造成漏液。进一步在雾化外壳11的敞口端设置底盖40,底盖40包括底壁和侧壁,底盖40的侧壁贴合雾化外壳11的外表面设置,底盖40的底壁贴合雾化座15的表面设置,即,底盖40的底壁贴合雾化底座152远离雾化顶座151的表面设置。
通过底盖40的上述设置方式,底盖40对雾化外壳11周圈垂直于雾化器1轴线的方向进行了限位,防止雾化外壳11的敞口端在压力下翘曲,进而防止雾化外壳11敞口端翘曲引起的漏液;同时避免雾化外壳11敞口端翘曲引起的形变造成的雾化外壳11敞口端的尺寸变化,进而防止雾化器1无法装入电池组件外壳20的情况出现;同时还压紧第一密封件18和第二密封件19,对其施加垂直于雾化器1轴向的压力,提升雾化器1的厚度和宽度方向的密封性能,避免了密封失效引起的漏液问题。同时,底盖40同时施加一个在纵向上的力, 提高纵向密封和限位效果。
雾化外壳11的外表面上靠近其敞口端形成第二阶梯结构114,底盖40的侧壁与第二阶梯结构114抵接,即,底盖40的侧壁远离其底壁的端部与第二阶梯结构114的阶梯处抵接。通过设置第二阶梯结构114,使得雾化器1的外表面平齐,更有利于插入电池组件外壳20中,且保证电池组件外壳20的内表面与雾化器1的外表面之间的距离相同。可以理解的是,也可以不设置第二阶梯结构114;第二阶梯结构114的设置方式及其尺寸根据需要进行设计。
请参阅图6,图6是本申请提供的雾化器中各部件尺寸标识的示意图。
在一实施方式中,雾化座15的高度为L1,底盖40的侧壁高度为L2,L1:L2=1:0.1~1:0.8;可选的,L1为10%的L2。加强筋13靠近雾化外壳11的敞口端的端部与底盖40的侧壁靠近加强筋13的端部之间的距离L3为10~25mm;可选的,距离为15mm。加强筋13靠近雾化外壳11的敞口端的端部与雾化座15靠近抽吸孔112的端部的距离L4为3~15mm;可选的,距离为10mm。可以理解的是,雾化座15的高度、加强筋13的数量和长度、底盖40侧壁的高度、加强筋13与底盖40之间的距离、加强筋13与雾化座15之间的距离可以根据雾化外壳11的厚度,以及雾化器1的体积要求进行设计。
雾化芯16包括发热件和多孔件。储液腔14中的液体经第一下液通道1511和第二下液通道1512进入多孔件,多孔件用于储存液体并通过毛细作用将液体导引至发热件的雾化面上;发热件用于将雾化面上的液体加热雾化。多孔件可以选用棉芯或多孔陶瓷。由于多孔件通过毛细作用能够导流液体,通过在雾化芯16上设置有第三密封件30,防止液体通过多孔件的毛细作用进入雾化腔17,进而影响雾化器1对储液腔14中液体的雾化。
请参阅图7和图8,图7是本申请提供的第三密封件与雾化顶座的装配示意图,图8是本申请提供的第三密封件第一实施方式与雾化座的分解示意图。
第三密封件30设置于雾化芯16与雾化顶座151之间。在雾化芯16的高度方向上,第三密封件30使雾化芯16的至少一段侧面裸露于气流通道。
进一步,在雾化器1的厚度方向上,雾化芯16包括相对的第一表面和第二表面;第三密封件30使第一表面部分和/或第二表面部分与安装腔153的腔壁贴合设置。具体地,第三密封件30包括侧壁和底壁,第三密封件30的底壁设置于雾化芯16远离进气口1521的表面,第三密封件30的侧壁设置于雾化芯16的侧表面。第三密封件30的侧壁上设置有第一缺口31,以使雾化芯16的第一表面部分和/或第二表面部分与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置。
通过在第三密封件30上设置第一缺口31,使雾化芯16的第一表面部分和/或第二表面部分与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置,可以使雾化器1的厚度进一步减小,实现对电子雾化装置的轻薄化,且不影响雾化芯的加热效率,雾化好的气溶胶具有较好的口感。即,在雾化器1的厚度方向上,雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面中的一个与雾化顶座151之间不存在密封件,以达到减薄的目的。同时,由于第一缺口31使雾化芯16的第一表面和/或第二表面完全暴露,气流流过雾化芯16的第一表面和/或第二表面的整个表面,可以实现对雾化芯16的降温,避免温度过高造成的雾化外壳11变形。进一步,由于雾化芯16的第一表面和/或第二表面上未有第三密封件30的遮挡,抽吸结束后,出气管道12中的冷凝液回流至雾化芯16的多孔件的路径变短,冷凝液能够更快的被多孔件吸收,实现冷凝液的二次雾化、重复利用。
雾化顶座151的侧壁对应于第一缺口31处设置有第二缺口1514,使雾化芯16的第一表面和/或第二表面中的至少部分表面暴露,且与收容腔111的内表面之间形成连通连通孔1513与进气口1512的气道。
