Description

通气组件、雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,特别是,涉及一种雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟又名为虚拟香烟、电子雾化器、电子雪茄烟,主要是用于在不影响健康的情况下模拟吸烟的感觉,以供戒烟或香烟替代使用。电子烟一般包括雾化器和电源装置,雾化器中雾化头可以将烟液雾化形成烟雾以供用户吸食。
现有的雾化器进行注液操作时,存在如下不足:一、需要先将雾化头连同进气组件一同取下,再进行注液操作,注液过程不方便;二、由于雾化头通常是浸泡在烟液中,从电子烟上取下的雾化头将会带有烟液,导致其放置不便;三、经常将雾化头取出,易于导致雾化头与其他部件接触不良;四、注液完成后,将雾化头连同进气组件安装于雾化器的过程中,储液装置内会被压入多余空气,使得储液装置内形成较高的封闭气压,在该封闭气压的作用下储液装置内的烟液被迫向雾化头迁移,导致雾化头内的烟液过多,使用时,过多的烟液使得雾化头处容易发生炸油现象,多余的烟液也可能会直接被用户吸入,影响用户的使用效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种雾化器及其电子烟,其加液方便,避免加液过程多余的气体进入雾化器,保证舒适的使用效果。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括雾化头、通气组件、注液盖及储液组件,所述通气组件的上端与所述注液盖可拆卸地连接,所述通气组件的下端套设在所述储液组件上且部分收容于所述储液组件内,所述雾化头设置在所述通气组件的下端且收容于所述储液组件内,并与所述通气组件可拆卸连接,所述通气组件内设置有互相独立的注液通道和进气通道,所述注液通道轴向设置在所述通 气组件内,所述注液通道的注液口位于所述通气组件靠近所述注液盖的上端面上,所述注液通道与所述储液组件连通,所述通气组件的上端面上还开设有与所述进气通道连通的排气口,当所述注液盖安装于所述通气组件上时,所述排气口被所述注液盖密封。
在一个实施方式中,所述注液盖的下端设置有用于密闭所述排气口的密封件,所述注液盖下端可拆卸地与所述通气组件上端连接。
在一个实施方式中,所述密封件由硅胶制成。
在一个实施方式中,所述进气通道的进气口位于所述通气组件的径向的外周壁上,且所述进气通道与所述雾化头连通。
在一个实施方式中,所述通气组件包括基座、外套管和内套管,所述基座大致为中空的管状体,所述内套管设置在所述基座的中空的腔体内,所述外套管设置在所述内套管与基座之间,且所述基座、外套管及内套管同轴设置。
在一个实施方式中,所述通气组件包括进气管,进气管包括第一端、与所述第一端相对设置的第二端,以及垂直于所述第一端和第二端的连接端,所述第一端、第二端及连接端相互连通,所述第一端、第二端径向设置于所述基座内且分别固设在所述基座的周壁上,所述进气管的第一端和/或第二端贯通所述基座的周壁形成所述进气通道的进气口,所述内套管沿所述基座轴向贯通所述进气管,且所述内套管与所述进气管之间各自密封设置。
在一个实施方式中,所述外套管一端套设在所述进气管连接端的外周并与所述进气管连通,所述内套管的下部套设在所述外套管内,所述内套管和外套管之间的空腔与所述进气管连通构成进气通道,所述基座的内周壁与所述外套管和进气管之间形成的腔体构成所述注液通道。
在一个实施方式中,所述进气管由两平行设置的并且中间开口的上面板与下面板、连接于所述上面板与下面板之间的二侧板、设置在所述基座的周壁上的进气口以及下面板朝向所述外套管的方向弯折形成的连接管构成,所述上面板、下面板间隔套设在所述内套管外周,所述上面板相对的两端分别与所述基 座的内周壁固定连接,所述下面板相对的两端亦分别与所述基座的内周壁固定连接,每一侧板相对的两侧边分别与所述上面板、下面板同侧的侧边连接,所述外套管的上端套设在所述连接管的外周,所述基座的内周壁与每一侧板、连接管及外套管之间形成的腔体构成所述注液通道,所述上面板与基座的周壁之间的空隙形成所述注液口,所述排气口开设在所述上面板上。
