Description

电子烟及其进气量调节方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种 电子烟及其进气量调节方法 。
背景技术
在如图 1 所示的现有技术中的电子烟中,包括可拆卸的相互连接的吸烟端 11 、雾化器 12 、电池杆组件 13 和安装在雾化器 12 内的储油器 14 ,雾化器 12 与电池杆组件 13 同轴设置,形成储油器 14 与电池杆组件 13 上下串行连接的放置形式。

发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于为解决现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种携带方便,进气孔大小可根据使用人数自由调节的电子烟及其进气量调节方法。

实施本发明的电子烟及其进气量调节方法,具有以下有益效果:拨动调节件以调整第一进气通道和第二进气通道的连接处的通气面积的大小,满足用户对于不同进气量的需求;在增设的凹槽结构中移动调节件来调整进气量大小,可有效节省现有调节件的安装空间,档位调节更加直观,更加便于使用者的使用;设置定位结构以进一步将用户对于不同进气量的需求固化在有限个数的档位上,不仅便于用户快速选择得到自己所需要的进气量 ,而且避免调节件因受到误触动而改变通气量,可有效地解决调节件因沾染烟油而容易滑动导致位置不可控的问题;此外,通过将雾化组件与电池组件平行并列设置,使得电子烟的总长度减小,携带方便,结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好;同时,电子烟的直径更大可增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣以满足经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的需求。

底座 8 内固定有控制电路板 801 和充电座 802 ,控制电路板 801 通过螺钉固定且与充电座 802 电连接,可拆卸地安装在内支架 408 内的电池组件 3 的端部伸入底座 8 内并与控制电路板 801 电连接。
如图 6 所示,为满足多人同时吸食的需要,本实施例所提供的电子烟采用三个雾化组件 2 并列设置,并在雾化组件 2 之间安装有两个气流感应器 9 ,气流感应器 9 与雾化组件 2 绕电子烟本体的中心轴间隔分布。

如图 7 所示,调节件 6 包括容置于凹槽 402 内的挡板 602 以及设置在挡板 602 上的拨块 603 。优选的,挡板 602 与拨块 603 为一体成型结构,挡板 602 在与外壳体 5 相贴合的表面上局部向外延伸出拨块 603 ,拨块 603 位于挡板 602 的一端。拨动拨块 603 可以使位于第一进气通道 501 与第二进气通道 401 之间的挡板 602 在凹槽 402 内移动。
此外,挡板 602 应能完全遮挡第二进气通道 401 ,且挡板 602 的一侧与凹槽 602 的底面尽量贴合,其另一侧与外壳体 5 尽量贴合,从而减少气体的泄漏,提高密封性能。
优选的,拨块 603 穿过并突出于第一进气通道 501 以便于使用者拨动。
如图 8 所示,安装支架 4 上开设有用于容置调节件 6 并限定其范围的凹槽 402 ,凹槽 402 底部的一端开设有第二进气通道 401 。在本实施例中,凹槽 402 沿周向设置在安装支架 4 上,使得调节件 6 的移动方向也是绕电子烟本体的中心轴周向移动,可以理解的是,凹槽 402 的具体位置和延伸方向不作具体限定,凹槽 402 在电子烟本体中心轴上的投影可以与中心轴重合或相交。
挡板 602 在与定位件 7 相邻的侧边上开设有多个与定位件 7 相匹配的卡位 601 ,用于与定位件 7 卡合以限制其移动,从而实现档位调节的目的。
结合图 9 ,安装支架 4 在 凹槽 402 的一侧开设有用于容置定位件 7 的安装孔 404 ,该安装孔 404 与 凹槽 402 相连通,定位件 7 可以通过两者的连通处伸至凹槽 402 内与挡板 602 上的卡位 601 卡合,从而限制定位件 7 的移动。
定位件 7 包括一两端相对折弯的弹片 701 以及分别设置在弹片 701 两端的第一连接片 702 和第二连接片 703 ,安装支架 4 在安装孔 404 的两侧分别开设有用于固定第一连接片 702 和第二连接片 703 的第一固定槽 405 和第二固定槽 406 ,第一固定槽 405 和第二固定槽 406 与安装孔 404 连通。弹片 701 的折弯处 与每一卡位 601 相适配,弹片 701 的折弯处通过安装孔 404 与 凹槽 402 的连通处伸至 凹槽 402 内并可选择性地与一卡位 601 卡合连接。优选的,弹片 701 的折弯处为圆弧状,卡位 601 的底面也为与之相匹配的弧形,这样可以使调节件 6 在换挡时更顺畅,提高用户体验。
