支架 40 包括筒体 430 、筒盖 440 、延伸部 410 和卡合部 420 ,筒体 430 为中空的筒状且其两端开口,筒盖 440 盖设在筒体 430 的一端。筒体 430 上开设有间隔设置的凹槽 432 ,从而将筒体 430 分为几个部分,该凹槽 432 用于气流流通。
延伸部 410 为中空的圆筒状,沿筒盖 440 的中轴线延伸,垂直设置在筒盖 440 上并与筒盖 440 接触,且筒盖 440 上与延伸部 410 的中空的筒状相对的位置上也是中空的,延伸部 410 与筒体 430 之间设有一定距离,便于气流的流通,具体地延伸部 410 向靠近雾化座 20 的一侧延伸并延伸出筒体 430 一定距离,即延伸部 410 的长度大于筒体 430 的长度。延伸部 410 的侧壁上还开设有用于气流流通的第二通孔 412 ,该第二通孔 412 与延伸部 410 中空的内部相通。
卡合部 420 也为中空的圆筒状,其垂直于筒盖 440 并与筒盖 440 接触,但其延伸方向与延伸部 410 相反,即卡合部 420 设置在靠近密封件 30 的一侧。具体在本实施方式中,卡合部 420 的数量为两个,设置在筒盖 440 上与凹槽 432 相对应的位置处,且卡合部 420 的直径小于延伸部 410 的直径,并相对于延伸部 410 的中轴线对称设置。
本实施例中,支架 40 为一体成型结构,加工工艺简单,整体效果好。且支架 40 采用硬质塑胶原料制成,如采用 ABS 、 PC 、 PA 中的一种或其混合物制成。
如图 7 所示,密封件 30 用于固定支架 20 ,并使密封件 30 与壳体 10 的内表面过盈配合,防止烟油的泄漏。密封件 30 设有凹部 310 和第三通孔 340 ,凹部 310 从密封件 30 的一端向下凹陷形成,且凹部 310 的尺寸大小与卡合部 420 相适配,以使卡合部 420 能够固定在凹部 310 内。第三通孔 340 用于流通从电池 50 端部流进来的气体,并与延伸部 410 中空的内部结构相通,并与延伸部 410 同轴设置。具体在本实施方式中,凹部 310 为两个,并与上述两个卡合部 420 一一对应,第三通孔 340 开设在两个凹部 310 的之间。密封件 30 由软胶原料制成,如聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯树脂、 EVA 中的一种或其混合物制成。
密封件 30 的外侧设有间隔设置的第一环形凸缘 320 和第二环形凸缘 330 ,第一环形凸缘 320 设置在密封件 30 靠近支架 40 的一侧,且第一环形凸缘 320 和第二环形凸缘 330 均与壳体 10 过盈配合。即密封件 30 与壳体 10 过盈配合,有效地防止了雾化座 20 内的烟油流入电池腔体内,形成了防止烟油泄漏的第二保护层。与现有技术相比,雾化座 20 和密封件 30 均与壳体 10 过盈配合,形成了防止烟油泄漏流入电池腔体内的双层保护。
本发明的电子烟,雾化座 20 与壳体 10 过盈配合,然后将支架 40 上的延伸部 410 插入雾化座盖 230 上的第一贯穿孔 212 内,再将密封件 30 与壳体 10 过盈配合并使密封件 30 上的凹部 310 与支架 40 上的卡合部 420 卡合固定,从而将雾化座 20 、支架 40 和密封件 30 固定连接起来。当将雾化座 20 、支架 40 和密封件 30 连接起来后,壳体 10 上的进气孔 120 与间隙 110 、凹槽 432 、第二通孔 412 、第一通孔 210 相连通形成第一气流流通通道,即外界大气可以从壳体 10 的中部进入电子烟内;而且密封件 30 上的第三通孔 340 与第一通孔 210 相连通形成第二气流流通通道,使从电子烟的灯帽一端进入的气体可以在电子烟内流通。通过第一气流流通通道和第二气流流通通道的形成,使雾化产生的烟雾快速地带至吸嘴处供用户吸食,提高用户体验。
另一方面,本发明将支架 40 的两端分别插入雾化座 20 和密封件 30 中,在电子烟组装完成后,雾化座 20 、密封件 30 和支架 40 组合成一个整体,增加了其导向长度,且支架 40 又是由硬质材料制成的,可有效防止雾化座 20 和密封件 30 倾斜,具有极好的防漏油作用。而且雾化座 20 和密封件 30 均与壳体 10 过盈配合,形成了防止烟油泄漏的双层保护,杜绝了漏油现象的发生,提高了用户体验。
如图 8 和图 9 所示,本发明第二实施例提供的电子烟与第一实施例的不同在于:支架 40 上只设有一个卡合部 420 ,相应地密封件 30 只设有一个收纳卡合部 420 的凹部 310 ;且雾化座盖 230 上只设有一个导线孔 232 ,且该导线孔 232 和卡合部 420 都设置在延伸部 410 的同一侧,则于电池 50 相连的两根导线均从该导线孔 232 内穿过,或其中一根导线从该导线孔 232 穿过。其它连接方式及结构与第一实施例相同,在此不在赘述。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括壳体( 10 )以及套设于所述壳体( 10 )内的雾化座( 20 )和电池( 50 ),所述雾化座( 20 )上设有第一通孔( 210 ),其特征在于,所述雾化座( 20 )和电池( 50 )之间设置有支架( 40 )和与所述支架( 40 )相配合的密封件( 30 ),所述支架( 40 )朝向所述雾化座( 20 )的一侧设有与所述第一通孔( 210 )相适配的延伸部( 410 ),所述延伸部( 410 ) 插入所述第一通孔( 210 )内用于防止所述雾化座( 20 )和密封件( 30 )之间发生倾斜,且所述密封件( 30 )套设于所述壳体( 10 )内并与所述壳体( 10 ) 内表面 过盈配合。