参见图7,第三密封件30对应于第一表面和/或所述第二表面的部分边缘不突出于第一表面和/或第二表面。也就是说,第三密封件30的边缘与雾化芯16边缘平齐或略低于雾化芯16边缘
在第三密封件30的第一实施方式中,第三密封件30仅使第一表面上除了与安装腔153的腔壁贴合设置的部分完全裸露于气流通道;第三密封件30覆盖第二表面。进一步,第三密封件30对应于第二表面的部分与壳体10的内表面贴合设置。
具体地,第三密封件30的侧壁上仅设置有一个第一缺口31,使雾化芯16的第一表面部分与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置;第三密封件30的侧壁仅设置于雾化芯16的第二表面及雾化芯16在雾化器1宽度方向上的侧面。
可选地,雾化芯16的第一表面与收容腔111的内表面之间形成连通连通孔1513与进气 口1521的气道,且第三密封件30对应于雾化芯16的第二表面的外表面与收容腔111的内表面之间形成连通连通孔1513与进气口1521的气道;即,雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面两侧均可以使气流通过。为了使雾化芯1的厚度尽可能的薄,在满足雾化待雾化基质的前提下,将雾化芯16的第一表面与收容腔111的内表面之间的距离设置为大于等于0.3mm;将第三密封件30对应于雾化芯16的第二表面的外表面与收容腔111的内表面之间的距离设置为大于等于0.3mm。
可选地,仅有雾化芯16的第一表面与收容腔111的内表面之间形成连通连通孔1513与进气口1521的气道;且所述第三密封件30对应于雾化芯16的第二表面的侧壁与收容腔111的内表面贴合设置,即第三密封件30对应于雾化芯16的第二表面的侧壁上不会有气流通过。为了使雾化芯1的厚度尽可能的薄,在满足雾化待雾化基质的前提下,将雾化芯16的第一表面与收容腔111的内表面之间的距离设置为大于等于0.3mm。可以理解的是,仅在雾化芯16的第一表面或第二表面的单侧形成连通连通孔1513与进气口1521的气道,有利于减薄雾化芯16的厚度,进而减小电子雾化装置的体积。
请参阅图9,图9是本申请提供的第三密封件第二实施方式与雾化座的分解示意图。
在第三密封件30的第二实施方式中,第三密封件30的设置位置及其作用与第一实施方式中相同,不同之处在于第三密封件30上的第一缺口31的设置。
在本实施方式中,第三密封件30使雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面上除了与安装腔153的腔壁贴合设置的部分完全裸露于气流通道。具体地,第三密封件30的侧壁上设置有两个第一缺口31,使雾化芯16的第一表面部分和第二表面部分均与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置。也就是说,第三密封件30的侧壁仅设置于雾化芯16在雾化器1宽度方向上的侧面,使雾化芯16第一表面和第二表面完全暴露。雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面中的每一个与收容腔111的内表面之间形成连通连通孔1513与进气口1521的气道;即雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面两侧均可以使气流通过。可以理解的是,第三密封件30的第二实施方式与其第一实施方式相比,由于雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面均与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置,即,雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面与安装腔153的内表面之间并未设置第三密封件30,使得雾化器1在其厚度方向上更薄,进一步减小了电子雾化装置的体积;并且,两个第一缺口31使雾化芯16的侧面暴露的面积更多,更有利于雾化芯16通过流过的气流降温;通过在第三密封件30上设置第一缺口31所能实现的技术效果与第一实施方式中相同,不再赘述。
为了使雾化芯1的厚度尽可能的薄,在满足雾化待雾化基质的前提下,雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面中的每一个与收容腔111的内表面之间的距离大于等于0.3mm。

在第三密封件30的第二实施方式中,第三密封件30的设置位置及其作用与第一实施方式中相同,不同之处在于第三密封件30的结构。
