[0033] 如图 2、 图 3所示, 压紧钢片 5呈工字形并可恰好放入储液杯 2的下端幵口内, 其 上下两边呈向外的圆弧状, 下边还设有垂直的凸片 51。 本发明烟液渗透片 4当其 吸纳饱满了电子烟烟液吋, 重力增加, 在重力作用下, 软性的烟液渗透片 4容易 偏离多孔支撑片 3, 发生松脱, 这样电子烟烟液就容易从储液杯 2内发生泄漏。 设有压紧钢片 5, 在雾化座 7的上端端面压紧下, 压紧钢片 5后可将烟液渗透片 4 压紧在多孔支撑片 3上, 这样烟液渗透片 4就不会发生松脱, 避免了电子烟烟液 从储液杯 2内泄漏出来。
[0034] 如图 4〜图 7所示, 雾化座 7上端的内壁上设有两组底部高度不同的四个支承竖 槽 72, 即支承竖槽 72分为两两相对的两组, 同组的底部高度相同, 不同组的底 部高度不同, 高度差大于一组雾化单元 6的高度, 支承竖槽 72两两连线呈十字形 交叉设置, 支承竖槽 72的槽底部设有向下贯通的穿线孔 75。 另外, 雾化座 7下端 内壁径向凸设有一道槽口向上的环形槽 73, 中间设有进气通孔 74。 环形槽 73的 上面雾化座内部空心部位形成了雾化腔, 环形槽 73用于收集雾化腔内冷凝形成 的液体或偶尔滴漏的烟液, 防止液体直接进入到电源连接座 8内造成腐蚀以及电 源连接电路损坏。 本发明雾化器的雾化座由耐高温的硅胶材料或陶瓷材料制成
[0035] 如图 8所示, 本发明的雾化单元 6, 包括 U字状的导液条 61、 电热丝 62和电热丝 引线 63, 电热丝 62缠绕于导液条 61的中段, 导液条 61的上面两个端部可从烟液 渗透片 4吸纳并传导电子烟烟液至电热丝 62缠绕部位, 电热丝引线 63从电热丝 62 的两端引出并与电源连接座 8的正负极连接。 本实施例中, 两组雾化单元 6的电 热丝 62进行电连接的方式为并联连接。

[0038] 雾化座 7的上端套设于储液杯 2在矩形缺口 21位置的内壁, 雾化座 7的烟雾出口 正对储液杯 2的矩形缺口 21重合设置, 这样经雾化单元 6雾化的电子烟雾即可经 烟雾出口 71(矩形缺口 21 )排出, 再经烟雾槽 22与外管 1的内壁围合而成的电子烟 出雾通道, 最后从吸嘴 11的吸口 111流出至用户口中。 [0039] 如图 12、 图 13所示, 电源连接座 8包括下端设有环形凸肩 810的管体 81, 管体 81 上端内壁套接电极座 82, 电极座 82的下端外壁设有螺纹 820, 电极座 82的内壁设 有一道径向的阻隔环 821, 阻隔环 821的中间通孔套设有绝缘套 83, 绝缘套 83内 套设有钉形电极 84, 钉形电极 84的中间设有进空气用的电极通孔 841。 雾化单元 6的发热丝 62的两个电极分别和钉形电极 84及电极座 82电性连接, 并进一步和电 子烟电源的正负极电连接。

权利要求书
一种具有十字形双雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 包括上端 带吸嘴下端幵口的外管, 所述外管内自上而下依次设有储液杯、 多孔 支撑片、 烟液渗透片、 压紧钢片、 两组雾化单元、 空心耐高温的雾化 座、 电源连接座; 所述储液杯上端封闭下端幵口, 所述多孔支撑片横 向固定在所述储液杯下端幵口处; 所述雾化座为上端侧壁部幵设有烟 雾出口的管状体, 所述两组雾化单元分别弯成 U字状后呈十字形交叉 架空设于所述雾化座上端内部, 所述两组雾化单元互不接触, 所述雾 化单元 U字状的上面两个端部与所述烟液渗透片抵触相接, 所述雾化 座上端端面贴紧所述压紧钢片后将所述烟液渗透片压紧在所述多孔支 撑片上; 所述雾化座下端与所述电源连接座连接, 所述电源连接座套 接在所述外管下端的内壁。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有十字形双雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特 征在于: 所述雾化座上端的内壁上设有两组底部高度不同的四个支承 竖槽, 所述支承竖槽两两相对且两两连线呈十字形交叉设置, 所述雾 化单元将 U字状两竖直部位设于相对的两个所述支承竖槽内, 所述支 承竖槽的槽底部设有向下贯通的穿线孔。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有十字形双雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特 征在于: 所述压紧钢片呈工字形可恰好放入所述储液杯幵口内, 其工 字形的上下两边呈向外的圆弧状, 下边还设有垂直的凸片。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有十字形双雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特 征在于: 所述雾化座下端内壁径向凸设有一道槽口向上的环形槽, 中 间设有进气通孔。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有十字形双雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特 征在于: 所述雾化单元包括 u字状的导液条、 电热丝和电热丝引线, 所述电热丝缠绕于所述导液条中段, 所述导液条的上面两个端部可从 烟液渗透片吸纳并传导电子烟烟液至电热丝缠绕部位, 所述电热丝引 线从所述电热丝两端引出并与所述电源连接座连接。 根据权利要求 5所述的具有十字形双雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特 征在于: 所述两组雾化单元的电热丝进行电连接的方式为并联连接。 根据权利要求 1所述的具有十字形双雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特 征在于: 所述储液杯在下端侧壁部设有矩形缺口, 所述储液杯外表面 在与所述矩形缺口相同的周向位置轴向设有一道烟雾槽, 所述多孔支 撑片、 烟液渗透片横置于所述储液杯在矩形缺口位置以上的内壁, 所 述烟液渗透片下平面与所述矩形缺口上沿相平; 所述雾化座上端套设 于所述储液杯在矩形缺口位置的内壁, 所述雾化座的烟雾出口正对所 述储液杯的矩形缺口重合设置。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有十字形双雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特 征在于: 所述电源连接座包括下端设有环形凸肩的管体, 所述管体上 端内壁套接有空心管状的电极座, 所述电极座的下端外壁设有螺纹, 内壁设有一道径向的阻隔环, 所述阻隔环的中间通孔套设有绝缘套, 所述绝缘套内套设有钉形电极, 所述钉形电极中间设有电极通孔。 根据权利要求 1所述的具有十字形双雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特 征在于: 所述烟液渗透片由陶瓷纤维材料或玻璃纤维材料压缩制成。 根据权利要求 1所述的具有十字形双雾化单元的电子烟雾化器, 其特 征在于: 所述雾化座由耐高温的硅胶材料或陶瓷材料制成。
