储油筒3设置在烟弹主体2内,储油筒3内设置有贯穿储油筒3上下端面的第一通孔,玻纤管4固定设置在第一通孔内,玻纤管4为中空圆柱状结构,玻纤管4内设置有气流通道41。
雾化组件5设置在气流通道41上,雾化组件5与气流通道41固定连接,通过雾化组件5与储油筒3的配合将烟油进行雾化,再通过气流将气态的烟油从气流通道41流向吸嘴1,从而实现用户对电子烟的产生类似吸烟的感觉。
玻纤管4包含内玻纤42和外玻纤43,外玻纤43套设在内玻纤42上。
储油筒3包括油筒32和设置在油筒32内的储油棉33。
该具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹还包括上硅胶7和下硅胶8,上硅胶7与油筒32的顶端卡接,上硅胶7内设置有贯穿上硅胶7上下端面的第二通孔,第一通孔与第二通孔固定连接,玻纤管4一端设置在第二通孔内。
通过上硅胶7的设置使得对油筒32内的储油棉33更好的密封和限位,并且由于硅胶材质的优势,使得储油筒3拆装更为方便。
下硅胶8上端面中心位置处设置有连接柱81,连接柱81的外径与气流通道41相匹配,连接柱81设置在气流通道41内,下硅胶8与油筒32的底端卡接,连接柱81内设置注油贯穿连接柱81和下硅胶8的第三通孔811,第三通孔811与气流通道41连通。
通过下硅胶8的设置使得对油筒32内的储油棉33更好的密封和限位,并且由于硅胶材质的优势,使得储油筒3拆装更为方便。
该具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹还包括吸油棉9,上硅胶7上端面处设置有放置吸油棉9的定位槽,吸油棉9内设置有贯穿吸油棉9上下端面的第四通孔91,第四通孔91与第二通孔连通。
通过吸油棉9的设置能够将在吸嘴1处产生的冷凝液进行吸附,可以有效的降低冷凝液流入气流通道41的可能性。
上硅胶7和下硅胶8外壁上均设置有凸环72,通过能够对上下硅胶8与油筒32之间的密封性更加好,防止漏液的可能性。
烟弹底盖组件6包括烟弹底盖61和设置在烟弹底盖61上的受电电极62,雾化组件5与受电电极62电连接。
受电电极62包含电极环621和电极柱622。
烟弹底盖61在气流通道41正下方设置有储液槽611,储液槽611的侧边设置有与气流通道41配合的气流孔612。
由于未被吸食的的雾气在空气中形成冷凝液,残留在气流通道41中,经过一定时间会流到烟弹和烟杆连接处。通过储液槽611的设置能够使得气流通道41中的冷凝液能直接流到储液槽611中进行存储,避免了冷凝液流到烟弹和烟杆的连接处,提升用户的使用体验,也提高了部件的使用寿命。
气流孔612的数量为两组,两组气流孔612分别设置在储液槽611两侧,通过两组气流孔612的设置可以有效的降低吸阻提升用户的使用体验,也可以有效的改善用户使用电子烟时产生口哨音的问题。
下硅胶8的下端面设置有气流导槽82,通过气流导槽82的设置能够进一步的降低吸阻,并且由于气流导槽82的原因,给烟弹底盖61的安装提供了空间,更方便烟弹底盖61的安装。
烟弹底盖61上设置有卡块,烟弹主体2与卡块对应位置处设置有卡槽孔21,烟弹底盖61通过卡块与烟弹主体2卡扣连接,通过卡扣连接的方式使得保证稳定性的同时,安装也更加方便。
储液槽611的槽壁四周设置有斜面导角,通过斜面导角的设置使得储液槽611的口径更大,能够更方便的收集气流通道41流出的冷凝液。
该具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹还包括标识环10,烟弹主体2上设置有与标识环10配合的安装台阶,标识环10套设在安装台阶上,通过标识环10的设置能够对电子烟烟弹的是否安装到位起到一定的标识作用。
本实施例提供的具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹的使用方法如下:当用户使用该电子烟吸烟时,从吸嘴1的吸烟口吸气,电子烟被启动,储油筒3给雾化组件5供烟油,电池通过受电电极62给雾化组件5供电,将烟油雾化,气流依次通过两组气流孔612、第三通孔811、气流通道41、第二通孔、第四通孔91,最后到达吸嘴1,完成整个吸烟过程。