在本实施方式中,第三密封件30为片状结构,在对应于第一下液通道1511、第二下液通道1512和连通孔1513处设置有开孔;即第三密封件30设置于雾化芯16远离进气口1521的表面,并使雾化芯16的侧面完全暴露。雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面中的每一个与收容腔111的内表面之间形成连通连通孔1513与进气口1521的气道;即雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面两侧均可以使气流通过。可以理解的是,第三密封件30的第三实施方式与其第一实施方式相比,由于雾化芯16的侧面均与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置,即,雾化芯16的侧面与安装腔153的内表面之间并未设置第三密封件30,使得雾化器1在其厚度方向和宽度方向上更薄,进一步减小了电子雾化装置的体积;并且,第三密封件30使雾化芯16的侧面完全暴露,更有利于雾化芯16通过流过的气流降温;第三密封件30使雾化芯16的侧面完全暴露能够实现的技术效果与与第一实施方式中第三密封件30上设置第一缺口31所能实现的技术效果相同,不再赘述。
为了使雾化芯1的厚度尽可能的薄,在满足雾化待雾化基质的前提下,雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面中的每一个与收容腔111的内表面之间的距离大于等于0.3mm。

在雾化器1的第二实施例中,雾化器1的结构与其第一实施例中基本相同,不同之处在 于实现雾化顶座151与储液腔14和出气管道12之间的密封,及雾化底座152与雾化外壳11之间的密封所采用的密封结构不同。
在本实施例中,雾化器1包括密封组件40,密封组件40套设在雾化座15上。密封组件40包括雾化顶座密封部43、雾化底座密封部44和连接部45;雾化顶座密封部43对储液腔14与雾化顶座151之间进行密封;雾化底座密封部44对雾化底座152与壳体10之间进行密封;连接部45连接雾化顶座密封部43和雾化底座密封部44;雾化顶座密封部43、雾化底座密封部44和连接部45一体成型。可以理解的是,密封组件40的一端设置于雾化顶座151与储液腔14之间,即,雾化顶座密封部43设置于雾化顶座151与储液腔14之间,将雾化顶座151与储液腔14和出气管道12之间进行密封;密封组件40的另一端设置于雾化底座152与壳体10的内表面之间,即,雾化底座密封部44设置于雾化底座152与壳体10的内表面之间,将雾化底座152与壳体10之间进行密封。
密封组件40包括顶壁41和环形侧壁42,且顶壁和环形侧壁一体成型;即,密封组件40为一体成型。可以理解的是,雾化顶座密封部43的顶壁形成密封组件40的顶壁41,雾化顶座密封部43的侧壁、雾化底座密封部44和连接部45形成环形侧壁42。通过使密封组件40一体成型,减少元件数量,简化工序流程,降低物料成本和组装成本;同时,由于密封组件40一体成型,使得设置于雾化顶座151与储液腔14之间的部分与设置于雾化底座152与收容腔111的腔壁之间的部分相互起到限位作用,且能防止雾化底座152与收容腔111的腔壁之间的密封件装配过程中翻边,提高雾化底座152与收容腔111的腔壁之间的气密性,进而提高雾化器1的气密性。可选的,密封组件40的材质为硅胶。
顶壁41上在与雾化顶座151设置有第一下液通道1511、第二下液通道1512和连通孔1513相应位置处设置有开孔,以使第一下液通道1511、第二下液通道1512和连通孔1513暴露。顶壁41在与连通孔1513相应位置处设置有延伸部(未图示),延伸部从雾化顶座151靠近储液腔14的表面向连通孔1513的孔壁延伸,以实现出气管道12与连通孔1513孔壁之间的密封,即,实现雾化顶座151与出气管道12之间的密封;相应地,在出气管道12靠近雾化顶座151的一端的外表面设置有避让凹槽,且与顶壁41延伸部贴合设置,以使出气管道12部分插入连通孔1513中。
环形侧壁42靠近储液腔14的一侧的外表面具有第一环形凸起421,第一环形凸起421与收容腔111的内表面抵接,实现雾化顶座151与储液腔14之间的密封。该环形侧壁42远离储液腔14的一侧的外表面具有第二环形凸起422,第二环形凸起422与收容腔111的内表面抵接,实现雾化底座152与收容腔111之间的密封,即,实现雾化底座152与壳体10之间的密封。也就是说,雾化顶座密封部43的侧壁的外表面具有第一环形凸起421;雾化底座密封部44的外表面具有第二环形凸起422;第一环形凸起421和第二环形凸起422均与收容腔111的腔壁抵接。
具体地,在雾化器1的厚度方向上,雾化芯16包括相对的第一表面和第二表面;密封组件40的连接部45使雾化芯16的第一表面和/或第二表面的至少一段裸露于气流通道。也就是说,在环形侧壁42上设置有通孔423,以使雾化芯16的第一表面和/或第二表面的至少部分暴露,使得雾化芯16的第一表面和/或第二表面与收容腔111的内表面之间形成连通连通孔1513和进气口1521的气道。
