一种电子烟雾化器,包括雾化组件20、烟雾管11和烟嘴13,烟雾管11包括存储烟液的储液腔111和烟道121,烟雾管11分别与雾化组件20和烟嘴13配合安装,雾化组件20包括发热模块23和卡座。发热模块23包括陶瓷基体231和缠绕在该陶瓷基体231上的发热丝232,陶瓷基体231为中空微孔结构2311,其与储液腔111连通;卡座包括上卡座21和下卡座22,发热模块23纵向设置在上卡座21和下卡座22之间,上卡座21包括与烟道121连通的第一空气通道211和与储液腔111连通的液体通道212,下卡座22包括与第一空气通道211连通的第二空气通道221。
其中,该发热丝232分别与上卡座21和下卡座22电连接,该陶瓷基体231的中空微孔结构2311通过液体通道212与储液腔111连通。 通过烟嘴13吸气时,带动陶瓷基体231中的空气,并将烟液流入陶瓷基体231的中空微孔结构2311中,并在发热丝232通电发热后的状态下,烟液加热并雾化成烟雾,烟雾透出陶瓷基体231流入空气通道中,随空气通过烟道121并在烟嘴13流出。
其中, 烟雾管11内包括一 烟道管12,烟道管12设有烟道121 , 烟道管12优选设置在烟雾管11的中央,烟雾管11的内侧壁和烟道管12的外侧壁形成储液腔111,具体地,烟雾管11的内侧壁、烟道管12的外侧壁、烟嘴13的内侧面和雾化组件20形成储液腔111。
其中,烟嘴13包括与烟道121连通的烟嘴口,烟嘴13与烟雾管11之间设有一 储液腔顶盖14,用于密封储液腔111,提高储液腔111的密封性。
本实施例中,便于安装上卡座21和下卡座22,及发热模块23将烟液加热 雾化成烟雾 ,雾化组件20还包括一分别与上卡座21和下卡座22配合安装的雾化芯外壳24,雾化芯外壳24包括一空气腔241,空气腔241是由雾化芯外壳24、上卡座21、下卡座22和陶瓷基体231围绕形成的,其中发热丝232设置在空气腔241内,空气腔241分别与第一空气通道211和第二空气通道221连通。其中,雾化芯外壳24与烟雾管11之间设有'O'型密封圈264,雾化芯外壳24的侧面设有放置'O'型密封圈264的凹槽,'O'型密封圈264用于防止储液腔111的烟液流出。
便于雾化芯外壳24与烟雾管11连接,雾化芯外壳24通过螺纹结构连接到烟雾管11的底部,或者,雾化芯外壳24与烟雾管11之间设有储液腔底座15,雾化芯外壳24通过螺纹结构连接到储液腔底座15,并通过储液腔底座15与烟雾管11的底部连接,同时储液腔底座15防止储液腔111的烟液流出。
本实施例包括空气通路和液体通路,发热模块23将液体通路中的 烟液加热并雾化成烟雾到 空气通路,其中空气通路包括由上至下的 烟嘴13口、烟道121、 第一空气通道211、空气腔241和第二空气通道221,液体通路包括由上至下的储液腔111、液体通道212和 中空微孔结构2311。
其中, 上卡座21和下卡座22设有相反电极,如上卡座21设有正电极,下卡座22设有负电极,并通过发热丝232电连接,上卡座21、发热丝232和下卡座22形成电流回路,发热丝232通电后发热。
进一步地,参考图4 ~ 6,本发明提供上卡座和下卡座的较佳方案, 图5是 上卡座的 结构示意图,图6是 下卡座的 结构示意图。
上卡座21,设置在 雾化芯外壳24的顶部,并与 烟道管12连接,其包括 第一容置凹槽、第一空气通道211和液体通道212。
具体地, 上卡座21与 雾化芯外壳24电连接,雾化芯外壳24与电源的电极连接并为 上卡座21提供电极电压 ;上卡座21的底部包括一用于容置发热模块23的第一容置凹槽,第一容置凹槽的槽底设有液体通道212的通道口,陶瓷基体231的中空微孔结构2311通过上述通道口与液体通道212连通,第一容置凹槽用于固定陶瓷基体231,为了防止烟液流出,可在第一容置凹槽与陶瓷基体231间设置有密封胶;上卡座21的液体通道212的另一端通道口设置在上卡座21的侧面,该通道口与储液腔111连通;上卡座21的第一空气通道211的一端通气口设置在上卡座21的底面,与空气腔241连通,其另一端通气口设置在上卡座21的顶部正中央,与 烟道121连通; 上卡座21的侧面设有一限位件213,用于将上卡座21固定在雾化芯外壳24的顶部。
其中, 上卡座21与 烟道管12之间还设有一密封环27, 第一空气通道211与 烟道121的烟雾流通中,防止烟雾流出。
下卡座22,其和雾化芯外壳24之间设有第一绝缘环261,下卡座22通过第一绝缘环261固定在雾化芯外壳24的底部,下卡座22包括第二容置凹槽和第二空气通道221。
