Description

雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,具体涉及一种雾化器及应用其的电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是将烟弹中的烟液雾化成烟雾,可以像传统香烟一样吸食这些烟雾。电子烟一般包括雾化器和电源装置。雾化器中含有发热丝,发热丝可以将雾化器中存储的烟液雾化形成烟雾以供用户吸食。现有的雾化器中,一般采用液杯或雾化套管内分隔出的容纳空间作为烟液的存储容器。在存储容器上盖设一个隔液件,这样就对存储容器进行密封,同时在隔液件上开设多个烟液渗透孔,供电子烟工作时烟液流出。然而,电子烟在运输或存储过程中易受到震动,从而产生漏液现象,并且由于烟液渗透孔呈完全敞开状态,不仅使用后没有密封的手段使烟液渗出产生烟液的浪费现象,而且雾化器采用底部进气,进气口与雾化器的吸液件相通,进气口暴露在空气外侧,用户吸食时,产生负压,雾化器的吸液件的烟液极易从进气口渗出,烟液利用率低,也影响了用户的使用效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,根据本发明的一个方面,有必要提供一种雾化器,可以有效防止漏液,使烟液利用率提高。
本发明还提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟应用前述的雾化器,使得烟液利用率得以提高。
一种雾化器,包括雾化组件,雾化组件包括雾化头、通气组件,雾化头包括雾化芯和雾化套管,雾化芯套设在雾化套管之中,雾化套管的上端与通气组件固定连接,雾化芯的周侧设置有气流通道,气流通道与通气组件连通,气体自通气组件经气流通道进入雾化芯。
进一步的,雾化器还包括储液组件,储液组件具备储液腔,雾化组件 的上端与储液组件套设,雾化组件的下端悬置在储液腔之中或与储液组件的下端内表面抵接。
进一步的,雾化头位于雾化组件的下端,通气组件位于雾化组件的上端。
进一步的,储液组件具有第一电极,雾化组件具有第二电极,第一电极和第二电极电性连接。
进一步的,储液组件包括底座、支撑套、玻璃外管以及固定装置,玻璃外管套设在支撑套之中,底座固定在支撑套的一端,固定装置固定在支撑套的另一端,雾化组件通过固定装置固定在储液组件之中。
进一步的,固定装置为带有内螺纹的套环。
进一步的,第一电极通过第一密封装置卡入第一通孔。
进一步的,雾化套管还包括设置于雾化套管下端的雾化头底座,雾化头底座设置有第二通孔,第二电极通过第二密封装置卡入第二通孔。
进一步的,雾化组件还包括调气装置,调气装置设置在通气组件上相对雾化头的一端,调气装置用于调节进入到雾化器内部的空气流量。
进一步的,通气组件包括内套管、外套管以及通气盖,外套管的一端与雾化头底座固定连接,外套管的另一端与通气盖固定连接,内套管套设在外套管之中,内套管的一端固定在通气盖上,内套管的另一端悬置在外套管之中。
进一步的,调气装置由外套管与通气盖组成,通气盖可旋转的套设在外套管上,外套管设有第一通气部,通气盖设有第二通气部,旋转通气盖可调节第一通气部与第二通气部的连通面积。
进一步的,外套管上设置有销钉,销钉限制通气盖的旋转角度。
进一步的,雾化器还包括进液套管以及注液调节环,进液套管套设在外套管上,注液调节环可旋转地套设在进液套管周侧,进液套管的侧壁上设置有第一注液孔,注液调节环上开设有第二注液孔,旋转注液调节环,可调节第一注液孔与第二注液孔的连通面积。
进一步的,雾化套管的周侧设置有进液口,雾化芯的发热丝竖向布置。
进一步的,进液口为多个,多个进液口的中心在雾化套管的同一径向截面上;
气流通道为多个,气流通道将雾化芯外周分成多个进液区域,每个进液区域对应设置一个进液口;
雾化芯上每个进液区域均设置有副进液口,副进液口与对应的进液口正对连通。
进一步的,雾化芯的底侧设置有进液口,雾化芯的发热丝横向布置。
进一步的,雾化芯还包括雾化芯底座和吸液件,雾化芯底座向内凹陷形成一凹部,发热丝和吸液件设置在凹部内,雾化芯底座固定设置在雾化套管的底端,第二电极设置在雾化芯底座上。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,电子烟包括前述任一项的雾化器。