优选的,第一连接片 702 和 / 或第二连接片 703 远离弹片 701 的一端折弯形成紧固部 704 ,第一固定槽 405 和 / 或第二固定槽 406 在远离安装孔 404 的端部也相应设置有与紧固部 704 相匹配的紧固槽 407 以用于容置紧固部 704 ,紧固槽 407 与固定槽连通。
第一固定槽 405 和第二固定槽 406 沿凹槽 402 的延伸方向对定位件 7 进行限位,避免定位件 7 沿凹槽 402 的延伸方向晃动使得调节件 6 随之晃动,进而导致第一进气通道 501 与第二进气通道 401 之间的通气面积不稳定,电子烟的进气量不稳定。
同时,紧固部 704 和紧固槽 407 沿垂直于凹槽 402 的方向对定位件 7 进行限位,避免定位件 7 沿垂直于凹槽 402 的方向晃动,使得弹片 701 与卡位 601 不能很好的卡合甚至是脱离,从而使得定位件 7 对调节件 6 的档位限定作用失效。
如图 10 和图 11 所示,定位件 7 的第一连接片 702 、第二连接片 703 和紧固部 704 分别嵌入第一固定槽 405 、第二固定槽 406 以及进紧固槽 407 内,弹片 701 与调节件 6 上的卡位 601 卡合。
通过拨块 603 来拨动调节件 6 ,使挡板 602 在凹槽 402 所限定的范围内移动,改变第一进气通道 501 与第二进气通道 401 之间的通气面积。调节件 6 沿凹槽 402 的延伸方向移动时,定位件 7 的弹片 701 紧贴调节件 6 上开设有卡位 601 的侧壁面移动,当弹片 701 的折弯处移动至卡位 601 处时,弹片 701 在自身弹力作用下可选择的卡入其中一个卡位 601 内,从而限制调节件 6 继续移动,将所述通气面积限定在所选择的档位大小。定位件 7 和卡位 601 的配合设置可以将用户对于不同进气量的需求固化在有限个档位上,不仅便于用户快速选择得到自己所需要的进气量,而且避免调节件 5 因受到误触动而改变通气量。
使用者吸气时,外部气体通过第一进气通道 501 与第二进气通道 401 进入,并沿着雾化组件 2 与安装支架 4 之间的空隙通过通气孔流入雾化芯 203 内形成烟雾。流入雾化芯 203 内的气体形成烟雾后,沿着雾化芯 203 内的烟雾通道流出雾化组件 2 ,然后进入密封件 104 与吸嘴内套管 106 之间的间隙内,通过开启的单向阀 103 进入吸嘴内套管 106 内,最后通过吸嘴套 101 进入使用者口部。
当使用者吸气时,根据使用者的人数通过沿凹槽 402 的方向移动调节件 6 ,以改变第一进气通道 501 与第二进气通道 401 之间的通气面积,从而调节电子烟的进气量:多人同时使用时,选择较大的通气面积,单人或少人使用时,选择较小的通气面积。通过这种方法来改变 所述电子烟在单位时间内的最大进气量的大小,从而实现电子烟的进气量可调。
移动 调节件 4 ,使调节件 6 在凹槽 402 所限定的范围内转动,定位件 7 中的弹片 701 的折弯处紧贴调节件 6 上开设有卡位 601 的侧壁移动,当弹片 701 的折弯处移动至卡位 601 处时,弹片 701 的折弯处可选择性的卡入一卡位 601 内。若不满意此时进气量的大小,可继续转动调节件 6 ,使定位件 7 卡入另一定位孔 601 内,直至找到能使电子烟进气量合适的档位。
此外,该电子烟上设置有充电座 802 ,以实现为所述电池组件 3 充电。
图 12 和图 13 示出了本发明所提供的电子烟的第二较佳实施例,在本实施例中,定位件 7 为嵌入固定在安装孔 404 内的磁性件 705 ,调节件 6 本身也具有磁性,在磁性件 705 与调节件 6 之间的吸力作用下使 通气面积保持在所选定的档位 。相应的,安装孔 404 四周不再需要开设用于安装定位件 7 的凹槽,简化了结构;同时,将弹片 701 与卡位 601 之间的卡合限位转变为磁性吸合定位,增加了定位的稳定性和可靠性,不会因为弹片 701 长期使用变形而导致不能准确限位,也减少了定期检查、更换的繁琐工序。
优选的,调节件 6 沿与定位件 7 相邻的侧边嵌入固定有磁条,使磁性件 705 与调节件 6 在相对移动的过程中始终保持相互吸引,有助于实现对第一进气通道 501 与第二进气通道 401 之间的通气面积的连续调节。在这种情况下,档位之间的区别不再明显,使用者可根据需要在限定范围内选定任一所需的通气面积大小。
