如图1、图3所示,本发明电子烟雾化器第一实施例,具有一外壳6,外壳6的一端设有可拆卸的吸嘴1,吸嘴1设有吸烟的气道101,外壳6的另一端套接螺纹连接座18,该螺纹连接座18设有内螺纹181以便与电子烟的电池杆(图中未示)进行连接,使本发明电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接成为一支完整的电子烟。
如图1、图2、图3 所示,本实施例的吸嘴1外径呈喇叭形变化,符合人体工程学原理,适应嘴唇舒适使用吸嘴,其与外壳6连接的一端缩小外径成管状,管状外壁紧密套设有外螺纹连接件3,而外壳6、外管7内壁同时紧密套设有与外螺纹连接件3配对的内螺纹连接件4,如此,吸嘴1即可与外壳6进行螺纹连接并可拆卸,另吸嘴1 外螺纹连接件3上部设有O形密封圈2用于防止烟液从螺纹间渗漏,内螺纹连接件4与外壳6接合处设有O形密封圈5用于防止烟液从两者结合处渗漏。另外,从本实施例可以简单地作出变化,即外螺纹连接件3也可以与吸嘴1做成一体,内螺纹连接件4可以与外壳6使用同一种材料做成一体。
如图2所示,本实施例的吸嘴1在吸口处向内延伸有一吸嘴内管102,吸嘴内管102与吸嘴的气道内壁之间的间隙形成凹腔,用户吸烟时,烟雾通过烟嘴1的气道101向吸口流出时,因吸嘴内管102管孔变小,部分烟雾在凹腔内形成回流,烟雾中未被雾化的小液滴即凝结于凹腔内,有效防止了未被雾化的烟液吸入到用户口中,提升了用户的良好吸烟体验。
如图1、图3 所示,外壳6内紧密套设一外管7,外管7内轴向设有内管10,内管10内轴向设有雾化管15,雾化管15内设有烟气通道及雾化腔23,雾化腔23与吸嘴1的气道101相通,雾化腔23内设有导液芯13及缠绕于部分导液芯13上的电热丝12。外管6、内管10、雾化管15的一端分别与吸嘴1 密封连接,另一端与螺纹连接座18密封连接,外管7、内管10、吸嘴1与螺纹连接座18之间形成封闭的储液腔21用于储存烟液。上述储液腔21及吸嘴1的结构,可使得拆卸吸嘴1时,储液腔21即可敞开一端,这样用户在烟液用完时,可自行将烟液从储液腔21敞开的开口处补充进储液腔21,达到重复使用该电子烟雾化器的目的。
为便于观察储液腔21内的烟液余量,本实施例在外壳6上开设有长条形的窗口61,外管7使用透明材料制成,如此即可方便用户在吸烟时随时观察到储液腔21内的烟液余量,并据此判断是否需要添加补充烟液。
如图1、图3所示,内管10的管壁上设有若干小孔102,内管10与雾化管15之间在靠近吸嘴1的一端设有雾化隔套9,另一端设有密封环16,内管10、雾化管15、雾化隔套9、密封环16 之间形成封闭的导液腔22。雾化管15靠近吸嘴1一端的管壁上设有对称的两个缺口151,导液芯13呈U 字形架设于缺口151上,其中电热丝12缠绕于雾化管15内两个缺口151之间的导液芯13上,导液芯13未缠绕电热丝12的两端伸入到导液腔22中并贴附于雾化管15的外壁,雾化隔套9罩住缺口151及部分导液芯13。本发明的上述结构,使得电子烟的烟液可从储液腔21通过内管10管壁上的小孔102节流流入导液腔22,两端伸入到导液腔22中并贴附于雾化管15的外壁的导液芯13自导液腔22中吸收烟液并传导至电热丝12部分,使烟液可以进行加热雾化,由于雾化隔套9的作用,避免烟液直接通过缺口151渗漏到雾化腔23中,雾化隔套9同时套紧了导液芯13,使得导液芯13可以稳定张紧地架设于雾化管15的缺口151上,有利于雾化效果持续稳定。另本发明的上述导液腔的结构,使用户在补充烟液后,因烟液不能立即充满导液腔22,这样在用户装回吸嘴时,因吸嘴密闭储液腔21导致储液腔21内的压力增加使烟液可以缓冲流入导液腔22,导液腔22内的空气在压力作用下经导液芯13的缝隙从雾化管缺口151排出,避免了安装吸嘴时造成的烟液泄漏。
为避免储液腔21中的烟液从吸嘴1与内管10连接处渗漏,吸嘴1与内管10之间设有吸嘴密封套8,该吸嘴密封套8呈杯状套设于内管10一端且于杯底部中间设有吸烟通孔,本实施例中,吸嘴密封套8的杯状底部还设有凸起且外径变小的圆台81,圆台81中心设有吸烟通孔,该圆台81外壁可与吸嘴1的气道101的内壁更好地密封套接,以加强密封效果,另外,该圆台81顶部与外管7端部平齐,如此可以在烟嘴1拆卸后注入电子烟液时,可以更顺畅地注入到储液腔21中,同时避免烟液因不慎被注入至雾化腔23。
如图1、图3所示,螺纹连接座18紧密套接于外壳6一端,该螺纹连接座18设计成五级缩径管状体,其不同的外径除与外壳6外,同时还与外管7、内管10、雾化管15套接连接,其中,外管7、内管10与螺纹连接座18之间还设有烟液密封套 17用以防止烟液从其中缝隙渗漏。
