实施本发明提供的电子烟的有益效果在于:本发明通过在电子烟的气流通道中设置调气阀以对气流通道的通气面积进行调节,该调气阀中设置有第一通气通道从而为电子烟的气流通道提供了最小的通气面积,使气流通道保持始终导通;该调气阀还设置有第二通气通道以及设置在第二通气通道上的活动件,该活动件可以根据吸烟时进气口的气流量对气流通道的通气面积进行调节。当吸烟者的肺活量大时,进气口的气流量大,活动件在气流作用下打开第二通气通道且打开的程度较大,从而增大了气流通道的通气面积;当吸烟者的肺活量小时,进气口的气流量小,活动件在气流作用下打开第二通气通道且打开的程度较小,气流通道的通气面积较小。

具体实施方式
本发明通过在电子烟的气流通道中设置调气阀以对气流通道的通气面积进行调节,该调气阀中设置有第一通气通道从而为电子烟的气流通道提供了最小的通气面积,使气流通道保持始终导通;该调气阀还设置有第二通气通道以及设置在第二通气通道上的活动件,该活动件可以根据吸烟时进气口的气流量对气流通道的通气面积进行调节。当吸烟者的肺活量大时,进气口的气流量大,活动件在气流作用下打开第二通气通道且打开的程度较大,从而增大了气流通道的通气面积;当吸烟者的肺活量小时,进气口的气流量小,活动件在气流作用下打开第二通气通道且打开的程度较小,气流通道的通气面积较小。
参考图 1 与图 2 ,本发明提供较佳实施例提供的电子烟的结构示意图。该电子烟包括电子烟本体。电子烟本体的外壁上设置有用于供气流进入的进气口和用于供烟雾排出的出气口,电子烟本体内设置有连通所述进气口与出气口并用于供气流流通的气流通道。电子烟本体还包括设置在气流通道中的用于调节气流通道的通气面积的调气阀。
具体地,电子烟本体包括内中空的外套管 102 、盖设在外套管 102 的一端的端盖 101 、盖设在外套管 102 的另一端的吸嘴盖 115 、沿从端盖 101 至吸嘴盖 115 的方向依次设置在外套管 102 内部的传感器 103 、电池 104 、支架 105 、雾化座 106 、雾化组件(未标号)、以及密封座 112 。雾化组件用于在吸烟时将烟油雾化形成烟雾。雾化组件通过雾化座 106 与密封座 112 固定安装在外套管 102 内,位于雾化座 106 与密封座 112 之间。雾化组件包括储油棉 107 、通气管 108 、无纺布制成的导油件 111 、加热烟油的电热丝组件 110 以及用于固定电热丝组件的固定套管 109 。同时,在雾化座 106 上开设有进气通道 300 ,供从进气口流入的气体进入雾化组件中;密封座 112 上开设有出烟口 400 ,供从雾化组件雾化后的烟雾随气流流动至出气口 200 中。该进气通道 300 、出烟口 400 均为气流通道的组成部分,进气通道 300 、出烟口 400 以及外套管 102 均同轴设置,以保证气流流通顺利。以上电子烟的零部件及其连接关系均为现有技术中常用的电子烟零部件及其连接关系,故在此不再详述。
吸嘴盖 115 上开设有供烟雾排出的出气口 200 。端盖 101 与外套管 102 的插接处开设有供外部气流进入的进气口(未示出)。外套管 102 内形成有连通进气口和出气口 200 的气流通道(见箭头标识的通道)。
在本实施例中,本发明提供的电子烟还包括安装在密封座 112 与吸嘴盖 115 之间的调气阀 113 。调气阀 113 通过固定基座 114 固定安装在外套管 102 内。具体地,固定基座 114 为两端贯通的筒体,其以过盈配合、粘接等方式与外套管 102 连接,且与外套管 102 的内壁间无缝隙的紧密贴合。调气阀 113 固定安装在固定基座 114 内,并与固定基座 114 的内壁无间隙地紧密贴合,从而防止气流从调气阀 113 与固定基座 114 之间泄露,降低调气阀 113 的调节功能。在其他实施例中,调气阀 113 也可以过盈配合、粘接等方式直接与外套管 102 紧密连接,而无需采用固定基座 114 。可以理解的是,调气阀 113 也可以安装在端盖 101 与电池 104 之间等等,即调气阀 113 可以安装在气流通道的任意位置上。本实施例中设置调气阀 113 的优势在于:该电子烟的气流通道的通气面积可以根据吸烟者肺活量的大小而进行调节。
在本实施例中,调气阀 113 包括隔设在气流通道中的阻隔主体 1132 ,阻隔主体 1132 中开设有用于保持气流通道始终导通的第一通气通道,第一通气通道的通气面积小于气流通道的进气口与出气口 200 的面积,即所述进气口与出气口 200 的面积均比所述第一通气通道的通气面积大。阻隔主体 1132 还开设有用于连通进气口及出气口 200 的第二通气通道,调气阀 113 还包括至少一个设置于所述第二通气通道上并与阻隔主体 1132 连接的活动件 1134 ,该活动件 1134 用于根据气流通道的进气口的气流量调节气流通道的通气面积。