在一个实施方式中,所述通气组件还包括调节环,所述调节环可旋转套设在所述基座的侧壁上,所述调节环上开设有调气孔,旋转所述调节环可调节调气孔和所述进气口的连通面积。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括上述任一项所述的雾化器。
一种通气组件,所述通气组件内设置有互相独立的注液通道和进气通道,所述注液通道包括设于所述通气组件一端的注液口,所述进气通道包括进气口,所述通气组件还开设有与所述进气通道连通的排气口。
在一个实施方式中,所述进气通道的进气口位于通气组件的径向的外周壁上。
在一个实施方式中,所述注液口位于通气组件的上端面上。
在一个实施方式中,所述排气口设置在所述通气组件的上端面上。
在一个实施方式中,还包括基座、进气管、外套管及内套管,且基座、外套管及内套管同轴设置,内套管和外套管之间的空腔与进气管连通构成进气通道,基座的内周壁与外套管及进气管之间的腔体构成注液通道。
在一个实施方式中,所述通气组件包括基座以及调气环,所述调节环可旋转套设在所述基座的侧壁上,所述调节环上开设有调气孔,旋转所述调节环可调节调气孔和所述进气口的连通面积。
在一个实施方式中,还提供了一种雾化器。
在一个实施方式中,还提供了一种电子烟。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明雾化器中,通气组件中注液通道和进气通道互相独立设置的同时,在通气组件上端面开设进液口,注液时,只需将注液盖取下,使注液口裸露出来,如此,用户通过注液口向储液腔中添加烟液,该种注液方式便捷,注液时无需取下雾化头,避免雾化头取出后受外部污染;特别对于与储液组件螺纹连接的雾化头而言,可避免因多次拆装而导致雾化头与储液组件连接不佳,保证了雾化器性能的稳定性。
2、本发明雾化器中,与进液口同一端面上还开设排气口,注液结束后,将注液盖安装于雾化组件的过程中,储液组件内的多余气体可以从排气口经进气通道由进气口排出,保证了储液腔内气压的稳定性,可避免雾化过程中雾化头内的烟液过多而发生炸油现象或用户吸入未雾化的烟油,提高了用户体验与吸食口感。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2及图10所示,本发明提供一种雾化器100,包括通气组件1、注液盖2、雾化头3和储液组件4,通气组件1的上端与注液盖2可拆卸地连接,通气组件1的下端套设在储液组件4上且部分收容于储液组件4内,雾化头3 设置在通气组件1的下端且收容于储液组件4内并与储液组件4的下端内表面抵接。储液组件4的内部空间形成了储液腔5,储液腔5用于存储烟液,因此,雾化头3相当于浸泡在储液腔5之中,雾化头3吸收储液腔5中的烟液进行雾化,形成烟雾以供用户通过烟嘴6吸食,储液组件4一方面提供了存储烟液的储液腔5,另一方面也构成了雾化器100的外部轮廓。
本实施例中,所述通气组件1与注液盖2可拆卸地螺纹连接在一起。可以理解的,通气组件1与注液盖2之间也可以通过插接的方式可拆卸地连接。
请参见图4-10,通气组件1大致呈管体状,通气组件1内设置互相独立的进气通道200和注液通道300。进气通道200的进气口121位于通气组件1的径向的外周壁上,进气通道200与雾化头3连通。使用时,空气从进气口121进入,流经进气通道200并带着被雾化头3雾化后的烟雾从内套管14流出,之后被用户吸入,如图7,图中箭头方向为气体流向。
注液通道300自通气组件1靠近注液盖2的上端面轴向设置在通气组件1内,注液通道300的注液口15位于通气组件1靠近注液盖2的上端面上,注液通道300与储液腔5连通,烟液自注液口15经注液通道300进入储液腔5内。当注液盖2安装在通气组件1上时,注液口15被注液盖2密封遮蔽而不可见,也就无法进行注液操作。注液时,只需将注液盖2取下,使注液口15裸露出来,如此,用户通过注液口15向储液腔5中添加烟液,如图5,图中箭头表示烟液注入方向。该种注液方式便捷,注液时无需取下雾化头3,避免雾化头3取出后受外部污染;特别对于与储液组件4螺纹连接的雾化头3而言,可避免因多次拆装而导致雾化头3与储液组件4连接不佳,保证了雾化器100性能的稳定性。