优选的,调节件 6 沿与定位件 7 相邻的侧边间隔嵌入固定有磁块,使得磁性件 705 与调节件 6 在相对移动的过程中间断性的吸合,实现在不同档位之间切换。
可以理解的是,磁块或磁条的具体限定并不限于此,也可以是整个调节件 6 的挡板 602 都由磁性材料制得等,只要是能确保磁性件 705 与调节件 6 之间能实现吸合限位即可,本实施例只是给出了优选实施方式,并不限定本发明。
本实施例的其他结构与前述实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
图 14 和图 17 示出了本发明所提供的电子烟的第三较佳实施例,在本实施例中,第二进气通道 401 为开设在凹槽 402 底部的一个固定通孔,挡板 602 上开设有多个通气孔 604 ,多个通气孔 604 沿挡板 602 的移动方向水平间隔设置,且该多个通气孔 604 分别具有不同的通气面积;沿 凹槽 402 拨动 调节件 6 ,使第二进气通道 401 可选择性的通过这多个通气孔 604 中的任意一个与第一进气通道 501 连通。
与第一较佳实施例相同,本实施例中的挡板 602 在与定位件 7 相邻的侧边上开设有多个与定位件 7 的弹片 701 相匹配的卡位 601 ,卡位 601 的数量与通气孔 604 的数量相同;沿 凹槽 402 延伸方向 拨动 调节件 6 ,使定位件 7 可选择性的卡入一卡位 601 内以将通气面积保持在所对应的档位 。
可以理解的是,第二实施例中的定位件 7 与调节件 6 之间的档位限定方式同样适用于本实施例。
优选的,每一通气孔 604 与第二进气通道 401 之间的连通面积最大时,与该通气孔 604 相对应的一卡位 601 与定位件 7 卡合 。且 优选的,通气孔 604 的个数与卡位 601 的个数相同,具体个数在两个或两个以上。
在本实施例中,凹槽 402 在电子烟本体的中心轴上的投影与中心轴重合。
可以理解的是,本发明中第二进气通道 401 和通气孔 604 的形状并不限于圆形,还可以是其他形状,只要两孔能相互重合以确保外界气体能进入电子烟本体内。
同样,可以理解的是,每组内多个通气孔 604 的孔径可以是沿凹槽延伸方向依次增大或减小,也可以是无规律分布。
本实施例的其他结构与前述实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
此外,本发明还提供一种对如前所述电子烟的进气量进行调节的方法,通过安装在电子烟本体内的气流感应器 9 感应吸烟信号,使电池组件 3 为雾化组件 2 供电并使烟油雾化;根据所需进气量的大小, 沿凹槽 402 拨动 调节件 6 以调节第一进气通道 501 与第二进气通道 401 的连通处的通气面积,并通过 定位件 7 使通气面积保持在所选择的档位。
综上,拨动调节件 6 以调整第一进气通道 501 和第二进气通道 401 的连接处的通气面积的大小,满足用户对于不同进气量的需求;在增设的凹槽 402 结构中移动调节件 6 来调整进气量大小,可有效节省现有调节件 6 的安装空间,档位调节更加直观,更加便于使用者的使用;设置定位件 7 以进一步将用户对于不同进气量的需求固化在有限个档位上,不仅便于用户快速选择得到自己所需要的进气量,而且避免调节件 6 因受到误触动而改变通气量;此外,通过将雾化组件 2 与电池组件 3 平行并列设置,使得电子烟的总长度减小,携带方便,结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好;同时,电子烟的直径更大可增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣以满足经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的需求。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体的一端设置有吸嘴组件( 1 ),其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括至少一个用于雾化烟油的雾化组件( 2 )、用于为每一所述雾化组件( 2 )供电的电池组件( 3 )、用于容置所述雾化组件( 2 )和所述电池组件( 3 )的安装支架( 4 )以及 套设在所述 安装支架( 4 ) 外部的外壳体( 5 ) ;每一所述雾化组件( 2 )设置有供其产生的烟雾流通的烟雾通道,所述烟雾通道的一端与所述吸嘴组件( 1 )连通;