具体地,参考图 3 ,本发明提供的调气阀 113 的第一实施例。在本实施例中,调气阀 113 包括阻隔主体 1132 和用于支撑阻隔主体 1132 的阀座 1131 。阀座 1131 大致呈两端贯通的筒体,阻隔主体 1132 盖设在阀座 1131 的一端上,调气阀 113 通过阀座 1131 与固定基座 114 紧密连接,阀座 1131 的形状与固定基座 114 的形状相适配,从而使两者在连接时紧密贴合。
在本实施例中,阻隔主体 1132 隔设在气流通道中,将气流通道完全隔开。阻隔主体 1132 中沿气流流向开设有贯穿该阻隔主体 1132 的用作所述第二通气通道的安装孔(未标号)。安装孔中安装有多个沿阻隔主体 1132 的径向分布的活动件 1134 ,该多个活动件 1134 的边缘与安装孔的轮廓相贴合,多个活动件 1134 沿垂直于气流流向的方向隔设在安装孔中,可根据吸烟状态控制安装孔的启闭状态。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,所述活动件 1134 也可以设置于所述安装孔的孔口外侧,即设置于所述第二通气通道的外侧并与所述阻隔主体 1132 铰接相连等,在此不作限定。
每个活动件 1134 呈薄片状,由硅胶等材料制成,其包括与安装孔的孔壁固定连接的连接端 1134a 以及可围绕该连接端 1134a 运动的活动端 1134b 。每个活动件 1134 的厚度从连接端 1134a 向活动端 1134b 的方向逐渐减小,这样的结构有利于连接端 1134a 对活动端 1134b 起到支撑作用,且活动端 1134b 的厚度薄,可以在较小作用力的作用下产生运动,从而增大活动端 1134b 的灵敏度。安装孔中的多个活动端 1134b 围合成通气孔 1133 ,且该通气孔 1133 的通气面积小于进气口和出气口 200 的面积。该通气孔 1133 用作保持气流通道始终导通的第一通气通道。在本实施例中,第一通气通道形成于第二通气通道中。
在未吸烟时,此种结构的阻隔主体 113 ,由于形成有第一通气通道,从而保持了气流通道的导通;吸烟时,各个活动件 1134 在吸烟产生的气流的作用下运动,活动端 1134b 均沿着气流流向运动,即围绕连接端 1134a 向出气口 200 的方向翻转,此时,第一通气通道的通气面积增大,从而增大了气流通道的通气面积。当吸烟者的肺活量大时,吸烟时进气口的气流量大,从而活动端 1134b 在气流作用下翻转的程度增大,从而进一步增加了第一通气通道的通气面积,进而增大了气流通道的通气面积。
参考图 4 ,本发明的调气阀 113 的第二实施例。本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于,阻隔主体 1132 的安装孔中活动件 1134 的分布不同,但活动件 1134 本身结构相同。在本实施例中,多个活动件 1134 沿径向间隔设置在安装孔中,每两个相邻的活动件 1134 之间形成通气间隙 1135 。该多个通气间隙 1135 构成了第一通气通道。在本实施例中,第一通气通道形成于第二通气通道中。第一通气通道的通气面积小于进气口和出气口 200 的面积。多个活动件 1134 的活动端 1134b 均在安装孔的中心区域汇聚,相互紧靠。在未吸烟时,通气间隙 1135 的存在确保了气流通道的导通;吸烟时,在气流作用下,活动端 1134b 围绕连接端 1134a 发生翻转,从而增大了通气间隙 1135 ,进而增大了气流通道的通气面积。当气流量越大时,气流的作用力越大,则活动端 1134b 相对连接端 1134a 翻转的程度越大,从而使得通气间隙 1135 越大,进而使气流通道的通气面积越大。
在本实施例中,通气间隙 1135 的宽度从阻隔主体 1132 的中心区域向其边缘区域逐渐增大,采用这种结构的优势在于,气流从缝隙通过使得活动件的灵敏度更好,而却未充分雾化的大颗粒的烟油可以得到阻挡以降低其被用户吸食的概率。
参考图 5 ,本发明的调气阀 113 的第三实施例。本实施例与前述两个实施例的区别在于:在本实施例中,安装孔(即第二通气通道)与第一通气通道相互错开设置,且仅设置一个活动件 1134 。