相较于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的雾化器的雾化组件包括雾化头和通气组件,而雾化头包括雾化芯和雾化套管,雾化芯的周侧设置有气流通道,使得空气可以自通气组件经气流通道进入雾化芯,避免了当雾化芯下端进气时,因用户吸食产生负压造成的不可避免的漏液现象,当用户使用雾化器时,空气可以较为充分地与烟液雾化形成的烟雾混合而被用户吸食,用户体验效果更佳。应用本发明的雾化器的电子烟,也应具有相同的技术效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例一:
参见图1-图4,根据本发明的实施例一,提供了一种雾化器100,其中雾化器100包括储液组件1和雾化组件2,雾化组件2的上端与储液组件1套设,雾化组件2的上端套设在储液组件1之中后,储液组件1的内部空间形成了储液腔3,雾化组件2的下端悬置在储液腔3之中或者也可以使雾化组件2的下端与储液组件1的下端内表面抵接,储液腔3用于存储烟液,因此,雾化组件2相当于浸泡在储液腔3之中,雾化组件2吸收储液腔3中的烟液进行雾化,形成烟雾以供用户通过烟嘴4吸食,储液组件1一方面提供了存储烟液的储液腔3,另一方面也构成了雾化器100的外部轮廓。
为了较好的解决漏液的技术问题,本实施例的储液组件1形成了储液腔3,储液腔3由于储液的功能需要而密封效果好,雾化组件2套设于储液组件1之中,储液组件1为雾化组件2提供了一个封闭的空间,将烟液存储于其中的储液腔3,雾化组件2相当于浸泡在烟液之中,从而有效的 避免了漏液情况的发生,进而可以使得烟液的利用率得以提高。
参见图3,本实施例的储液组件1包括依次设置的底座11、支撑套12、玻璃外管13以及固定装置14,玻璃外管13套设在支撑套12之中,底座11固定在支撑套12的下端,相对的,固定装置14固定在支撑套12的上端,这样装配完成后,可以将雾化组件2装入储液组件1当中,优选的,本实施例中的固定装置14为带有内螺纹的套环,雾化组件2上相应位置也设有对应的螺纹,从而可以牢靠而且密封地固定在储液组件1上。
本实施例在储液组件1和雾化组件2上分别设置有第一电极15和第二电极23,第一电极15和第二电极23电性连接,本实施例将第一电极15穿过底座11上第一通孔112,为了不破坏储液组件1的密封效果,第一电极15和第一通孔112之间可以采用过盈装配的方式,也可以采用螺纹密封连接的方式,为了进一步提升密封效果,当第一电极15和第一通孔112之间采用过盈装配的方式时,二者之间可以还设置有第一密封装置151,第一密封装置151优选采用硅胶或者橡胶垫圈。
参见图5,根据本实施例的一个优选实施方式,第一电极15穿过第一通孔112之后,在底座11的另一面,还设置有与第一电极15相配合的第一电极接触套管153,第一电极接触套管153通过第一硅胶垫圈152卡入第一通孔112,第一电极接触套管153和第一硅胶垫圈152的存在使得第一电极15与第一通孔112接触的位置密封效果更佳,装配完成后,使得第一电极15能够插入第一电极接触套管153之中,二者保持接触,从而能够导电。为了使得雾化器100能够与电子烟的电池牢靠的电连接,本实施例的底座11还设置有接合部111,接合部111可以是螺纹或者卡扣,从而能够与电子烟的电池上可靠的固定连接。
参见图2和图6,根据本实施例的雾化组件2包括雾化头21和通气组件22,雾化头21和通气组件22之间固定连接,第二电极23设置在雾化头21上。具体的,雾化头21包括雾化芯212和雾化套管211,雾化芯212套设在雾化套管211之中,第二电极23设置在雾化套管211的底端,而雾化套管211的上端则与通气组件22固定连接。
进一步的,根据本实施例的一个优选实施方式,雾化套管211还包括设置在雾化套管211下端的雾化头底座2113,而雾化头底座2113上设置 有第二通孔2112,第二电极23穿过第二通孔2112与雾化头底座2113固定连接。类似于第一通孔112和第一电极15的装配方式,第二电极23和第二通孔2112之间也可以增加设置第二密封装置231,可以提高密封的可靠性,避免过多的烟液进入到雾化头之中,导致用户吸食时也吸入一部分烟液,影响用户的口感。