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 沿 所述密封件( 30 ) 外周 间隔设置 有 第一环形凸缘( 320 )和第二环形凸缘( 330 ),所述第一环形凸缘( 320 )设置在密封件( 30 )靠近所述支架( 40 )的一侧,所述第一环形凸缘( 320 )和第二环形凸缘( 330 )均与所述壳体( 10 )过盈配合。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架( 40 )与所述壳体( 10 )之间设有用于气流流通的间隙( 110 )。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架( 40 )靠近所述密封件( 30 )的一侧设有卡合部( 420 ),所述密封件( 30 )上设有用于容纳所述卡合部( 420 )的凹部( 310 ),通过将所述卡合部( 420 )插设于所述凹部( 310 )内,所述延伸部( 410 )插入所述第一通孔( 210 )内,从而使所述雾化座( 20 )、支架( 40 )和密封件( 30 ) 依次固定 连接。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡合部( 420 )和凹部( 310 )的数量均为两个,所述两个卡合部( 420 )相对于所述延伸部( 410 )的中轴线对称设置,且所述凹部( 310 )与所述卡合部( 420 )一一对应设置。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化座( 20 )包括 内 中空的雾化座本体( 220 )、盖设在所述雾化座本体( 220 )一端 并设有 第一贯穿孔( 212 ) 的 雾化座盖( 230 ) 、及沿所述 第一贯穿孔( 212 ) 边缘向远离所述支架( 40 )的一侧延伸的 圆 柱体 ( 240 ) ,所述 圆 柱体 ( 240 ) 内形成有 第二贯穿孔( 214 ),所述第一贯穿孔( 212 )和第二贯穿孔( 214 )相通形成所述第一通孔( 210 )。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化座盖( 230 )上 还 开设有两个导线孔( 232 ),所述两个 导 线孔( 232 )分设在所述第一贯穿孔( 212 )的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化座盖( 230 )的外侧设有间隔设置的第三环形凸缘( 234 )和第四环形凸缘( 236 ),所述第三环形凸缘( 234 )和第四环形凸缘( 236 )均与所述壳体( 10 )过盈配合。
  9. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架( 40 )包括中空的筒体( 430 )及盖设在筒体( 430 )一端的筒盖( 440 ),所述筒体( 430 )上开设有间隔设置的凹槽( 432 )。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述延伸部( 410 ) 沿 所述筒盖( 440 )的中 轴线延伸 ,且所述延伸部( 410 )的侧壁上开设有用于气流流通的第二通孔( 412 )。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体( 10 )上 与所述间隙( 110 )相对应的位置处 设有进气孔( 120 ),所述进气孔( 120 )与所述间隙( 110 )、凹槽( 432 )、第二通孔( 412 )、第一通孔( 210 )相连通形成第一气流流通通道。
  12. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述筒体( 430 )的长度小于所述延伸部( 410 )的长度。
  13. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封件( 30 )上设有第三通孔( 340 ),所述延伸部( 410 )为中空的圆筒状,且所述第三通孔( 340 )与所述中空的延伸部( 410 )、第一通孔( 210 )相连通形成第二气流流通通道。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第三通孔( 340 )设置在所述两个凹部( 310 )之间 , 所述第三通孔( 340 ) 与 所述延伸部( 410 ) 同轴设置 。
  15. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架( 40 )由塑胶原料制成。
  16. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化座( 20 )和密封件( 30 ) 均 由 软 胶原料制成。
