其中,烟嘴10包括烟嘴盖101和烟嘴帽102,烟嘴盖101和烟嘴帽102还包括与烟道202连通的烟嘴口,烟嘴盖101用于密封储液腔201并与烟道202连接,烟嘴盖101还包括一用于安装第一密封环401的侧面凹槽,提高储液腔201的密封性;烟嘴帽102是塑胶材料构成,便于吸烟。
其中,电子烟雾化器还包括一转接环50,用于固定卡座31和烟雾管20,并用于转接电子烟雾化器的其他组件,还用于包裹卡座31,卡座31防止漏电。转接环50包括一入气口,便于吸烟。
其中,空气通道主要是指由转接环50和卡座31组成的中空结构,空气通道与烟道202、烟嘴口和入气口连通,空气顺着入气口进入空气通道,并带动在发热模块32上雾化后的烟,顺着烟道202由烟嘴口进入人体口腔。
进一步地,并参考图3,提供一种卡座31的较佳实施例,图3是电子烟雾化器的卡座的结构示意图。
卡座31包括由外到内配合安装的外卡座313、中卡座312和内卡座311。外卡座313和内卡座311是导电卡座,中卡座312是绝缘卡座,中卡座312嵌套于外卡座313与内卡座311之间,并用于绝缘隔离外卡座313和内卡座311及密封储液腔。
由于外卡座313和内卡座311的导电性,发热丝322的两端分别与外卡座313和内卡座311电连接,外卡座313和内卡座311设有相反电极,如电流由外卡座313流向发热丝322,再由发热丝322流向内卡座311,发热丝322通电后发热。
为了保证电流的正常流通并且防止短路,本发明通过设置在卡座31上的端面槽实现。具体如下:端面槽分别设置在外卡座313、中卡座312和内卡座311的端面的两侧,端面是容置发热模块32的一侧面,且由于发热模块32为圆柱体形状,端面槽在外卡座313、中卡座312和内卡座311配合安装时,设置在同一轴线上,当然若发热模块32为其他形状时,端面槽设置在相应的位置上。
进而,外卡座313和内卡座311的端面槽分别包括大端面槽和小端面槽,外卡座313的大端面槽和内卡座311的小端面槽设置在同一侧。发热模块32放置在卡座31上时,在设有外卡座313的大端面槽和内卡座311的小端面槽的一侧面处,陶瓷基体321卡套在内卡座311的小端面槽上,发热丝322与内卡座311电连接,而外卡座313的大端面槽无法与陶瓷基体321连接,发热丝322不与外卡座313电连接;同理,另一侧发热丝322与外卡座313连接,即发热丝322一端与外卡座313电连接,一端与内卡座311电连接,形成通电回路。
为了便于发热模块32的生产安装,实现自动化安装,端面槽优选为'U'型槽。
其中,外卡座313还包括用于与转接环50配合连接的螺纹结构、用于安装第二密封环402的侧面凹槽,提高储液腔201的密封性,外卡座313分别与转接环50配合安装,用于支撑中卡座312和内卡座311。
进一步地,并参考图4和图5,提供一种发热模块的较佳实施例,图4是电子烟雾化器的发热模块的结构示意图,图5是电子烟雾化器的发热模块的分解示意图。
发热模块32还包括设置在陶瓷基体321两端的连接端子323,连接端子323包括设置在两侧的第一连接端子3231和第二连接端子3232,陶瓷基体321通过连接端子323抵靠在端面槽。连接端子323为导电体,发热丝322与连接端子323连接,并通过连接端子323分别与外卡座313和内卡座311电连接。
其中,连接端子323包括与陶瓷基体321的中空微孔结构相配合的端子通孔,陶瓷基体321的中空微孔结构通过连接端子323与储液腔201连通。
如图6所示,本发明提供一种卡座和发热模块安装的较佳实施例,其中 图6是电子烟雾化器的卡座和发热模块的结构示意图 。
将发热模块32放置在卡座31时,第一连接端子3231与内卡座311的小端面槽连接,并与内卡座311通电,第二连接端子3232与外卡座313的小端面槽连接,并与外卡座313通电。
本发明中,雾化组件30还包括与烟雾管20配合安装的上盖33,上盖33包括上盖通孔,发热模块32设置在上盖33和卡座31之间,空气通道通过上盖通孔与烟道202连接。
其中,上盖33包括内塑胶垫331,内塑胶垫331分别与发热模块32和中卡座312配合安装。上盖33的端部设有与发热模块32和中卡座312配合的'U'型槽。
其中,上盖33的端部与烟道202配合安装,并通过'O'型垫片60进行锁定及密封,防止烟液倒灌。
本发明中,电子烟雾化器的装配过程大致如下:首先将发热丝322缠绕在陶瓷基体321上,再合上连接端子323,然后装入卡座31的两个端面槽中,其中卡座31通过外卡座313、中卡座312和内卡座311进行嵌套获得,外卡座313和内卡座311上安装电源并与发热丝322(通过连接端子323)连接,再安装上盖33、烟雾管20、烟嘴盖101和转接环50,完成安装操作。其中,电子烟雾化器的装配顺序也可以根据需要适当调整,便于实现全自动化生产。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括雾化组件、烟雾管和烟嘴,所述烟雾管包括存储烟液的储液腔和烟道,该烟雾管分别与雾化组件和烟嘴配合安装,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括:
    卡座,其包括与烟道连通的空气通道和用于容置发热模块的端面槽;
    发热模块,其包括陶瓷基体和缠绕在该陶瓷基体上的发热丝,该发热丝与卡座电连接,该陶瓷基体为中空微孔结构,其与储液腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡座包括外卡座、中卡座和内卡座,该外卡座和内卡座是导电卡座,该中卡座是绝缘卡座,该中卡座嵌套于外卡座与内卡座之间,用于绝缘隔离外卡座和内卡座及密封储液腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述发热丝的两端分别与外卡座和内卡座电连接,该外卡座和内卡座设有相反电极。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述端面槽分别设置在外卡座、中卡座和内卡座的端面的两侧,该端面槽在外卡座、中卡座和内卡座配合安装时,设置在同一轴线上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述外卡座和内卡座的端面槽分别包括大端面槽和小端面槽,该外卡座的大端面槽和内卡座的小端面槽设置在同一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述端面槽为'U'型槽。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括与烟雾管配合安装的上盖,该上盖包括上盖通孔,该发热模块设置在上盖和卡座之间,该空气通道通过上盖通孔与烟道连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖包括内塑胶垫,该内塑胶垫分别与发热模块和中卡座配合安装。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述发热模块还包括设置在陶瓷基体两端的连接端子,该发热丝与连接端子连接,并通过连接端子分别与外卡座和内卡座电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接端子包括与陶瓷基体的中空微孔结构相配合的端子通孔。
