【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及烟具的技术领域,特别是涉及一种电子烟及其雾化器。
【背景技术】
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器。电子烟一般包括储液器、设置在储液器一端的雾化器、以及设置在储液器另一端的烟嘴。当储液器的烟油用完了之后,一般需要拧开烟嘴往储液器里面注液。
上述注液方式容易误操作,导致烟液漏出,而且儿童很容易拧开烟嘴,从而接触其中的烟油,存在儿童误食烟液的危险。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种能够避免误打开的电子烟及其雾化器。
一种电子烟的雾化器,包括:
储液组件,所述储液组件的内部开设有储液腔;
雾化芯,所述雾化芯位于所述储液腔内;
通气组件,包括固定部和活动部,所述固定部与所述储液组件螺纹连接,以封闭所述储液腔,所述活动部套设在所述固定部上;以及
烟嘴,所述烟嘴穿过所述活动部与所述固定部螺纹连接,且所述活动部被夹持在所述烟嘴和所述固定部之间;
其中,所述固定部上开设有环状的滑动槽,所述滑动槽包括均呈环状的第一位置和第二位置;所述通气组件还包括卡块和限位块;
所述卡块设置在所述活动部的侧壁上,且所述卡块位于所述滑动槽内,当所述烟嘴相对的旋入所述固定部时,所述卡块位于所述第一位置,转动所述活动部,所述卡块能够在所述第一位置滑动;
所述限位块设置在所述固定部上,且所述限位块位于所述第二位置;当所述烟嘴相对的旋出所述固定部时,所述卡块能够移动至所述第二位置,转动所述活动部,所述卡块能够与所述限位块抵接,以带动所述固定部转动。

进一步的,在其中一个实施例中,储液组件100还包括连接件240,连接件240位于管状部140的相对远离底座160的一端,连接件240与雾化芯300连接,且连接件240和固定部520螺纹连接。管状部140一般为透明或半透明的玻璃材质,连接件240可以是金属件,设置连接件240分别与雾化芯300和固定部520连接,可以提高结构的机械强度,提高连接的可靠性。在本实施例中,连接件240与雾化芯300可以螺纹连接,在其他实施例中,连接件240与雾化芯300的连接方式也可以是铆接等其他固定连接方式。
参见图2、图3和图7,再进一步的,在一实施例中,储液组件100还包括支撑套260,支撑套260套设在管状部140上,支撑套260的两端分别与连接件240和底座160固定连接,支撑套260可以增强结构强度。雾化芯300的负极依次通过连接件240和支撑套260与底座160电连接,雾化芯300的负极可以通过底座160与供电装置20的电连接。
同时参见图8,在其中一个实施例中,连接件240上开设有注液孔242,且连接件240和固定部520螺纹连接时,通气组件500能够封闭注液孔242。需要注入烟液时,可以将通气组件500从储液组件100上拆下来,从连接件240上的注液孔242注入烟液,无需从储液组件100中拆卸出雾化芯300,避免雾化芯300被污染。同时可以避免烟液滴落,以及因雾化芯300拆卸后注入过多的烟液后,装进雾化芯300时出现烟液漫出的情况,从而避免浪费和污染环境。
同时参见图3、图9,在其中一个实施例中,雾化芯300包括外管320、内管340和雾化元件360,外管320套设在内管340上,内管340的内部开设有雾化腔,雾化元件360位于雾化腔内。内管340上开设有均与雾化腔连通的进气孔342和进液孔344,且内管340的外壁上开设有连通进气孔342的进气槽346,以及连通进液孔344的进液槽348,外管320使进气槽346和进液槽348隔离。进气孔342、进液孔344、进气槽346和进液槽348均开设在内管340上,组装时无需对位,直接将外管320套在内管340上,即可形成畅通的用于进气的通道和用于进液的通道,组装方便,提高了加工效率。
雾化元件360呈管状,在一实施例中,雾化元件360包括发热件362和设置在发热件362外部的导液棉364,导液棉364封堵进液孔344,在本实施例中,发热件362为管状的陶瓷发热体,在其他实施例中,发热件362也可以是螺旋管状的发热丝。在一实施例中,固定部520上开设有均与外界连通的进气通道528和出气通道529,进气通道528与进气槽346连通,出气通道529与雾化腔的出气口连通,储液腔120与进液槽348连通。在一实施例中,雾化芯300包括第二正极连接件380,第二正极连接件380与内管340连接,且位于内管340的远离固定部520的一端,第二正极连接件380与雾化元件360的正极电连接,第二正极连接件380可以与第一正极连接件180抵接且电连接。在一实施例中,雾化元件360的负极可以与外管320电连接,外管320依次通过连接件240和支撑套260与底座160电连接,进而与供电装置20的电连接。
在其中一个实施例中,雾化芯300包括一与通气组件500连接的顶端及一远离通气组件500的底端,在一实施例中,第二正极连接件380可以位于该底端。进气槽346延伸至顶端,进液槽348延伸至底端,以方便布设分别与进气槽346和进液槽348连通的通道。进一步的,在一实施例中,进气孔342与底端的距离小于进液孔344与底端的距离。使用时,进气孔342位于进液孔344的下方,利于气流带走雾化气体。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,包括:
    储液组件,所述储液组件的内部开设有储液腔;
    雾化芯,所述雾化芯位于所述储液腔内;
    通气组件,包括固定部和活动部,所述固定部与所述储液组件螺纹连接,以封闭所述储液腔,所述活动部套设在所述固定部上;以及