参见图7,图7示出了本实施例的雾化器的爆炸示意图。其中,雾化组件2还包括调气装置,调气装置设置在通气组件22上,通过设置调气装置,可以调节进入到雾化器100内部的空气流量,较好的适应不同用户的使用需求。具体的,通气组件22包括内套管223、外套管222以及通气盖221,外套管222的一端与雾化头底座2113固定连接,另一端则与通气盖221固定连接,内套管223套设在外套管222之中,其中,根据本实施例的一个优选实施方式,内套管223的一端外侧设置有内套管上端法兰2231,通气盖21的下端设置有通气盖下端法兰2211,装配时,通过工具将内套管223具有内套管上端法兰2231的一端压入外套管222之中,内套管上端法兰2231与通气盖下端法兰2211抵接,从而形成过盈装配,使得内套管223固定在外套管222之中,内套管223的另一端则处于悬置状态。由此可知,本实施例改变了现有技术中空气从雾化芯底部进气而雾化芯的进气口又暴露于雾化器之外的的方式,本实施例的雾化芯212套设在相对密闭的雾化套管211之中,而雾化套管211作为雾化组件2的一部分又置于储液腔3之中,因此不会产生漏液问题,即使漏液也是在雾化器100内部之中,不会使烟液漏出雾化器100之外,从而使得用户得到一个较好的使用体验。同时本实施例使得气体流路与烟液流路分离,空气可以从雾化器的上部、中部或者下部经气流通道2123进入到雾化芯212之中,与烟雾进行混合而被用户吸食。
具体的,本实施例的调气装置由外套管222与通气盖221共同构成,通气盖221可旋转的套设在外套管222之上,外套管222上设置有第一通气部2221,通气盖221设置有第二通气部2212,因为通气盖221是可旋转的套设在外套管222上,所以旋转通气盖221可以调节第一通气部2221与第二通气部2212之间的连通面积,优选的,为了限制通气盖221的旋转角度,同时也给用户一个提醒,提醒用户第一通气部2221与第二通气 部2212之间连通面积达到最大或者最小,本实施例在外套管222上还设置有销钉2223,销钉2223过盈的插入在外套管222上的销钉安装孔2222之中,由此,在旋转通气盖221的过程中,销钉2223可以限制通气盖221的旋转角度。
参见图8,本实施例的雾化芯212还包括设置其周侧的气流通道2123,气流通道2123的作用在于,外部空气进入到雾化器100内,通过气流通道2123能够进入到雾化芯的内部,而本实施例的雾化芯212还包括螺旋成筒状的发热丝2121以及吸液件2124,发热丝2121竖向布置,中间的通道即可作为气道的一部分,烟液雾化形成的烟雾通过该气道被用户吸食。优选的,气流通道2123为开设在雾化芯212表面的凹槽,凹槽的走向与雾化芯轴向方向平行,多个气流通道2123雾化芯212的外周分成多个进液区域,而每个进液区域对应设置有副进液口2122,副进液口2122是与设置在雾化套管211上的进液口211对应连通的,这样烟液即可通过进液口211、副进液口2122被吸液件2124所吸收,当发热丝2121通电时,烟液即可连续的被加热雾化。吸液件2124可以是棉布、棉花、多孔陶瓷、多孔石墨或者泡沫金属的一种或者至少两种组合。吸液件2124包裹着发热丝2121,装配在雾化芯212之中,为了防止烟液加热时,烟液溅射,本实施例在吸液件2124的上端还设置有钢网2125,进一步的,通过在雾化芯212上端设置雾化芯盖2126,压住钢网2125、吸液件2124、发热丝2121,使它们能够牢靠的安装在雾化芯212之中。当然,为了气流的顺利流动,雾化芯盖2126并非密封的,而是在其顶端具有通孔。
参见图9,根据本实施例,箭头方向即为空气流动方向,当旋转通气盖221使第一通气部2221与第二通气部2212连通时,外部空气沿着设置在通气盖221的第二通气部2212和设置在外套管222上的第一通气部2221进入到雾化器100之中,经由外套管222与内套管223之间的通道,进入到雾化头21之中,烟液在雾化头21之中被加热雾化形成烟雾,空气混合烟雾经由内套管223的内部通道被用户吸食。当烟液不足,需要补充烟液时,可以通过反向旋转通气盖221,在销钉2223的作用下,带动外套管222旋转从而与储液组件1分离,此时,用户即可对储液腔3进行烟液补充,完成后,将雾化组件2旋转安装在储液组件1即可,十分便利。整 个注液的过程,无需翻转雾化器,使得注液过程较为方便。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于,本实施例的雾化器还增加了进液套管18和注液调节环19。
