电子烟主体包括电子烟壳体2,电子烟壳体2内设置有吸油棉21、油筒组件和电池22,油筒组件包括上硅胶23、下硅胶24、油筒25、玻纤管26、雾化组件28和储油棉27。
油筒25内设置有贯穿油筒25上下端面的第一通孔,玻纤管26固定设置在第一通孔内,玻纤管26为中空圆柱状结构,玻纤管26内设置有气流通道。
雾化组件28设置在气流通道上,雾化组件28与气流通道固定连接,通过雾化组件28与 油筒25的配合将烟油进行雾化,再通过气流将气态的烟油从气流通道流向吸嘴11。
油筒25内设置有储油棉27,上硅胶23与油筒25的顶端卡接,上硅胶23内设置有贯穿上硅胶23上下端面的第二通孔,第一通孔与第二通孔固定连接,玻纤管26一端设置在第二通孔内。
通过上硅胶23的设置使得对油筒25内的储油棉27更好的密封和限位,并且由于硅胶材质的优势,使得油筒25拆装更为方便。
下硅胶24上端面中心位置处设置有第一连接柱,第一连接柱的外径与气流通道相匹配,第一连接柱设置在气流通道内,下硅胶24与油筒25的底端卡接,第一连接柱内设置注油贯穿第一连接柱和下硅胶24的第三通孔,第三通孔与气流通道连通。
通过下硅胶24的设置使得对油筒25内的储油棉27更好的密封和限位,并且由于硅胶材质的优势,使得油筒25拆装更为方便。
上硅胶23上端面处设置有放置吸油棉21的定位槽,吸油棉21内设置有贯穿吸油棉21上下端面的第四通孔,第四通孔与第二通孔连通。
通过吸油棉21的设置能够将在吸嘴1处产生的冷凝液进行吸附,可以有效的降低冷凝液流入气流通道的可能性。
调气机构包括由上到下顺序设置的咪头启动开关3、分流件5、调气件4和底盖6。
分流件5上设置有咪头启动气孔51和吸气气孔52,咪头启动气孔51和吸气气孔52均贯穿分流件5上下端面设置。
通过分流件5能够有效的将用于启动咪头启动开关3的气流和用于吸气的气流分开,实现互不干扰,这也就实现了能够对电子烟的吸阻进行调节。
分流件5上设置有卡接块53,底盖6上设置有与卡接块53配合的卡接槽61,分流件5通过卡接块53与底盖6卡扣连接。
卡接块53的数量为两组,卡接槽61的数量也为两组,两组卡接块53分别对称设置在分流件5两侧,通过两组卡接块53的设置,使得分流件5与底盖6卡接得更加稳定。
该具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟还包括咪头弹性件7,咪头弹性件7上设置有吸气卡接孔,分流件5在吸气气孔52对应位置处向上延伸出第二连接柱54,第二连接柱54内设置有吸气通道541,吸气通道541与吸气气孔52连通,吸气卡接孔与第二连接柱54形状一致,第二连接柱54设置在吸气卡接孔内,咪头弹性件7与咪头启动气孔51对应位置处设置有咪头通气孔,咪头启动开关3设置在咪头弹性件7上,并且咪头启动开关3通过咪头通气孔与咪头启动气孔51连通,咪头启动开关3通过咪头通气孔与咪头启动气孔51配合实现进气感 应咪头启动开关3的开或关。
咪头弹性件7上设置有连接台阶71,底盖6上设置有与连接台阶71配合的连接臂62,咪头弹性件7通过连接台阶71与底盖6卡接。
咪头弹性件7为硅胶材质制成,通过使得咪头弹性件7与底盖6卡接得更加稳定。
底盖6上设置有贯穿底盖6上下端面的调气导向槽63,调气件4包括拨块部41和密封部42,拨块部41设置在调气导向槽63中,并且拨块部41部分伸出调气导向槽63,密封件与底盖6上端面抵接。
通过拨动调气件4拨块部41,使得调气件4在调气导向槽63内移动同时遮挡咪头启动气孔51和吸气气孔52进气大小面积来调节吸阻大小。
密封部42上设置有封气弹性件8,封气弹性件8与分流件5下端面抵接,通过封气弹性件8能够进一步提升调气件4与分流件5之间的气密性,对吸阻的调节更加准确。
调气导向槽63上端面两侧分别设置有凸条64,凸条64与密封部42下端面抵接,凸条64能够减小调气件4与底盖6之间的摩擦力。
咪头启动气孔51和吸气气孔52的数量均为两组,咪头启动气孔51与吸气气孔52分两排对齐设置,一排为咪头启动气孔51,一排为吸气气孔52,两组咪头启动气孔51之间间隔设置,并且两组咪头启动气孔51间接设置的方向与调气件4运动方向一致,两组吸气气孔52之间间隔设置,并且两组吸气气孔52间接设置的方向与调气件4运动方向一致。
调气件4上设置有至少一道防滑凹槽43,通过防滑凹槽43能够方便用户拨动调气件4进行调节。
该具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟还包括吸嘴防尘塞9,通过有效的放置灰尘进入吸嘴1,起到防尘作用。
本实施例提供的具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟的使用方法如下:当用户使用该电子烟吸烟时,从吸嘴1的吸烟口吸气,气流通过调气导向槽63再通过分流件5进行分流,气流分别流进咪头启动气孔51和吸气气孔52。