    烟嘴,所述烟嘴穿过所述活动部与所述固定部螺纹连接,且所述活动部被夹持在所述烟嘴和所述固定部之间;
    其中,所述固定部上开设有环状的滑动槽,所述滑动槽包括均呈环状的第一位置和第二位置;所述通气组件还包括卡块和限位块;
    所述卡块设置在所述活动部的侧壁上,且所述卡块位于所述滑动槽内,当所述烟嘴相对的旋入所述固定部时,所述卡块位于所述第一位置,转动所述活动部,所述卡块能够在所述第一位置滑动;
    所述限位块设置在所述固定部上,且所述限位块位于所述第二位置;当所述烟嘴相对的旋出所述固定部时,所述卡块能够移动至所述第二位置,转动所述活动部,所述卡块能够与所述限位块抵接,以带动所述固定部转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述通气组件还包括弹性件,所述弹性件分别与所述固定部和所述活动部连接,当所述烟嘴相对的旋入所述固定部时,所述活动部挤压所述弹性件;当所述烟嘴相对的旋出所述固定部时,所述弹性件推动所述活动部移动,使所述卡块移动至所述第二位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述固定部上开设有安装槽,所述弹性件位于所述安装槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述活动部上开设有第一通气孔,所述固定部上开设有与所述雾化芯的雾化腔连通的第二通气孔,转动所述活动部能够控制所述第一通气孔和所述第二通气孔的重合面积。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一通气孔包括多个大小不同的子进气孔,所述第二通气孔的数量为一个,转动所述活动部能够控制使不同的所述子进气孔与所述第二通气孔对准。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一通气孔和所述第二通气孔均呈圆弧状。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述固定部上还开设有用于将所述卡块安装进所述滑动槽的安装开口,所述安装开口连通所述滑动槽,所述安装开口的横截面的面积略小于所述卡块的横截面的面积。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储液组件包括管状部、底座、第一正极连接件和绝缘套,所述底座位于所述管状部的一端,所述第一正极连接件设置在所述底座上,所述绝缘套套设在所述第一正极连接件上,且位于所述第一正极连接件和所述底座之间,使所述第一正极连接件和所述底座绝缘连接;
    所述雾化芯包括第二正极连接件,所述雾化芯与所述储液组件固定连接时,所述第二正极连接件与所述第一正极连接件抵触电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储液组件还包括连接件,所述连接件位于所述管状部的相对远离所述底座的一端,所述连接件与所述雾化芯连接,且所述连接件和所述固定部螺纹连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述储液组件还包括支撑套,所述支撑套套设在所述管状部上,所述支撑套的两端分别与所述连接件和所述底座固定连接;所述雾化芯的负极依次通过所述连接件和所述支撑套与所述底座电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述连接件与所述雾化芯螺纹连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述连接件上开设有注液孔,且所述连接件和所述固定部螺纹连接时,所述通气组件能够封闭所述注液孔。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯包括外管、内管和雾化元件,所述外管套设在所述内管上,所述内管的内部开设有雾化腔,所述雾化元件位于所述雾化腔内;
    所述内管上开设有均与所述雾化腔连通的进气孔和进液孔,且所述内管的外壁上开设有连通所述进气孔的进气槽,以及连通所述进液孔的进液槽,所述外管使所述进气槽和所述进液槽隔离。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化元件呈管状,所述雾化元件包括发热件和设置在所述发热件外部的导液棉,所述导液棉封堵所述进液孔。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述固定部上开设有均与外界连通的进气通道和出气通道,所述进气通道与所述进气槽连通,所述出气通道与所述雾化腔的出气口连通,所述储液腔与所述进液槽连通。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯包括第二正极连接件,所述第二正极连接件与所述内管连接,且位于所述内管的远离所述固定部的一端,所述第二正极连接件与所述雾化元件的正极电连接。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯包括一与所述通气组件连接的顶端及一远离所述通气组件的底端,所述进气槽延伸至所述顶端,所述进液槽延伸至所述底端。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于,所述进气孔与所述底端的距离小于所述进液孔与所述底端的距离。
  19. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括供电装置和权利要求1所述的雾化器,所述供电装置与所述雾化器电连接。