在一实施方式中,连接部45仅使雾化芯16的第一表面的至少一段裸露于气流通道。进一步,第三密封件30使雾化芯16的第一表面部分与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置,且使第一表面除了与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置的部分完全裸露于气流通道;第三密封件30覆盖雾化芯16的第二表面,第三密封件30对应于雾化芯16的第二表面的部分嵌设于连接部45,且与密封组件40一起贴合收容腔111的内表面设置,以将雾化芯16与壳体10完全隔开。
可以理解的是,密封组件40的环形侧壁42包括相对设置的第一侧壁424和第二侧壁425。第三密封件30仅使雾化芯16的第一表面除了与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置的部分完全裸露于气流通道。在第一侧壁424和第二侧壁425上均设置有通孔423,第三密封件30的部分侧壁嵌设于第一侧壁424上的通孔423中,以使第三密封件30与密封组件40配合将雾化芯16的第二表面与收容腔111的内表面隔离;即,使得第三密封件30的侧壁与第一侧 壁424配合使雾化芯16的第一表面裸露于气流通道,使雾化芯16的第一表面与收容腔111的内表面之间形成连通连通孔1513与进气口1521的气道;第二表面与收容腔111的内表面完全隔离开。也就是说,仅有雾化芯16的单侧可以使气流通过。可以理解的是,为了减小雾化器1的厚度,可以将第三密封件30的侧壁所嵌设的第一侧壁424与收容腔111的内表面贴合设置,即,将密封组件40的第一侧壁424与第三密封件30配合的设置为与收容腔111的内表面贴合设置;由于第三密封件30的侧壁与密封组件40的第一侧壁424配合将雾化芯16和收容腔111的内表面完全隔离开,能够有效的隔离雾化芯16发热产生的热量,避免壳体10高温变形。
或,仅在第一侧壁424上设置通孔423,使得仅在雾化芯16的第一表面与收容腔111的内表面之间形成连通连通孔1513和进气口1521的气道;即,仅有雾化芯16的单侧可以使气流通过。可以理解的是,在该实施方式中,第三密封件30可以使雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面除了与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置的部分均完全裸露,也可以仅使雾化芯16的第一表面除了与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置的部分完全裸露;若选用第三密封件30仅使雾化芯16的第一表面裸露,雾化器1的厚度较第三密封件30使雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面均裸露时厚。在该实施方式中,由于只有雾化芯16的单侧可以使气流通过,为了减小雾化器1的厚度,可以将密封组件40的第二侧壁425中与收容腔111的内表面贴合设置;同时,第二侧壁425将雾化芯16与收容腔111的腔壁完全隔离开,能够有效的隔离雾化芯16发热产生的热量,避免壳体10高温变形。
在另一实施方式中,连接部45使雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面均有至少一段裸露于气流通道。进一步,第三密封件30使雾化芯16第一表面部分和第二表面部分均与所述安装腔的内表面贴合设置,且使第一表面和第二表面除了与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置的部分均完全裸露于气流通道。
可以理解的是,在第一侧壁424和第二侧壁425上均设置有通孔423,以使雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面均至少部分暴露,且雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面均与收容腔111的内表面之间形成连通连通孔1513和进气口1521的气道;即,雾化芯16的双侧均可以使气流通过。可以理解的是,在该实施方式中,第三密封件30使雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面除了与安装腔153的内表面贴合设置的部分均完全裸露于气流通道。第一侧壁424上的通孔423的结构尺寸与第二侧壁425上通孔423的结构尺寸可以相同,也可以不同,具体根据需要进行设计,只需使雾化芯16的第一表面和第二表面暴露即可。