咪头启动气孔51进入的气流经过咪头通气孔到达咪头通气孔上方的咪头启动开关3,咪头启动开关3被启动,油筒25给雾化组件28供油,电池22给雾化组件28供电,将烟油雾化。
从咪头启动气孔51和吸气气孔52进入的气流进入电子烟内部,再依次通过第三通孔、气流通道、第二通孔、第四通孔,最后到达吸嘴11,完成整个吸烟过程。
电子烟初始状态时,调气件4未对咪头启动气孔51和吸气气孔52进行遮挡,此时吸阻 是最小的,也是咪头启动开关3启动的临界值。
当需要调节吸阻时,将拨块部41向右拨动,拨动过程中,咪头启动气孔51和吸气气孔52的进气大小面积不断被遮挡,逐渐缩小,吸阻也逐渐增大,此时,用户就可用更小的吸力启动咪头启动开关3,变相的降低了咪头启动开关3的临界值,并且调节了吸嘴11的口感。
向左拨动拨块部41,咪头气孔和吸气气孔52进气大小面积变大,吸阻减小,用户吸食电子烟也更轻松。
由上可知,本申请的有益效果是:采用其机构,能够有效的解决现有技术中电子烟吸嘴1吸阻单一的问题,通过调气机构能够对电子烟的吸阻进行无级调节,给用户以最大的自主选择性,能够满足不同用户的吸阻要求。
以上所述之具体实施方式为本申请的较佳实施方式,并非以此限定本申请的具体实施范围,本申请的范围包括并不限于本具体实施方式,凡依照本申请所作的等效变化均在本申请的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟,其特征在于:包括吸嘴、电子烟主体和调气机构,所述吸嘴设置在所述电子烟主体的顶端,所述调气机构设置在电子烟主体的底端;
    所述调气机构包括由上到下顺序设置的咪头启动开关、分流件、调气件和底盖,所述分流件上设置有咪头启动气孔和吸气气孔,所述咪头启动气孔和所述吸气气孔均贯穿所述分流件上下端面设置,所述咪头启动开关设置在所述咪头启动气孔上方;
    所述底盖上设置有贯穿所述底盖上下端面的调气导向槽,所述调气件伸出所述调气导向槽并且设置在所述底盖上,通过拨动所述调气件在所述调气导向槽内移动同时遮挡所述咪头启动气孔和所述吸气气孔进气大小面积来调节吸阻大小。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟,其特征在于:所述分流件上设置有卡接块,所述底盖上设置有与所述卡接块配合的卡接槽,所述分流件通过所述卡接块与所述底盖卡扣连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟,其特征在于:所述调气件上设置有封气弹性件,所述封气弹性件与所述分流件下端面抵接,所述封气弹性件用于增加所述调气件与所述分流件之间的气密性。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟,其特征在于:还包括咪头弹性件,所述咪头弹性件上设置有吸气卡接孔,所述分流件在所述吸气气孔对应位置处向上延伸出连接柱,所述连接柱内设置有吸气通道,所述吸气通道与所述吸气气孔连通,所述吸气卡接孔与所述连接柱形状一致,所述连接柱设置在所述吸气卡接孔内,所述咪头弹性件与所述咪头启动气孔对应位置处设置有咪头通气孔,所述咪头启动开关设置在所述咪头弹性件上,并且所述咪头启动开关通过所述咪头通气孔与所述咪头启动孔连通。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟,其特征在于:所述调气件包括拨块部和密封部,所述拨块部设置在所述调气导向槽中,所述调气导向槽上端面两侧分别设置有凸条,所述凸条与所述密封部下端面抵接,所述凸条用于减小所述调气件与所述底盖之间的摩擦力。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟,其特征在于:所述分流件上间隔设置有至少一个所述咪头启动气孔和至少一个吸气气孔,间隔设置方向与所述导调气件运动方向一致。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟,其特征在于:所述卡接块的数量为两组,所述卡接槽的数量也为两组,两组卡接块分别对称设置在所述分流件两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟,其特征在于:所述调气件上设置有至少一道防滑凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟,其特征在于:所述咪头弹性件上设置有连接台阶,所述底盖上设置有与所述连接台阶配合的连接臂,所述咪头弹性件通过连接台阶与所述底盖卡接。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的具有可调节吸阻功能的电子烟,其特征在于:所述咪头弹性件为硅胶材质制成。
