【技术领域】

【背景技术】
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器。电子烟具有与香烟相似的外观和味道,但一般不含香烟中的焦油、悬浮微粒等有害成分。
电子烟一般包括存储有烟液的雾化器和电池组件,很多电子烟都采用可反复注液的雾化器,当烟液耗尽后,可再向雾化器中注入烟液。但是,传统的雾化器添加烟液时,往往需要拆卸烟嘴等结构,导致注液操作步骤繁琐,耗费时间。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要针对上述问题,提供一种操作方便,可以快速注液的电子烟及其雾化芯和雾化器。
一种电子烟的雾化芯,包括:
主体部,所述主体部的内部开设有相对隔离的储液腔和气流通道;

烟嘴部150与主体部110滑动连接,第一陶瓷密封件130和第二陶瓷密封件170配合,实现对注液孔132的密封,弹性件190保证第一陶瓷密封件130和第二陶瓷密封件170紧密贴合,第一陶瓷密封件130和第二陶瓷密封件170之间不会漏液。上述雾化芯100,推开烟嘴部150,注液孔132即可外漏,操作方便,可以快速的注液。同时,由于陶瓷材料容易打磨光滑,因此第一陶瓷密封件130和第二陶瓷密封件170相互滑动抵接的侧面可以做的很光滑,相比传统的硅胶材质的密封件,陶瓷材料的密封件摩擦力小很多,烟嘴部150更容易相对主体部110滑开,操作更方便。而且陶瓷材料耐磨性较好,因此使用寿命更长。
电子烟10在使用状态下,主体部110位于容纳腔310内,至少部分烟嘴部150位于容纳腔310的外部。再参见图2,在一实施例中,外壳300还开设有安装口330,安装口330位于容纳腔310的一端,主体部110通过安装口330伸入容纳腔310中,与外壳300可拆卸的连接。
再参见图3、图5,在一实施例中,烟嘴部150上设置有挡块154,当烟嘴部150相对主体部110位于第一位置且主体部110位于容纳腔310内时,至少部分挡块154位于容纳腔310内,挡块154与外壳300的位于安装口330处的内壁抵接。因此,在雾化芯100安装在外壳300上使用时,挡块154能够被外壳300挡住,烟嘴部150不能相对主体部110滑动,从而可以保证使用时,不会误操作打开储液腔112,避免漏液。进一步的,在一实施例中,主体部110的边缘处开设有用于容置挡块154的容置槽116,当烟嘴部150相对主体部110位于第一位置时,挡块154可以位于容置槽116内。
再参见图2、图6和图7,在其中一个实施例中,烟嘴部150上设置有用于推动烟嘴部150相对主体部110滑动的弧面156。手指推动烟嘴部150滑动时,由于作用的面为弧面156,手指推动烟嘴部150时需同时对烟嘴部150提供一个向下的力,从而可以保障第一陶瓷密封件130和第二陶瓷密封件170在注液孔132打开的过程中紧密贴合,防止推力导致烟嘴部150发生倾斜,进而避免长久以往出现漏液。在一个实施例中,弧面156呈向烟嘴部150的内部凹陷状。具体的,烟嘴部150上还设置有顶面158和四个侧面159,吸气孔152的开口处位于顶面158上,四个侧面159依次连接,且均相对顶面158垂直。弧面156连接顶面158和其中三个侧面159。在一实施例中,弧面156的形状与嘴唇的形状相适应,使用时更舒适。
由于设置了弧面156,吸气孔152设置的位置相对烟嘴部150是偏心设置的,在一实施例中,气流通道114可以位于储液腔112的一侧,方便与吸气孔152对应连通。在一进一步的实施例中,气流通道114的横截面和吸气孔152的横截面均可以呈扁形,有效的利用空间,增大通气面积。
在参见图5、图6,在一实施例中,第一陶瓷密封件130上还开设有第一通气孔134,第一通气孔134与气流通道114连通。第二陶瓷密封件170上开设有第二通气孔172,第二通气孔172与吸气孔152连通。第一通气孔134的位置与第二通气孔172的位置相对应。烟嘴位于第一位置时,第一通气孔134与第二通气孔172连通。第一陶瓷密封件130和第二陶瓷密封件170覆盖的面积较大,可以提高滑动的稳妥性和密封连接的稳定性。
弹性件190的材质可以是弹性胶,例如弹性硅胶。在其他实施例中,弹性件190也可以采用弹簧。弹性件190可以仅设置在第一陶瓷密封件130和主体部110之间,也可以仅设置在第二陶瓷密封件170和烟嘴部150之间。在本实施例中,上述两个位置均设置有弹性件190,密封效果更好。具体的,在一实施例中,弹性件190包括第一弹性件192和第二弹性件194。第一弹性件192位于第一陶瓷密封件130和主体部110之间,第一弹性件192覆盖第一陶瓷密封件130的与滑动抵接第二陶瓷密封件170的一侧面相对的侧面。第二弹性件194位于第二陶瓷密封件170和主体部110之间,第二弹性件194覆盖第二陶瓷密封件170的与滑动抵接第一陶瓷密封件130的一侧面相对的侧面。第一陶瓷密封件130和第二陶瓷可以呈片状,第一弹性件192和第二弹性件194分别覆盖了第一陶瓷密封件130和第二陶瓷密封件170相对远离的一侧,提供弹力的效果较好。
