本发明涉及一种电子香烟,尤其涉及一种可产生大量负离子 且可方便添加烟油的负离子电子烟。
背景技术
目前, 公知电子香烟由雾化器和电池组件组成, 雾化器主要 由雾化室、 储油杯、 密封盖、 钢管外壳及烟嘴, 但此结构, 添加 液体烟油时必须先取下外壳, 再取下油杯添加液体烟油, 此方式 极为繁琐, 而且容易漏油, 使用很不方便。
另外, 由于抽电子烟的人往往都有抽普通香烟的历史, 在其 体内已经沉淀大量有害物质, 电子烟虽然可以暂时代替普通香 烟,但无法帮助其消除烟瘾,因此电子烟的功能有待进一步提高。 发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足, 本发明提供一种负离子电子烟, 该电子香烟中设置负离子发生器,通过在吸抽电子烟时吸入大量 的负离子, 有利清除人体内的有害物质, 帮助抽烟者缓解烟瘾甚 至戒烟。 同时, 通过对雾化器结构的改进, 使添加烟油变得更加 方便, 且不易漏油。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:

所述的负离子发生器设在电子烟雾化器底部气体通路上,气 流进入雾化器前通过负离子发生器后产生大量负离子。
所述的导气套筒下端向外设有一环形凸起,向下延伸的二密 封柱分别设在环形凸起的直径线上,所述的上密封环设有与二密 封柱位置相对应且液密配合的注油孔。
所述的雾化器壳体下端设有一安装部,在安装部上套接有一 装饰环, 在装饰环上设有与进气孔对应的通气孔, 安装部两侧设 有一安装卡口, 用于与电池组件连接。
所述雾化杯由陶瓷材料制成。
所述的发热丝通过导线与一电极触板连接,电极触板设有电 极触头。
所述的电子香烟截面呈偏平状。

请参照图 1和图 2, 本发明一种负离子电子烟, 其截面呈偏 平状, 包括雾化器 1和电池组件 2, 雾化器 1和电池组件 2电性 连接。 同时, 还包括一负离子发生装置, 该负离子发生装置包括 负离子发生器 14和控制电路 (图中未示出), 负离子发生器 14 设在电子烟气流通路上并与设在电池组件 2 内的控制电路电性 连接。