本实施例中,该螺纹连接座18为金属材料制成,可导电,故其可兼作与电热丝12相电性连接的其中一个电极,电热丝12还电性连接至另一个电极即雾化电极20,如图1、3所示,雾化电极20呈管状套设于螺纹连接座18的中心通孔内,雾化管15为可导电的金属管,电热丝12的一端引线与雾化电极20连接,另一端引线与雾化管15连接,雾化电极20与螺纹连接座18之间设有绝缘套19,雾化电极20的一端伸入到雾化管15内并与雾化管15之间设有密封绝缘套11。本实施例中雾化电极20设计成中空的管状,以便空气可从雾化电极20的管内通过而进入雾化腔23,为此,雾化连接座及外管上还需设有进气口24以便空气进入雾化电极20,该进气口24也可设于电池杆上,当本发明的电子烟雾化器与电池杆连接后,进气口进入的空气可经雾化连接座18再进入雾化电极20。
本发明的实施方式
图4、图5、图6示出了本发明的第二实施例。
如图4、图5、图6所示,本发明电子烟雾化器,与第一实施例不同在于,吸嘴1与外壳6采用旋转卡扣的方式进行连接。
第二实施例的吸嘴1与外壳6连接的一端缩小外径成管状,该外管壁上设有两个对称的凸扣103,外壳6、外管7内壁同时紧密套设有卡槽连接件25,该卡槽连接件25上设有供凸扣103插入并可旋转卡紧的卡槽251,吸嘴1与外壳6通过凸扣103与卡槽251配合卡紧的方式进行连接。本实施例的结构,使得吸嘴1可与外壳6进行卡扣连接并可拆卸,另吸嘴1缩径的管状上部设有O形密封圈2用于防止烟液渗漏。
工业实用性
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括外壳、与外壳一端连接且设有气道的吸嘴,与外壳另一端套接的螺纹连接座,其特征在于:所述吸嘴可拆卸地连接于外壳一端,所述外壳内紧密套设有外管,外管内设有内管,内管内设有雾化管,雾化管内设有烟气通道及雾化腔,所述雾化腔与吸嘴的气道相通,雾化腔内设有导液芯及缠绕于部分导液芯上的电热丝,所述外管、内管的一端与吸嘴密封连接,另一端与螺纹连接座密封连接,所述外管、内管、吸嘴与螺纹连接座之间形成封闭的储液腔用于储存烟液。
  2. 根据权利要求1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述内管管壁上设有若干小孔,所述内管与雾化管之间在靠近吸嘴一端设有雾化隔套,另一端设有密封环,所述内管、雾化管、雾化隔套、密封环之间形成封闭的导液腔,所述导液芯未缠绕电热丝的部分至少有一端伸入到导液腔中。
  3. 根据权利要求2 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化隔套呈杯状倒扣套设于所述内管与雾化管之间,雾化套的杯状底部设有烟气通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化管靠近吸嘴一端的管壁上设有对称的两个缺口,所述导液芯呈U 字形架设于所述缺口上,其中所述电热丝缠绕于雾化管内两个缺口之间的导液芯部分,所述导液芯未缠绕电热丝的部分贴附于雾化管外壁,所述雾化隔套罩住所述缺口仅留导液芯伸出。
  5. 根据权利要求1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸嘴上设有外螺纹连接件,所述外壳上设有与外螺纹连接件相配对的内螺纹连接件,所述吸嘴与外壳通过所述内、外螺纹连接件进行连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸嘴上的连接端设有两个凸扣,所述外壳上设有供凸扣插入并可旋转卡紧的卡槽,所述吸嘴与外壳通过所述凸扣与卡槽配合卡紧的方式进行连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述螺纹连接座设中心通孔,该中心通孔内套设有一端伸入到雾化管内的管状雾化电极,所述雾化管为可导电的金属管,所述电热丝一端引线与雾化电极电连接,另一端引线与雾化管电连接,所述雾化电极与螺纹连接座之间设有绝缘套,雾化电极与雾化管之间设有密封绝缘套。
  8. 根据权利要求1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述外管、内管与螺纹连接座之间设有烟液密封套。
  9. 根据权利要求1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸嘴与内管之间设有吸嘴密封套,所述吸嘴密封套呈杯状套设于内管一端且于杯底部中间设有吸烟通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸嘴密封套的杯状底部设有凸起且外径变小的圆台,圆台中心设有吸烟通孔。
  11. 根据权利要求1 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述外壳与外管使用同一种材料成型为一体。