通气组件1的上端面上还开设有与进气通道200连通的排气口122。当注液盖2安装于通气组件1上时,排气口122被注液盖2密封遮蔽。注液结束后,将注液盖2安装于通气组件1的过程中,储液腔5内的多余气体可以从排气口122经进气通道200由进气口121排出,保证了储液腔5内气压的稳定性,可 避免雾化过程中雾化头3内的烟液过多而发生炸油现象或用户吸入未雾化的烟油,提高了用户体验与吸食口感。
在本实施例中,通气组件1包括基座11、进气管12、外套管13和内套管14,基座11大致为中空的管状体,内套管14设置在基座11的中空的腔体内,外套管13设置在内套管14与基座11之间,且基座11、外套管13及内套管14同轴设置。
请再次参见图11所示,进气管12大致呈T型,进气管12包括第一端12a、与第一端12a相对设置的第二端12b,以及垂直于第一端12a和第二端12b的连接端12c,第一端12a、第二端12b及连接端12c相互连通。第一端12a、第二端12b径向设置于基座11内且分别固设在基座11的周壁上,进气管12的至少一端(第一端12a或第二端12b)贯通基座11的周壁形成所述进气口121。内套管14沿基座11轴向贯通进气管12,且内套管14与进气管12之间互不相通、各自密封设置。本实施例中,内套管14与连接端12c呈共轴心设置。排气口122开设在进气管12朝向注液盖2一侧的周壁上。本实施例中,排气口122的数量为2个,分别靠近所述第一端12a及第二端12b设置。
外套管13一端套设在进气管12的连接端12c的外周并与进气管12连通,外套管13相对的另一端与雾化头3螺纹连接,可以理解的,其他如卡接、磁性连接等可拆卸连接方式也在本发明保护范围之内。内套管14的下部套设在外套管13内,内套管14和外套管13之间的空腔与进气管12连通构成进气通道200。基座11的内周壁与外套管13及进气管12之间的腔体构成注液通道300,进气通道200和注液通道300为不互通的两条独立通道。
具体地,本实施例中,进气管12由两平行设置的并且中间开口的上面板123与下面板124、连接于上面板123与下面板124之间的二侧板125、设置在基座11的周壁上的进气口121以及下面板124朝向外套管13的方向弯折形成的连接管126构成。上面板123、下面板124间隔套设在内套管14外周,上面板123相对的两端分别与基座11的内周壁固定连接,下面板124相对的两端亦 分别与基座11的内周壁固定连接,每一侧板125相对的两侧边分别与上面板123、下面板124同侧的侧边连接,外套管13的上端套设在连接管126的外周,如此,内套管14与外套管13之间的空腔和每一侧板125与上面板123、下面板124构成的进气管12连通构成所述进气通道200;基座11的内周壁与每一侧板125、连接管126及外套管13之间形成所述注液通道300。上面板123与基座11的周壁之间的空隙形成注液口15,本实施例中,上面板123与基座11的周壁之间的形成二对称的半月形的注液口15。排气口122开设在上面板123上。
可以理解的,上面板123、下面板124、侧板125、进气口121及连接管126为一体成型结构,即进气管12也可以为一体成型的T形的空心管,该空心管可以为圆管或方管。
内套管14顶部所在的水平面高于基座11的周壁顶部所在水平面,内套管14上端高出于上面板123的延伸部形成有外螺纹,注液盖2的下端相对设置有与内套管14上外螺纹相匹配的内螺纹,注液盖2和内套管14螺接,螺接方式拆装方便,且稳定性好,可以理解的,其他如卡接、磁性连接等可拆卸连接方式也在本发明保护范围之内。
可以理解的,基座11、进气管12、外套管13和内套管14为一体成型结构,减少装配过程的同时,保证进气通道200和注液通道300具有更好的气密性。
进一步的,通气组件1还包括调节环16,调节环16可旋转套设在基座11的侧壁上,调节环16上开设有与进气口121相对设置的调气孔161,旋转调节环16可调节调气孔161和进气口121的连通面积,实现进入进气口121空气量的控制。