参见图10-图13,本实施例的进液套管18设置于雾化组件2之上,优选的,本实施例的进液套管18套设在外套管222上,进液套管18的外周设置有进液套管法兰181和第一注液孔182,注液调节环19的内壁设置有注液调节环法兰191,同时,注液调节环19的周侧还设置有第二注液孔192,注液调节环19可旋转地套设在进液套管18的外周,通过注液调节环法兰191和进液套管法兰181相互抵接,不至于使得注液调节环19下滑,影响正常使用。注液调节环19可以是固态金属材料制成,也可以是陶瓷材料或者硅胶、橡胶材料。旋转注液调节环19,可以使得第一注液孔182与第二注液孔192连通或者不连通,也可以调节二者之间的连接面积大小。
实施例一给出的注液方式是通过将整个雾化组件2旋转从而与储液组件1分离,再进行烟液补充。而实施例二的注液方式则是,旋转注液调节环19,使得第一注液孔182与第二注液孔192连通,然后在雾化器100的侧面即可完成注液动作,注液完成后,旋转注液调节环19,使得第一注液孔182与第二注液孔192不连通,从而整个注液过程无需使得储液组件1与雾化组件2分离,简化了操作。
实施例三:
与实施例一相比,本实施例的区别在于,实施例一的发热丝2121为竖向布置,进液方式为侧壁进液,本实施例的发热丝2121为横向布置,进液方式为底部进液。
具体的,参见图14-图15,本实施例的雾化器100包括呈盘状设置的发热丝2121,雾化芯212包括雾化芯底座2127和吸液件2124,雾化芯底座2127向内凹陷形成一个凹部2128,发热丝2121和吸液件2124设置在凹部2128之中,雾化芯底座2127固定在雾化套管211的底端,第二电极23套设在雾化芯底座2127的底端。雾化芯底座2127的周侧设置有多道沟槽,待雾化芯装配完成,与通气组件22组装形成雾化组件2时,雾化芯 底座2127周侧的沟槽就成了烟液进入吸液件2121的通道。从雾化芯底座2127的底部来看,这些沟槽与雾化套管211的内周壁之间形成的孔即为进液口2111。因本实施例的雾化芯212为底部进液,因此相比于实施例一的侧壁进液,可以更加充分的利用烟液,避免储液腔3的底部的烟液无法被吸收,造成烟液的浪费。
本实施例当中,通气座24整体呈环状,盘状的发热丝2121套设在通气座24的内环之中,通气座24的内环与内套管223的下端管口正对抵接,通气座24的上端边沿还设置有槽或者口,连通通气座24的上端边沿与下端边沿,总之能使得空气流过即可,具体形状并不限定。同时,吸液件2124的上端面与具有与通气座24的下端的槽或口边沿连通的孔,使得空气可以自该孔进入并从吸液件2124上端面的中心部位排出,盘状的发热丝2121设置在吸液件2124上端中心部位,烟液被吸收加热雾化形成烟雾之后,积聚在通气座24的内环之中,外部空气经过第二通气部2212、第一通气部2221进入到外套管222与内套管223之间的空间,向下进入到通气座24,因通气座24的上下边沿连通,进而气流可以进入到吸液件2124之中,最终从吸液件2124上端面的中心部位排出,与此同时,也与形成的烟雾混合,一道沿着内套管223的内部空间排出,而被用户吸食。
本发明还提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括前述任一项实施例的雾化器。参见图16,图16示出了本发明其中的一种电子烟实施方式,其中,雾化器100设置与电池5的上部,便于用户手持电池5所在的部位。因前述雾化器所具备的技术效果,应用其的电子烟,也应当具有相同的技术效果。因而,本发明提供了一种能够较为可靠的防漏液的电子烟。

  1. 一种雾化器,包括雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括雾化头、通气组件,所述雾化头包括雾化芯和雾化套管,所述雾化芯套设在所述雾化套管之中,所述雾化套管的上端与所述通气组件固定连接,所述雾化芯的周侧设置有气流通道,所述气流通道与所述通气组件连通,气体自所述通气组件经所述气流通道进入所述雾化芯。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括储液组件,所述储液组件具备储液腔,所述雾化组件的上端与所述储液组件套设,所述雾化组件的下端悬置在所述储液腔之中或与所述储液组件的下端内表面抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头位于所述雾化组件的下端,所述通气组件位于所述雾化组件的上端。