在雾化器1的第一实施例和第二实施例中,可选的,雾化芯16中的发热件设置于多孔件远离第一下液通道1511和第二下液通道1512的一侧;即,雾化芯16远离第一下液通道1511和第二下液通道1512的一侧为雾化面。在另一实施方式中,雾化芯16中的发热件设置于多孔件靠近第一下液通道1511和第二下液通道1512的一侧;即,雾化芯16靠近第一下液通道1511和第二下液通道1512的一侧为雾化面。雾化面的设置于雾化芯16上的位置不同,连接于雾化芯16的电极的设置方式作相应改变。无论雾化芯16的雾化面如何设置,雾化器1的具体结构如上所述。第一密封件18、第二密封件19和第三密封件30的材质为硅胶、塑胶等,能够实现密封即可。
请参阅图14,图14是本申请提供的电池组件的结构示意图。
电池组件2还包括支架21、电极接触件22、第一线路板23、电池24、第二线路板25和接口26。电极接触件22、第一线路板23、电池24、第二线路板25和接口26设置于支架21上,同支架21一起装配于电池组件外壳20形成的空装空间200中。其中,接口26可以为USB接口、Type-C接口、Lightning接口等常见外置接口的任意一种或组合。
支架21的端部形成有连接座211,连接座211用于实现电池组件2与雾化器1的连接。电池组件2和雾化器1之间可以选用磁吸方式连接,也可以选用卡扣的方式连接,具体连接方式根据需要进行设计。第一线路板23设置于连接座211远离雾化器1的一侧,电池24设置于第一线路板23远离连接座211的一侧,第二线路板25设置于电池24远离第一线路板23的一侧。第一线路板23和第二线路板25均与电池24电连接,接口26与第二线路板25电连接。第一线路板23能够控制电池24给雾化器1供电;可以通过接口26给电池24充电,第二线路板25能够控制接口26何时给电池24停止输入电流。
请参阅图15,图15是本申请提供的电池组件的局部结构示意图。
电极接触件22贯穿连接座211;电极接触件22的两端均暴露,一端暴露于连接座211 靠近雾化器1的一侧,另一端暴露于连接座211远离雾化器1的一侧。电极接触件22的一端连接雾化器1,另一端连接第一线路板23,第一线路板23与电池24电连接;电极接触件22用于实现雾化器1与电池24的电连接,第一线路板23控制电池24给雾化器1供电。
第一线路板23靠近连接座211的一端设置有第一凹槽231,部分电极接触件22容置于第一凹槽231中,且电极接触件22的端部与第一线路板23上的第一导通件电连接。通过在第一线路板23上设置第一凹槽231,且部分电极接触件22设置于第一凹槽231中,缩短了电池组件2长度方向的尺寸,进而缩短了电子雾化装置长度方向的尺寸;同时,减少了第一线路板23上的避空区域,提高了第一线路板23的利用率。电极接触件22通过第一凹槽231底壁上的第一导通件电连接,进而实现与第一线路板23的电连接,减少了电极接触件22与第一线路板23之间的焊线,降低了成本。
在一实施方式中,第一线路板23靠近连接座211的一端与连接座211抵接。通过将第一线路板23靠近连接座211的一端设置为与连接座211抵接,使得电极接触件22暴露于连接座211远离雾化器1一侧的部分完全容置于第一凹槽231中,尽可能的减小电池组件2长度方向上的尺寸,最大限度的减小第一线路板23的避空区域,提高第一线路板23的利用率。
在一实施方式中,电极接触件22为弹针(也称为Pogo pin);可选的,电极接触件22为分体式弹针。电极接触件22远离第一线路板23的一端可伸缩,电极接触件22靠近第一线路板23的一端与第一凹槽231底壁上的第一导通件焊接,实现电极接触件22与第一线路板23的电连接。即,电极接触件22远离第一线路板23的一端运动时,电极接触件22靠近第一线路板23的一端不动。
请参阅图16、图17和图18,图16是本申请提供的电池组件的另一局部结构示意图,图17是本申请提供的电池组件的局部截面示意图,图18是本申请提供的电池的结构示意图。
电池24包括电芯241、正极耳242和负极耳243。电芯241包括电芯本体2411和电芯封口2412,电芯封口2412为片状结构且厚度小于电芯本体2411的厚度。第二线路板25与电芯封口2412至少部分层叠,以实现正极耳242和负极耳243与第二线路板25电连接。可以理解的是,正极耳242和负极耳243设置于电芯封口2412与第二线路板25接触的表面上。通过使第二线路板25与电芯封口2412至少部分层叠,缩短了电池组件2长度方向上的尺寸;同时充分利用了电芯封口2412厚度方向的空间,进一步使电池组件2的厚度减薄,使得电子雾化装置更加轻薄化。