请结合参见图3,注液盖2的上端与烟嘴6螺接,其他如插接或者卡接等可拆卸连接方式也并不限制,注液盖2下端固定在通气组件1上。注液盖2内设有与内套管14、烟嘴6连通的烟气通道21。注液盖2的下端开设有与排气口122相对设置的凹槽,凹槽内安装有密封件22。注液盖2安装在基座11上后, 密封件22将排气口122完全封闭,防止烟液通过排气口122渗入进气通道200而影响吸食的口感;且注液盖2与通气组件1完全闭合,避免烟液从注液口15处发生渗漏。本实施例中,凹槽为环形凹槽,密封件22呈环状体。
进一步的,密封件22由硅胶制成,硅胶材质的密封件22具有非常好的弹性,注液盖2和基座11配合后,保证排气口122处的气密性。
可以理解的,密封件22也可以采用其它材料制作,如弹性橡胶、弹性塑料等。
进一步的,基座11与上面板123及内套管14之间形成一个凹陷的收容部111,密封件22固定在该收容部111内,不易移动,结构更稳定。
进一步的,内套管14上套设有密封环,注液盖2和内套管14过盈装配,注液盖2和基座11配合后,排气口122处的气密性更好,从内套管14到烟嘴6之间的连接更紧密,避免烟雾在注液盖2和内套管14的连接处泄露。
请参见图11-15所示,本实施例中雾化头3包括雾化头套管31,雾化头底座32、加热件33、第一电极接触34和第一绝缘套35。雾化头套管31为两端开口的中空管,雾化头底座32固定在雾化头套管31底部,加热件33套设在雾化头套管31内,第一电极接触34通过第一绝缘套35紧密固定在雾化头底座32上,加热件33与第一电极接触34电连接。雾化头底座32周壁上沿雾化头套管31径向开设有底座进液孔321,烟液由储液腔5经进液孔321进入雾化头套管31,在加热件33的加热下,雾化为烟气。
进一步的,加热件33包括基体331,设置在基体331内的加热盘332,以及由加热盘332引出的,位于基体331外部的电极引脚333,电极引脚333与第一电极接触34电连接。基体331由陶瓷材料制得。
本实施例的储液组件4包括依次设置的底座41、支撑套42、玻璃外管43以及固定装置44,玻璃外管43套设在支撑套42之中,底座41固定在支撑套42的下端,相对的,固定装置44固定在支撑套42的上端,这样装配完成后,可以将通气组件1固定在储液组件4上、雾化头3装入储液组件4当中,在其 中一实施例中,本实施例中的固定装置44为带有内螺纹的套环,通气组件2的基座11上相应位置也设有对应的螺纹,从而可以牢靠而且密封地固定在储液组件4上。储液腔5与注液通道300连通,烟液从注液口15进入后经由注液通道300,再进入储液腔5,最后进入雾化头3被雾化。可以理解的,底座41底部还设置有第二电极接触50,第二电极接触50通过第二绝缘套51紧密固定在底座41上,雾化头3内的第一电极接触34与第二电极接触50电连接。
本发明还提供一种采用上述雾化器100的电子烟(未图示),其加液方便,避免加液过程多余的气体进入雾化器100,保证舒适的使用效果。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括雾化头、通气组件、注液盖及储液组件,所述通气组件的上端与所述注液盖可拆卸地连接,所述通气组件的下端套设在所述储液组件上且部分收容于所述储液组件内,所述雾化头设置在所述通气组件的下端且收容于所述储液组件内,并与所述通气组件可拆卸连接,所述通气组件内设置有互相独立的注液通道和进气通道,所述注液通道轴向设置在所述通气组件内,所述注液通道的注液口位于所述通气组件靠近所述注液盖的上端面上,所述注液通道与所述储液组件连通,所述通气组件的上端面上还开设有与所述进气通道连通的排气口,当所述注液盖安装于所述通气组件上时,所述排气口被所述注液盖密封。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述注液盖的下端设置有用于密闭所述排气口的密封件,所述注液盖下端可拆卸地与所述通气组件上端连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述密封件由硅胶制成。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述进气通道的进气口位于所述通气组件的径向的外周壁上,且所述进气通道与所述雾化头连通。