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件具有第一电极,所述雾化组件具有第二电极,所述第一电极和所述第二电极电性连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件包括底座、支撑套、玻璃外管以及固定装置,所述玻璃外管套设在所述支撑套之中,所述底座固定在所述支撑套的一端,所述固定装置固定在所述支撑套的另一端,所述雾化组件通过所述固定装置固定在所述储液组件之中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述固定装置为带有内螺纹的套环。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述底座设有第一通孔,所述第一电极设置在所述第一通孔之中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述第一电极通过第一密封装置卡入所述第一通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化套管还包括设置于所述雾化套管下端的雾化头底座,所述雾化头底座设置有第二通孔,所述第二电极通过第二密封装置卡入所述第二通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括调气装置,所述调气装置设置在所述通气组件上相对所述雾化头的一 端,所述调气装置用于调节进入到雾化器内部的空气流量。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述通气组件包括内套管、外套管以及通气盖,所述外套管的一端与所述雾化头底座固定连接,所述外套管的另一端与所述通气盖固定连接,所述内套管套设在所述外套管之中,所述内套管的一端固定在所述通气盖上,所述内套管的另一端悬置在所述外套管之中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述调气装置由所述外套管与所述通气盖组成,所述通气盖可旋转的套设在所述外套管上,所述外套管设有第一通气部,所述通气盖设有第二通气部,旋转所述通气盖可调节所述第一通气部与所述第二通气部的连通面积。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述外套管上设置有销钉,所述销钉限制所述通气盖的旋转角度。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括进液套管以及注液调节环,所述进液套管套设在所述外套管上,所述注液调节环可旋转地套设在所述进液套管周侧,所述进液套管的侧壁上设置有第一注液孔,所述注液调节环上开设有第二注液孔,旋转所述注液调节环,可调节所述第一注液孔与所述第二注液孔的连通面积。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化套管的周侧设置有进液口,所述雾化芯的发热丝竖向布置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述进液口为多个,多个所述进液口的中心在所述雾化套管的同一径向截面上;
    所述气流通道为多个,所述气流通道将所述雾化芯外周分成多个进液区域,每个所述进液区域对应设置一个所述进液口;
    所述雾化芯上每个所述进液区域均设置有副进液口,所述副进液口与对应的所述进液口正对连通。
  17. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化芯的底侧设置有进液口,所述雾化芯的发热丝横向布置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化芯还包括雾化芯底座和吸液件,所述雾化芯底座向内凹陷形成一凹部,所述发热丝和吸液件设置在所述凹部内,所述雾化芯底座固定设置在所述雾化套管的 底端,所述第二电极设置在所述雾化芯底座上。
  19. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求1-18中任一项所述的雾化器。