具体地,下卡座22的顶部包括一用于容置发热模块23的第二容置凹槽,第二容置凹槽是密封凹槽,防止陶瓷基体231的中空微孔结构2311中的烟液流出,为了进一步防止烟液流出,可在第二容置凹槽与陶瓷基体231间设置有密封垫片263;下卡座22的第二空气通道221的一端通气口设置在下卡座22的底面,与外部连通,其另一端通气口设置在下卡座22的顶部或侧面,与空气腔241连通;下卡座22的侧面设有一凹槽环,用于放置第一绝缘环261。
其中,雾化组件20还包括一与下卡座22电连接的外电极模块25,外电极模块25与电源的电极连接并为下卡座22 提供电极电压, 外电极模块25包括与第二空气通道221连通的第三空气通道251,第三空气通道251与外部连通。
外电极模块25通过一雾化芯底座28与雾化芯外壳24连接,雾化芯底座28分别与外电极模块25和雾化芯外壳24连接,雾化芯外壳24的侧面设有与外部器件连接的螺纹结构。
为了防止外电极模块25接触短路,外电极模块25与雾化芯底座28之间设有第二绝缘环262。优选地,为了生产方便,下卡座22与外电极模块25可以为同一器件,为了防止陶瓷基体231的中空微孔结构2311与下卡座22的密封性,可通过密封垫片263进行密封,下卡座22设有防止密封垫片263的凹槽。
进一步地,参考图4和图7,本发明提供发热模块的较佳方案, 图4是 电子烟雾化器的爆炸 结构示意图,图7是 发热模块的 结构示意图。
发热模块23还包括设置在陶瓷基体231两端的连接端子233,连接端子233包括设置在两侧的第一连接端子和第二连接端子,陶瓷基体231通过连接端子233分别抵靠在上卡座21的第一容置凹槽和下卡座22的第二容置凹槽处。连接端子233为导电体,发热丝232与连接端子233连接,并通过连接端子233分别与上卡座21和下卡座22电连接。
其中,连接端子233包括与陶瓷基体231的中空微孔结构2311相配合的端子通孔,陶瓷基体231的中空微孔结构2311通过连接端子233与液体通道212连通。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括雾化组件、烟雾管和烟嘴,所述烟雾管包括存储烟液的储液腔和烟道,该烟雾管分别与雾化组件和烟嘴配合安装,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括:
    发热模块,其包括陶瓷基体和缠绕在该陶瓷基体上的发热丝,该陶瓷基体为中空微孔结构,其与储液腔连通;
    卡座,其包括上卡座和下卡座,该发热模块纵向设置在上卡座和下卡座之间,该上卡座包括与烟道连通的第一空气通道和与储液腔连通的液体通道,该下卡座包括与第一空气通道连通的第二空气通道;其中,
    该发热丝分别与上卡座和下卡座电连接,该陶瓷基体的中空微孔结构通过液体通道与储液腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括一分别与上卡座和下卡座配合安装的雾化芯外壳,该雾化芯外壳包括一空气腔,该空气腔分别与第一空气通道和第二空气通道连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述上卡座与雾化芯外壳电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述上卡座还包括一用于容置发热模块的第一容置凹槽,该第一容置凹槽的槽底设有液体通道的通道口,该陶瓷基体的中空微孔结构通过通道口与液体通道连通。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括一与下卡座配合的绝缘环,该绝缘环设置在下卡座和雾化芯外壳之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括一与下卡座电连接的外电极模块。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括一密封垫片,该密封垫片设置在下卡座和发热模块之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述上卡座和下卡座设有相反电极。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述发热模块还包括设置在陶瓷基体两端的连接端子,该发热丝与连接端子电连接,并通过连接端子分别与上卡座和下卡座电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接端子包括与陶瓷基体的中空微孔结构相配合的端子通孔。