在本实施例中,阻隔主体 1132 中沿气流流向开设有贯穿该阻隔主体 1132 的第一通孔 1136 ,该第一通孔 1136 用作第一通气通道,且该第一通孔 1136 的通气面积小于进气口和出气口 200 的面积。该阻隔主体 1132 中与该第一通孔 1136 沿径向相对的位置上开设有供活动件 1134 安装的安装孔。该第一通孔 1136 与安装孔的位置相错开。当调气阀 113 安装在密封座 112 与吸嘴盖 115 之间时,阻隔主体 1132 隔设在出烟口 400 与出气口 200 之间,由于第一通孔 1136 与安装孔相互错开,从而使得第一通孔 1136 、安装孔均与出烟口 400 相互错开,从而避免雾化组件中未充分雾化的烟油颗粒进入吸烟者口中,降低了吸烟者吸食到烟油的概率。
参考图 6 ,本发明提供的调气阀 113 的第四实施例。本实施例与前三个实施例的区别在于:本实施例中,安装孔(即第二通气通道)与第一通气通道相互连通,但第一通气通道并不位于安装孔中。本实施例的阻隔主体 1132 的结构与第三实施例中阻隔主体 1132 的结构相似,阻隔主体 1132 中沿气流流向开设有贯穿该阻隔主体 1132 的第二通孔 1137 ,该第二通孔 1137 用作第一通气通道,且该第二通孔 1137 的通气面积小于进气口和出气口 200 的面积。该阻隔主体 1132 上还开设有供活动件 1134 安装的安装孔。安装孔与第二通孔 1137 相连通,活动件 1134 安装在安装孔中,活动件 1134 的活动端 1134b 延伸至安装孔与第二通孔 1137 的邻接处。吸烟时,在气流作用下,活动端 1134b 围绕连接端 1134a 发生翻转,从而增大了第二通孔 1137 的通气面积,进而增大了气流通道的通气面积。
具体地,本发明的调气阀 113 的第一至第四实施例中,调气阀 113 可以是硅胶材料制成的硅胶套,硅胶套一端的端壁经冲压成形出该第一通气通道、第二通气通道及活动件 1134 ,即活动件 1134 为硅胶套端壁上的一部分。
当然,调气阀 113 也可以是硅胶材料制成的硅胶片,且在硅胶片上冲压形成该第一通气通道、第二通气通道及活动件 1134 。
可以理解的是,本发明提供的调气阀 113 可以安装在任何类型的电子烟中,实现对电子烟的气流通道的通气面积的调节。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种调气阀,用于安装在电子烟的气流通道中以调节所述气流通道的通气面积,其特征在于,
    所述调气阀( 113 )包括隔设在所述气流通道中的阻隔主体( 1132 ),所述阻隔主体( 1132 )中开设有用于保持所述气流通道始终导通的第一通气通道,所述第一通气通道的通气面积小于所述气流通道的进气口及出气口( 200 )的面积;
    所述阻隔主体( 1132 )还开设有用于连通所述进气口及出气口( 200 )的第二通气通道,所述调气阀( 113 )还包括至少一个设置于所述第二通气通道上并与所述阻隔主体( 1132 )连接的活动件( 1134 ),所述活动件( 1134 )用于根据所述气流通道的进气口的气流量调节所述气流通道的通气面积。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的调气阀,其特征在于,所述阻隔主体( 1132 )中沿气流流向开设有贯穿所述阻隔主体( 1132 )的、用于安装所述活动件( 1134 )并用作所述第二通气通道的安装孔。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的调气阀,其特征在于,所述活动件( 1134 )包括与所述阻隔主体( 1132 )连接的连接端( 1134a )以及可围绕所述连接端( 1134a )运动并用于根据吸烟状态控制所述安装孔启闭的活动端( 1134b )。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的调气阀,其特征在于,所述活动件( 1134 )呈薄片状,所述活动件( 1134 )的厚度从所述连接端( 1134a )向所述活动端( 1134b )逐渐减少。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的调气阀,其特征在于,所述调气阀( 113 )包括多个所述活动件( 1134 ),所述多个活动件( 1134 )沿径向安装在所述安装孔中,所述多个活动件( 1134 )的活动端( 1134b )围合成通气孔( 1133 ),所述通气孔( 1133 )用作所述第一通气通道。
  6. 根据权利要求 4 所述的调气阀,其特征在于,所述调气阀( 113 )包括多个所述活动件( 1134 ),所述多个活动件( 1134 )沿径向间隔设置在所述安装孔中,每两个相邻的活动件( 1134 )之间形成通气间隙( 1135 ),所述多个通气间隙( 1135 )形成所述第一通气通道。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的调气阀,其特征在于,所述通气间隙( 1135 )的宽度从所述阻隔主体( 1132 )的中心区域向边缘区域逐渐增大。