由上可知,本申请的有益效果是:采用其机构,能够有效的解决现有技术中出现部分烟油被雾化后未被吸入,在空气中冷凝后形成的液体,形成冷凝会在烟弹与烟杆连接处形成堆积的问题,通过储液槽611的设置能够有效的将产生的冷凝液进行存储,避免造成产品使用过程的污染,提高了用户的使用体验,并且能够有效的延长部件的使用寿命。
上述实施例中,烟弹底盖61在气流通道41正下方设置有储液槽611,很显然通过该结构实现密封对气流通道41冷凝液的收集的位置,还可以非正下方,只要储液槽611能够收集到冷凝液即可,根据实际情况进行制作,同样能够实现上述方案的技术效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹,其特征在于:包括吸嘴、烟弹主体、储油筒、玻纤管、雾化组件和烟弹底盖组件,所述吸嘴设置在所述烟弹主体顶端,所述烟弹底盖组件设置在所述烟弹主体底端;
    所述储油筒设置在所述烟弹主体内,所述储油筒内设置有贯穿所述储油筒上下端面的第一通孔,所述玻纤管固定设置在所述第一通孔内,所述玻纤管为中空圆柱状结构,所述玻纤管内设置有气流通道;
    所述雾化组件设置在所述气流通道上,所述雾化组件与所述气流通道固定连接,所述烟弹底盖组件包括烟弹底盖和设置在所述烟弹底盖上的受电电极,所述受电电极与所述雾化组件电连接,所述烟弹底盖组件在所述气流通道下方设置有储液槽,所述储液槽用于存储所述气流通道中产生的冷凝液,所述储液槽的侧边设置有与所述气流通道配合的气流孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹,其特征在于:所述气流孔的数量为两组,两组气流孔分别设置在所述储液槽两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹,其特征在于:还包括上硅胶,所述储油筒包括油筒和设置在所述油筒内的储油棉,所述上硅胶与油筒的顶端卡接,所述上硅胶用于对所述油筒顶端的密封和对所述储油棉的定位,所述上硅胶内设置有贯穿所述上硅胶上下端面的第二通孔,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹,其特征在于:还包括下硅胶,所述下硅胶用于对所述油筒底端的密封和对所述储油棉的定位,所述下硅胶上端面中心位置处设置有连接柱,所述连接柱的外径与所述气流通道相匹配,所述连接柱设置在所述气流通道内,所述下硅胶与油筒的底端卡接,所述连接柱内设置有贯穿连接柱和下硅胶的第三通孔,所述第三通孔与所述气流通道连通。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹,其特征在于:还包括吸油棉,所述吸油棉用于吸附所述吸嘴产生的冷凝液,所述上硅胶上端面处设置有用于放置吸油棉的定位槽,所述吸油棉内设置有贯穿所述吸油棉上下端面的第四通孔,所述第四通孔与所述第二通孔连通。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹,其特征在于:所述上硅胶和所述下硅胶外壁上均设置有凸环,所述凸环用于进一步提高密封性。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹,其特征在于:所述下硅胶的下端面设置有用于降低吸阻的气流导槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹,其特征在于:所述吸嘴和所述烟弹主体一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹,其特征在于:所述烟弹底盖上设置有卡块,所述烟弹主体与所述卡块对应位置处设置有卡槽孔,所述烟弹底盖通过所述卡块与所述烟弹主体卡扣连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有防漏液结构的电子烟烟弹,其特征在于:所述储液槽的槽壁四周设置有斜面导角。