    所述 外壳体( 5 ) 上开设有供外界气体流入的第一进气通道( 501 ),所述安装支架( 4 )在与所述外壳体( 5 )相贴合的表面开设有与所述第一进气通道( 501 )连通的凹槽( 402 ),所述凹槽( 402 )的底部开设有用于连通所述第一进气通道( 501 )和所述烟雾通道的第二进气通道( 401 );
    所述凹槽( 402 ) 内可移动的安装有用于调节所述电子烟进气量的调节件( 6 ),沿所述凹槽 ( 402 ) 拨动 所述调节件( 6 ) 以调节 所述第一进气通道( 501 )与所述第二进气通道( 401 )的连通处的通气面积 ;所述安装支架( 4 )上设置有 与所述 调节件( 6 )活动连接的用于限定不同档位的所述 通气面积的定位件( 7 )。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述调节件( 6 )上开设有至少两个与所述定位件( 7 )相适配卡位( 601 );沿所述凹槽( 402 )拨动所述调节件( 6 ),所述定位件( 7 )可选择地与一所述卡位( 601 )卡合以将所述通气面积保持在对应的档位。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装支架( 4 )在所述 凹槽 ( 402 )的一侧开设有用于容置所述定位件( 7 )的安装孔( 404 ),所述安装孔( 404 )与所述 凹槽 ( 402 )相连通 。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述定位件( 7 )为嵌入固定在所述安装孔( 404 )内的磁性件( 705 ),所述调节件( 6 )具有磁性,在所述磁性件( 705 )与所述调节件( 6 )之间的吸力作用下使 所述通气面积保持在所选定的档位 。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述调节件( 6 )沿与所述定位件( 7 )相邻的侧边嵌入固定有磁条。
  6. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述定位件( 7 )包括一两端相对折弯的弹片( 701 )以及分别设置在所述弹片( 701 )两端的第一连接片( 702 )和第二连接片( 703 ),所述安装支架( 4 )在所述安装孔( 404 )的两侧分别开设有用于固定所述第一连接片( 702 )和所述第二连接片( 703 )的第一固定槽( 405 )和第二固定槽( 406 );
    所述调节件( 6 )在与所述定位件( 7 )相邻的侧边上开设有至少两个卡位( 601 ),所述弹片( 701 )的折弯处与每一所述卡位( 601 )相适配,所述弹片( 701 )的折弯处通过所述安装孔( 404 )与所述 凹槽 ( 402 )的连通处伸至所述 凹槽 ( 402 )内并可选择地与一所述卡位( 601 )卡合。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接片( 702 )和 / 或所述第二连接片( 703 )远离所述弹片( 701 )的一端折弯形成紧固部( 704 ),所述第一固定槽( 405 )和 / 或所述第二固定槽( 406 )在远离所述安装孔( 404 )的端部也相应设置有与所述紧固部( 704 )相匹配的紧固槽( 407 )以用于容置所述紧固部( 704 )。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述调节件( 6 )包括容置于所述凹 槽 ( 402 )内的挡板( 602 ), 拨动 所述调节件( 6 )使位于所述第一进气通道( 501 )与所述第二进气通道( 401 )之间的所述挡板( 602 ) 在所述凹槽 ( 402 )内移动。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述挡板( 602 )在与所述外壳体( 5 )相贴合的表面上设置有用于拨动所述挡板( 602 )的拨块( 603 )。
  10. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述挡板( 602 )上开设有多个通气孔( 604 ),所述多个通气孔( 604 )沿所述挡板( 602 )的移动方向水平间隔设置,所述多个通气孔( 604 )分别具有不同的通气面积;
    沿 所述凹槽 ( 402 ) 拨动 所述调节件( 6 ),使所述第二进气通道( 401 )可选择的通过所述多个通气孔( 604 )中的一个与所述第一进气通道( 501 )连通。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述挡板( 602 )在与所述定位件( 7 )相邻的侧边上开设有多个与所述定位件( 7 )相匹配的卡位( 601 ),所述卡位( 601 )的数量与所述通气孔( 604 )的数量相同;