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述通气组件包括基座、外套管和内套管,所述基座大致为中空的管状体,所述内套管设置在所述基座的中空的腔体内,所述外套管设置在所述内套管与基座之间,且所述基座、外套管及内套管同轴设置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述通气组件包括进气管,进气管包括第一端、与所述第一端相对设置的第二端,以及垂直于所述第一端和第二端的连接端,所述第一端、第二端及连接端相互连通,所述第一端、第二端径向设置于所述基座内且分别固设在所述基座的周壁上,所述进气管的第一端和/或第二端贯通所述基座的周壁形成所述进气通道的进气口,所述内套管沿所述基座轴向贯通所述进气管,且所述内套管与所述进气管之间各自密封设 置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述外套管一端套设在所述进气管连接端的外周并与所述进气管连通,所述内套管的下部套设在所述外套管内,所述内套管和外套管之间的空腔与所述进气管连通构成进气通道,所述基座的内周壁与所述外套管和进气管之间形成的腔体构成所述注液通道。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述进气管由两平行设置的并且中间开口的上面板与下面板、连接于所述上面板与下面板之间的二侧板、设置在所述基座的周壁上的进气口以及下面板朝向所述外套管的方向弯折形成的连接管构成,所述上面板、下面板间隔套设在所述内套管外周,所述上面板相对的两端分别与所述基座的内周壁固定连接,所述下面板相对的两端亦分别与所述基座的内周壁固定连接,每一侧板相对的两侧边分别与所述上面板、下面板同侧的侧边连接,所述外套管的上端套设在所述连接管的外周,所述基座的内周壁与每一侧板、连接管及外套管之间形成的腔体构成所述注液通道,所述上面板与基座的周壁之间的空隙形成所述注液口,所述排气口开设在所述上面板上。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述通气组件还包括调节环,所述调节环可旋转套设在所述基座的侧壁上,所述调节环上开设有调气孔,旋转所述调节环可调节调气孔和所述进气口的连通面积。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的雾化器。
  11. 一种通气组件,其特征在于,所述通气组件内设置有互相独立的注液通道和进气通道,所述注液通道包括设于所述通气组件一端的注液口,所述进气通道包括进气口,所述通气组件还开设有与所述进气通道连通的排气口。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的通气组件,其特征在于,所述进气通道的进气口位于通气组件的径向的外周壁上。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的通气组件,其特征在于,所述注液口位于通气组件的上端面上。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的通气组件,其特征在于,所述排气口设置在所述通气组件的上端面上。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的通气组件,其特征在于,还包括基座、进气管、外套管及内套管,且基座、外套管及内套管同轴设置,内套管和外套管之间的空腔与进气管连通构成进气通道,基座的内周壁与外套管及进气管之间的腔体构成注液通道。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的通气组件,其特征在于,所述通气组件包括基座以及调气环,所述调节环可旋转套设在所述基座的侧壁上,所述调节环上开设有调气孔,旋转所述调节环可调节调气孔和所述进气口的连通面积。
  17. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,包括权利要求11-16任一所述的通气组件。
  18. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括权利要求17所述的雾化器。
