电子烟作为香烟的替代品,其能够减少吸烟者对尼古丁等有害物 质的依赖, 同时又能够满足人们吸烟书的要求。 目前的电子烟均是包括 壳体以及安装在壳体内的雾化器, 雾化器内部设置加热装置, 壳体内 部具有装烟液油的腔室, 雾化器内的纤维绳引导烟液油, 并有加热装 置加热,使纤维绳上的烟液油雾化,雾化的烟液油随着使用者的抽吸, 从烟嘴进入到使用者口中, 在抽吸过程中, 空气会经由与雾化器底部 连通的进气孔进入雾化器, 并随着雾化的烟液油进入到使用者口中。
中国专利文献 CN201220223286. 6 中公开了一种电子烟, 其进气 孔设置在雾化器的底端部, 使用时, 进气孔处会沉积部分烟液油, 甚 至一部分没有被及时雾化或雾化后重新凝结的烟液油会经由进气孔 漏出, 影响电子烟的正常使用; 此外, 由于是从底部进气, 在使用者 用力抽吸时, 纤维绳上的烟液油会随着气流向上运动, 进入到使用者 口中, 影响电子烟的口感。 发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的旨在于提供一种电子烟的雾 化结构, 其能够有效的避免烟液油外漏, 同时防止抽吸时烟液油进入 使用者口中。
为实现上述目的, 本发明釆用如下技术方案:
电子烟的雾化结构, 包括,
雾化器壳体组件, 其内腔形成一用于容纳烟液油的烟油腔室; 安装在雾化器壳体组件内的发热座组件,其内腔形成一个与烟油 腔室密闭隔离的雾化腔室;
安装在雾化腔室内部的烟液油引导部件,该烟液油引导部件的端 部形成一个将烟油腔室中的烟油向着烟液油引导部件的中部引导的 导油部;
绕设在烟液油引导部件上的发热丝;
进气通道, 该进气通道将雾化腔室与外界环境连通, 且进气通道 与外界环境连通的进气口位于雾化器壳体组件的侧面。
进气通道的延伸方向与雾化器壳体组件的径向一致。

本发明的有益效果在于:
相比于现有技术, 本发明釆用侧面进气结构, 由于空气是从雾化 器外壳的侧面进入到雾化腔室中,无需在发热座组件的底部开设进气 孔, 也就避免了烟油顺延通孔向下滴落,有效的防止底部进气孔沉积 烟液油或漏油的。 同时, 空气由侧面进入, 在使用者用力抽吸的过程 中,既能够保证足够的烟气量,又能够防止烟液油被吸入使用者口中。 附图说明

以上仅为本发明侧面进气的一种具体方式,本发明的侧面进气也 可以釆用其他的结构形式, 例如, 使进气通道与导液陶瓷棒 30垂直, 但进气通道的延伸方向与雾化器壳体组件形成一个较小的夹角, 总 之, 只要确保进气通道的进气口位于雾化器壳体的侧面即可。
在这里需要说明的是,上述的导液陶瓷棒 30釆用多孔陶瓷制成, 其利用多孔陶瓷内部的孔隙吸附液体, 当然, 作为烟液油引导部件的 导液陶瓷棒 30也可以是釆用现有的电子烟所釆用的纤维绳来替代, 纤维绳的安装结构与上述技术方案中导液陶瓷棒 30 的安装结构相 同, 在这里不做重复说明。

7.如权利要求 4所述的电子烟的雾化结构, 其特征在于, 发热座 的侧壁上设置有由其上端部向下延伸的卡槽,烟液油引导部件的导油 部被卡装在卡槽中。
8.如权利要求 1所述的电子烟的雾化结构, 其特征在于, 烟液油 引导部件为纤维绳或导液陶瓷棒。