烟雾发生装置 6由雾化罩 7、 导油绳 8、 发热丝 9和雾化杯 10组成。雾化罩 Ί上端设有一体式导气管 71, 该导气管 71与罩 内连通, 雾化罩 Ί沿直径方向的两侧分别设有一凹槽 72。 雾化 杯 10由陶瓷材料制成, 其中部偏上的位置设有一环形凸起 101, 雾化杯 10 的杯壁沿直径方向分别设有可置入导油绳 8 的凹槽 102 ,雾化杯 10在环形凸起 101上方套接于雾化罩 Ί内形成雾化 空腔, 凹槽 72与凹槽 102位置相对应。 导油绳 8贯穿发热丝 9 后置于凹槽 102内且其端头延伸至雾化空腔外。发热丝 9通过导 线与一电极触板 16连接, 电极触板设有电极触头 161, 电极触 头 161与电池组件 2电性连接。 (参见图 5 )
下密封环 11设有与雾化杯 10下端液密配合的通孔 111, 并 于上端面上设有与雾化杯 10的环形凸起 101配合的凹槽 112, 下密封环 11的外侧设有密封圈 113。 (参见图 5 )
导气管 12—端与上密封环 5通孔 51下端气密配合连接,一 端与雾化罩 7上端的导气管 71气密配合连接, 并支撑上密封环 5和雾化罩 7。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种负离子电子烟, 包括雾化器 (1) 和电池组件 (2), 雾化器 (1) 和电池组件(2) 电性连接, 其特征在于: 还包括一 负离子发生装置, 该负离子发生装置包括负离子发生器(14)和 控制电路, 负离子发生器(14)设在电子烟气流通路上并与设在 电池组件 (2) 内的控制电路电性连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的负离子电子烟, 其特征是所述的 雾化器 (1) 包括
一人体工学烟嘴 (3), 烟嘴 (3) 内设有空腔, 在烟嘴 (3) 内部空腔固定一导气套筒 (4), 导气套筒 (4) 设有向下延伸的 密封柱 (41);
一上密封环 (5), 该上密封环 (5) 设有轴向通孔(51), 密 封环 (5) 的上板面设有与通孔(51) 同轴的环形凸起 (52), 环 形凸起 (52) 与导气套筒 (4) 通孔下端同轴气密配合, 在环形 凸起 (52) 外侧板面上设有注油孔 (53), 所述注油孔 (53) 与 密封柱 (41) 液密配合; 密封环 (5) 的侧面设有密封圈 (54); 一烟雾发生装置(6),所述雾化发生装置(6)由雾化罩(7)、 导油绳 (8)、 发热丝 (9) 和雾化杯 (10) 组成, 雾化罩 (7) 上 端设有一体式导气管 (71), 该导气管 (71) 与罩内连通, 雾化 罩 (7) 沿直径方向的两侧分别设有一凹槽 (72); 雾化杯 (10) 中部偏上的位置设有一环形凸起(101), 雾化杯(10) 的杯壁沿 直径方向分别设有可置入导油绳(8)的凹槽(102),雾化杯(10) 在环形凸起(101)上方套接于雾化罩(7) 内形成雾化空腔, 凹 槽(72)与凹槽(102)位置相对应, 导油绳(8)贯穿发热丝(9) 后置于凹槽 (102) 内且其端头延伸至雾化空腔外; 发热丝 (9) 与电池组件 (2) 电性连接;
一下密封环 (11), 该密封环 (11) 设有与雾化杯 (10) 下 端液密配合的通孔(111), 并于上端面上设有与雾化杯(10) 的 环形凸起 (101) 配合的凹槽 (112), 下密封环 (11) 的外侧设 有密封圈 (113);
一导气管 (12), 该导气管 (12) —端与上密封环 (5) 通孔 (51)下端气密配合连接,一端与雾化罩(7)上端的导气管(71) 气密配合连接, 并支撑上密封环 (5) 和雾化罩 (7);
一雾化器壳体 (13), 该雾化壳体 (13) 呈直筒状, 其上端 与烟嘴 (3) 配合连接, 壳体内部空腔容置上密封环 (5)、 导气 管 (12)、 烟雾发生装置 (6)、 下密封环 (11) 构成电子香烟雾 化器, 上密封环 (5) 和下密封环 (11) 与壳内内部空腔构成电 子烟烟油腔, 雾化壳体 (13) 下端侧面设有进气孔 (131)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的负离子电子烟, 其特征是所述的 负离子发生器(14)设在电子烟雾化器底部气体通路上, 气流进 入雾化器前通过负离子发生器 (14) 后产生大量负离子。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的负离子电子烟, 其特征是所述的 导气套筒(4)下端向外设有一环形凸起(42), 向下延伸的二密 封柱(41)分别设在环形凸起(42) 的直径线上, 所述的上密封 环 (5) 设有与二密封柱 (41) 位置相对应且液密配合的注油孔 (53)。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子香烟, 其特征是所述的雾化 器壳体 (13) 下端设有一安装部 (132), 在安装部 (132) 上套 接有一装饰环 (15), 在装饰环 (15)上设有与进气孔 (131)对 应的通气孔(151), 安装部两侧设有一安装卡口 (133), 用于与 电池组件 (2) 连接。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子香烟, 其特征是所述雾化杯 (10) 由陶瓷材料制成。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子香烟, 其特征是所述的发热 丝 (9) 通过导线与一电极触板 (16) 连接, 电极触板设有电极 触头 (161)。
8、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子香烟, 其特征是所述的电子 香烟截面呈偏平状。
9、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子香烟, 其特征是所述的电子 香烟还包括一烟嘴盖, 该烟嘴盖与烟嘴配合。