进一步的,在一实施例中,主体部110上开设有第一安装槽118,第一陶瓷密封件130和第一弹性件192均位于第一安装槽118内。烟嘴部150上开设有第二安装槽162,第二陶瓷密封件170和第二弹性件194均位于第二安装槽162内。设置第一安装槽118和第二安装槽162,可以使第一陶瓷密封件130和第一弹性件192能够与主体部110稳固的连接,可以使第二陶瓷密封件170和第二弹性件194能够与烟嘴部150稳固的连接。
同时参见图4、图8,在其中一个实施例中,主体部110上设置有滑块119,烟嘴部150上开设有滑槽164,滑块119位于滑槽164内与烟嘴部150滑动连接。滑块119和滑槽164可以设置两组,分别位于第一陶瓷密封件130和第二陶瓷密封件170的两侧,以提高滑动的稳定性。进一步的,在一实施例中,滑块119的一侧设置有钩部122,滑槽164的侧壁上开设有卡接槽166,钩部122位于卡接槽166中,当滑块119在滑槽164内滑动时,钩部122在卡接槽166内滑动,使烟嘴部150和主体部110保持连接状态。
再参见图3,主体部110包括壳体124、雾化元件126和用于与电池组件12电连接的电路板128。烟嘴部150位于壳体124的一端,储液腔112和气流通道114均形成在壳体124内,壳体124内还开设有雾化腔。雾化元件126位于雾化腔内,雾化元件126与电路板128电连接。同时参见图5和图9,壳体124的另一端设置有开口,电路板128位于壳体124内,且电路板128覆盖壳体124的开口,电路板128上开设有进气孔129,通过在电路板128上开设进气孔129用于进气,结果简单,方便加工。
再参见图1、图2,在一实施例中,为了观察储液腔112内的烟液量,至少部分储液腔112的侧壁需要设置为透明或半透明状,壳体124的上开设有用于观察储液腔112内的烟液量的视窗350。
进一步的,在一实施例中,视窗350可以包括相对设置的第一窗口和第二窗口,第一窗口和第二窗口分别位于主体部110的两侧,且第一窗口和第二窗口均呈长条状,且第一窗口的延伸方向和第二窗口的延伸方向均与外壳300的延伸方向一致。一方面,第一窗口和第二窗口相对的透光,使用者可以清楚的观察到储液腔112内的烟液量,另一方面,使用者可以用两指分别从第一窗口和第二窗口夹住雾化芯100,方便的将雾化芯100从外壳300中取出。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,包括:
    主体部,所述主体部的内部开设有相对隔离的储液腔和气流通道;
    第一陶瓷密封件,所述第一陶瓷密封件设置在所述主体部上,所述第一陶瓷密封件上开设有注液孔,所述注液孔与所述储液腔连通;
    烟嘴部,所述烟嘴部与所述主体部滑动连接,所述烟嘴部上开设有吸气孔,所述烟嘴部相对所述主体部位于第一位置时,所述吸气孔与所述气流通道连通;
    第二陶瓷密封件,所述第二陶瓷密封件设置在所述烟嘴部上,所述第二陶瓷密封件的一侧面与所述第一陶瓷密封件的一侧面滑动抵接;所述烟嘴部位于所述第一位置时,所述第二陶瓷密封件覆盖所述注液孔,当所述烟嘴部由所述第一位置滑动到第二位置时,所述注液孔露出;以及
    弹性件,所述弹性件设置在所述第一陶瓷密封件和所述主体部之间及/或所述第二陶瓷密封件和所述烟嘴部之间,所述弹性件使所述第一陶瓷密封件和所述第二陶瓷密封件相互压紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述烟嘴部上设置有用于推动所述烟嘴部相对所述主体部滑动的弧面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述弧面的形状与嘴唇的形状相适应。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述弧面呈向所述烟嘴部的内部凹陷状。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述烟嘴部上还设置有顶面和四个侧面,所述吸气孔的开口处位于所述顶面上,四个所述侧面依次连接,且均相对所述顶面垂直;所述弧面连接所述顶面和其中三个所述侧面。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述气流通道位于所述储液腔的一侧,所述气流通道的横截面呈扁形;所述吸气孔的横截面呈扁形。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述第一陶瓷密封件上还开设有第一通气孔,所述第一通气孔与所述气流通道连通;所述第二陶瓷密封件上开设有第二通气孔,所述第二通气孔与所述吸气孔连通;