在一实施方式中,电芯封口2412包括相对的第一表面和第二表面,电芯封口2412的第一表面与电芯本体2411厚度方向上的一表面平齐,正极耳242和负极耳243设置于电芯封口2412的第二表面。第二线路板25与电芯封口2412的第二表面层叠设置。第二线路板25的厚度小于电芯封口2412的第二表面到电芯本体2411另一表面之间的距离。通过将电芯封口2412的第一表面设置为与电芯本体2411厚度方向上的一表面平齐,使得第二线路板25与电芯封口2412的第二表面层叠设置后,最大限度的减小电池组件2的厚度方向的尺寸,进而使得电子雾化装置的厚度减薄。
具体地,第二线路板25与电芯封口2412接触的表面设置有第二导通件,正极耳242和负极耳243与第二导通件配合以实现电芯241与第二线路板25的电连接。可选的,正极耳242和负极耳243通过与第二导通件接触,实现电芯241与第二线路板25的电连接;可选的,正极耳242和负极耳243与第二导通件焊接,实现电芯241与第二线路板25的电连接。可以理解的是,第二线路板25上的第二导通件的设置位置对应于正极耳242和负极耳243设置。通过上述设置,减少了正极耳242和负极耳243与第二线路板25之间的焊线,有利于节省物料成本和降低组装成本。
在一实施方式中,第二线路板25靠近电芯本体2411的一侧与电芯本体2411抵接,最大限度的减小电池组件2长度方向的尺寸,使得电子雾化装置更加轻薄化。
在第二线路板25远离电芯241的一端设置有第二凹槽251,接口26嵌设于第二凹槽251,减小电池组件2长度方向上的尺寸,降低第二线路板25的避空区域,提高第二线路板25的利用率。
本申请雾化器包括雾化外壳、出气管道和加强筋,雾化外壳形成有容置腔,出气管道设置于容置腔中,加强筋设置于雾化外壳于出气管道之间,雾化外壳、出气管道和加强筋一体成型。当采用减薄雾化外壳的厚度来实现电子雾化装置的轻薄化,通过在雾化外壳与出气管 道之间设置加强筋,并且一体成型,提高了雾化外壳的刚度,尽可能的避免雾化外壳受力发生形变,进而最大限度的避免漏液现象的发生。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种雾化器,其中,包括:
    雾化外壳,形成有容置腔;
    出气管道,设置于所述容置腔中;
    加强筋,设置于所述雾化外壳与所述出气管道之间;
    其中,所述雾化外壳、所述出气管道和所述加强筋一体成型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其中,所述雾化外壳的一端设置有抽吸孔,另一端为敞口端;所述出气管道和所述加强筋从所述雾化外壳设置有所述抽吸孔的一端向所述敞口端直线延伸;所述加强筋的长度小于所述出气通道的长度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其中,所述雾化外壳与所述出气管道之间设置有至少两个所述加强筋,至少两个所述加强筋沿着所述出气管道的外表面对称设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其中,所述雾化外壳与所述出气管道之间设置有至少两个所述加强筋,至少两个所述加强筋在所述雾化器的厚度方向上对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其中,所述雾化外壳的外表面上形成第一阶梯结构,用于与电池组件的电池组件外壳抵接;所述加强筋靠近所述敞口端的端部不超过所述第一阶梯结构的阶梯处。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其中,还包括雾化座和底盖;所述雾化座设置于所述雾化外壳的敞口端并将其覆盖;所述底盖设置于所述雾化外壳的敞口端,所述底盖包括侧壁和底壁,所述侧壁贴合所述雾化外壳的外表面设置,所述底壁与所述雾化座远离所述抽吸孔的表面贴合设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其中,所述雾化外壳的外表面上靠近所述敞口端形成第二阶梯结构;所述底盖的侧壁与所述第二阶梯结构抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其中,所述雾化座的高度为L1,所述底盖的侧壁高度为L2,L1:L2=1:0.1~1:0.8。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其中,所述加强筋靠近所述雾化外壳的敞口端的端部与所述底盖的侧壁靠近所述加强筋的端部之间的距离L3为10~25mm;和/或,
    所述加强筋靠近所述雾化外壳的敞口端的端部与所述雾化座靠近所述抽吸孔的端部的距离L4为3~15mm。
  10. 一种电子雾化装置,其中,包括雾化器和电池组件,所述雾化器为权利要求1-9任意一项所述的雾化器。