  8. 根据权利要求 2 所述的调气阀,其特征在于,所述安装孔与所述第一通气通道间隔设置。
  9. 根据权利要求 2 所述的调气阀,其特征在于,所述安装孔与所述第一通气通道相连通。
  10. 根据权利要求 1 所述的调气阀,其特征在于,所述调气阀( 113 )还包括用于支撑所述阻隔主体( 1132 )的且两端贯通的阀座( 1131 ),所述阻隔主体( 1132 )盖设在所述阀座( 1131 )的一端上。
  11. 根据权利要求 1 所述的调气阀,其特征在于,所述调气阀( 113 )为硅胶套,所述硅胶套的一端的端壁冲压形成所述第一通气通道、第二通气通道及所述活动件( 1134 )。
  12. 根据权利要求 1 所述的调气阀,其特征在于,所述调气阀( 113 )为硅胶片,所述硅胶片冲压形成所述第一通气通道、第二通气通道及所述活动件( 1134 )。
  13. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体的外壁上设置有用于供气流进入的进气口和用于供烟雾排出的出气口( 200 ),所述电子烟本体内设置有连通所述进气口与出气口( 200 )并用于供气流流通的气流通道,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括用于调节所述气流通道的通气面积的调气阀( 113 );
    所述调气阀( 113 )包括隔设在所述气流通道中的阻隔主体( 1132 ),所述阻隔主体( 1132 )中开设有用于保持所述气流通道始终导通的第一通气通道,所述第一通气通道的通气面积小于所述气流通道的进气口及出气口( 200 )的面积;
    所述阻隔主体( 1132 )还开设有用于连通所述进气口及出气口( 200 )的第二通气通道,所述调气阀( 113 )还包括至少一个设置于所述第二通气通道上并与所述阻隔主体( 1132 )连接的活动件( 1134 ),所述活动件( 1134 )用于根据所述气流通道的进气口的气流量调节所述气流通道的通气面积。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述阻隔主体( 1132 )中沿气流流向开设有贯穿所述阻隔主体( 1132 )的、用于安装所述活动件( 1134 )并用作所述第二通气通道的安装孔。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述活动件( 1134 )包括与所述阻隔主体( 1132 )连接的连接端( 1134a )以及可围绕所述连接端( 1134a )运动并用于根据吸烟状态控制所述安装孔启闭的活动端( 1134b )。
  16. 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述活动件( 1134 )呈薄片状,所述活动件( 1134 )的厚度从所述连接端( 1134a )向所述活动端( 1134b )逐渐递减。
  17. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述调气阀( 113 )包括多个所述活动件( 1134 ),所述多个活动件( 1134 )沿径向安装在所述安装孔中,所述多个活动件( 1134 )的活动端( 1134b )围合成通气孔( 1133 ),所述通气孔( 1133 )用作所述第一通气通道。
  18. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述调气阀( 113 )包括多个所述活动件( 1134 ),所述多个活动件( 1134 )沿径向间隔设置在所述安装孔中,每两个相邻的活动件( 1134 )之间形成通气间隙( 1135 ),所述多个通气间隙( 1135 )形成所述第一通气通道。
  19. 根据权利要求 18 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述通气间隙( 1135 )的宽度从所述阻隔主体( 1132 )的中心区域向边缘区域逐渐增大。
  20. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述调气阀( 113 )还包括用于支撑所述阻隔主体( 1132 )的且两端贯通的阀座( 1131 ),所述阻隔主体( 1132 )盖设在所述阀座( 1131 )的一端上;所述调气阀( 113 )通过所述阀座( 1131 )与所述电子烟本体连接。