    所述第一通气孔的位置与所述第二通气孔的位置相对应;所述烟嘴位于所述第一位置时,所述第一通气孔与所述第二通气孔连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述弹性件的材质为弹性胶。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述弹性胶为弹性硅胶。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括第一弹性件和第二弹性件;
    所述第一弹性件位于所述第一陶瓷密封件和所述主体部之间,所述第一弹性件覆盖所述第一陶瓷密封件的与滑动抵接所述第二陶瓷密封件的一侧面相对的侧面;
    所述第二弹性件位于所述第二陶瓷密封件和所述主体部之间,所述第二弹性件覆盖所述第二陶瓷密封件的与滑动抵接所述第一陶瓷密封件的一侧面相对的侧面。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述主体部上开设有第一安装槽,所述第一陶瓷密封件和所述第一弹性件均位于所述第一安装槽内;
    所述烟嘴部上开设有第二安装槽,所述第二陶瓷密封件和所述第二弹性件均位于所述第二安装槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述主体部上设置有滑块,所述烟嘴部上开设有滑槽,所述滑块位于所述滑槽内与所述烟嘴部滑动连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,所述滑块的一侧设置有钩部,所述滑槽的侧壁上开设有卡接槽,所述钩部位于所述卡接槽中,当所述滑块在所述滑槽内滑动时,所述钩部在所述卡接槽内滑动。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的雾化芯,其特征在于,主体部包括壳体、雾化元件和用于与电池组件电连接的电路板;所述烟嘴部位于所述壳体的一端,所述储液腔和所述气流通道均形成在所述壳体内,所述壳体内还开设有雾化腔;所述雾化元件位于所述雾化腔内,所述雾化元件与所述电路板电连接;
    所述壳体的另一端设置有开口,所述电路板位于所述壳体内,且所述电路板覆盖所述壳体的开口,所述电路板上开设有进气孔。
  15. 一种电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的雾化芯,以及
    外壳,所述外壳的内部开设有容纳腔,所述主体部位于所述容纳腔内,至少部分所述烟嘴部位于所述容纳腔的外部。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述外壳还开设有安装口,所述安装口位于所述容纳腔的一端,所述主体部通过所述安装口伸入所述容纳腔中,与所述外壳可拆卸的连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述烟嘴部上设置有挡块,当所述烟嘴部相对所述主体部位于所述第一位置且所述主体部位于所述容纳腔内时,至少部分所述挡块位于所述容纳腔内,所述挡块与所述外壳的位于所述安装口处的内壁抵接;所述主体部的边缘处开设有用于容置所述挡块的容置槽。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,至少部分所述储液腔的侧壁呈透明或半透明状,所述壳体的上开设有用于观察所述储液腔内的烟液量的视窗。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述视窗包括相对设置的第一窗口和第二窗口,所述第一窗口和所述第二窗口分别位于所述主体部的两侧,且所述第一窗口和所述第二窗口均呈长条状,且所述第一窗口的延伸方向和所述第二窗口的延伸方向均与所述外壳的延伸方向一致。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求15至19中任一项所述的雾化器,以及
    电池组件,所述电池组件位于所述容纳腔内,与所述雾化芯电连接。