    沿 所述凹槽 ( 402 ) 拨动 所述调节件( 6 ),使所述定位件( 7 )可选择性的卡入一所述卡位( 601 )内以将所述通气面积保持在所对应的档位 。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,每一所述通气孔( 604 )与所述第二进气通道( 401 )之间的连通面积最大时,与该通气孔( 604 )相对应的一所述卡位( 601 )与所述定位件( 7 )卡合 。
  13. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述凹槽( 402 )在所述电子烟本体的中心轴上的投影与所述中心轴重合或相交。
  14. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括与所述安装支架( 4 )相连接的底座( 8 ),所述底座( 8 )内安装有控制电路板( 801 )和用于为所述电池组件( 3 )充电的充电座( 802 ),所述电池组件( 3 )的一端伸入所述底座( 8 )内与所述控制电路板( 801 )电连接。
  15. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件( 1 )包括吸嘴套( 101 )和吸嘴盖( 102 ),所述吸嘴盖( 102 )包括吸嘴外套管( 105 )和供烟雾流出的吸嘴内套管( 106 ),套设在所述吸嘴内套管( 106 )外部的所述吸嘴外套管( 105 )远离所述安装支架( 4 )的一端与所述吸嘴内套管( 106 )的端面相连接,所述吸嘴套( 101 )固定在所述吸嘴内套管( 106 )内。
  16. 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件( 1 )还包括用于确保烟雾单向流通的单向阀( 103 ),所述单向阀( 103 )固定在所述吸嘴内套管( 106 )内,且所述单向阀( 103 )的外侧壁与所述吸嘴内套管( 106 )的内壁面完全贴合。
  17. 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件( 1 )还包括安装在所述吸嘴内套管( 106 )与所述吸嘴外套管( 105 )之间空隙内的密封件( 104 ),所述密封件( 104 )端部开设有安装孔( 107 )供所述吸嘴内套管( 106 )插入,所述安装孔( 107 )与所述吸嘴内套管( 106 )之间的空隙形成供烟雾通过的烟雾通道。
  18. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,每一所述雾化组件( 2 )包括电热丝组件( 201 )、用于向所述电热丝组件( 201 )提供烟油的烟油锁存件( 202 )、用于容置所述电热丝组件( 201 )的雾化芯( 203 )以及用于安装所述雾化芯( 203 )和所述烟油锁存件( 202 )的雾化套( 204 ),所述雾化芯( 203 )的一端设置有用于与所述电池组件( 3 )电连接的第一电极( 205 )和第二电极( 206 ),所述雾化芯( 203 )侧壁上开设有供所述电热丝组件( 201 )中的导油件穿过的通孔,所述导油件的两端插入所述烟油锁存件( 202 )中以吸取烟油,所述电热丝组件( 201 )的两端分别与所述第一电极( 205 )和所述二电极( 206 )电连接。
  19. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体包括多个平行并列设置的所述雾化组件( 2 )和多个气流感应器( 9 ),所述气流感应器( 9 )与所述雾化组件( 2 )绕所述电子烟本体的中心轴间隔分布,所述雾化组件( 2 )与所述电池组件( 3 )平行并列设置。
  20. 一种如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟的进气量调节方法,其特征在于,通过安装在所述电子烟本体内的气流感应器( 9 )感应吸烟信号,使所述电池组件( 3 )为所述雾化组件( 2 )供电并使烟油雾化;根据所需进气量的大小, 沿所述凹槽 ( 402 ) 拨动 所述调节件( 6 )以调节所述第一进气通道( 501 )与所述第二进气通道( 401 )的连通处的通气面积,并通过所述 定位件( 7 ) 使所述通气面积保持在所选择的档位。
